Let me tell you, this place is fantastic. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Natalia. She was awesome from the minute I walked in. She is veryknowledgeable, but everyone that I have dealt with is. Their products are fantastic.

This shop is awesome! Has everything I need and I don’t have to go far at all so A+ in convenience. Overall the people are nice and help you make a choice if you’re feeling indecisive. Overall love this place and overall vibes and service they provide!

This store is my go to smoke shop… always has great service and quality items to purchase. Not to mention they offer good deals and always work with the customers.

Great service warm and welcoming, everytime I shop I get a get laugh with the employees, down to earth people only smoke shop in town me, family, and friends go and spend our money. Great price especially!!!

I was charged $25 for a $15-$17 disposable. Couldn’t find anywhere else that would charge that much for an elf bar. As much as I love supporting local business, I wouldn’t recommend coming here if they’re gonna price gouge like that. Only upside was that the staff was friendly. But that honestly doesn’t mean much if they’re gonna rip you off with a smile. If the prices get fixed, I’d consider returning here.

Best service around, EVERYTIME I come in there, they make me feel like Ive been coming for years. Great hospitality. 💯 I would bring ANYONE that needs a vape or anything tbh.

This place is GREAT! The owner is sweet and so nice she makes you feel welcome all the time. Everytime I got there everyone is so nice their products are good. I highly recommend this place I send my friends and family there all the time!!!

Prestige vaping is one of the best smoke shops in Belleville, New Jersey. It is very organized well maintained the employee, Elix Was very helpful and friendly. This is the best smoke shop in the area. The employees are cool, helpful and know what they are doing. They have the best prices, best products and customer service. I drive 30 mins to come to this place, Haven’t been to another shop since I found prestige! Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

Always a pleasant time when I stop by this vape shop. They have went through a big change in the last few months with remodeling and are adding very nice products to their already great collection. As time has went on the place only gets better. They have some great deals with their vapes compared to other vape shops in the area. The guys behind the counter are also very helpful and great to talk to. My only critique would be to keep up the good work!

Was supposed to open at 11am, then waited 20 minutes and still no open, no answer to a call either.

Customer service is 50/50 there. Guy today made it seem like i was a nuisance for a defective pod he sold my wife. I bought one last week and it had no flavor and just took the loss. My wife bought another one today and no flavor again but I was however able to exchange and try 4 different ones with employee and he too agreed all 4 weren’t pulling any flavor. I ended up leaving without any pod and was not offered a refund.

I was passin through town and went in to pick up some vape juice and loved the staff they were very hospital and welcoming. Had some pretty cool products on display I haven’t seen in smoke shops in my area and a sweet two for 20 deal on the lavas. Really like this shop especially the owner Olga best of luck guys.

Great place to buy accessories. They are considerably over priced for their products and juices but it is to be expected with a heavily taxed product by our government. They have all the accessories under the sun one would need which is a plus.The personnel in this establishment are well educated in their field that they sale.

I came into this smoke shop looking to buy a vaporizer and i was very pleased by the knowledge the employee had on all the different types that they had in store. This will be the smoke shop i come into from now on. THEY ARE GREAT!

Ive been going here for the past few years, ngoc and jr always take care of me. They have a plethora of different products, but i specifically go for their OCB selections. Great selections, and competitive prices. Highly recommended.

The guys in here are always kind and helpful. I recently purchased a Smok Rpm80 and have been having trouble finding coils. They helped educate me on whats best for the types of eliquid I use. Been going here for several years.

Its called Prestige smoke shop now. They still sell vape products but also they sell glass, incense and a whole lot more! Great store with lots of product to choose from. Staff is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have. Other than good guy, this is my go to store.

Amazing price gougers. I bought a QB XXL blueberry ice disposable vape here a couple of days ago as a first time customer. My usual vape place was out of stock for my usual disposables so I had to try this new spot. This particular vape is a 2,000 puffer. When the guy rung me up, I was astounded! $30!!!!!!! I usually shop at iVape in Harrison and always get the Rick & Morty Cheese Ice disposable which is a 2,200 puffer for about $18-$20. I can’t say the blueberry ice vape from this place was bad, it was definitely decent and I liked it even more than the cheese ice, but $30?!?! So I googled the new vape to see if I could get lucky and get it cheaper online. Ordered 3 of the blueberry ice from an online retailer and paid $40 for the lot, including PREMIUM shipping. Received my blueberry ice vapes today. It really ticked me off, though. Skip this store. Over priced is an understatement!

Dont go here. the asian dude with the crutches does NOT know how to run a vape shop. a shop where customers are supposed to feel welcomed and a part of the establishment itself. however, when i came here i didnt feel that way.. worst customer service, dude didnt look like he wanted my money.. didnt let me even hold a $5 battery in my hand

Do not buy any torches from here! I’ve bought 3 from here. The first two completely stopped working and the third exploded in my face giving me 1st and 2nd degree burns. My hair, eye brows and lashes were burned off and I am left with terrible scars. I am beyond traumatized by my experience of having butane torch explode in my face. Not to even mention not one ounce of empathy was given when I comfronted the manager.. these products are a danger to people and they are still on the shelves ready to be sold.

Place seems to be run by teenagers. They didnt seem to up on their mods/tanks. No parking, and their number goes to some guys phone. I prefer NJ Vapers and will take the drive.

The staff are extremely helpful and patient. Store atmosphere laid back and easy going! Cool place... definitely will be our vape shopp g stop!

This is the only vape shop I will go to, they are very nice and will teach you what you need to know. They have a very large selection of items and honestly they know about each item they have, they will take their time with you no matter how long it may take honestly best vape shop around.
