I love Vapor This! The shop is clean, well maintained and well stocked.One trip in particular that stands out involved coils for my tank. Vapor This was sold out of this particular coil; however unlike many other shops that will tell you to stop back by on “such and such” day, they actually took my number and called me when the coils arrived. Thank you Vapor This for not waiting our time! Keep doing what you do!

I love this place. Been about 10 years since I was last here. Ready to visit again. So helpful.Follow up visit. The owner is incredibly sweet. She takes good care of her customers. SHE GOT ME TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY, and even asked if she could get me going before I walked out. This establishment hasnt been her for this many years for nothing. Love the service, and the owner!

Place is totally awesome! Met the owner of the shop working behind the counter and she’s the sweetest lady ever. I asked for a recommendation on vape flavors and she gave me several options and helped me pick out the right one’s based on popularity and the particular taste/style I had in mind. Once I move to Beech Grove in the next couple of weeks, this is going to be my go to vape shop for sure.

I had a great experience! Jessica was very helpful and thorough about the product. I have vaped before but it has been awhile and she was very informative when answering all my questions!!! I would recommend 10/10. I need to come back in again soon to get a new coil.

I first came to Vapor This! about a month ago. I needed some coils for my Smok Nord puffers. Jessica was very nice and polite and we had great conversation about our spouses, dogs, Etc. She asked me about eliquid and I told her that I still had 10 bottles of Snozberry juice i had purchased from another carrier (Im not into those fancy flavors) and that I liked grape. Ive never cared for the eliquid that resembles cigarettes. Jessica gave me a free bottle of Berry Blast to try. It is very good and easy on the throat!A couple of days ago, (8/18/20l, I went back for my 2nd visit as I needed to start over. My Smok Nords (which I had since 2018) were leaking (they have little rubber seals that you have to bend over to gain access to the eliquid port and you also have to remove the tank from the battery to gain access to the eliquid port) and was looking to purchase a whole new system. Again we had great conversation and Jessica showed me several samples of puffers to choose from. We eliminated the ones with the rubber seals and settled on a puffer called Smok Trinity Alpha. I bought 3 Smok Trinity Alpha puffers, a couple of spare tanks (in case I have the dropsies) and a couple bottles of Berry Blast.Jessica, looking out for my best interest, informed me that if I bought the Smok Trinity Alpha, it uses the same coils I had bought from her a month ago AND the eliquid I already had even though it was from another carrier! Who gives that kind of service in this day and age! The Smok Trinity puffer is easy to load eliquid. Slide the metal tab over exposing the eliquid port and fill from the top! No rubber seals to bend over, no having to separate the tank from the battery to refill, no fuss no muss. The Smok Trinity Alpha is also adjustable as to how much intake of vape you receive on each puff. The battery also lasts a little longer then the Smok Nord.In my 65 years of being around, this kind of service and knowledgeabality is rare to find, especially in todays world. Are the vapor products Jessica sells the cheapest in town? No. But in this old mans opinion, her kindness, knowledge of what she is selling and caring enough to have conversations with me about stuff other then vapor stuff has made this old man a permanent customer! You just cant put a price on this kind of service! If you want friendly service, good communication and a knowledgeable person who knows her products, look no further then Vapor This!Thank you Jessica!I came in again today (9/22/20)2 because I was having trouble with my new Smok Trivia Alpha puffers. Jessica being the know all, all powerful vape genie that she is figured out that I was using the wrong coils! I bought the correct coils needed, got some Berry Blast juice, a couple more tanks and headed home.I had setup 2 of the 3 Smok Trinity Alpha puffers that I had bought from her so far and since we are going out of town tomorrow, I decided that it would be a good idea to get the 3rd puffer up and running. I inserted the correct coil, checked the battery for the charging level and filled it with juice. I dry puffed it as I was taught and then pressed the puff button and puffed. Nothing.I thought ok, maybe this particular coil was no good so I tried another coil, dry puffed a few times to get the cotton wet, pressed the puff again button and puffed. Again, nothing. I then drove back to Vapor This! thinking I must have a defective puffer. Jessica pressed the puff button 5 times, the puffer came to life and she had me puff on it. I had forgotten about pressing the puff button 5 times to turn it on!Well, I felt like a complete idiot! Jessica didnt call me stupid or anything! She thanked me for having easy problems! Who does that? Actually thanking me for having problems even if they are easy! As I tucked my tail between my legs and headed out the door I thanked her and informed her I would be back hopefully just for routine stuff.Thank you again Jessica for your help and I will see you again when I need supplies.

I went on July 3 to buy a friend a new Vape, the owner was very nice when I was spending money. However, the machine was defective and when I brought it back to the store. The owner told me it was not defective but operator error. We keep having issues with it, so I brought it back like 3 days in a row. She offered to take the machine home to fix, and the next day, she said she had no issues with it. I took it back, and still was not working properly. I finally brought it back and she began to get loud with me stating she will not be out $300 if she would replace it. Told me to call Smock and send the machine to them. I called the customer support team and Smock said it has to be handled at store level first. I advised the owner, that I would not be out $150 for a defective machine. She called her husband, then her mother, and I believe her mother told her to just replace it. I will never be back to this store.

First time visiting this shop and I am VERY impressed. Customer service was amazing and prices were reasonable. She took the time explaining everything with descriptive details. I will definitely be returning

Incredibly knowledgeable staff. Worked with Jessica and she explained everything from bigger tanks to coils to salt and regular juice and then some. Would definitely go back and love this place.

I went in to buy a vape and never expected the great service I received. I was given step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use my vape without even asking. Every time I go in, I receive the best customer service. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Has been my main store for 2 years. Amazing service with very knowlable employees never try to up sell will only sell you what you need. Very good juice and products a great experience every time.

Jessica and Joel are very friendly and helpful. They bend over backwards to help their customers!!! They willingly go above and beyond in an effort to help. If you ( Josh Coleman) had an issue, maybe the problem was with you and not them. Vapor This is the only store that I do business with and that is because of Jessica and Joel!!!

Its a great place! They are extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They have all the popular brands and also they have their own line of Juices. They also have a rewards program!

This is honestly the worst vape shop I have been to in Indy. When I started vaping a year ago I purchased my things from them. I found a new place called pure vape Indy and started buying my things from them. I hadnt been to vape this in Beech Grove for a while so I decided to stop in. I have to say that was the worst experience I have ever had. The guy that works in there is the rudest person I have ever met. It was a good thing I knew a little about vaping because he didnt help me out a bit. I was the only customer in the building and he didnt say a word to me. I was trying to make small talk with him but he just replied with the shortest response he could. It was super uncomfortable. Being in customer service myself I cant see this business staying open long. Unless they fire the guy that works there everyday. The sad part is their juice is ok. But I will not be going back and I will NOT refer any of my family or friends to this business. If they made it more personable and enjoyable then I would be willing to bet their sales would increase and they would succeed.

Overpriced an not very friendly- however there personal line of juice is very decent!

Worst place stay away.... First off when I started going there it was cool to support my community. But they sold only after market non kanger coils. That leaked extremely badly. One day so badly it shot out and got into my eyes. Horrible experience. When I went back to tell them they said sorry there is a defect but you can come in each day and change the bad ones for goods ones. Since we put all of them together on accident. So I stopped going. But just recently I was in a hurry to work like the juices and stopped by the pick on up for the day. Just a temp fix. But guess what now I was charged for the $6.37 juice and a $5 non atm cash withdrawal. Hmm gonna have my bank check on that since no where is it stated about a fee.... Juices are good but not great. Really go to Vapor Kings back of the Beech Grove KMart way better.

Why is 0 stars not a thing.Any review that more then 3 stars are bought reviews. There juice comes from China. The people have no clue about vaping and lie to customer faces when they are selling clones at authentic prices

This is in response to the review from Josh Coleman. I was in the store when you came into pick up the machine that, according to you didnt work. Something you forgot to mention is that you didnt spend $150.00 on that machine. You also purchased other items which added up to $150.00. In the conversation you said several times that I dont know anything about vaping . Well how can ANYONE fix an issue if they dont know what the issue is? The obvious solution is for the person who actually uses it to come in and explain what the issue is and see if a resolution can be found. You however said that was not possible due to your friend only being off work on Fridays. It was suggested that your friend call or come in to discuss the problem directly. Now as I understand it you came back on Thursday and threw a huge hissy fit until you got the new machine. The defective machine is NOT defective as it is STILL being used to this very day with no issues whatsoever. So that suggests to me and any other vaper that is was user error. I am in customer service as you said you were that day. With what I witnessed, ALL of the suggested resolutions were extremely reasonable! You said that when you had customer complaints you gave them what they wanted. I am willing to bet that whatever they got wether it was another product or money back it didnt come out of YOUR personal pocket! The owners of Vapor This have always and are always willing to help with any issues anyone has with vaping wether you are a new customer or a repeat customer! I will not go anywhere else for my vaping needs! Vapor This YOU ROCK!!!

Love this vape shop. Staff is always super friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable. Huge selection of ecig liquids, mods and accessories. They also have CBD, delta 8 and delta 10 products.

They had my Novo 3 pods for a very comparable price to what I usually buy online. The lady was super sweet and answered all my cbd questions as well.

Ive had nothing but great service here, plus their homemade flavors Rock! Had a faulty coil and they replaced it for free! Great service and very nice people.
