They had what I needed for the right price. I have gone there twice now and I know that they have what I need. The prices are pretty reasonable. Some things are kinda pricey but overall its a good store with nice workers.

They sell defective products and refuse to take accountability for that. Let alone the danger in selling something to someone that, due to the defect, can end up easily causing a house fire due to the battery overheating from the unit vaping on its own.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Been my go to since they opened on Main. Eli is the best at what he does, super cool and nice dude. Always makes me feel appreciated as a customer. They are all good people there though.

Not only are the products priced amazingly affordably, they have most amazing customer service youll experience . I was clueless the first time I walked in. Ive been patiently shown, talked through, and assisted to ensure I got the exactly what products fit my needs, and price range, every time I come in. They know their products as well, and the first device I was recommended over a year ago? In my hand right now, still my favorite. Knowledgeable, and not out to upsell or price gouge, patient, kind, and I cannot stress enough, go in, check them out. Even a guy nervous and worried about being irritating, was treated with understanding, patience, and everything was thoroughly explained to me. Cannot thank them enough. See yall soon!

I have been a regular customer for the past 3 years. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to gas station vape products and Smokes on The Water came through in a big way. So many options and they always have some kind of sale or special going on. I signed up for their rewards program and get a deal at least once a month. Great knowledgeable staff that have a no question is a dumb question attitude. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to quit smoking or just looking to save money on vape products.

The employees are super friendly and helpful. They make their own line of CBD gummies that are superior to any others we have tried. The new shop is bigger and has more to offer now. We always buy here.

I have shopped hear for sometime now but i really started going weekly about a year ago. The guys are simply AMAZING, they have so so much knowledge on there products. Clean shop, friendly employees. When i walk in i feel like im home. Definitely a great place i wish i could hang out there all day!!!! If u have any problems with the items you buy they will fix or replace.Definitely hands down a 5 star.

Stopped here to pick up a Sheesh nicotine vape. Great friendly service and saved me $3 over the place around the corner by joining their loyalty program. This will definitely be the only place I go for my vape supplies moving forward.

Super clean and organized, the staff was great and attentive. When I had questions or doubts they assured me and provided explanations. It does have a small parking lot but I didnt have trouble finding a space when I came.

Smokes on the water has been my go to smoke shop for years, in fact ever since they opened! I’ve lived in Columbia county for almost a year and although there are a ton of different vape shops closer to me here I refuse to shop anywhere else! Smokes on the water has had AMAZING deals with mods and juice and everything else in between. They also have some of the most top of the line e juice that I have ever used. 10/10 recommend them to anyone! You will not be disappointed!😎

Been there twice as a last resort and regretted it both times. Priced high and flavor selection extremely limited. I had to wait quite a while for service because the man was more interested in who could create the biggest cloud between himself and what seemed to be a bunch of teens hanging out. I was sold a 3mg instead of a 6mg since they dont carry anything higher in mg. Of course didnt realize it until I had already opened it and was home. Very disappointed all around.

I would highly recommend this place. This establishment is full of very friendly people and are always there to help you in search of anything you need. They make you feel welcomed every time you enter and leave the store.

The customer service there was horrible. The cashier kept asking if we were done looking and ready to check out. I could understand this, but we were in the store for only a couple of minutes it was nowhere near closing time. When we asked him for another item he said what you see is what we have in a crummy tone. From now on I will drive to another town rather than feel like Im getting pushed out the door.

I went here to get some juice. Very limited selection and the tabacco flavor they sold me tastes like root beer and licorice not to mention the nicotine packs I had to purchase to get the mg up. The price was much higher then any other place I have been to. Ill take the trip to Madison from now on. Very unhappy.

Don’t hand out $5 store credit and say you can’t stack them. Doesn’t say anywhere on there you can’t stack if I had 10-20 sure but 4 common

People don’t realize that its a smaller vape shop. but for us people from around the area honestly couldn’t ask for more. its pretty much the only vape shop that i go to. i could be in there for 5min to 2 hours. idc if their selection is “small”, its a very friendly environment and pretty much all questions u have will be answered by the staff immediately. the guys know their stuff and will hook yahs up.

10/10 would recommend “smokes on the water” for your one stop shop. From CBD to vapor they got it all. The man behind the register was super helpful as well.

Literally NEVER have what I need. About 90% of the time I’m leaving with nothing because they don’t have what I need in stock. I’ve come in for coils, batteries, tanks and they are always out of stock. Usually when you go to a vape shop to get something it’s cause you need it at that moment, so I don’t like having to wait an extra week or two.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great prices, decent options on e-juices and willing to consider bringing in other lines if requested.

Sat there waiting patiently for the person in front of me to be helped. The guy running the place just assumed i was woth hin wven though i clearly walked on after. I think the customer service has something to be desired.... unless your all buddy buddy with them. He dod at least apologize and try to make it right so....

Not much of a selection for things other than vaporizers. Layout of the store is cramped. Only thing good about it was the young man working there!
