Pretty good selection when stocked; which is no fault off the proprietor. They sell great juices and run out quick; Charlie can hook you up though so no worries. All your vaping needs can get picked up here and at a great price

I am new to vaping, but have met my share of douches at some shops. Not the case with these guys. At the Beaverton shop, they were pretty helpful in getting me set up, as well as picking juice. At the newer Vancouver shop, I got fantastic service. No talking down, have many suggestions and tried to get a feel for my taste profile so he could home in on his suggestions. They are new, but working on building the selection. I absolutely suggest stopping by if you are in the area.

Let me preface this with this was only my 2nd time in this shop. I went to the grand opening and, while it was a very nice looking shop, I didnt care for the elitist vibe so I stopped going. I heard that they changed owners, so I went in today to pick up a juice that only this shop carries. The first thing that hit me was oh wow, they changed everything in here. followed by it is really cold in here The guy that worked there (I didnt catch his name) was really nice and even gave me a 10% discount because they didnt have the juice I came for in stock. Honestly though, the ambiance of the place made me feel like I was walking into a K-mart.

I love Elements as a whole... I just wish they werent the upper average of prices in the local area. Both their area shops are very nice though and their staff is friendly as well. Honestly I cant afford to buy my gear from local shops but they do have a nice selection to look at and the carry many of the most wanted quality eLiquids lines.

First visit was great.... there were no other customers. It was my first time to vaping, and the gentleman was helpful. Came back to commit to purchasing a better vape. Same person, he was helpful... at first. After my purchase i was immediately dismissed to help someone else. I still had some questions, but he was more concerned about waiting for his other customers to make a decision on juice. I waited for a few mins... since the other customers were taking a long time and i was no longer of any interest to your employee...i left. After leaving i realized that i had paid waaaaay more for not only my juice, but for the vape kit as well. This is not comparing to internet pricing... this is comparing to other local stores. I recommend that everyone shop around. This shop seems to be quite a bit over priced!!! I will not be returning.

I found this shop only because I was desperate for some juice and I was on my drive home from work and this popped up on my phone, happened to be close and it was right on the way. I cant say enough about how happy I am that I took a chance and stopped here.Needless to say when I first came in I was met with warm smiles and real people not pushy salesman or vape snobs. These guys are chill and will spend the time with you to help you learn about the hobby or get you in and out if you know what you need/want. They get it they cater their service to old pros and novices alike without prejudice. They have taught me a lot in the few times I have been in. Another thing that I have noticed is that tthey will definitely not sell you on something they dont 100% believe in or havent tried themselves.They have a massive selection of juice and also a great selection of Mods/RDAs/hybrids/digitals you name it. These guys do business the way it should be done with real customer service and you can tell they have a real passion for the hobby and their jobs.Try a couple of the other shops in the area then come here, I bet you will keep coming back. Thank you guys for all of your help and the personal service that you have given me every time I have been in.

Kinda bummed, they seem like a great shop and I only interacted with one employee; but he sent me home with a 60ml bottle of super harsh eliquid that cost me $30 and now Im broke and have nothing to vape. I know I was in a rush, but when I asked for a fruity high VG liquid I was putting my trust in him to help me based on those guidelines. I may come back, but I dont know.

Absolutely stellar business. The guys were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Most of their flavors werent my cup of tea, but that is all subjective. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Awesome lineup of juices for sale. Decent offering of mods/tanks/rda. Staff is super helpful and let you try juices before you buy.

I bought a vape pen here and after 2 days of use I pressed the button and it malfunctioned and fired at maximum wattage (175w) when I only keep it at 30w and it didnt stop firing till I completely unscrewed the RDA off the top of it Im going to return the pen and reem the owner 😤

This place is awesome the guys that helped me were really nice. By far the best shop iv bin to that is close to me. The only place that has 18650 Sony butteries.

Nice guys and fair prices. Be aware that parking is a pain. You might have to walk .25 of a mile to get close. Best bet would be to parking metered parking.

Great staff, solid selection. I frequent this spot as often as possible despite it being an hours drive from my home.

They have the newest products on the market and are by far the most knowledgeable shop within 20 miles.
