I had the BEST experience at this elements location!! Mrs. Gerri is very knowledgeable and will make sure you get the right massage you need!! At first I did not know what type of massage I wanted to get but honestly I am so happy that Gerri helped me out because now I know exactly what type of massage is for me! I can’t get enough of how helpful and accommodating she is. I had Linda do my massage everything as a whole from parking lot, to staff and everything else in between 10/10! Will come back and def recommend this place!!

I recently had an hour and half massage with Jeannie that was AMAZING! I told Jeannie where I was sore and she worked on the areas to really loosen up my knots. She always takes the time to listen to you and help you where you hurt while making you feel comfortable & relaxed. You can really tell she loves what she does! I highly recommend!

Been here 3x, tried 3 different therapists(Lionel, Kristina, Barbara) and they are all good! Place is clean, quiet, relaxing. Front desk staff are polite. Membership is $89 x 1/month + tip. Rate applies to extra sessions. I look forward to it every time!

I cancelled my membership last month, yet was still charged for june. speaking to an employee they refused to refund the money they stole from me. currently disputing the charges with my card company.. dont leave a card on file with this place

Gerard does a great job! Great prices. You can join a membership for $89.00. This is the price you pay. Monthly its $89.00. If you dont use you can acculumilate them and use them when you want to. If you buy an hour massage, and you accumulate 2- 1 hour massages, you can get a 2- hour massage

I have been suffering from pain from my neck to my lower back since having my baby back in August 2022. I did a session with Lionel who has magic hands because i now have ZERO pain. I went in with no expectations and came out a new woman. Lionel was patient and was able to locate every point of pain and discomfort, asked first before making any moves, relieved ALL of my pain. I am so grateful to be able to actually move, bend, pick up my baby and even get on the floor and play with him even better than before. I have slept better in the last few days than over the course of almost a year. I highly highly recommend booking with him.

I cannot say enough good things about Elements in Bellmore. First and foremost Lionel is a master at his craft and helps me to achieve being pain free. His bedside manner is better than most doctors. The entire place is spotless and smells amazing. The front staff is friendly , helpful and responsive. 5 stars all around. They will continue to get my business. I wish every business regardless of size was run and staffed like Elements in Bellmore!

I run 45-50 miles a week and have been dealing with knee, quad and thigh issues. I have seen Lionel twice now within a few weeks. He is absolutely amazing. I don’t want to share him and spread the word 😆, but he deserves the praise and so much more. He listens to you, can feel your issues and makes it all better. He’s so knowledgeable and knows just what to do. The best masseuse I have ever seen.

Lionel was amazing! So patient, takes his time and good with pressure points. Went in with a terrible headache by the end of the session...what headache?!

Everyone was super nice and professional! Lionel gave an amazing massage getting all the knots out in my back. Paid extra for cupping and it was worth it. Wil definitely return !

My first time ever getting a massage with Elements. I have a herniated disc with sciatic pain due to a freak type accident while working. I have tried a number of different things for relief and was really starting to get depressed with no progression of relief. My only remaining option is surgery at this point, while awaiting the approval to finalize my flare ups have been truly unbearable to the point I cannot walk, sit, stand, sleep use restroom and a number of other daily normal things; crying in pain with every movement and complete agony I decided last minute to search for professional massage place that would know how to work with a client with my situation I came across elements and thank god someone could not make their appointment because they were able to accommodate me. The receptionist was so patient with me, being that it was hard to even speak or walk over to my purse to get the information for my credit card she understood and was truly very kind. Upon arrival shuffling in there was another receptionist who checked me in. Her energy was so beautiful and bright. She told me that I got Lionel as my therapist and assured me he was phenomenal and a miracle worker. It eased my mind knowing I have an experienced therapist that has had many clients like me and has helped them tremendously. I wasn’t as afraid that I would leave there in even worse position then I already was. She was very knowledgeable and explained the membership benefits which was extremely hard to pass on especially because I know I will need it more than once a year.Had consultation with Lionel and explain all the chronic pain and what My injuries were. Lionel knew exactly what to do to immediately relief some tight tension with my muscles. I was shocked, he explained what the techniques were and took his time and ensure I was never hurting during the session. I loosened up and able to relax. He explained after care and my session was over. As I get up and go to get dressed I literally could not believe I wasnt in agony. I was able to walk out relatively normal with absolutely no pain. Meeting Lionel in front I couldn’t help but cry because I was just so thankful for his work and the relief I had gotten out of one session. I said look I’m walking and both receptionists happen to be there at that time were just as ecstatic and happy to see the difference. Booked an appointment for next week and I’m soooo excited. Thank you guys so so so much you made my night. Would 100% recommend elements and the staff. See you guys next week

Absolutely love and recommend the folks over at Elements. Everyone from their front office to the massage therapists are friendly, and incredibly courteous. Every time I leave Elements, I feel sooo much better than when I went in. I made appointments for my sister, my girlfriend and my Mom in the past and they have all had great experiences. Highly recommend!!!

Such a welcoming and outstanding massage spa. Karissa who was working the front desk, was so sweet! Lionel, the massage therapist who did my massage, did an amazing job! He spent extra time on everything that was bothering me. I was very hesitant to have a male give me a massage but I was very comfortable with him. I have already scheduled my next appointment with him. Would recommend Elements Massage over any others!!

HIP HIP Hooray for Lionel!!!Hip dysplagia, torn labrums and minor arthritis in both hips; minor scoliosis and back issues. I love a strong massage and someone that knows the human body extremely well! I walked into Elements Massage to see Lionel. Ive been his existing patient for over a year now so Im happy with him. I had no specific complaints on this visit but I was overdue. Just reset and balance me I said. .....When I walked out, I felt serious improvement in my feet and the position of my hips. I always knew I favored one leg over the other. But I now realized at this moment how bad it really was. And now, I walked out balanced and reset with both feet strongly planted on the ground and hips evely aligned! This is beyond a massage at this point. I dont have a before pic lol but for next time, I may even share it because it seems so unbelievable. Thank you Lionel!!!

Today I had a massage with Lionel. It was the most personalized massage I ever had . Usually I just get a generic full body, but I had a baby 4 months ago, I am nursing and my body has been hurting and tight in very specific places . Lionel was attentive to what I needed. 10/10

If I could give 0 stars I would! We were told that we could reschedule with no problems if the day we selected would be an issue. Once we did reschedule the following day we were met with attitude over the phone call with another representative, but she did give us the change we asked for. We later received a call informing us that the manager was not giving us the reschedule, and was ADDING A CANCELLATION FEE, when we were initially told politely that we could reschedule with no issues at all by the first rep on the phone. Not to mention that there were four fees added to my card! We were informed that the manager would return our calls to discuss our issue and concerns. Its been over a week with no return of call. How about sticking to your word? Or being upfront and professional with the course of actions that would be taken if we decided to reschedule? Terrible customer service and professionalism!

My girlfriend purchased us a one hour couples massage as a gift. Elements was great I think I actually fell asleep at one point I was so relaxed. Wonder ambiance and great staff. I highly recommend!

Elements of Bellmore-Merrick. Good massage therapists here. If you sign up for their membership, you can get 1 hour massage at $79. Recommend Susannah, she is there on weekends. The facility is very clean and the front staff are friendly. After your massage, you will receive a small bottle of water and a peppermint patty. Its a nice touch.

Great staff all around ! Easy to schedule appointments, super accomodating and welcoming. Love this place and will definitely be back again!

Very happy with my Elements experience. My therapist Susannah, did an incredible job. So far since this location is new its still not busy, which is great for last minute appointments.

Everyone at this location is polite, knowledgeable, and professional. When I had problems or disputes in the past, Bellmore location was able to solve the issue. I might have gotten a few names wrong in my review so if you ask for the therapist by name just know I am referring to therapist who are located at the Bellmore location although I believe a few also work at both.

I went for massage in the hope together relief from the back pain that I suffered out of nowhere and was sceptical about the outcome. This was my first time visiting massage place, so I did not what to expect and to my surprise Elements Massage therapist was very knowledgeable and offered massage to address the back pain. I cannot claim that it was a fun session and that it actually helped the next day I felt some kind of relief and that justified my visit for myself. I was surprised by the therapist knowledge and comittment to work on the group of muscles that were hurting. Over all I appreciate all the work that was done and giving 5 starts for experience plus higher than I thought expectations.

Ive been a member of Elements Massage of RVC since it opened some 7 years ago I have enjoyed all of the benefits of my membership, great massage,amazing staff, convenient location, an overall wonderful experience.Well now there is Elements Massage of Bellmore which I had the good fortune of visiting last week at the direction of the staff at Elements RVC, my normal masseuse was on vacation so I took a leap of faith and booked an appoint with Lionel, wow I was totally blown away could have been the best massage Ive ever had, and the new studio was just as warm and cozy as RVC which was very calming .Thank you Elements Massage now I never have to worry about where or when Ive got two great locations to choose from.

COMMUNICATION: This is an update review. I recently attempted to take advantage of the complimentry massage that was given based a bad experience at this Rockville location. I spoke to the manager Diana who told me that complimentry massage was used. She gave me the date 7/25 & provided a credit card # that was not mine. Fast forward I checked my records & that was not my credit card in addition to me remembering that someone made an appointment for me & paid with his card. Well, this office decided that they were just going to use my complimentry massage instead. Im frustrated because Diana being a manager tone was very irritated, combative, argumentative & she elevated which naturally made me get in the same elevated tone. She was not attempting to problem solve or be accomodating. Instead of listening she interrupted me while speaking and stated YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANOTHER FREE MASSAGE & hung up. My massage was never suppose to be free it was it was paid for the first time which resulted in a horrible experience. I only wanted to take advantage what was promised by this office. I have treated more then 1 friend to this office so payment for a massage is the least of my concern, however, when a company states they will give you something for a horrible experience just keep your word. My complimentry massage was not for the staff or Diana to say we are going to use this instead of charging the gentleman who called to schedule massage. Diana is a poor manager in not wanting to admit they made a mistake. You dont assume because someone is calling & schedule a massage for me its me. Im a female a man called to schedule. I cant believe I am having another issue with this office. Manager emailed attempting dispute that my friend didnt pay he provided his card to be debited the office chose not to charge him that is a difference vs. someone not paying. Diana continues to insult me through her emails

Exceptional service! Great job on the decor. Fireplace in couples room is beautiful and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Ive been to both the Bellmore and Rockville centre studios, and always have a great massage!
