The cashier, Britney, was very honest. I accidentally handed her an extra hundred dollars, which she promptly gave back to me. She was also very polite and kind. She was very easy to deal with. Very clean store, too.

They wouldnt sell me a 2nd vape because I called someone to see what kind I should get, they assumed I was getting one for someone else and told me they cant sell to me because of a third party?? They lost a customer today, I wont spend my money there ever again.

Always love coming to the belleville location the girls here are amazing and their customer service is A1 . Thank you Brittany, Autumn, Randi, you guys are the best.

Giving 2 stars bc the staff is usually really helpful and polite. The problem is their cigars are not properly humidified. Every. Single. Cigar Ive bought from them in the past 2 weeks has split and / or cracked while smoking it.

Super helpful and sweet staff, able to direct us to what we wanted right away and we found this super cool tray lid that matches our tray that we didnt know we needed! Highly recommend! ♥️

This place is terrible… never have i been welcomed by the guy with long hair or his buddy. Bought 2 rigs there in the last four months, one being today, and its already broken at the stem. Probably should have had that inspected before putting it on the shelf because ive been told that they cant give me a refund so theres $40 in one day i lost by giving my money to this store on top of the $30 i spent on a new nail.

Great staff no overpriced items

I love everything about this place. All the cool new items they have and variety plus the staff gives awesome customer service but last time we went in the AC was not working and I didnt like the fact that they were literally dripping in sweat and had to work! If the facility breaks down like that I feel like thats a good reason to shut down for the day and get that fixed asap! I felt so bad that I offered water to them but they said they had a fridge full. Plus my cbd lotion was liquefied and it took a while to solidify!

Not buying any more vape batteries from here. I got the buttonless ccell here and that just stopped working within 2 months. The VOLT slim battery i got would fire itself WHILE IT WAS TURNED OFF and burned my cartidges. The Ooze VAULT lasted me 12 days (thankfully ONE DAY before their return period which is 13 days!) they gave me a replacement for it and that one lasted me 3 weeks so they refused to replace it for me. I hate this place now, the return policy is ridiculous and they are scamming folks. Not to mention, most of the young males that work here are not very knowledgable about their products, and they look, act, and sound like they are high. I get it is a vape store but if you look like a zombie, you need to get yourself together:

Been here a few times and never really had any problems until a few days ago. I came in for some Christmas shopping and bought a bong, a pipe, and a grinder. The cashier was nice and bubble wrapped it for me. However when i went to wrap the presents on Christmas eve i realized the pipe wasnt in the bag. I called up there and someone named Brian answered and told me he wouldn’t do anything for me. Won’t give the pipe that was left, or a refund. Very poor customer service.

Let me start out by saying Logan, the sales associate who helped me is a real one. He was extremely well informed and helped me more than I imagine any other person could. Best customer service I’ve received in a while. I will make it a point to make all my future smoking related purchases from this location strictly off my interaction with him. I assume any reviews that are less than 5 stars were NOT handled by Logan. I don’t review stores often, but wanted to make sure I did for this instance . Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff with a great selection. I always spend more than I plan to here because they have great clearance deals and sales every week. Highly recommend this store, you can stop in just to ask questions about your vaping concerns and its a low pressure environment, people arent up in your face trying to sell you things you dont need either.

I had an amazing experience shopping here. Marie was AMAZING soo accommodating and did everything with a smile. Mind you, I was Curbside and she was running in and out of the store. I could not be happier with her customer service. Her alone will have me getting all my smoking needs from this location!

Super friendly staff always willing to answer your questions. They are knowledgeable and well supplied with all your vaping and smoking needs. A nice variety of glass supplies and many different varieties of papers and accessories for sale to make all your dreams come true.

Really great place and staff to match. The Wednesday sales are great and they offer a huge selection of glassware/accessories if thats your thing.The lounge is very nice to, can hangout and vape while watching television if so inclined.Overall I choose this place over others and while the tragic bill banning flavored vapes will undoubtedly hurt, I hope they are able to stay afloat.

They ALWAYS forget to ask my phone number for my rewards. Sometimes they are not open at the time they were supposed to be . Other than that the place is clean and well-stocked. Edit 7/3/23....I dropped them a star because they always run out of the Wildhorse gold and silver cigarettes. Need bigger shipments.

Nice people but EVERY battery and cart weve gotten had broken within days. They are very helpful to exchange or replace but Ive been in several times in the last week and all 4 batteries Ive gotten has broken our not even worked

EDIT: Wow... Since my last edit Wild Bills has improved a lot. I visited the store and was amazed at all the vape devices, and Im not talking about old products. They had the latest vapes, tanks, and coils along with a good selection of juices that are always fresh.I took off a star because their prices are a bit high, but its great to actually see the mods before purchasing, and I know the juice will be fresh unlike buying online where youre taking a gamble of getting near expired juice.

Staff was fairly helpful and did their best advising a newbie on getting started with vaping. Unfortunately there is a bit of a disconnect between a 25 yr smoker (me) and a 20 something kid who vapes for fun but again, the staff did make a great effort to resolve my issues. Issue which ended up being amalfunctioning mod which I figured out at another store. Advice here was youll get used to it. Not in a rude or condescending manner. I would recommend and will revisit to stock up on consumables. Just not repair advice.

What a massive downgrade. As soon as it turned into wild bills nothing that I used to buy is ever in stock any more. The most famous flavors are always sold out, the new manager acts like you’re a burden if you want to spend money with them. When David was there on mr vapor he used to actually listen to customers, specially ones going there for years, and he would make sure he would order up for the regulars. Now it’s more about sales for them and try to get you to buy what makes them the most revenue, not what you need.

The guy who worked there today was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt make me feel dumb for not really knowing a thing about vapes. I didnt get his name but I would definitely go back there.

Never have any of their vapor stick products in stock. This goes for every location. If you have a popular item maybe you shouldKeep it in stock? Run a better business or you aren’t getting mine back. Beyond frustrating

Dont buy glass here. I bought a nectar collector yesterday evening (05-12-21)mabey 7 dabs in, and the next day,, 12:42pm the glass literally exploded, and I am not new to this, I DID NOT, even come close to the glass w flame, and of course all sales on glass are final........shifty policy if you ask me. Staff is friendly tho, but Im still out $

Juice/mod selection had dropped a lot in quality and quantity since they moved all the bongs into the place. Theyre very knowledgeable with what theyre talking about but the new staff arent nearly as nice as the old ones.

Friendly and Helpful staff, great prices, nice atmosphere. I’d recommend them to anyone. It’s my Go to spot for all of my vaping needs. Can’t beat the Wednesday sales.

Love this placeFast forward to today(Sept 27th) and it has become the worst smoke shop around. Jordan is rude well not if she ignores you completely for 8 mins while fumbling with mods. The mismarked toppers she sold the guy ahead of me were 10 dollars more at register. No apology or help with that. The inventory has been depleted for months. Kind of a shame now. Atleast there a re a ton of places just like it. Move on

They have a good Wednesday deal on juices and coils but they have a horrid return policy. I tried to bring in a broken coil and was turned away from a refund because I had put juice on it. was told to test it before adding the juice so that way they knew I hadnt used it, and then they would give my money back if it was broke. so I did that. came up there a few weeks later with another coil that wasnt functioning but this time it was completely dry. THEY STILL REFUSED IT. told me they wouldnt be able to get their money back from the manufacturer..which I pointed out was stupid because I am in charge of the product distribution at my own job and I know how the simple system of refunds work AND I did what they requested but still was refused my refund by the manager. I only argued for a moment and then tried to drop it to have the employee attempt to continue the confrontation with me, as if he was angry that I thought they were making a unintelligent choice. it was an odd fight for honor and was extremely unnecessary because at this point I just wanted to get out of there. ever since then, I have only bought the juice on Wednesdays and will never purchase another piece of mechanical or electrical equipment from them, I can just got to Ace of Vapes down the street who are kind and honest people.

Worst vape shop in michigan! They are extremely rude and the atmosphere is very unwelcoming. If your new to vaping or thinking about it, DO NOT let this be the first shop you experience. They dont seem to care about beginners vapers at all. (The owner is who I engaged with.)

My local vape store Mr. Vapor and an excellent one at that. There is literally nothing youll be unable to find here. The staff is thankfully friendly and super knowledgeable and importantly helpful without being pushy toward garnering a sell on any specific items.

My plan was to stop in soon. Thay was until I received a call from my father in law from in the store. They were running a buy 3 get 1 free deal. They as well had Ferral Flying Pigs on the shelf marked $14.95. Naturally, I told him to grab the box. When they rang it at the register the lady told him they ring up at $20.50 and it is company policy that I cannot change the price. It is illegal to not sell them for the price marked. Both a Horrible and illegal way to conduct buisness. For that I will not ever spend a dime there.

You would think the owner of any store would be friendly and helpful ..... but that is not the case at this store! The owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Its not worth spending your money here if they treat you like crap. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

So I love this place.. everytime Im in there everyone is nice,helpful and give you some knowledge of what they carry/have in the store.. if you want these types of salespersons go there.. you will love it..

Its not terrible, the selection is hit or miss sometimes, I bought a $10 bottle of liquids that was supposed to be flavored, it had no flavor, I took it back 10 minutes later and couldnt get a refund or exchange... besides that one experience today,

I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!! They sold my boyfriend dud batteries , and made his vape BLOW UP IN HIS FACE. And they sold my friend a modeled vape . They did refund her vape but still not right.

Great staff, as well as entry level two mid-level vaping products.! They also carry hand blown glass smoking products really good quality.
