Service is always good in the store. I cannot place an order online. Just to pop in and go. Also the dazed 😵‍💫 out people hanging on the street are horrible. Remember you are by the market that people come and eat. The complaining from them can affect your business in the long run. I live in Hanover. There is a dispensary out here but you all have better prices. I am asking if it is worth it considering atmosphere outside of your establishment. Service inside is good.

This was an experience, the wait to get in was different, once in we were greeted by a nice young man Carlos he helped us out and answered all of our questions with patience. It was a wait to check out, once I left the establishment I realized that I was not given all of my items, being from out of town I Couldnt go back to reclaim what I had paid for. That was a bummer. I called and was told to call back to speak to a manager in Monday we will see how it goes.i also didnt get the 10% off that was told that I would get for signing up.

The people behind the counter seam to be cashiers rather than bud-tenders.My cashier didnt tell me the flower I was asking about wasnt a THC flower.Instead, it was a THC-A flower. If I had been informed of this, I wouldve made a different choice.I left 3 ☆s because of the price rang. Very reasonable.

I love the vibe of this dispensary. I went there for the first time today and Bella was my Budtender. They were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They were extremely efficient and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. They had a huge variety of products to choose from depending on your preferences. I highly recommend and will be returning. Look for Bella when you go.

This location is one of thee very smallest dispensaries I have ever visited. There backroom appeared to be nonexistent…there was a bountiful retail wall of Cookies branded junk. No medical savings on the Cookies branded products but 10% off as a 1st time patient.The guy who checked me in also tended my bud and he was delightful. His fingernails were so well manicured.I will be back…now that I know where to park as in this part of Baltimore…you better know what you’re doing!

First off the guy at the front desk was abrasive and seemed a little irritated But Connor was extremely competent and inclusive he was knowledgeable about the percentages and strain and even the effects. I would definitely recommend connor’s services to anyone if your in Baltimore and you stop at cookies Ask For Connor he is exemplary customer Service oh and yeah Security Was FAB he had great energy

They closed down at 9:30 thats not what the hours are advertised they said it was a busy day and all the customers thats inside would last until 10pm which is just outright false advertising it was multiple trying to get in also one person took an Uber just to be denied during advertised business hours. Such a shame

I really should’ve read the 1 star reviews about this. Placed an order online thinking they closed at 11. But was told they closed at 10:45 due to state law which I googled because it’s 2024. Learned that they can’t be open past 10pm. Couldn’t even get my order smh, a simple text that said we are closed or we will be closing soon would be good practice. The simplest thing you can do as a business is provide correct information on when you close to not inconvenience cx’s especially with the trash parking and location in Downtown.Wish I could give another review but probably will just find a dispensary that can do the simple things.

Completely shady and scammy. This is the 2nd time Ive made a purchase in which the price was different from the receipt I was emailed once I placed the online order. I was emailed a receipt thats one price and I go to pick up my order and its more expensive. Its only a few dollars, but this is a cash only business. Its not like I can just swipe my card and eat the difference, I have to either cancel parts of my order or be extremely inconvenienced and go to an ATM. Horrible customer experience

Very disappointed, I came here July 4th, checking out Baltimore as a potential move for my business, I walked in and told the front counter person it was my first time, took my ID and said have a seat, after a long wait, a woman walked in and told her friend to get up, not to buy from there, should have been my first red flag. Once inside, I informed the gentleman I was looking for a disposable vape thats strong. He recommended in-house Blue dream 0.50 grams.I havent smoked in almost a year, so I took it easy, but after using nearly a 1/4 of the vape in a hour, I had a feeling similar to Delta 8, barely any effect on me,Clearly it was either miss packaged ( which is a major safety and health concern) or they are selling counterfeit vapes,Im very experienced with these products, one of my brothers is a licensed grower and the other has an extraction facility up north. I have partake in this for over 20 years.The second red flag was one of the employees behind the counter informing a customer he doesnt use cannabis products. To which she asked him why am I asking you?

My experience here wan’t good at all. In truth, I only came here because Cultra was closed. Walked in, signed up, and was told by the lady in the front someone will be with me shortly. Bro, everyone in that waiting room was served before I was; even the ones that came in after me. I sat in that waiting room for 45 minutes hearing nothing but laughter coming from the back. I honestly felt that the lady was tryna get me to leave because they were about to close. That’s not even the worst part, when I finally was called to the back, there were 5 people back there in total and only 2 of them were really working. The others were joking around with no cares in the world. Lastly, Gary Payton does not cost $47 anywhere…Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary. They’re unorganized and overpriced. I personally will never enter this establishment again. I’d rather quit. Don’t fall for the positive reviews, just go over to Cultra instead.

Ive had better experiences elsewhere.I only come here as a last resort.I was on the phone the entire time in line and some weird older guys points to a sign and tells me all snarky that phones arent allowed... Yet everyone else had their phones out.Once again, i wasnt recording anyone nor on speaker and he had an attitude last night about it.If he wouldve asked me nicely and not being a d*** about, I wouldve put it away...but no, i just told my person on the phone to hold on cuz what!?!?I forget that some ppl have no real power outside of the policies giving by their jobs so maybe he felt a lil powerful, but no...just lame and it was also 10minz till closing.I have greater experiences at other dispensaries...And did I forget to mention no parking its like why purposely set up a business thats going to have a lot of traffic and you cant even park anywhere its ridiculous I shouldnt have to come at the end of the night to attempt to get a space because yall decided to put a business in the area thats already known to have limited parking its directly across from Cross Street market there is no parking spaces unless you come the last hour before they close with the first hour before they open who has time like that

I purchased an ounce of their Cookies Ridgeline Lantz. The Ounce was completely seeded. I reached out to the Dispensary, a message was taken and I was told to contact sunmed. I had to call back days later because I was never contacted. The manager Dollar never answered/responded to me nor spoke to me but told an associate to pass the message. “Contact sunmed, … we can not anything for you” terrible service and it was kinda a slap in the face. Especially since I was never rude. High price point item’s quality should be honored, and customers shouldn’t be treated like throw aways

Over priced products and the light skin guy with light eyes ,with locs and tattoos on his arm was VERY nice nasty RUDE I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR DO I RECOMMEND YOU SHOP HERE DON’T waste your time or money! First of all, the place is wish they were Culta around the corner.Which is all fine they sell the same stuff for higher prices.However, they lie about their hours to drum up more business.This is now the 3rd time I came here by 9:30 or earlier, and they said I could only come in if I had an online order placed and I couldnt place one then.Im guessing their employees dont want to have to be there a minute later than needed.Culta closes at 9, and Ive seen tons of times people walk in right before they close.Their customer service also isnt too great, either.

Theres a good selection of flower, pre rolls, edibles and a bit of vapes. I havent tried most of the brands here like rhythm or verano. I ended up getting some dogwalkers mini pre rolls and dark chocolate edibles. The dogwalkers (Bubba Fett) have a slight smooth lemon taste. You cant really taste grass or combustion, thats how smooth it is. I almost felt like I bought some nice tasting hemp until I got back home. 3 edibles, a mini pre roll and a half mile walk later, I was feeling calm, happy and tired. I need sleep so thats exactly what I wanted. I think the edibles are what made me tired. I love dark chocolate, and they tasted like only dark chocolate with a hidden aroma of THC if you try to notice. I havent found an edible that does anything to me yet other than homemade brownies, so at least these might serve a good purpose such as sleep medicine or night time movies at home.I bought some other things but havent tried them yet, so not worth mentioning yet. I might edit this if theyre worth it in my opinion, like everything else is in this post.I forgot my tenders name, but he was a cool shorter dude with braids/dreads that gave me what I wanted. His customer service was refreshing. I always feel like people are trying to sell me bud like theyre best buy salesmen, trying to sell me a printer, $200 stylus, 1 back rear left car speaker (because its on sale bro), a login to his exs only fans.... And all I asked for was to get a car cigarette lighter USB socket.My dude should get a raise and hopefully hell be there next time. The cashier was a nice young lady with cool nails and she was very kind and welcoming. The security guards and police offer outside were super friendly and didnt mind talking while I waited for my Uber. I thought it would be an overpriced tourist attraction visit, but Ill go back again.

I did not have a particularly good experience at this location.Parking at trader Joes is easier than parking at this location! I literally had to make four trips around the block to get lucky and find somebody who is leaving one of the few tight spaces on the street out front.Then it was a little bit complicated to get cuddled in and figure out pricing with discounts.I still had to ask multiple times for the discount to be applied and it was still about as expensive as most other medical dispensaries are on regular days.Some of the staff was nice. Some of the staff seemed rather disinterested, so I dont think Ill be back to this location again anytime soon.

My rep was nice but I repeatedly informed her I wanted something over or close to 30%When I received what she recommended it was 27% THC or less on both eighths.. I was a new member and had a discount but once I saw the percentage I kinda felt swindled and/or not heard by my rep! Business is Business but I kinda felt like it is what it is after my purchase and my rep was not there anymore when it came time to pay. I feel like if I had someone more knowledgeable and patient, the store and consumer would’ve been satisfied!

Their hours are listed that theyre open until 10PM. However, myself and several other patients/customers arrived to the store around 9:50PM hoping to make a last minute purchase.Instead of letting us in, the security person refused to look up from his phone and acknowledge us. Finally he told us that last sales had to happen before 9:45PM, when theres a sign on the door that explicitly states theyre open until 10PM and all sales must be completed by 9:59PM. In addition, the bud tenders also saw 3-4 people attempting to enter, and purposefully seemed to ignore them.

It was a bad experience! My first time in the store I was offered a free 10%discount for the first visit. I’m a medical patient and was charged a $6 recreational fee. The person helping me didn’t allow me to look at her menu that she was holding in her hand I felt pressured to make a decision on what I wanted to buy! One two pack of prerolls that I purchased for $15 was not rolled properly the insides came out into the casing! Super bad experience

Everyone is very pleasant. Unfortunately Im in a wheelchair and while they were accessible it was a tight squeeze and they had to move some chairs around so I could get in and out which is suboptimal. But product selection was terrific and so were the employees.

🚫🚫🛑 The people in charge of cookies company, not specifically from This franchise, should have their titles stripped from them and be sent back to basic business classes. The entire cookies system is completely trash and Im not sure if they are just high or go on year-long vacations but its as unprofessional as it gets.Where should I even start? When I ordered cookies clothing from the company it took over 45 days for me to receive it. And of course theres only a 30-day refund policy and the clothes run big. I ordered cookies caps when they were first released and was very excited about this kind of product being on the market but received nearly expired products. The cannabis is not what it is advertised as and is greenhouse grown and of moderate quality to be generous. I am yet to be impressed by any of the companies releases. Oh, and the release of an entire glass collection that was not released for nearly a year except to the wholesalers who attended Cannacon in Las Vegas . 🤦 They set their websites up in a way that does not allow users to give them reviews and I think we all know why.Regarding the cookies caps, when I received my wholesale order all of the products were 7 to 14 days away from reaching their expiration date. I reached out to cookies and they said they would replace them if I returned them. (not sure if they were just going to put them in different packaging for the next person or why they would want products back that were so close to expiration and still needed time to make it back across the country) well this was in May of 2023 and once I printed out my return label and shipped the product back, I was not able to get in contact with cookies until early January of 2024! ( Maybe they were dealing with financial lawsuits from their stockholders who are enraged by the company stealing money from them, who knows ) I had reached out via chat on the website, I had reviewed their return policies and clicked every link and emailed their return department with no luck.Sad thing is thats not even where the nightmare ends. Once I was finally in contact with someone, in January 2024, it took several days to be connected directly with their billing department which I quickly discovered only responds via email every 2 to 3 days, not including weekends. They were very quick to offer a refund rather than the products that I had already ordered for my shop. As a wholesaler who supports the company in more than ways than one, I found this extremely disrespectful and was also very turned off by their terrible communication at this point . So I told them to process it .Of course they could not locate my order. After about a week, I was told that my refund would be processed in a couple of days. Then I heard that again a few days later. Then I was told their merchant processor was down and it would take a few days to issue the refund. After being told this twice, I was informed that they were closing all of the CBD accounts 😳 and that they would issue my refund by ACH directly requesting all of my information through a non-secure email. 🤒 Finally, February 15th 2024, nearly 10 months later I received my refund.Being the leading company in the cannabis industry and branching out to other markets such as CBD, mushrooms, clothing, glass and even an ENTIRE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, you would think the customer service would be held to a higher standard. I truly dont believe I would have ever gotten my money back if I did not pester them weekly turning into daily. As one of their ONCE biggest supporters who even attends as many Berner concerts as I can, it saddens me to say this Cookies Co has been diluted, corrupted, falsely advertised and considering their current standpoint, very overrated. They like to portray the people who publicize their flaws as haters and themselves with god-like complexes that make them feel invincible to all. But if you know , you know.

This is my spot! Skylan is always helpful, pleasant and a joy to do business with. The security guys are helpful too. Wasnt real happy with the guy on the front desk tho. His vibe was giving good help is hard to find. Thankfully, the product is always on point. I usually check on line b4 I go so I know exactly what I want and what Im paying for. I totally recommend going online to either place an order for pickup, or to help you decide what you want. See ya next time!

So I was just in town passing through was originally going to go to another shop but past this place on the way so I stopped here. Place is mad Chill. Staff were attentive and efficient. Rashad agreed me with a smile and was extremely friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Baltimore

This has to be the worst dispensary between the staff and prices. Ive been here 3 times and everytime the floor staff do not know a single thing about their products. Theyre the quietest, most clueless employees i have ever came across. I can shop here on my own better than if they werent even near me attempting to help me out.6 months later and Im back in here to shop their cartridge deals. The disposable I purchased does not work. Incredible this place is still in business.

Ordered online was literally in amd out of store in less than 5 min. give Jose a raise cause my man jumped rite up to cash me out while another employee was busy. I always luv how fast I am in amd out of Cookies when I order online amd pick up.

I’m changing my rate and review because although I had an unpleasant experience on Monday, the manager made it right the next day. That’s all you can ask for. She was very helpful and understanding and I recommend anybody to go there! The only thing I’ll say is the bud tender recommended Pink Pop which is horrible lol. But other than that the customer service was great!

I visited this dispensary for the first time today. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The displays are nicely setup, but it’s hard to shop based on the displays alone. Thankfully, Mosby helped me find a nice product and made the experience overall wonderful.

Absolutely amazing dispensary. I have been to many and this one is by fair my favorite. Customer service is awesome. Prices are a little higher then other dispensaries however the customer service makes up for that. I would rather be treated great and feel welcome and pay a few extra bucks then be treated poorly and save a couple bucks. I highly recommend this dispensary.

I had a very good experience, the security was polite and scary equals good, andchecking in was seamless. I barely had to sit still for any length of time, before walking back to a friendly smile of a knowledgeable floor person. It was a relaxed environment, calm. Although they didn’t know this, but I was pressed for time.I was in and out with what I wanted, and back to where I needed to be with a plenty of time to spare. So for that I thank you.

Moreover, if youre a fan of their product lineup, youll regularly encounter fresh drops of those items. The staff members in those California stores genuinely want to ensure you leave the store with top-notch products. They appear as though theyve experienced the product themselves, and their authentic feedback feels unscripted. In short, the underlying issue here is quality control. The growers at this Cookies location must either lack proper judgment or have lost their sense of touch, sight, as the recipe theyre applying to these unfortunate plants is evidently not favored by the plants.

My experience was very hectic I ordered online had to stand in a long line to get my order when I went to pay their card reader didn’t work and I had to get cash there were five workers in the back and only two ringing up. Charity and the girl at the front desk were the best part of my experience I hope they get more organized because the store is dope

If theres no 15.00-20.00 7g shake or if theres no 10.00-12.00-15.00-20.00 3.5g bud sales then there is no actual special and the buy 100.00 get 25.00 back I doubt means only spend 75 which is I am wondering why Dots Dispensary will open back up. They did go up on their prices low key that was noticable yet prices and options still seem to be better than these factory direct. Youd imagine prices wouldve gone down after July 1st but these prices are ridiculous for medical patients. No first time customer coupon like how do they get business. People just buy blindly and Ill refuse to overpay for something they get wholesale.
