I treated myself to a day of pampering at Massage Envy in Bayonne, NJ for my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! Alice provided a customized facial that left my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and radiant. She was gentle and attentive, addressing all areas of my face that needed extra care. I highly recommend her for any facial needs!Next, David worked his magic as my massage therapist, targeting the exact areas where I held tension in my back and sore muscles in my arms from working out. He was professional and considerate, asking about my specific concerns and tailoring the massage to my needs. After the treatment, I felt instantly relaxed, less achy, and light on my feet. I was reenergized and rejuvenated, and I wholeheartedly recommend David as well!Here are some pictures of the menu for your reference!

From start to finish, I loved this location!! I walked in, never been to this location, Tamer at the desk was so welcoming, knowledgeable and helped answer ALL of my questions. Got me all set up to take advantage of the member perks! Nyisha also came up and was just as helpful and nice!! I loved the vibe they brought to the location! Def two keepers!!Onekia was fantastic!! She understood my challenges and needs and met them head on! I felt her doing energy work as my shoulder was a mess!! She used so much energy and strength to get those knots and tension out, she had to release for moments. Now that is an amazing masseuse!! I will def be back to see her!!

Calming experience from the minute I stepped in the door. Alice, the esthetician who did my facial, was excellent. Gentle, always told me what to expect, and left me glowing. Would definitely use again.

The only positive things I have to say about my experience was the desk staff, super friendly. That said, my massage was extremely painful and I was lured in with a first time massage advertised at $113, that somehow became $210. They said it was the cream they used and then they decided I needed a deep tissue massage without asking me if I wanted it. Im in much more pain now then when I initially went. Very upset with my overall experience.I have no plans on ever returning.

My first visit to Massage Envy in Bayonne was a very pleasant experience, from the friendly greeting upon arrival to the professional deep tissue massage. Saxon is excellent therapist and he brought relief to my most painful areas, with care and concern not to over work them. I left feeling very satisfied with the treatment and results.

She’s very good and the massage was so great. I had an excellent experience and I’ll come back for another session. Thank you and keep the good work to all of you.

I always have a great experience. The front desk staff are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Oneika is an amazing service provider.

So, I gave 3 stars not because of the therapist, but because of the room. There was nothing serene about it. I felt like I received a massage in a closet. It was gloomy. The lotion used was a bit cold also. If I paid full price I would be upset. Thank god it was a gift card. Very basic spa.

Where do I begin? Oneika was absolutely superb!! If you’re looking for a good deep massage she’s your masseuse. The first time I got cupping added to my massage the cupping was less than I expected I don’t think the cups worked as well as they should’ve though the masseuse was great. This time though 😮‍💨 from the minute she put that first cup on all I kept thinking was “yes!! More plz” I could legit feel the blood flowing/rushing right through. And once she took them off, as weird as it sounds, all the areas that were “cupped” were tingly and cool in a good way. Now…the massage…she did something that I hadn’t had done before but oddly enough helped me relax almost immediately, she put a towel over my head and tucked it into the headrest. I would imagine this is what a weighted blanket does for those with anxiety (maybe I’ll look into that too 😁) I carry so much stress & tension in my upper back & neck that it’s hard for my to relax and hence my shoulders are usually so tight they’re raised towards my ears (I’ve actually had stiff necks over the tension) but after the first 5 mins of the massage I already felt so relaxed and so much relief in my shoulders. She hit every knot, sore/stiff muscle and I could’ve stayed there for another hour…or 10. After it was all done with I was able to hug myself (left hand on right shoulder, etc) without any stiffness or pain in my upper back/shoulders. Amazing!!! Best massage to date. Already booked my next session with her. 🫶🏼

So good & bad - David was GREAT for my husband and he is booking him again this month. Emani (I think that’s how you spell her name) was absolutely horrible. She was chewing gum the whole time and it was so loud in my ears when she was massaging my head. She had on headphones or AirPods & was playing something on her phone so loud that I could hear it when she was close to my head. It wasn’t relaxing for me at all. She barely applied any pressure. I asked her eventually to apply more pressure & she said okay but never did. She didn’t massage my whole body and left out parts. We saved up money to do this & I regretted going. The front desk is awesome! They even asked me how my massage was & they realized something was wrong so they asked me again but I hate confrontation so I didn’t say anything (which I now regret not speaking up because I deserve a better massage than that). I even tipped 20% to her at the end because I literally HATE confrontation so much that I acted like it was all ok. I’m glad my husband enjoyed his experience though. He said David listened to his concerns and focused on the parts that were hurting him and applied the right amount of pressure. Maybe I’ll try someone else when I go.

I booked Allison and I believe everything about her is magical. I tried to reschedule my appt. But was called and reminded that ME could help with the pain I was in… I walked in feeling like the world was sitting on my shoulders and walked out PAINLESS, STRESSLESS, and so relaxed!! I will be back for sure.

I thought I would flinch every time she would start to do something different on my face (anxiety) but she was so gentle it was honestly soothing. All my brain noise even settled down for a bit a few times during the session. Cant wait till my next sesh 🫶🏼 10/10 highly recommend

Xe is amazing! She is very talented, hard-working, knowledgeable and overall a genuinely nice person. I am so glad I have had the opportunity to be a client of hers for many years. The facility was very clean. I was greated by the front upon entering and leaving. Excellent service. And Allison as always is a star!!!

Overall the massage was amazing. It did take me about 10 minutes to check in due to another client who was checking out. And my massage ended exactly at 9.. so I lost about 10 minutes of massage time but the massage was great so I’ll still give 5 stars

Visited yesterday for a scheduled massage. Oneika is a great massage therapist. I have orthopedic issues and a lot of knots causing discomfort. She was able to work out some of those knots and provided a great massage. I wished I had booked a longer session! Thanks Oneika!

Masseuse didn’t seem quite all there. Went in for a full body 1 hr massage and he only focused on on half of my back and glutes. I would try the place again but maybe a different person.

Horrible experience. They literally had a power outage during a session promised to honor a free massage and not charge the card. Do you know these fools charged the card the following day. Then when I called the gentleman claiming to be the manager was unapologetic and said I’ll just refund you now. Like not even any remorse. He was nasty. Don’t waste your money. You can go to sojo spa or juvenex in nyc for a better experience.

I had an awesome therapeutic massage with Saxon. He added kinesiology tape at the end for my back, and I woke up the next day with my usual back pain gone! I could tell the tape helped support my back, and counteracted my postural issues. Definitely a must try if you have chronic back pain.

Saxon was amazing! I had such pain in my shoulders and neck area. After the massage the pain was gone. I highly recommend him.

Xe have my face feeling and looking much younger than my age, she really knows her job, I always leave her to do whatever she recommends.

Been to other locations but this was my first time at this location but that was enough to make the impression. Oneika the therapist was really good. Would definitely go back

Jhonny is phenomenal. Best manager I’ve ever experienced in a spa and massage envy. He is friendly, and so accommodating. Alice is also an incredible esthetician! She takes amazing care of me and my skincare needs.

Thus far everything is fine. My skin has a more natural glow. Xe knows skin very well and has the best interest of her clients at heart. I appreciate everyone at Message Envy such a warm friendly environment. I am glad to have purchased a membership that has many benefits. Everyone is so friendly and professional they make you feel as if you are the only person there. Oneika is the very best she is excellent at her job. When I leave I feel brand new.

Daphne is one of the Best there in my opinion, she listens and follows everything you ask of her. My session was Wonderful!I do have a suggestion for the facility:It would be beneficial to each patron if there was some type of air purifier located below the headrest of each table. Or somewhere in the room.When you’re laying face down for a period of time your nose becomes clogged.

My facial experience with Xe was exceptional. She thoroughly explained everything from the products to the procedures and all of the observations and recommendations for my sensitive skin type. Xe made me feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable with her gentle tone and touch. The products she chose for my skin were amazing. My skin looked and felt invigorated and brand new. Bre at the front desk was a pleasure as well.

I was riding by there on Saturday, June 17 and they were having a grand reopening celebration because they completed some new renovations. They gave out some product samples, and although I didn’t have a reservation, I was allowed to come in and see the renovations. Thank you for that Jhonny! His professional technique, and extensive understanding of how different muscle systems work within the body is making a huge difference in my overall health, and send far apart from others I have worked with. The service was great yesterday!! Sammy was amazing. I came a little late but she managed to still do both the facial and massage. She is really good with facials and taught me something’s about my skin I did not know. She recommended me some products and I ended up buying one of the facial cream cleansers! I made another appointment so I’ll be back for more products! Genesis (receptionist) also was really accommodating and flexible when it came to giving me options since I was running late. The staff was great!!! Everything was was well organized and everyone was extremely friendly.

I loved how sweet the staff is. Everyone from the receptionist to the people who do the messages are great. Everything is very clean and relaxing. I love the environment. SAX was in charge of giving my mother a message and was amazing. So sweet and gentle always looking for her to be comfortable. Very friendly, I recommend SAX

As a monthly member, Im very happy with this club. The manager Johanni is Amazing and there are 3 providers who are all excellent. Oneika, Daphine and Sax are my favorite providers. How great is it to have more than one favorite provider at a Massage Envy spa?

I just left my second facial with Alice and I thought it couldn’t get better after my first but, it did! After greeting me at the desk by name Alice made sure I was comfortable while she set up my room for my facial. She asked about routine and any changes since my last visit, took a look at my skin and knew what to do! I was offered an additional enhancement at a discounted price and I’m so glad I did it. About half way through I was so so relaxed I fell asleep! Alice is wonderful, kind, and so so gentel. I would recommend the location and Alice 100x’s over.

Wonderful experience at this location from the moment I arrived until the moment I left and I highly recommend this place. My sciatica was acting up and I was in alot of pain plus I could hardly walk, but after my 1hr. massage from Saxon, I was able to walk and had very minor pain. Saxton has hands of gold! He’s very knowledgeable, understanding, professional and kind. Looking forward to my next massage with Saxton.

Was given a gift card by my sweet hubby for a prenatal massage. All I can say is PERFECTION. The receptionist is so kind and sweet. She made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in, and explained everything to me. Sam my massage therapist, is AMAZING! He made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and focused on all my problem spots from this pregnancy. By the end I felt like a brand new woman. I will definitely be going back.

Daphnie is amazing! She’s thoughtful and sensitive to trouble spots. Daphnie thoroughly answered all the questions I had about my tension areas, and gave me recommendations for things that I could do to get relief when I’m on my own. Looking forward to my next session with her!

As a licensed esthetician I have had many massages and I can say that Saxon was truly one of the best massages I have ever enjoyed. The entire experience was great from the moment I was greeted upon arriving until I left. Most definitely will be my spot going forward.

As always the Bayonne Massage Envy never disappoints. Whether you are going for a massage or a facial or need to speak to the front desk, it is always TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I went in this time for a facial, yesterday because I stopped smoking and was having a lot of blemishes and breaking out on my face. It was extremely dry and I had red patches everywhere. I explained this to the woman who was giving me a facial, (forgot her name but she was amazing,) and she took her time with helping me to get my skin back to where it was before I started detoxing. She assisted me with great products to continue hydrating my face, as well as the front desk associate who explained in detail what I needed and how to apply it. She explained how important drinking water was for the body especially while my body was detoxing. She really took her time with my facial and was telling me step by step what she was doing and she was even excited on how well my face looked in the end. Thank you for having such an amazing employee’s who genuinely care about your your well being.

I’ve been going to this massage envy for over a year now and it’s my favorite location. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. My skin has never looked or felt this good thanks to Sam who relocated, which is a loss! I had acne since I was 10 but not anymore after Jan marinis products and facials from here monthly! Allison is my new fav person to do my massages too. Thanks massage envy!

I had a wonderful first experience at Massage Envy in Bayonne! I was given a gift card and booked my appointment along with my mom since I’ve been having a lot of neck and back pain. Upon entering we were greeted immediately and instructed on the process. We were taken to another room where the receptionist (Allie I believe) asked me about my daily activities and any specific target places I have for the massage. She also showed a booklet of scented lotions to use for an extra $10 and I was given samples to smell. I picked “Soothe” and I love it! My massage therapist Daphne came to greet me and bring me to the room. She discussed my target areas and said to let her know if the pressure is too much. I felt very comfortable with Daphne! The massage was around 50 min (10 to change out and in clothes). Daphne let me know that I had knots in my back which hurt me and I just thought it was too much pressure. I almost fell asleep! It was so relaxing and I felt rejuvenated afterward. My experience was 10/10. The price was also not too bad but definitely look into their membership.

This was the worse massage I’ve gotten. I came in with a stiff neck and came out not feeling better at all. The therapist completely avoided the area I needed work on (told her a few times) and proceed to scratch me with her nails and used very poor technique. Additionally, she put some cream on my back that had Lidocaine and then used the same towel she used on my back to cover my eyes! This was a terrible experience and I will never come back here.

Saxon was great! Definitely the best massage Ive had- and I’ve had many. Very enjoyable! 11/10!

Xe has been my facialist for many years. No one compares to her and her treatments are the one indulgence I allow myself. Irene gives an awesome massage as well and I would recommend her to anyone as well.

Daphnie is the best for fixing my back. I’m a nurse and my shifts are very hard and physical, but she works all my knots out! I see Xe for facials, she’s amazing! This place is great, front staff is always so pleasant and booking appointments is easy. I always feel so relaxed after an appointment, and always look forward to the next one.

It is a great place. Yasmin is my favorite therapist. Very professional, knowledgeable. She explains everything to me and knows exactly the the tense area of my body. I feel so refreshed and relaxed after having a session with her.

The place itself was great customer service 4.5 my masseuse was amazing detailed and carefully explained the process. The franchise push for membership was my only minus points. I would definitely return to check the other treatment options. Additional points for giving the left over of the lotion I added with the aromatherapy. 💯👍

As always Saxon is diligent in checking to see if I have specific issues. After a particularly taxing two weeks I needed a lot of attention paid to my neck, shoulders and back. Being the skilled masseuse he is, he applied the right amount of pressure (deeper than usual) and I felt much better. He’s really the best!

Daphne did it for me once again with those hot stones!! Went in with a hurting back & shoulder & left feelng great 👍🏾 with no pain & had the best nights sleep!! Woke up today totally refreshed. Hot stones or regular massage Daphne is the best 👌🏾

My experience at Massage Envy in Bayonne is always great.. Sam makes me feel so relaxed and also guiding me to the clear skin I been wanting. Customer service is always sweet and kind as well.

Terrific masseurs, but VERY annoyed with the business manager. I decided not to renew my membership because I want to support local masseurs. On my way out, the manager bugged me to tell him why I wasnt re-upping. When I refused to answer (none of his business) he tried to make it out to be the masseurs fault (not at all the case--my masseur was great), asking me what the masseur couldve done differently. As a result of the high-pressure sales, what had been an otherwise great massage was spoiled.

Onieka was incredible ‘!!! She is o e of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had many many massages ! Will definitely be back .

I learned it’s not good to book appointments at the end of the day because the massage therapist is tired by that time. I not only filled out my focus points to work on my body I told him as well. He didn’t follow through despite bringing it up to him several times. Constantly yarning, no energy, telling me he was finish before my session was over. I was not satisfied with the service .

Sax is my favorite therapist at Massage Envy. He has a great touch and gives a very therapeutic massage. I highly recommend him!

While I enjoyed most of my massage and the zen atmosphere, my therapist gave me an attitude because I wouldn’t purchase the extra muscle enhance relaxer add on he suggested. He was super pushy about it and it made me feel sort of uncomfortable after having to say No for the second time. Overall, the staff is friendly and made us feel welcome and relaxed. I just wish they wouldn’t go so hard for the upsell…it gets uncomfortable after a while.

My best friend treated me to a the 60 min facial. I loved every min. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mini massage is a plus. I also decided to buy the product that was recommended for my skin and I love it. I’ll definitely be returning. Unfortunately I’ll have to find a location near me and I hope the I have the same experience.

Oneika and the new manager are amazing! This location is my favorite. Oneika is kind and really good at what she does. So strong. I’m not a chatter when getting a massage and she honors that. And the new manager went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name.

All the staff are friendly. Even though I moved I come here to see Xe for facials. She is knowledgeable does a wonderful job! Update about desk staff: booked massage was told that aromatherapy & foot trmnt would count as a half session. After my appt, I was told it was $26 and not included. When I said I was told otherwise, the response was sorry no its not. What should have happened since it was their mistake was for them to correct it and deduct the half session. Its not an issue of paying its their error and the only reason I included them was to use up banked sessions .

Xe was very thorough and is very informative. I was recommended to her by my sister and now all three of us go to her. Very professional.

I have loved my experience with the Massage Envy in Bayonne. The front desk is always welcoming and positive. Since my pregnancy, Ive had terrible lower back pain. Nasima always takes her time and gets me upright again. She listens to my needs and provides a totally comfortable environment for me to relax and heal.

Xe is my favorite esthetician ever. I’ve been seeing her for a number of years now, and my skin looks great. The facials also feel so relaxing, i feel very rested after each visit.

Went here for my birthday as a gift from my girlfriend. Upon my arrival everyone at the front desk was very nice. However when I got to my massage therapist it was very disappointing. She was talking about the stresses of her personal life and she even tricked me in to getting extra services with out telling me it was an up charge. I did not feel relaxed I do not like to be conned. I tried to call to speak to a manager and no one wants to speak to me about this situation. I have been waiting for a call back for 4 days now. DISAPPOINTED

Oneika is the best! I did a stretch session, followed by a massage and I left there feeling amazing. She recommended kinetic tape for a slight pain I was having in my knee. I woke up the next morning pain free!!! Looking forward to my next session.

This Massage envy is the best location I have been to! The staff and front desk ladies are always so helpful and kind, they know how to make you feel like youre home there! The massage therapists are very professional andspecialized in giving A+ massages.The estheticians are miracle workers, they really are specialized in their profession and always show how much they enjoy making people happy.The overall experience at this location is absolutely phenomenal. Dont just take my advice go in and see for yourself!

Personally I had a horrible experience and obviously won’t be trying out any Massage Envy franchise again but my wife had the worst experience.Her masseuse practically had a hard on which made her very uncomfortable.My own masseuse was all over the place, I had a lower back pain and booked a stretch which was a total waste of money.My one hour session with Anika is the only positive feedback I can give. The other two sessions with “names withheld” were not what I expected.

I have been going to Xe for almost 2 years. She is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Always offers a couple of suggestions based on skin needs at the time and keeps current with information in her field of expertise.

Sandra at the front desk was incredible! Give her a raise! (I believe that’s her first name)As for my massage therapist Nasima, had this very “do as I say” Demeanorshe was very pushy with the additional services like “I had to get them”Then the entire session complained about the personal stresses In her life, and got the “make sure you tip” comment when she finishedI will definitely return but won’t be using Nasima, definitely using someone else.

I took my Husband there for fathers day. We werent even greeted when we came through the door. There were two women at the front. While one was dealing with a customer the other was just sitting there. We were just standing there for a good 10 minutes before anyone greeted us and when we were greeted it wasnt by the two ladies already at the front desk when we came in. We filled out forms on the mini kiosk and ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes for someone to seat my Husband in the second waiting room. My Husband was finally taken into the actual massage room at 1:50pm. His appointment was at 1:30 pm but we were there since 1:10pm. When I asked him how the massage went he said on a scale of 1-10 he gave the young lady a 3. He said her stomach growled the entire massage which was supposed to be 90 dollars for a 90 minute massage but they take out 10 minutes to fill out paperwork. And 5 minutes at the end to get dressed. But i was charged 6 extra dollars. I wont say the womans name but I will say bigger isnt always better. I normally go to Serenity Day Spa but they were booked. This place has no couth for paying customers. My first and last experience at Massage Envy.

Everyone here is super friendly and extremely eager to provide a great massage experience. The facilities are very well kept, too.

This location has been a true nightmare for me. From the rude customer service staff, to unauthorized charges the day after my services, etc. etc. etc. It is just an ongoing list of things that I could add over here and just simply isnt even worth my time. Im truly over it!They communicate via text and are so rude. They even yell at you when doing so using ! point and all. The lack of professionalism is extreme by these ladies in front.The only reason why Im here is because of the amazing therapist whom I see, Oneika. I will NOT be here if it wasnt for her.

They don’t offer gift cards for non members?Why should I pay an additional fee when I only wanted to purchase a 1 hour massage gift cards for my dad and my sister . The manager was a true leader that recognizes when the empty register needed to be filled.The place was empty and the energy for me was off!

Oneika was very sweet and professional. I felt comfortable right away. She has some strong hands and really goes deep. I wish Id done 90 minutes instead of 60.

The morning of april 5th I called to book an appointment for first time here but alex i believe her name was made me feel as if my business wasnt important. Id be a new customer and used to have a membership with another company. She made me feel like because I wasnt already a customer that I was wasting her time. Management needs to retrain her.

The front desk and manager were extremely kind and courteous but I will not recommend the therapist Nasima. She felt it necessary to comment and advise on my eczema, such as applying aquaphor, stop scratching and even getting carpenters knee pads for my rough knees. It was such a mortifying experience that I left extremely upset.

I have been coming here for over a year and it seems as if the service aspect has really tanked. Its seems it is all about pushy sales and limiting your rights now. Being a member and paying almost $65 per month one expects a certain respect but this is not the case here. You can almost never get a same day massage at or around the time that you want because the staff is so limited or non existent. Its like a revolving door at this place. I called numerous times on the morning of around 10am to book a 7 or 8pm appointment and could never get fit in. I even tried calling the day before in the morning for the next day and had the same hassle. One time they told me the only appointment they had open the following day was at 9am, 9am? are you kidding me.I found out that the front desk has favorites and tries to maneuver reservations to their friends who are masseurs which really is bad business for clients that want to book at a particular time. This has happened on numerous occasions. I normally will not take the far off booking time and simply tell them no thank you, I will not be able to make that time but usually before you hang up, all of a sudden they miraculously find an opening near the time you wanted. Really bad business and it makes me wonder if they are getting kicked back by the staff they are pushing so much work too.Another issue that I think is absurd is that if you do take the membership and for some reason cant use the included monthly massage due to an illness, travel or other cause, they hassle you when you try and gift it to a family member or friend. I brought my daughter here and we a couples massage in the same room. It was pleasant and something that I thought was a nice experience for her. She asked if we could go a few months later and I booked the appointment through their front desk. When we arrived the person Jennifer at the front desk told me that my daughter would not be able to go inside with me but could sit in the lobby because they have a rule now that a guest can not come back within 6 MONTHS? This is their way of pushing memberships and sales and to try and get families to buy multiple memberships? How utterly ridiculous!!!!!!!My daughter was only 16 and could not get a membership because at this age she has to be accompanied by an adult. Who makes these consumer deterrent policies? The owners of these franchises have to use common sense and their own discretion when dealing with the customers. This business fails to take certain circumstances into account and thus harms their customer base.if you are planning to get a membership here, buyer beware........

The place is immaculate.ONEIKA, is my therapist. I consider her the best of the best. She is a natural healer. ONEIKA’s knowledge and understanding of anatomy is Phenomenal. Because of ONEIKA, I have more mobility, flexibility, and less pain. ONEIKA listens carefully to her clients, and addresses their concerns. I started my membership before COVID-19. My account was charged throughout the duration of their closure. They would not allow cancelations. When they re opened it became difficult to use all of my messages before the cancelation date. I was told I had to use them all before I canceled. I later learned that I have 60 days after my cancelation to use my credits.I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscription before my last payment date. They told me over the phone that I had to fill out forms in the office. When I arrived they told me that I could not fill out forms in the office. They told me that cancelation forms are emailed. I didnt receive an email. I asked about it the second time I came after being charged for another month. They told me that they didnt have my email on file, so I gave it to them. I gave them my email when I signed up.. They email me advertisements, text and call me about appointments. They told me the second time that they would send an email. I did not receive that email.I called my bank and asked them to block all transactions going forward. I was trying to use the last facial that was charge after asking to cancel multiple times. The morning of my last facial, I called informing them that I have cold symptoms. They advised me that I would be charged a cancelation fee. I told the woman over the phone that I am trying not to get their employees sick and shouldnt be charged for that reason. I stated that I was going to write a complaint and not coming back. She just hung up on me.Overall their massages are mediocre. Karina was the best employee they had, but she no longer works there. Be aware that some of the message therapists like to unload their stress onto their clients. I dont need to know about your ex boyfriend in prison during my message session. Ive also left with a sore neck after that visit. I dont recommend this location and I will be following up with customer service and the better business bureau.

Massage was good but I wish it was for an actual hour . They charge $145.for hour but you only get 50 minutes. They count 10 minutes for clothing change time.

I was sure that was never going to give my business to Massage Envy due to my experience at the Verona location. However, working to resolve the situation with Brandy, I am hopeful that I may come around to checking out her Massage Envy - Bayonne, NJ location. As far as ME clinics in the area go its decent, no better or worse than any other clinic.As far as the reviewer below me who is complaining about the policy of not gifting massages to the same person more than once in 6 months- thats the policy you signed when you got your contract. It hasnt changed in years. You can still give away one session a month, but not to the same person more than once every 6 months. Thats because they want you to use your sessions, as a personalized health plan is made for you when you join. Its just company policy and you signed off on it.The clinic is relatively small but I usually choose this one over Jersey City or Hoboken because parking is easier (unless Im in Bergen county when I visit the Fair Lawn clinic since its brand new and right by my job.)

This place is the worst, they con us into signing up for membership which states that we can cancel anytime, however, that was not the case. Even though I told them that we could not longer go foe more sessions as I was out of work they still took out 70.00 from my account every month.And when you yo there, they expect a mandatory tip of 20.00 or more on top of trying to sell you additional overprice products.Dont waste your money, go to another spa, there are a couple of good ones on Broadway.

I made the mistake of telling my technician I had sciatica. What was supposed to be an aroma therapy message focusing on my neck, shoulders, and mid back turned into an unsolicited sciatica physical therapy session. I asked twice about moving on to my issue but he wad determined to continue doing what he wanted. I am now in bed at 12:20am with the worst pain I have ever experienced in my back and leg that I cant sleep and am literally crying. Of all the times Ive been here, this was the worst experience Ive ever had.

Allison is wonderful! I may tell her a general area of discomfort but she finds the exact point of pain and works her magic!

It was my first time ever getting a massage plus it was my birthday, Amanda started nice but then ended my session fairly quickly before the full 50 mins or hour, especially after she hyped up how wonderful and great she is, she didnt massage one of my hands, and it was full body massage and only spent seconds on the back of my feet smh, fairly disappointed and paid $120 with tip included cause I was nice, way too over priced for the lack of service I received, will not be going back.

I have come here so many times in the past and always have been disappointed. This last time was the icing on the cake when each time the massage therapist leaned over their fat stomach kept rubbing my head into the face rest. I told them to please stop but then the rest of the massage became really horrible. I am not sure what kind of people they employ but I walked out feeling so upset and frustrated.

They take your money whenever they choose. I gave one card for a one time payment and they kept it to take a payment whenever they choose. They are scummy and crooks. Zero authorization to use that card. Lawyer worthy. Do not trust them!

The massage was not bad, however the suggested areas was not focused on. His hands are were soft but I really wanted focus on my lower back nd it was totally missed it.
