I stopped for one reason - to get a new vape tank and coil - for less than the price of a new glass tank - I got a whole new vape that is just what I needed! The fella who helped me - truly is an expert in his field.

Been coming in here with my friends for almost two years.The staff and pricing is awesome. Bought a Hookah mainly for decor in my house, had a couple gouges in it I didnt see on the brass but is fully functional and Im sure they would of made it right if I complained.Its also a family business. A+

Found this place last month when we were looking for hookah stuff, and it has been one of our favorite finds.The folks working there are always friendly and know their stuff, and really make the visit worth the drive, even from North Portland.Definitely worth looking here among your first stops if youre looking for something specific. Even if they dont have what youre looking for, theyll probably know where you can find it.

I want to give a personal review on this place.I have been to many smoke shops but none amount to this one. They are extremely kind hearted.With all the b.s. with disposable vapes right now, this place is the best. Self firing is very dangerous and can sometimes lead to a very bad outcome. Every single time i had a bad vape, they helped me out. (As long as i bought it from them, and it is within 24 hrs) if it self fires they exchange no questions asked. I just really appreciate the thought behind safety being obviously more important than money in a pocket.I will always suggest this place. They have a very nice, large variety of disposable and permanent vapes. They have a stunning glass selection, and on top of it all you cannot beat the prices they offer here.Hands down best shop in beaverton! Check out there other locations i trust that they are all just as amazing.

It was hard finding a nice cape shop ever since I moved here but this place has always been great, lots of different options for e-juices with pretty good pricing. Plus if you need weed related items they got you covered too.

This place has the selection of hooka tobacco and some of the most friendly, knowledgeable staff.I was blown away, and I was given a great shisha blend recipe! Theyre awesome and I will keep coming back.

I cannot speak on the quality of the Smoke Shacks actual vaporizers or tobacco products, but they by far have the best prices and consistentcy in stocking of OPMS Kratom products. Its not generally a cheap purchase wherever you go, but this location comes closest in terms of affordability.Not only are their prices fair, but the employees are quite sociable and Ive never had a negative experience with any of them. Will definitely return!

Dont support this shop .refused service after being a high paying customer that pays cash , sells out dated junk, is very rude to customers. never has coils in stock.Dosent know his products at all.Yells at woman with mental health issues like a dog.

Super friendly guys when youre buying, but if you have a problem, theyre customer no service. Big disappointment when the product was faulty and needed replacement according the the manufacturer. Ill shop elsewhere.

Been coming to this place for the last 6 months or so because its the closest shop to the apartments I moved into.Never had a bad experience here. The workers are always really friendly and any time Ive had an issue with an item (usually my fault tbh) theyre always helpful in resolving the issue.They have really good prices too. I dont think Ive ever been to a smoke shop with good quartz nails that are this cheap... They got good deals on good kratom, and E juice as well. Recommend coming here for most smoking needs.

I have been going to this shop since they opened. I have almost strayed away a few times to find other shops. Then they hired Michael and it was a breath of fresh air. He has the knowledge and customer service skills that make a great leader. There have been a few people that have been let go and a few that still work there that shouldn’t be. If you are able to make it in when Michael is there though get ready for some killer service. Hopefully he is a manager because he is the best they got. Makes me want to come back every time. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff, but they seem to not care and never can answer any of my questions. Hire more people like Michael and you will see the customers coming back with their friends. If he wasn’t there my rating would be a 3. Keep this guy around. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt it was necessary with how killer his customer service was.

This is by far the best vape shop Ive ever been to. The workers are very knowledgeable and helpful and they have great deals on many different products. I highly recommend them.

Very courteous staff and excellent prices. Their shop hours are also great as I dont have to make a mad dash after work if need be in the evening hours during the week.

I love the cashiers here but am tired of buying vapes that taste good the first few puffs and get a burned taste after a few times. I have spent far too much money here and get the runaround saying its my fault for buying defective products when I dont stock the shelves or are given a working product.

This place has more vape juice flavor variety than any other shop Ive been to in the Portland Metro, and Vancouver. The staff are awesome too.

Small, clean shop with a decent variety of things. Average to fair pricing all around compared to other smoke shops, no loyalty discounts like some stores offer. Three easy parking spots out front with extra room in the back, not wheelchair friendly (no ramp, theres a curb). Also on bus route with convenient east-end Beaverton location. Main clerk that works there most of the time is nice although sometimes seems grumpy, the store owner is very friendly. Decent shop.

Id have to say that this is the cleanest, brightest and most organized smoke shop Ive ever been to. Other shops Ive been to are dark and seem just a bit on the seedy side. I went in for the first time today, the young lady there was wonderful and really friendly and helpful even at opening time. She was very knowledgeable too. This is a place that I will be going to in the future and recommend to anyone. There prices are also really amazing!

Literally the best prices for any product Ive compared to in Oregon. Vape juices are 25 and under, whereas Henrys, 30 ml bottles range around 30 bucks. Bio glass and other smoking devices are available, and theyve got everything here that I would need to enjoy my night :) the owner has been really making improvements every time I walk in, theres more and more he puts into his shop. Proud of the guy!

A little confused by all the good reviews. Got there a little after they opened to see 4 other people waiting outside. The store was closed, and apparently its normal for the guy to just not show up?? We sat outside for at least half an hour before I left for another shop. The Glassworks shop down the street from here is much better.

Great customer service and prices! Their inventory isnt huge but the prices are definitely competitive. Plus, they were open before anyone else was.I went in with a prehistoric vape, cuz I had quit months ago and it was a recent hand-me-down, and after it was decided that the coil Id need wasnt in stock the cashier offered to sell me a brand new vape for just $20! The sticker price said $60, and it was totally worth more than $20. I didnt buy it unfortunately, but it was a nice gesture for a first time customer.Ill definitely be coming back if I end up getting hooked after this bottle of E-juice.

Your product is limited and if i am in the mood to be picky and choosy in cloud nine and smok stuff i shall go to you. Up until today this was my go to store for my vapes. Come in several times a week and have spent a lot of money. I bought a defective puff bar there. Wasnt able to return it right away .trued to return it and was told I was too late and I couldnt get an exchange.Wont be coming back. Feel cheatedConsidering I spend between 20 and 40$ there weekly for over ayear. And they wont except the fact they sold me a bogus product.

Awesome people, great prices. Super respectful and welcoming vibe. Answered all my questions I had since I’m from out of town. They’re doing 2 people at a time in the shop for Covid-19 measures and I didn’t have to wait long at all to get in. Worth the experience if you’re looking for a good place with a huge variety.

NEVER use a credit/Debit card in this place :) btw to the shop clerk that stood over my shoulder and memorized my 4 digit pin (After Miraculously the CHIP READER DIDNT WORK SO I HAD TO SWIPE MY CARD) then put my receipt in his pocket without offering to give it to me... I walked out of there and immediately canceled my card and replacing everything..so GOOD LUCK trying to steal from that one 😊 oh and btw your products are terrible quality AND OVERPRICED TOO

This was my first visit to any smoke shop (switching from ciggrates to vaping) ,when i went there people were outside waiting(due to covid social distancing) so i was a little hesitant to go inside and ask about vaping from point zero as he had customers waiting outside waiting for their turn (also I am new to USA and english is not my native language hehe), but to my surprise the guy warmly welcomed me and explained a little about vaping and showed me multiple devices and how it works etc etc, never felt for a second that he is in a rush ( as people were waiting outside) and explained everything and helped me decide about the device and juice etc. Very good and comfortable experience. Dont know much about the products as I am new so later will write another review after i get used to this vaping thing and learn more about it and explore the shop more in future . Keep it up guys

I was waiting in line for 20 minutes while the cashier ignored my presence and continued to talk to her friend. Then when the friend left she was impatient with me and had no knowledge on kratom when I asked about it. Super unprofessional.. Im giving 2 stars because the kratom was decent quality

Amazing service. Got some 6mg eliquid that im very happy with, 60ml for 10$!!!!Wide variety for a little smoke shop.Very clean and crisp.Obviously you wont get a build for your ecig but if you need some juice I would rather go here then any vape shop in the area.

Terrible customer service: I bought a pre-heating pen and it didn’t work so I brought it back in 2 days with the original packaging for an exchange and they rejected for their own defect product and it felt like a scam. The sales person claimed they had a no return no exchange policy. I said this is not a consumable product but a battery pen and she said it applied to all products. Never saw any stores like this, speechless!!

Best smoke shop around! They always have their Puff Bars in stock & a huge selection. The owner is really kind and the overall customer service is wonderful. This isn’t the closest smoke shop to me but it is always worth the drive!

I experienced an unfortunate problem that was not at all their fault and they helped me over the last week to render the situation and make sure that everything was made right. Really trust these guys, they get good products and have great prices!

I bought 2 CBD vape cartridges from this place, loved the first one that Im still smoking btw. So i opened the second package that is a different flavor and noticed the cartridge was only half way full. I noticed the oil had leaked out into the box. I came back today and instead of replacing my cartridge the man behind the counter said he had never seen this before and had ni way of knowing if I was the reason the product was half gone. I didnt want a refund I simply wanted my $20 replaced with product and for the company to be made aware of the flaws so they could fix them for future consumers. The manager refused to call the owner and still made me pay $12 for oil i needed to replace the cartridge i gave back to him because I needed oil amd will not use a cartridge that in my opinion was tampered with PRIOR to my purchasing it...Thank you for allowing me to piss away my $20 because you wouldnt call the owner!

I moved into the neighborhood couple of years go. I never notice this place until the other day. I was missing out! Not only are the staff friendly and they know how to make you smile also know there stock very well. They have this massive wall of Bongs to choose from! I went in for smokes and walked out with awesome new glass piece for my collection.

The owner needs to hire a better quality of people. As a customer you have to check everything they sell you even if you show them the items you want. 3 times theyve given me the wrong product.

Spent $120 on vape gear. They would not replace a 5 dollar cartridge that came with it, even though they agreed it was broken. Suggested I call SMOK in China. Poor business not to stand behind your products and loyal customers
