I stopped in one day to get a replacement battery for my mod. Ended up going home with two new rdas a bunch of cotton five different sizes of wire a bunch of pre-made coils and a new juice. The best part is it only cost me about $30 those guys through in so many things for free it was incredible. I will be returning there shortly.

I love this place. They not only walk you through finding what you need, they are very well educated on their products. This is my one and only vape store. Kepp up the good work guys & gals...

This place is great they dont try to up sale you on equipment or juice. Very Honest and the guy even helped me set up my Drag 2 because Im new to tanks. Prices are the best around I was looking l for a mod and they had it for an amazing price after calling around I highly recommend.

NOT THE PLACE FOR NEW VAPERS!If you want disposables this is the place. But as for diversity in selection... Its not there. The guy I talked to was pushing me to buy a juice that didnt fit my profile. The prices were average on things but the guy who Im assuming is the owner didnt have a clue on what he was saying. He insisted many things that I know are wrong. If you view my profile youll see Ive been to many Vape stores across the country... This aint it cheif.

The customer service is top notch and I feel like a valued customer. For instance, I’ve been looking for a very specific battery for over a week now. Zach at the Belleville store remembered that I’d previously came in and knew exactly what I needed. He was able to take care of my request. Thanks!

I have had nothing but a great experiences and customer service from the times I have walked into the store until the times I have walked out. The store is always clean and well organized, and the staff are nothing short of amazing. Logan sold me my first mod kit a year and a half ago and taught me the ins and outs of vaping. Zack has fixed many of my mods to have them performing like new. Alex has recommended the most satisfying juice flavors and has never steered me wrong. In short this is definitely a must visit store no matter if you are new to the vape scene, a vape professional, or just appreciate great service.

Hands down the best experience when it comes to shopping at a Vape store. No bias here, based on having any relationship with anybody in this organization. These folks are just always friendly, sociable and knowledgable on their items...willing to help you find the best equipment for you. Never felt pressured to buy anything. Cant stay they have the best prices, probably average in comparison to the vape market, but not overpriced either. I shop here solely, because I stick to what I like and know they have. Everyone has their preference, but this is probably worth the stop if you are looking for solid house or premium juice.

Always really helpful, friendly staff. They will explain anything you need to know and demonstrate it if you need help with something. Sometimes the house juices seem a bit inconsistent but generally pretty good.

Sold me the wrong coils and when I called they said let us know the correct wattage next time. Ok so I burn through a coil a day because they sold me the wrong ones. My fault I guess. Won’t go back. And I’ve spent a lot of money there. Not again!

Zack, Alex and Damion are all awesome guys that go above and beyond to make sure they not only help each costumer but make sure the costumer leaves feeling completely satisfied that their vape needs have been met. Regardless if it’s vape juice you are looking for , a vape device, replacement coils & parts, or just general advices on flavor options, these guys definitely know their stuff and go the extra mile to make each customer leave feeling happy.

Everytime I go, Isaac is there and he’s always so nice and so helpful. Answers all my questions and I always leave satisfied! Mystic has a lot of wonderful house juices and every week have great deals! Mystic is definitely my preferred vape shop!

The guys her are always awesome! I went into this evening because I though my cool had burnt....turns out I screwed the damn this in wrong and kept getting super dry hits off of it. Now that it’s in right it’s like there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. This will always be my go to place!

Great shop. I live 5 hours away. Was in town for the vape showcase and met Isaac. Hands down best shop employee iv e ever met. Ive been vaping for almost 8 years and have been to prolly to many shops and hands down Isaac is the most bad ass dude iv e come across. Knows everything needed. Super nice and professional. Great place for all your vaping needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will set you up or get you what you need to keep vaping. Been a customer since their first store in Collinsville and now with 3 stores theyre closer to home. Come in and check them out.

These Guys Are Absolutely Fantastic. It’s very rare I ever come in here and not leave w/o a smile. Just shoot the shitz with them they cool and love the company. They have two dope lounge chairs & awsome vape tables. Check out the drawings they are personal customized by Alex. EVERYBODY IS FREAKING LIT🔥🔥🔥
