I’ve always had amazing experiences with this company. I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of glass from this place between bongs rigs term pearls really anything you need they got it! Which yesterday came in real handy when I busted my puffco glassThey had me a replacement at a more then fair price and I was back in action in under 15 minutesLiterally had to tell myself there was no logic to being pissed cause I already had the problem fixedWill always go to this place first

It was recommended I go to torched illusions by a former employee and my first few experiences were good but the latest time I went in the price hadp by nearly $10 at check out p and when I brought it to the employees attention she rang the manager who promptly told her to terminate all business with me because of been getting a discount is never been informed of. Had I simply been informed of the discount I wouldnt have had a problem. Communication is key.

Used to be a succchhh a good location.Recently, I called before going in because I was looking for something specific. Spoke to a woman on the phone who confirmed they had what I wanted and told me to come on down. On the phone, I literally said I was less than 10 mins away and to keep it by the counter. When I arrived less than 6 mins later, there was a sign on the door, in small print, saying they were closed. Someone walked out of the store, and the employee closed the door in our faces.Before rudely shutting the door in our faces, she said that she was the only one working and needed to take an hour lunch break... tried to tell her that I had called ahead and just needed the one thing, that she had JUST told me to come to the store, and she shrugged and shut the door in our faces.Not returning anytime soon.

Beautiful shop well stocked , but the girl behind the counter couldnt be any more unenthusiastic and acted a bit like showing us items was a great burden.

Best place to go ! From prices to costumer service they are the only place I’ll ever go to. The employees are all super helpful, professional and they have the best selection guarantee. I’m so thankful for their help and especially the hours they are open til! Thank you guys!

Every time Ive either called or gone in, everyone has been so nice. There are so many vape shops, but this is the place to go with great prices and excellent customer service.

First time coming here and they have a wide selection of artistic glassware that ranges from the colorful to iconic. The interior is well kept, lit and organized.If you are looking to buy any sisha, their selection is limited to one brand called Al Fakher, small boxes that costs about $4.99 or possibly less. Bigger boxes are possibly on sale too, however I didnt get a good look since we zipped in and out.For more specific searchers, they also have CBD oils on sale, however the brand and cost is unknown. Incense galore next to the doorway and a good selection of vape pens ans vape devices. Overrall, a well stocked and orderly store with nice staff!

The only Smoke shop I go to, for vapes and other goodies. I’ve met the owner a few times, and he’s genuinely a nice guy. Do NOT sleep on this place. Absolutely amazing.

Ive been here a bunch of times and usually its a 5 star review. This is your standard bong shop, maybe a little bigger than most. Has all the vaping and smoking paraphernalia.Just writing this review to let the salesguy know : when a customer keeps telling you I dont like percs, show me something with no percs ... showing me a bong with 3 percs and trying to sell cleaner for them is the wrong sales strategy.Today I will visit the competition still in search of a bong with 1 or fewer percolators.

These guys are great! The selection from beginner pipes right down to such beautiful pieces of art I couldnt even smoke out of it.. e nails vapes they have it all. And great customer service! I always leave happy and we both know get happier .

Great staff 99% of the time and Ive been going here many years. Remember when it was brand new! Owner is cool and they sell incense and vape juice too, along with a few mods and other tidbits. Great place to go if you know what youre looking for and want to make sure you get it in one stop. Also great if you dont know, and want some help finding something to suit you. Check out their five-star discounts etc too. Beautiful pieces/pendants/art to check out.

Nearby is the best thing about them. I wont go there anymore, though, since all I seem to get is bad advice, bad products, bad attitude, and frustration. Most vape places seem to have the same business model, so I guess theyre not any worse than the other bad shops.

Love this place! And I really like the owner. Hes such a nice & Im pretty Hott guy. Hes kind of sassy which I like that. Very helpful always says good morning or good afternoon. Place is clean and sparkly. I love looking at all of the glass work. Some of it is definitely expensive but I definitely love going there to check out all the crazy pipes that are being made.

Didnt have any parts for both of my vape batteries. No inexpensive tanks no replacement parts that fit. Ill be going elsewhere for a more comprehensive cover of parts and accessories. The Service. Here is. Pretty good. They help you to the best of their abilities. They are short staffed. And the selection is is very limited. But i like this shop.

First, theres a mini mart a block down the road on 185th+TV Hwy where you can buy disposables $10 cheaper.😊 Being how they were closed at the time, I stopped by because it was late and on the way home from the gym. I bought the TripBerryIce Elfbar at the cashiers recommendation. Little did we know that the device would misfire every second hit until it stopped working altogether! Within 5 minutes I was back at the store explaining my woes to the manager(who saw me minutes earlier) who arrogantly replied, its your fault, you must have burnt out the coil. Only, if that were the case the coil would be vaping something. This device was vaping nothing- obviously an electrical issue. And was then was accused of being a schemer. Youd think that replacing a defective disposable vape would be worth the cost of having a happy repeat customer with good reviews, right?I wish I had known that it was legal to test the vape before leaving, or else I would have done so. Luckily, I was able to take the Ejuice-soaked sponge out of the defective Elfbar and put it into an old one and- voila! It tastes a little funny, but better than the alternative. Next time Ill go with my instincts and save money by going to their competitors. My bad. 😔

I have been regularly coming here for the past several years and its a great place to go for local glass and all of your vaping, toking and hookah needs. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Came in recently looking for a 4 inch, 19 to 14 down stem and they didnt have it but took my number down and called me the instant they got more in and even held a couple for me to choose from since I had waited a couple days. Amazing and huge variety of local glass to choose from and great pricing. I recommend talking with one of the staff if you arent 100% sure what you are looking for because they are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (they even help you stick to your budget if you give them one). You may end up finding your dream piece if you do!

I have been going here for over 10 years, and I used to really love this place. However the last few times we’ve gone in have been a very different experience. Last night my guy went in to pick up Glob Mops and Butane. They were out of both. He decided to get an off-brand pack of swabs because we really needed them and by that time the other smoke shops nearby had closed so we couldn’t go anywhere else. The associate told him the 4-pack was supposed to be sold individually for $15 each. Everyone knows a small pack of q-tips doesn’t cost $15 and it was obviously labeled for the price of the packaged value set. The associate sold him 2 tiny packs for $30, didn’t contact a manager to confirm it before he adjusted the price, and said to come back tomorrow if we need to have it fixed. My fiancé left feeling frustrated knowing he’d have to go back the next day and waste his time. I ended up calling today to try and contact a manager but there was nobody on staff that could help so the associate on staff had to call his owner. I told them I want a partial refund or some type of discount if I go all the way back out there for them to fix the error the employee made (I work in customer service and this is very standard when it’s an error on behalf of the business). So I go all the way back over there, and they didn’t give me any discount or reimbursement for the huge waste of time and inconvenience. I gave them a chance but they honestly deserve 0 stars. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service.

Great little smoke shop. Larger than some of the others in the area touting a robust selection of glass and other items. Little bit of everything. Decent pricing with loyalty discounts. Easy parking shared with a few other stores, disabled friendly with no stairs or curbs. Friendly staff and clean.

This is one of my favorite stores I would give it five stars if it was slowly based on selection. pricings not terrible either. the one drawback and for me its a huge drawback is the quality of customer service or lack there of it seems the gentleman that works there at night is far more interested in playing on his cell phone than it is selling items. every time my roommate and I have gone there and she is a big spender his lack of sales ability and what seems like even care has left lot of money on the table. and I give this rating based on a handful of visits not just the guy having a bad night Ive never had a positive experience with the guy hes not necessarily rude just just plain displacent an uninterested in doing his job. when I visit in the owners there he gives the world-class service so he set the bar really high I hope hes uses for viewing and makes the proper adjustments. the frequency of me and my roommate visits have gone way down Im sure were not the only ones. dont let this discourage you from visiting the store especially if youre going during the day they have a wonderful selection great pricing and theyre willing to wheel and deal with you.

I really like this place. They got cool peices and cool people but the last time I went in there I went to get a bong. The listed price was 90, but the guy behind the counter said he could sell it for 75. I went to the counter, talked with the guy who was really chill. Then, I check my bank a couple days later and he charged me the full 90. Pretty bait and switchy to me.

This used to be my go-to smoke shop. Staff is friendly but discount pricing varies way too much. Sometimes they give me a good deal and sometimes they overcharge me for the same thing by quite a bit. Consistency counts. So I found another shop down the street with consistently lower pricing and doesnt run out of inventory. I will not be returning here. Product selection is also limited. Bummer.

Great little glass and vape(nicotine) shoppe. Uses point system with rewards. An absolutely hilarious large sticker box is always located near the checkout stand that has a jumble of very comical stickers available 4 for a $1.

This shop has it all. They have a large variety of things they sell at great prices and it is very easy to get into their parking lot off TV Hwy. I had a hard time choosing a glass piece with all the options these guys had in stock. Very nice clean setup, and the guy behind the counter definitely knew what he was talking about. Highly recommended.

Sold me a torch that had already been opened and didn’t give me a receipt and the torch didn’t work at all and they don’t do refund so I spent 25 dollars for a new product that doesn’t work and was told I was just out of luck. Not great customer service and no quality control whatsoever, actually sad and felt like I was scammed.

Went hair for the first time and I love it. They have such a selection of incense which I love and vape juice and vapes. I recommend this place to anyone

Fake items. Worst customer service and they scammed me to buy something which was 50% off its called Xtra but there was no flavor in it. It was horrible product which should have been thrown out in trash but instead these guys wanted to sell it in half price to make it up for their loss. I had throw it in the trash in front of their staff.

Ive been in here many times. All the employees are awesome. They knew me by face after like two times of being in there. Super helpful, really nice, etc. They also have really great prices. Their rewards system is really good too!

Great shop chill staff amazing glass answered all my questions even when I didnt buy anything no pressure willing to deal a bit. Good incense selection and tons of art glass. All kinds of other extras around for me to learn about.

Spectacular selection of high quality borosilicate glass. They always have what I need, and its local, top quality, and NOT overpriced. Any price tag in the store is appropriate, as artists are allowed to choose the selling price of their art! That being said, they usually have product to fit everyones budget. Been coming here for years, keep up the good work!

I didnt have a great experience, the person who helped me with my purchase was nice enough but when I had a problem with the products I had purchased I felt that another staff member acted weirdly defensive and condescending, I tried to be as nice as possible and in the end was able to at least leave with a product that worked, altho I feel it was overpriced and poor quality. Also I felt it was kind of unnecessary to trash talk another local shop . I may go back to give them another chance but there are plenty of other shops so probably just go there

I have been going to Torched Illusions for the past 8 yrs. Today I purchased 3 vapes. Two vapes wouldnt work at all. Wasted money that I dont have. Last week I purchased a new vape type that you can charge. The vape wouldnt charge. I took it to Torched Illusions and they tested and said sorry. That was $32 wasted. I tried it in the store but had no idea it wouldnt charge once it died. I got screw over $100.Waiting for the owner to call me back.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Hands down the best CS of any head shop in Portland. There are some close seconds but there the reining champs of glass. Low end to ultra high end.

Super crappy service i tried buying a enail with a cap and i even brought in my coil and they still sold me the wrong cap. You guys up charge and sell people the wrong products. Get your employees together because it’s annoying getting up-charged and than sold a product you were told was proper when it wasn’t. THANKS waste of 60$ and my gas and time I hope you all fo under

About as hit or miss with anywhere for vape parts. But they have the most high end artistic pieces of any place in the Hillsboro and neighboring areas. Plus its fair priced. Be sure just to stop in and take a look. Its worth it.

Bought a piece as a gift, got it wrapped and delivered just to find out it was defective. Called them up and was reminded of the no return policy they have and they would do nothing to attempt to make it right. Coupon... half off the next... nothing. They made no offer to remedy the situation and I wasnt even offered, at the very least, an apology. I was abruptly hung up on. The piece was very expensive and their response was extremely inadequate. Buyer beware. If you take it home and its not functioning, you are out of luck and money.

Honestly the last few times I been in there they did have a (selection) but they like there expensive glass not really any water pipes for economic use. I went in today for a ash catcher of all things and they had 10 in Stock 6+ where the same one the other ones just had the angle switched but where the same ash catchers and it was very very disappointing

This location has a plethora of gear for sale and staff that are knowledgeable enough to assist you in finding what you may/may not need. They also have a discount section for discontinued product for those weeks when youre strapped for cash.Edit: No longer my favorite location as recent changes have made it so that my favorite liquids and equipment are no longer supported. Reduction of 1 star is merely a reflection of my disappointment at that fact and not against their business as a whole.

Came inside and there was someone who appeared to be an employee (not behind the counter but was handling products on the floor) who was not wearing a mask, it was not around their neck or half on/half off just no mask. The employee behind the counter (had a mask on) at the time didn’t seem to mind them not wearing one inside the shop. I felt uncomfortable so I left. If you are trying to stay safe and practice social distancing it doesn’t seem from my experience that they are adhering to that here.

They dont accept returns. Not even if you go home, discover its defective and take it back to the same individual you bought it from 10 minutes ago. Ill never go back again to this store.

The guy working in there was very short and didnt explain anything to a first time person using a product he upselled to me. Also when i was in line 2 guy guys bought tons of vape supplies and he didnt even ask for an ID. As I went to my car, I heard the kid saying see they never ask for my ID. This business should be shut down for selling to minors. I am only 22, and I have NEVER been asked for my ID.

Sold me a broken vape and would not give me a refund or discount. Waste of money.

Bought a new torch after moving because old one had busted stand. New one started with weak flame and continued to degrade to unusable in a week, got told stuff about air bubbles and shown exactly how I filled it, then it had a weak flame for 2 seconds he calls it fine. Dumped the bunk torch and went back to shop called Silver Spoon near where I was from and got a better torch cheaper and if theres any problems theyll swap it out unlike this place, air bubbles or not.

While my delicate constitution is not up to smoking, I make a point of bringing out of state visitors on a field trip here, as these folks are super nice and take care of everybody like they are a friend.

They would not replace a torch that i specifically asked if it came with a lifetime warranty and they said yes as long as i brought a receipt. The guy i bought it from was the guy i tried to return it to. Basically telling me im outta luck and there is no warranty. Way better places in beaverton.

They refused to return a brand new broken vapor pen I just bought from them two hours ago! The torch part was completely damaged from the inside and when I came back to explain to the guy what happened he simply told me that the pen comes in good shape and I must have broken it thus he couldnt do anything about it! So I asked him to show me anotherbrand new pen and there it was, broken the exact same way mine was! And still! That was not enough to get me my money back or a working pen. He again just told me that unfortunately he cant help me!! He didnt even throw that other broken pen away or put it aside! he just placed it back right where it was for the next buyer and I left with paying for a broken brand new pen. What a waste of money!Very upseting.

Literally worse experience there ever the guy that worked the other day was super rude kept running away from helping me had such a bad attitude and charged me twice on my card as well and now they won’t give me my money back and I have been going there for a while well never going back there again! Most shity experience ever and not a way to treat your customers!!! All of those workers are horrible there’s been one guy that’s been super nice and that’s it sadly!

Not a bad place to go for vape and other smoking supplies. Employees are about average for what youd expect, and their selection will satisfy the average person.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! All sales are final makes this place a joke. The employee of the month, misinformed me on a sale. I return 15 mins later with unopened product and they refused to return my money.Will never buy anything from here again and I was a proud supporter of the shop.
