PLEASE do not go to this nail salon!!! My usual nail tech canceled on me so I decided to get my nails done here. My nail shape is awful nothing like what I wanted after showing the nail tech an inspo pic. When I walked in, I asked for the price…right as she was done with my nails, she stated the owner called and said its $10 more because of the color I chose!!! At this point I was just ready to leave. I attempted to tip her $10 and she had the audacity to tell me she wants a bigger tip because she did a lot of work on my nails. Fast forward to 4 days later my thumb nail broke completely off!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

This is the WORST place to get acrylics. I went there to get fillings and almond shape. The lady made my nails all sizes. They looked very uneven and chunky. When she was done doing the filling and shaping them, she asked someone else to finish. When I told them that I didn’t like how the nails were looking, they got upset at me and asked me to pay $40 for the filling. My nails were way better before going there. Now I have to get them remove and get a new set of nails. They are RUDE and don’t care if you complain. I will NEVER go back there. I DON’T recommend this place to anyone unless you don’t mind getting a HORRIBLE job. Places like this one should not be allowed to operate. Also, my little girl went with me. She was sitting closed to me, and the lady wanted to charge me for my daughter. I told her that I was not paying anything for my daughter since she didn’t get anything done, she was just waiting.

Please do not go to this salon it is the most unfriendly place to be. I had a $200 gift certificate there so I had to continue to go when it came to the last $80 they try to scam me out of it saying I only have 37 left then the owner proceeded to write on a card $40 in her name. This week I had to go back five times to get my money to speak to the owner because they would not honor the gift certificate and she was never there. after five attempts of going I finally got her to talk to me and she proceeded to tell me she never gave me the card and they don’t do this so they were trying to beat me again out of my $40 gift certificate when I had already paid $30 for this manicure I just wanted my money back. She still wouldn’t do it so I told her that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and the board of beauty cultureI proceeded to walks out two seconds later she’s behind me with my $30.Very very poor customer service!

Please save your time and money! This place is horrible! They are over priced and do the laziest work possible. I got a pedicure for $48, she removed no dead skin from the bottom, she cut my nails down so low, it looked like a 2 year old painted them. I’ve come here more than once to try different mail techs and each time I’m disappointed.

I believe in giving a business the benefit of the doubt. However, this is the second time I’ve paid over $75 for service and within TWO DAYS one of my nails have fallen off. I won’t be returning.

This was my first time going here and Elsa was amazing!!! She gave me the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. Very nice girl and very accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable and that she wasnt hurting me. I assured her she was doing a perfect job. She even hunted down the color that I wanted and my feet have never felt softer and never looked better!!! I also made sure I let her manager know how great she was and that she now has a customer for life 😀

Got my feet and nails done the first time, was a great service.Then I go back and the guy and lady who usually help me are not there.Got my foot burned with some chemicals they used, the older lady destroyed my filling and gel manicure.I knew she didnt know what she was doing and even asked her if she did. I had to go to my sons Xmas show that I left so quick. Dont go there!

Been going to this salon for at least 13 years now and it has always been very clean and professional. I never had a problem with any of the services. Young used to do my eyebrows and she was very good. Most of their girls always did good pedicures and so I always came back. I went last Thursday, 6/10/21 and the girl who did my pedicure, Maria, did not have any experience and did a horrible job. The girl who did my manicure just kept on chatting with Maria and they were looking at videos on their phones while the girl did my manicure. The owner is rude as well. Horrible service, definitely not coming back. Ive noticed they’ve had a high turnover rate recently within the last three years (minus covid) and with that being said, the level of service and quality of service has deteriorated enough to not go back. No rewards, no compensation, phone call or extras from Helen(owner) can possibly make me come back. Time to move on.

Called 9:45am fo make appointment for 3:30pm UV Gel Fill-in, eyebrow waxing and pedicure. Arrived on time to find that no one was available to assist me. The owner was doing her own pedicure in the last chair and had me standing at the counter waiting. One of the woman that does the pedicures actually helped me and got me soaking. She came soon after to finish- not a big deal. But then when I was done with pedicure and it was time for my nails they helped someone who walked in after me and did not honor the appointment. Then the owner had the nerve to say to me you should have made an appointment. As I explained that I did make an appointment her only response was to still not service me knowing that she failed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- luckily there are many nail places and that is what I did to finish my nails. if you dont mind being treated poorly and paying for it then this is the place to go

Hellen was great! She went above and beyond with my eyebrows~ My skin is really sensitive and I’ll usually break out in little bumps, but whatever she did worked because my skin looks clear and my eyebrows look awesome :)

I’ve been going to this establishment for over 15 years. This is one of the most cleanest Nail salons I have ever seen. When I had moved I tried other local salons in my area, none of them can compare to the cleanliness of this establishment. I have been seeing Ken for many years for my nails, along with Marcia for my pedicures and Mimi for my waxing. All 3 are professional, extremely friendly and kind. I’m always seen right at my appointment time, I never wait at all. The owner Helen, always greets me by name and the entire establishment is very friendly. They work as a team when needed and the entire staff is courteous and inviting. I have since moved ( again) and this time it’s pretty far from this establishment but I will not be looking for another salon close to my house as no other Salon will compare to the service I receive here.

I always have a great experience here.The staff is so nice and always does a great job. Helen is so good, she took her time on my nails and did them perfectly. The salon is very clean and big compared to salons in the area. I definitely recommend going here. 10/10

The girls give very good pedicures. I got a gel fill in by the only guy there. He did an excellent job. I am very picky about my nails but with him I had no complaints.I will definitely be back👍🏾

I have to say i’m not very happy. I went to this salon today and it was my first time there. A couple things I noticed. I wanted a french acrylic. They put these white tips on my nails. I understand a full sent is applying fake nails but come on it literally looks FAKE like someone put in a barbie doll. they slapped on white nails and put a top coat and called it a day i wanted coffin shape and and the shape is barley a shape. i kept being switched around between 2 people. One started my nails the other applied the tips then i went back to the original women who started it was to much. One of my nails are lifting even tho I got them done a few hours ago. i’m not a rude person at all!!! but I paid $60 for the work when i honestly could have gotten press ons. I honestly wish I could have gotten my money back. AGAIN no nail polish was applied it’s like they were pre done. horrible.

Worst manicure that I have ever had in my life.I came last night around 6:50 pm and I asked if I can do my manicure and pedicure even though it was a bit late and they said yes. The lady that did my pedicure was good but the lady that did my manicure was in a hurry and she gave me the worse service.

You are the worst nail salon. Helen doesnt know what shes doing. My daughters nails do not look like they were done by a professional. My daughters fingers are all cut up and full of glue everywhere. She should reimburse my daughters money. Not to forget that Helen kicked my daughter our of the salon because she said, it was late and my daughter was her last client. This salon is not run by professionals. This is horrible!!!

Worst nail salon I’ve been to in a LONG LONG time. Made the mistake of trying them out spent over $50 on horrible looking nails that are breaking after 2 days. Yes BREAKING in half after two days. I’ve been to many nail salons for tips and I have never had a nail just break up with such ease 2 days later no pain nothing just break in half. The lady I went to clearly had no experience and used a file the entire time- it’s like she didn’t even know got to use the sander machine the always use. The glue they used to glue the tips on burned my nails so bad she said oh yeah it happens sometimes. Like why is this stuff burning my nails so horribly??? Overall bad bad bad shape, they’re lumpy and they’re breaking two days later.. I mean overall I could have honestly done a better job buying an acrylic kit and tips and trying to do it myself it was that bad. I do not recommend this place. Stay far far away if you’re planning on getting tips!!!

I hadnt had my nails done for a long time. So after a few years I looked for a good place. I went the welcoming was great. The work of the nails very poor. The first lady who took care of me, was friendly but had no idea how to do the pink and white set. I like my nails to be thin but they were so flimsy and not a TRUE pink and white. I finally said something to the owner they switched me to another nail technician. The other lady was a bit better and looked like she knew what she was doing. Nonetheless, I showed her and the owner my ripped skin from the tip of my finger nails from the excessive glue the previous nail technician used when applying the tips. The owner of the shop didnt say much. I said to her this is not good, I should at least get a discount for next time or a free refill. Her response was simply ignoring my request. Didnt care that my skin at the finger tips were almost bleeding. I would not recommend this place nor go back myself even if I got the free refill or any type of discount. There was a place I use to go for years in belleville, sticking to it!! By the way, i did not pay the 55 dollars they were asking for. Overall, poor customer service, very poor nail work. I hope this review helps.

Almost a month ago I got a gel manicure. The lady did a great job! It’s until now that I need another manicure.... very rare!I’m giving a 3 star rating because today I called to ask if she was available and the very rude guy that answered said that she is not in and that they do not open on Sundays. Apparently they are super busy that didn’t even offer an appointment later today. They guy was very unpleasant! And is not the first time I’ve heard about the terrible customer service from Angel Tips.

The only reason i gave a star was so i can write this review. I took my daughter to get acrylic nails and within 4 days they all popped off. I spent $50 plus tip. I spoke to the manager Helen and she told me i would not get a refund only services. Obviously I dont want services I want my money back. In my eyes thats bad business. I will never go back or refer anyone to this nail place.

If i could leave 0 stars i would...i ended up spending about $100 bucks for a full set gel color and eyebrow wax...i was rushed through my eyebrow wax so i couldnt make sure that i liked them oh and a lip wax...where it was NOTICEABLE that she missed spots...smh..second my nails lasted literally 2 days....TWO DAYS before they started just popping off...what ACRYLIC nail just comes off in two days??? That is insane..never ever ever ever EVER will i go back nor recommend this place to anyone..spend your hard working money elsewhere!! I know that i am highly upset & you will be too.

If I could give this place a zero I would, I came in with my daughter and we both wanted a pedicure. The lady in the front just told us to go to the back. There were two chairs open my daughter sat in one and when I was about to sit in one they told me to wait for the one in front. While I was waiting they just let 2 women in front of me and never came back to me till after 20min and 4 women after. Made they could care less about men. This is my experience may not have been everyones.

Jessica took great care of me. Spa pedicure and chair massage. Worth my money. Definitely recommend.. I made an appointment but didnt seem that I needed to. Walked in and was taking care of immediately.. she took her time on my feet and great chair massage. Definitely comin back soon.

Ive been going to this locations for a few years because of the pedi. I decided to try doing my mani and eyebrows for my daughter and I. Terrible idea. Their gel is over priced at $45 and comes off in 3days. Ken is a butcher with manicures. They took my eye brows off. Marcia is good at pedi and the only reason I kept going, but their customer service is terrible now. They ignore you, leave you waiting too long, even with an appointment and the prices are unstable. One week mani n pedi can be$30 and next week it changes. find yourself a place to have great service because this place is the worst now.

Paid $90 for a full set French with gel!! My fault for not asking immediately for the price but NEVER have i imagined to spend so much when it usually costs me about $45 max! Totally OVER PRICED and 2 days later my nails are lifting, have air gaps and theyre not smooth. Good service but the prices are insane for the work. Will not go back.

I’ve been going to Marcia for about 8 years now. Not once have I ever had any issues with the services she has provided. This business was closed temporarily due to the state lockdown secondary to the Covid pandemic, so it’s only understandable for the prices to appreciate in value. They have invested in all necessary precautions in keeping the establishment clean as well us keeping the customers safe.

Ken the nail tech is fantastic. But, overall…the place is understaffed and over priced. Inexperienced employees who do your pedicures. Not a good look.

OmGGGG!! Never EVER go to this nail salon!!! My daughter came home crying with the worst nails ever!! Her experience was the worst! The lady Helen did not know how to do nails. My daughter came home with her nails uneven, with glue clogs and some nails more thicker than other. 👎👎👎🚫🚫🚫

Customer service is very poor. I gave the nail tech a $2 tip and she replied tips are 10% I replied tips are appreciated not mandatory, this is not a restaurant so accept the $2 or give it back. She walked away talking in a different language. I gave what I had at the time I normally tip $5 but I didnt have it that day. Either or I will not argue about giving my money away. Some nerve

Terrible service! The lady that did my pedicure was terrible didnt know what she was doing. Had to ask her three times to redo my nails again since she ovbiously didnt know how to even apply nail polish terrible! Had to ask for a different person to do my nails. It was my first time there and Ill never go back ever again!

I walked in and it was only two people working. They told me 10 minutes so I went to the store and came back in 15 minutes. 2 other people walked in and sat in the chair before I did. No one spoke to me greeted me or anything. Finally 20 minutes later I asked a lady that walked by how long I have to wait. She asked what I was getting I explained a manicure and a pedicure. Her reply, oh. Sorry cant do today! Excuse me?!?! Moral of the story, NEVER GO TO ANGEL TIP NAIL SALON to receive any type of customer service! Hell no service at all!!!Signed angry, manicureles, pedicureless, black woman!!!!!

Omg , never again going there again. I went to get a fill in the lady didn’t know what she was doing she didn’t even put acrylic on my nails they all lifted and she did one nail and it broke the next day, didn’t even file my nails so they could have shape. I filed my nails my self and she charged me 50$. HORRIBLE

Ive been coming to angel tips for more than years and am always delighted with the services. Yong gives the perfect french white manicure and I wouldnt consider going any place else!

Friendly staff, great service & lots of parking! Angel Nail Spa has transformed their location due to Covid. Making it into a safe environment, definitely coming back.

They buffed my nails so much and ruined them.I went in got a gel manicure done 2 days later,the gel start breaking like glass I have never seen that in my life.Went back to them,convinced me to get and to make my nails stronger had me pay extra for that.2 days later same thing happen.Upon researching why this is happening I come to find out that the reason is because they filled my nails too much with the machine.Will not go back smh

I got a fill in gel manicure done on Tuesday and it cost me $40 and by Friday 3 nails had chipped I went back in she fixed them and Saturday morning one chipped again ... expensive and poor work

Ken is the best for a mani and Marcia is the best for a pedi, suggest you make an appt, overall hospitality is very poor, however Ken and Marcia are extremely kind

This location has shown partial in selected clients, the workers are unexperience ppl who does not has licenses for the craft. I will never spend my money in this location again..bad service...

Extremely overpriced and not worth based on the work they did, ZERO communication skills, they know exactly they are over charging people and still won’t tell you the overall price, is just very disappointing and sad.
