Very disappointed. We have spent hundreds of dollars as loyal customers here. Excited when we got an email with a promotion that the store then refused to honor and claimed some conditions which were not included in the coupon (not even fine print)Go elsewhere unless you want to be turned away be false advertising scammersUpdate: no credit card was declined. They never even ran the card. She said she wouldn’t have enough so she never even ran her card. But this is just another example of the owner being dishonest and trying lie his way out of one star reviews.I have visited this store dozens of times and I could show credit card receipts for hundreds of dollars in purchases.Those purchases will go elsewhere forever and no doubt this store will go out of business as he slowly alienates all of his loyal customers who drive 20-30 minutes past other shops to visit his. I’ll save my time and money. Thanks for showing your true colors.

By far my favorite vape shop in the area! These guys are great, they have a fantastic selection and the customer service is always on point.Im still fairly new to vaping and the employees here have always been so patient with me asking silly questions.

Showed this deal to an employee and he did not honor it. Said I had to buy JUICE in order to get the deal. UNPROFESSIONAL.Update: I see the owner responded to me, kind of hostile about my card being declined? I was 88 CENTS short on the products, ANOTHER customer standing next to me said “you’re only 88 CENTS short?” I said yeah sadly. The employee then after the guy said he’d pay the 88 CENTS for me, took the products back and gave me my money back and said, I only gave you the deal because you asked about it, and you’re supposed to buy a bottle a juice. Again, AFTER showing him the email SENT from Vlounge, he still said I needed to buy juice. (Mind you he read the deal word for word, and nowhere in there did it say I have to buy juice) I drive over 20 MINS to go to this specific shop, because it was one of my favorites out of any shops around. Spent hundreds of dollars on juice, tanks, etc. False advertisement at its best I guess it what yall do now to get people to come into the store. And yes I felt forced to have to still but a bottle of juice, because again I DRIVE 20 MINS OR SO to get there to buy these products. I live nowhere near Aloha and in Beaverton and make that trip daily. This is a shame.

Came in with a mixed batch of old vapes and needed help building one Frankenstein out of them. Tyler came through and helped out big time! Highly recommended

Best place in town. The entire staff is always very helpful. Specifically Tyler at the Aloha location. Very kind, genuine and he always suggests their deals prior to purchasing. I end up spending way more money than I originally wanted to because of him! They have a great variety and flavors most shops don’t carry. Lychee Ice & strawberry banana are my favorites. I’d love to see a cinnamon disposable, I know that’s hard to find, but if it’s out there Serenity will find it, I’m sure! 10/10

Awesome store with a great selection and good dudes.EDIT: I bought a Peach Ring vape juice, and it tastes good. Actually it tastes like those dried mango snacks, like the fruit beef jerky things. Not exactly like Peach Rings but also the mango dried snacks are good too, so hell yeah.

I entered into a well lit inviting space and was greeted with smiles by two people. The layout of the store is clean crisp and inviting. The products are displayed nicely and all flavors are available in testers. The only thing that could have improved my experience is if they carried EC Blend Flavors. I ended up getting the Pacha Mama passionfruit blend a pack of cleito aspire mesh coils (if you dont know then you do) and a new 5ml glass for my aspire. They have a 1:1 reward system with another perk. Definitely worth stopping by just to talk about new tech or scoop up a new flavor.

So excited to have a happy accident! Came in with questions and got out with a bag of goodies, happy CFL ! Friendly and informative staff made the experience pleasant and easy ! Definitely coming back for more flavors to try next !

I usually buy everything online, but I loyally go to Serenity Vapor because they have a knowledgeable and very helpful staff, good prices (they charge less than the manufacturer in some cases), reward system, and even a vaping area out back!You wont be disappointed, especially if youre new to vaping and/or want to quit smoking.

Super friendly and very helpful. I had 2 criteria and was directed to a decent variety of options. I almost wish I smoked more to take advantage of their deals!

It’s alright. It’s close to work. Guys that work there are informative about their stuff but I feel like they are awkward and stand off ish. I always tip them when they help me with a new pod or vape. But they aren’t super friendly. Kinda expensive but hey, it’s a business.. if it wasn’t close to my work I wouldn’t bother. Baseline has a way better selection always in stock just out of the way. Took them 2 months to get a certain juice in and blamed it on distribution lol we know that’s not the case but yeah. Over it.

Originally I had these folks at a five star. I am now realizing that theyre juices are very expensive. They sold me a vape less than 3 months ago, the batteries section is completely destroyed because the magnets that are in there have completely detached from their original position and have destroyed the plastic around them. When I asked if there was any assistance I could get from this I was effectively told no and then one person said he could sell me the exact same mod that had been returned for a discounted price, I asked how much the discounted price was, they then went on to tell me that never mind they werent going to sell it to me. I dont know I wanted a good experience but they clearly didnt want to give me one.

One of the better vape stores around. Great loyalty bonuses. Wide choice of juices and vaping gear. Definitely my go to in the area.

This place is overpriced. They charge 5 more dollars per bottle than any other place for my same babe juice. The customer service sucks. The people in there are very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Bought my first set up here. Randy was great! He was very detailed in explaining my setup and operation of my device. He even recommended some flavors (cotton candy is bomb!). Ask for Randy to set you up, his customer service is on point!

This place is great! Everyone here is super knowledgeable about their product. Randy helped my boyfriend get a great new set-up, he answered any and all questions we had. They always have a great selection of juice on hand too!

I would highly recommend this shop! Amazing service. The main manager/owner is super nice and tries to give you the best experience by answering questions, at times giving discounts and very knowledgeable about their products. Colton is a great employee there. He can tell you his opinion on just about every juice. Ive been to other shops and I will never go anywhere but Serenity vape again. Customer service was nice but they didnt have any nicotine! Highest was 6. Im looking for 18-24.According to the owners reply this isnt true. However I think hes considering the two or three flavors with that amount of nicotine. All flavors should have an option on strength.

Super happy with my purchase, 5 bucks for a 30 mil bottle of some great juice. Plus, the guy was very helpful and have lots of good detail to the value of each product. Will be buying more next time Im there!

This shop was a breath of fresh air. The staff was really informative of all of their merchandise, and did not pressure me to buy anything. They waited to hear why I was there and made the best suggestions they could. Great selection, well priced and clean place.

These guys are pretty decent. They know their product, theyre aware of the market, and they have decent deals every now-and-then.I just wish they were able to relate to theirs customers enough to provide adequate recommendations on what choices to possibly make based on preferences. Everything you need and could desire is up for grabs, the staff is like a database, fine tuned to answer your every question and suggest something you didnt even know you needed. In conclusion,I would recommend this place to my most trusted board of advisors and in turn would advise me to never shop anywhere else. Best vape store in the area by far, staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they are happy to help with any issues or questions you might have. Randy in particular is an exceptional employee he has helped me many times with several mechanical vape issues and well as general vape knowledge. I recommend this store to anyone I know who vapes and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. If youre a novice vaper, a seasoned pro, or anywhere in between this is where you should be buying your vape products!

I was greeted with a smile! Randy was extremely helpful and patient. He took his time explaining the different choices I had. After I settled on the one I wanted he walked me through how to operate it and filled it for me and had me try it out on their patio. I wii be back.

Randy was awesome. I have been smoking for over 36 years and was looking for something that may detour me from continuing the habit. We walked in and Randy helped us learn everything we needed to know about switching to the alternative. We knew nothing about any of it and he explained with great patience and obvious experience.

Jordan was very helpful in helping me PERIOD from selecting which model to the tips and how to build and help set me up to start vaping. Great environment and modern style decor, very informative on everything and tons of flavors to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone from first time vapors to vapors who knows what they are doing.

These guys are fantastic! I went in after having some problems with my Joyetech eGo one that I purchased at a different store. I went to these guys because they had been highly recommended, and I wasnt happy with the service I received at the other store. I am brand new to vaping, and they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They willingly helped me with my issues I was having with the product that they didnt even sell me, AND gave me a deal on some new liquid and coils that I needed. In a nutshell, this place is clean, modern, and has very friendly service. Their selection of liquids is huge, they are very knowledgeable, helpful, and have very reasonable prices. Glad they have a location in Tigard, so its even closer for me!

Just made the switch from combustible to vape. All the good things you’ve read about Randy are true. He really knows his stuff, is truly enthusiastic about it, and never once showed an ounce of impatience. I ask a LOT of questions, was there for over an hour my first time, so this says a lot!

Well Randy asked for a review, so here it is. I was new to buying a vape and needed some help. I got the help I needed and was told that they have a 30 day return policy. However, going back a few days later I was denied a return. This was the first shop I went to because it was closest to my house but now I wish I went to others first. I suggest you do, too!

Rough customer service, frequent out-of-stocks, high prices. Worth a couple miles to head to Tony’s in Beaverton, where you won’t be argued with about a redeeming an earned ‘reward.’ I won’t return to this shop.

Honestly what a rip off. Went in to pick up some juice and I got what they recommended. Took it home and it tasted very wrong. Ended up that the juice was ether expired or mixed wrong. So I called in and let them know and they said ya stop by and let’s look at it and we can swap it out. So when I got there all the man did was smell it and say well there is nothing I can do but give you a 30% off a new juice. So I spend $45 freakin dollars on a juice that is messed up and all you can do is offer to make me pay more. What kind of business sells tainted product and won’t help the customer out by at least swapping it out. If google would let me they wouldn’t even get a 1/10 stars.

I just moved here from out of state and the vape scene here is very different, not what Im used to. Ive tried several vape shops and Serenity is the first one I have actually liked. Although, federal restrictions keep them from actually working on our equipment, the employee went above and beyond to walk me through every step of fixing my smokey (thats what I call it.) There was also an elderly gentleman there struggling and the employee helped him as well with patience. He was also very knowledgeable about their juice selection and rewards program. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a regular shop.

They carry Oregon Vapor and Cuttwood and thats just perfect for me! Friendly staff, not a whole lot of equipment to look at but always stocked with quality eLiquids. Prices are pretty average for Portland area shops, which is about as much as you can ask for...

I was told by Jordan, that Serenity had a glass/coil combo on clearance for around $11 that would be a good package to hold me over until I received my other glass I was purchasing online.I drove clear in from the other side of Tigard to Aloha, because he didnt tell me they had a Tigard location (which I had told him my location)only to have a bait and switch pulled, when a different sales associate tried to sell me a $12 glass by itself instead of in a pack, which I can purchase online for $4-5.I had the sales associate contact Jordan by phone who changed what he had said earlier, and tried to get the s.a. to sell me the glass, which probably saw me walking back out the door, and rather than try to rectify the situation, the s.a. simply hung up his phone call with Jordan, and went back to talking with his group of friends in the corner.Simply an uncool move on the part of proprietor, who as it turns out, is in fact the Jordan I spoke with on the phone. I have to say, if any of the companies I work with were to operate in such an unethical manner, we would be out of business pretty quickly.I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Serenity, since I had read other positive reviews about them.. I was truly hoping this would be a great introduction to vaping since I am new to it, not just a chance to get stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic, and waste well over a quarter tank of fuel.Hopefully I will be able to find a company with good products, and a good moral compass, to do business with in the future.

The service here is always fast and they have pretty much whatever juice Ive needed whether salt nic or regular freebase nic juice. Pretty standard prices and a friendly atmosphere make me a return customer.

Serenity has a great selection of e-juice, mods, atomizers, and accessories. The staff is friendly, and quite knowledgeable about vapor technology, and always seem ready to help with any problems people have with their vape equipment.Their prices are in what I would call the Good for a brick and mortar range, and they usually have at least a few good items discounted. They use fivestars rewards, and start to get good around $100, which is a lot less than some other stores ive been to recently.Thanks to their adherence to the Oregon smoke-free workplace law (recently updated to include personal vaporizers), the store isnt completely coated in a layer of VG/PG residue, and they always keep the place neat and clean.

Very weirdly curated vape liquid selection. Mostly sub par hype liquids.They attempted to charge me 1$ to try liquids, and refused to rewick my device.The one I purchased was one of the only liquids availible in 6mg(at the time?), and gunked my coils like I havent seen in a year or so.Nothing in 18+mg.... :/ so several devices are still empty.Nothing in 50pg/50vg...The liquid I purchased was 25$ for 60ml(industry standard), other 60mls were at 30$?, sorry but thats just over priced.There are shops with much better liquid and better service. If you happen to be a professional, skip this shop and go with something else. The blasting rap music on the tv may not fit all, I happened to like the song about marijuana that was playing.

They are pros there and really know their stuff. They can and do help the newbie vapors to find out what might help then best. Some shops have made me feel less than comfortable in their stores especially when I was such a new non smokerNot this place. From day one Ive felt just as important as the someone making less expensive purchases. If you want top quality premium Ejuice and the latest gadgets these are your guys. Also if you are new and need assistance learning the stuff these are your guys too! The employees look and act professional and wear uniform tops. To me as a a 50+ year old woman a welcoming environment is something that makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. There have been several vape shops that although they have plenty of products the environment looks and feels dirty to me. Serenity Vapors run a clean and professional shop. Thanks guys after smoking nearly 40 years I am free at last and it is shops like yours that help bring in new people and help them live healthier smoke free lives. Great guys, got awesome stuff and they filled my tank for me. All masked and only four allowed in the store at once but it was just me at the time.

One of the most helpful places to assist in quitting smoking. Now incorporate CBD for pain and anxiety relief. This used to be my favorite vape shop now its my favorite wellness center.

• Ridiculously overpriced product - about $10-$15 more than local competitors• Rude staff - Randy was extremely condescending the entire time I was in the shop• For having 4-5 people staffing an empty store, the place definitely looked a little dingySave your money, shop somewhere else.
