I called to inquire about a product and they were friendly and gave prices over the phone. Then, I got turned around and called again, they were easy going and provided directions over the phone. Once I entered, I was greeted by two friendly individuals. They knew I was the one that had recently spoken with them on the phone. They were happy to show me what was available and the cost. I appreciated that one of them showed me step by step how the dab pen works and even checked to make sure it was turning on. Overall, I would recommend this spot and plan on returning in the future.

A real lifesaver, I drive truck for a living and my mod quit working last night. I called to confirm that Smokers Heaven had Mods in stock, and when I got there I was welcomed with a smile and knowledge from the young lady working there. Thanks again for being open on a Sunday morning.

Terrible customer service, Most of the hardware in this store malfunctions & they did not reimburse me for my purchase. Disappointed with my experience with this smoke shop, would much rather walk down the street to the other smoke shops in town to be honest

They sold me a $320 puffco that did not work out the box and will not accept a return. They tell you to contact the manufacturer for warrant/repair.........its been weeks and still not resolved. BAD RETAILER!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! They even contested my AMEX chargeback 3x.

I recently had a Vape that did not work. I had to take it apart. I’m a regular customer I’m there all the time. I explain this to them a couple days later and they kind of just laughed and were very disrespectful and started speaking in their language, I couldn’t understand what they were saying, felt very uncomfortable and nothing was done about the Vape that I had to take a part that broke that I just spent money on so as of now they are rude unprofessional, and the bride people into giving good reviews by giving them 10% off Good reviews written that’s how they do business there

Am I able to give less than 1 Star review? They had bad customer service. I am still new to vaping and I thought there were experienced and knowledgeable, but they literally just read to you whats on the product. The guys were rude and brushing me off as if they had something better to do. They should be cleaning the store, because it was atrocious.

Terrible they told me we can exchange a mistake they made for lava pods for a lava plus. The package was unopened was just bought and went back to the store right away. They then tried to tell us it wasnt exchangeable because there was blue on the package from jeans. It wasnt open or damaged. I even called them before showing up to ask if I can exchanged it for the right item unopened and they claimed yes but you go there and its a problem.

Very over priced. They are selling the banana backwoods for $10 a pack. When I brought this up to the staff the just said its that price the owner rudly came out we spoke some more, more or less said that the price and I cant sell it for less or I lose money Ill hit quick check up all day for $6 backwoods. This place is convenient for me but after this never going back. Going to burn my points and Im gone. The owner is the worse staff is great. Hes not even from Bayonne. Oh buy your glass direct from China.

ALL the 1 star reviews are true! Their owner is a disgusting person and he does not care about his customers. I bought a puff from them which was defective and no problem I never made a problem about it. Then I purchased a lava 2 device that also turned out to be defective so I went back to swap it and his response was its not his problem it is the manufacturer and I should call them. DISGUSTING. Was not even apologetic

Bought a bong from there. When I added water it had a small leak “drip” came to show and exchange. They didn’t have the same one, so I went to get something else, it was $10 more so I would’ve had to pay extra. Instead I chose one that was $10 cheaper and asked if I can either get the $10 back or get something else that was cheaper. The girl said now because the stem part of the bong was already an additional $10. Which is not true because the bong already had the stem and it was one price so she just didn’t want to give me the $10. All good no big deal but just wanted to share my experience as the customer service was trash.

I recently went to Smoker’s Heaven and was assisted by Jose. It was my first time in the shop and I was buying a Hookah fir the first time. I was new to smoking and not very knowledgeable. Jose was very patient, explained everything to me. He took the time to explain what models would be the best for me and even suggested products that would be best for a newbie like myself. I felt extremely comfortable the whole time and confident in his suggestions. Great service!

Went in thinking that I needed a new vape as mine wasnt working. Instead of just making an easy sale the very helpful salesman showed me that it was just a battery issue. Replaced the battery and worked good as new. I always appreciate good service and honesty and this place definitely has that!

I bought a Guava flavored Puff only to find out as soon as I went home that it didn’t work. Then when I went into the store for an exchange the manager INSISTED that I tried it in the store WHEN I DID NOT, and all he offered me in return was the asinine response of “Puff is a terrible brand, but we’ll give you 10% off another one” for a grand total of EIGHTY CENTS, give me a break. Today I came in a worker , lied about being management he was disgustingly rude he then told my boyfriend & I that because he didn’t want to, he wouldn’t serve and that we needed to get out before he contacted police. He stated stated that we threatened them which was completely untrue. Dont waste Your time here, they are literally terrible. First time in many years in a Vape Shop/Smoke shop . I stopped in The Bayonne Broadway location. The guy and girl was working, I was in a rush and they didn’t have specifically what I wanted but I decided to buy something anyway, the girl was smooth, before I stepped off, she offered to open the disposable and ask me to try (1st time) cough cough- lol she’s a sweetheart .. 5 stars for her

I love smokers heaven in both Bayonne and Jersey City. I forget the guys name (Mina? Mika?) he was SO nice. I bought a brand new vape and he was super helpful and told me all about what I needed and gave me advice. I think he deserves a raise for his incredible customer service. I took my vape outside, filled it up, and I couldn’t get it to turn on. He immediately fixed it and said the most important thing was that I was happy. I go to both places and I think this is the most reasonably priced and kindly staffed shop around. Please let Mina (?) (male, darker complexion, handsome and young) know that he’s doing a good job.

Yesterday I purchased some natural rolling tobacco from this store and found MOLD inside the entire bag. When I returned to the store an asked for the item to be exchanged the owner would not accommodate me saying that this is how the company sold it to him, so therefore it’s not his problem. As a business owner you should check your product for defects before you sell it to your customers.

This place isnt very good. I bout a glass item for my hookah and went home and used it. While using it it craked. Brought it back the next morning and the only thing they could say was sorry man. Cant do anything about it.
