Didnt have an appointment, and they took my husband and I in right away. Nice and clean, and the massage was AMAZING. Well worth it. Next time I will make an appointment. We got lucky it wasnt busy at the time we walked in. Highly recommend

The best massages at this place. I don’t know if she is still there but Rosie is the best massage technician I’m ever had. I Moved out of the area and not found anything comparable to that massage.

Horrible experiences . This was my first time here and never have I ever been so dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted.We called and were greeted immediately, we were quickly rushed in the rooms. As I was getting undressed I realized there were no covers. I quickly changed and asked for blankets. I had to change because outside was a man and other random people right in front of the curtain room. This took 2/4 min by the time she brings in the sheet.I then get rubbed on literally and I asked if I could please have firm. There was a language barrier so I gestured on the bed and still did not understand. Still continuing to run NOT MASSAGE !During my whole massage she burped loudly 5 times while near my face, and different times through out the less than hour massage. Im pregnant I wanted to throw up.Then to wipe me she brings a blue bucket a water full of water. Yes a cleaning bucket by the way I didn’t see this until she picked it up to leave when we were done. I could hear water in the background swishing around but couldn’t make out what it was.I came in at 8:11 started getting massaged at 8:16 and she was done by 9:11. First time anyone has ever stopped 5 minutes early and made me pay for them having to get me sheets.This was one experience by one woman who also although nice was rushing and forgot she kept rubbing the same places.The whole shop was also freezing and the door was open the whole time until they closed.

The Massage was 100% on point. I got the 120 minute massage and Massage experience was excellent and professional. I gave the girl a $30.00 tip as I was pleased with the Services and her attitude completely changed. She shook her head displeased and crumbled her tip and told me not to come back. I thought I was being generous but apparently you have to give 100% Tip to be welcomed back.

Massage was very good. Myself and family members have been there several times. Every-time we debate returning. Not because of the massage but because of the ensemble that partakes afterwords. Never have we once left a tip under 20% but we are always given dirty looks, unsolicited comments and demanded to give more. 20% is the standard. If tipping is such a necessity it should be upon the owner to pay more or control their staff. Patrons should not have to fill the gap nor should they have to deal with the confrontation at the end of a very relaxing experience.

I did get a snicker about my cash tip. My masseuse was watching a show on her phone the whole time. She even positioned me so that she could prop her phone on the table. This made for a very unattentive massage. At one point she left for close to 10 minutes. My husband is sore, today, from their massage. He said she was kneading hard in all the wrong places with the wrong technique. Should I mention the loud snoring in the room next to me? Or that I was SO cold with a fan blowing on my wet body? Not a pleasant experience and we wont be back.

Reviews on here are pretty accurate. We called ahead to make an appointment. We arrived 15 mins early for it only to be told that they took a “walk-in” and that they won’t be able to see us for another hour. Drove 25 minutes to get to the place. Don’t waste your time in here. A lot of better places around the area.

Not bad. Therapist didnt focus on the issues I addressed and the place was cold, but ended up getting a decent massage for 90 minutes. Im a licensed massage therapist and would never ignore my clients requests. I dont get massages often at places like this but my first time here was pretty good so I gave it another try. Pricing is pretty decent.

Massage was great, very detailed to mellow out all the kinks. The reason I did not give 5 stars because the young lady wanted more of a tip. I felt I tipped her the going rate and did not cheat her. There are many places to get a massage, maybe I will consider another place instead.

Decent place. Had me waiting for almost an hour and was told the 90 minute massage was unavailable. Got the 60 minute massage instead and was told there was a mandatory 24 dollar tip. Plus the girl kept going in and out of the booth and very rough at the time she was giving the massage.

Relax Station is amazing! I went for an hour massage and had Rosie. She took really good care of my needs and made sure I was comfortable. The prices were amazing, $40 for an hour ($44 if paying card). Ill definitely go again next time!

I received a massage from highland, the massage and experience were good until check out time. I was asked for a tip in which I was going to leave anyway because that is the courteous thing to do when you have good service. I told the lady yes I will leave a $5.00 tip she stated $10.00 ok , I stated (verbatim) I said $5. 00 . She then turns into a totally different person and stated (verbatim) , “I want $10.00 five is not enough and argues with me about how much I should tip. I then asked for the owner at this point out of three ladies none could speak English all of a sudden , they pull out this translator and continue to tell me the are not unprofessional.First of all she started at 4:15 and ended at 5:10 which was 5 minutes early - unprofessionalI booked an appointment and was told I didn’t call the lady asked me to see my phone where I called them for the appointment and I showed them - unprofessional.I was willing to overlook the shortage in my massage and the tardiness when I arrived but to be ungrateful about your tip and to not allow me to speak with the owner that’s going overboardFirst and last time here I’ve never experienced a place so rude and yes believe the other comments three ladies harass you at check out for a tip .

I have had multiple massages at my chiropractors and on regular visits to find a good masseuse. On Sunday I went snowboarding and Monday was so sore I could barely get out of bed. I had an hour foot massage and an hour full body massage and they were fantastic. I do agree its a pain that the masseuse leaves only for a min or two to get the hot stones but never the less it was great. It was by far the best massage I have ever had. I would recommend them to any and every one. they were very respectful and friendly. I love it there isnt much more I can say other than I will be going back.

I have been coming here for years. Generally it’s a great massage at a great price. I have never been asked for a tip, but of course I am not an inconsiderate cheapskate. I tip my waiter, I tip my barber, I tip my Uber driver, etc.. and I tip my masseuse.

Used to be great and still can be occasionally, but now youre usually paying more for what was already an awful massage before you even factor in the masseuse spending half the time on their phone texting.

The massage was awesome (5 stars). However, at the end of the massage they were charging me a mandatory tip that I was unaware of. As I was going to walk out of the business, three ladies surrounded me and started demanding me for tips and even at the end they told me that I didn’t deserved water; the water they just gave me (LOL) and they snatched my water cup from my left hand.

Well for the money this is a good place to get a message. There is a yelp review out there that is totally false, they give a good legitimate massage. The only problem is it not as therapytic as I would like it to be. But for the price it a good deal. Yes you can hear the rooms next door to you but if you every been to Southeast Asia this is a common practice.

This place is really nice. I like that you don’t necessarily have to have an appointment ahead of time. If they have availability they can see you right away. The prices are really reasonable I think too.

I had never had a professional massage before, so I went in for a 30 minute massage. Air inside is warm and still as death. Is the A/C broken? Massage was closer to 20 minutes, and it felt like the masseuse wasnt strong enough to dig deep and provide real relief. Was given a small cup of warm water at the end. Overall, very disappointing.

Set an appointment for my wife and I for 2:30 and was running a little late. Walked in at 2:35 and was told on the phone by someone not there that my appointment was for 2:30.Worse case I would have been fine with 50 minutes since I was late. They were obviously not prepared for both of us. I wont be going back and will be sure to not recommend.

The massage was average. My lower back hurt a bit afterward. There is minimum tip that you are not told about until the end of the session.

Ive been visiting this place for years and have recommended to all family and friends. Not once have they asked for a certain amount for a tip, Or gave the suggestion the tip was not enough. I highly recommend!

Had a massage from Lily, perfect pressure and worked out the knots that I had. She was very professional and was very sure to make sure it was meeting my needs. Will be back for sure :)

Great place to get a massage I always leave feeling a lot better than when I walked in.

The establishment was very clean. The workers are very friendly and pleasant.

I called before I came in and was told they had an opening, to come right away and they could work me right in. I showed up about 10 minutes later and when I walked in the place was not clean. I wasnt acknowledged for about a minute or two and when I finally was acknowledged they told me to come back in 20 minutes... I dont know how this place has a close to four star rating I would not recommend it.

Massage is good but then they bug you for $40 or $50 tip. They are not happy with even 20%, $10 tip.

Theassage was pretty good. However, it started a bit confusing because they didnt explain what to do at the beginning. I think a little more explaining will help, but overall its close and convenient, may try again later

The message Was nothing special at all honestly believed was a bit overpriced for the quality of the massage I️ usually expect there to be an intense feeling after the massage I got nothing just because I think that the massage was way too soft she didn’t apply enough pressure in the appropriate places honestly I do not believe I would return unless somehow they would make it up for this experience
