These guys are awesome. You walk in you are greeted with respect.You ask for help they are there to answer any questions. I have been here many times and i plan on keep coming. They have a great attitude and they have friendly faces. The store itself is great as well, the atmosphere is comfortable. I feel like i could spend a hour or two hanging out and what not. Hands down found my new vape store!!!!!! kudos guys for gaining a customer. Keep stocking liquid state and try and get me my 60ml bottles of coney cake.

Hands down my favorite vape shop I’ve been to. I’ve been going to that shop for about a year now, so this review is a bit over due. The staff is fantastic, always happy to help, friendly, and super respectful. The managers are great and always happy to help. In general these guys are awesome and run a great shop. Definitely have a professional, fun atmosphere. If you’re looking for a shop to go to I recomend this place 10/10.

Locally owned and operated and staff could not be friendlier. Any time you walk through the door they welcome you and ask how your day is. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable about the products and juice they have to offer. Wide selection of juice, about 250 premium flavors, and devices.If you are new to ecigs they will take the time to help and teach you.

The employees know what theyre talking about and know a lot about the e-juice flavors. When I bought my iTaste MVP 3 mod, they set it up for me and showed me how to use it properly. They also have a huge selection of products. The only problem I have with them is they have limited hours. Other vapor shops Ive frequented stay open until 11pm or later.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years now, i get all of my mods and juice here, whenever someone wants to get into vaping, whether its a small pen, or a more powerful device, i send them here. The guys here are always friendly and are very knowledgeable about their products.

I have shopped here twice and love it. The first time they gave me a bunch of excellent advice to help teach me how to do with the correct way. I love the fact they make their own product. I got a discount the first time was in and Ive got another one coming to me next time I shop. They always have great customer service thank you Ill be back!

Ive been on the hunt for a quality vape shop close to home and I finally found it!! DJ (assistant manager??) was very helpful and I was able to choose a great vape mod and tank as well as a couple of juices. An overall great experience.

The team at hitec are highly knowledgeable about their industry. The care they put into the business shows. It does not matter if your question is common or complex, they will listen and assist. Lastly, the prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend the ghost nectar line of ejuices.

Bought a $25 tank from there last week worked ok for about three days till it started leaking. If you packed it too little it would leak and if you packed it too much not enough juice doesnt get to the wick and you would get a burnt taste. Owner told me and I quote, Yeah I hate those tanks I had one myself and had the same problem. First question if the owner hated it why was it still being suggested and sold? I was advised to get the Nautilus tank which was out of stock at the time and sell my old one to some chump on some site on Facebook. That should have been my first red flag. I was told by the owner that he has the Nautilus tank and it doesnt leak and actually let me try his and it seemed to work fine. I was told to come back tomorrow because they were expecting a shipment of them with the rebuildable deck. I called there today and asked if they had the Nautilus tanks in with the rebuildable deck and was told they did. I drove all the way there from Surprise 30 miles away to find out that the guy lied to me on the phone and they did not have the items I called about. I will not be shopping there again.

Worth the visit. I drive out of my way to shop here. Prices are pretty standard, and the selection, cleanliness and employees are top notch.This isnt a dirty smoke shop posing as a vape shop.

They are an alright store if you are in a pinch go get juice. They do not have a large selection of mods. They still make you pay to test flavors but besides that its alright

Had The Best Customer Service!! Very knowledgeable about vape products. Wish the Phoenix store had employees who took the time to talk to their customers. This is my fav vape shop in town.

Decent prices, went there yesterday for the first time, for the people that say they know what theyre talking about are lost.. They have no idea what theyre talking about, nor can they build anything. The managers a joke, she think she knows what its all about but when it comes to the build it turns out terrible.. Want a legit place? Go to KV liquids.

Good prices on the products they carry from e-juice to mods, all very reasonable. Staff is friendly and has excellent customer service.

Stopped in today to check them out. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have computers with tv screens for you to browse their juices. I will most definitely spend more money there.

Seriously dont even deserve a full star i went in they fixed a temperature problem cool so all right you helped no problem i could use some new flavors show me what you got - i had to ask if he had any of this type something along that type for flavors im asking a sales clerk whose job is customer service to do his job n sat there SAT THERE n then says you can see all the flavors i said come on WOW Im here to spend money n still snails show more enthusiasm i said youre in a customer service business and not doing anything i will be contacting the managers n then not did i get called a b%_^/ by a another customer lounging on a couch but TOLD to leave i will be contancting the owner tomorrow morning but i beg all you people do not give them any business lazy uncourtesious WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL AND HALF THEIR SAMPLES WERE OUT OF PRODUCT

Poor customer service, they would rather chat with friends than sell me batteries and an RDA.First time at hi TEC I might try again on the weekend.
