One of the best smoke shops Ive ever been to the customer service outstanding and above board the girl that was there. Her name was so nshe knew everything she was able to help with anything. I needed to know or needed. So knowledgeable if I could have gave ten stars I would have. The girl Jasmine definitely deserves a raise.When you go there, ask for her you will not be disappointed.She will help you with anything and her customer service is out of this world.Above board knows everything and can take care of you. I went to Hotbox Exotics smoke shop and it was great! They have cool stuff ranging from hookah, pipes and different kinds of rolling papers.The people there are really nice and knowtheir stuff especially Eli. Its a great place for anyone who wants cool smoking stuff and friendly vibes!

The owner of the store was unprofessional and didn’t even try to address me. The other employee who worked there was kind Introduced the owner to me. This will be my first and last time shopping here. I went into the place to look for legitimate thc cartridges and the cartridge that I bought was terrible. I bought a Dozo brand cartridge, I was led to believe that the cartridge contained hallucinogenic mushrooms and thc.The cartridge that I purchased did contain mushrooms, but the mushrooms do not contain psilocybin and are known to cause the deliriant state of intoxication rather than a hallucinogenic state.
