Went today for a pedicure, powdered nail manicure, & eyebrow wax at 34 weeks pregnant- I absolutely loved having Rachel. She was wonderful and not only made me feel so comfortable, but did excellent work!

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The appointments were easy to book online with lots of options and long hours. The receptionist was quick to address me upon entering. The color choices and types of services were endless.Ada did my mani and pedi. She was thorough and did an amazing job. The chairs were super comfortable and the massage better than most. While getting my gel manicure I had Kevin provide a massage and it was wonderful. The prices were a little higher than what I typically pay but it was well worth it! I will definitely be returning!

I never get my nails done, but I wanted to try it before my sister’s wedding. I just kept it simple with a gel French manicure. Sam did a great job and was gentle. I think it turned out beautiful.

I was originally drawn to the online scheduling feature which I still think is great. However, I have to say I was disappointed after my experience for a few reasons. I came for an acrylic fill in originally done at a salon in eatontown (I will be returning to this salon but did not initially because they book up pretty quickly). First, the technician did not seem to work hard on making the color even, it came out very streaky and is patchy in places. Second, I don’t expect nail technicians to be overly friendly but this was the first painful manicure that I’ve ever received. When I voiced that it was painful, the technician seemed annoyed and continued what she was doing, without regard to the fact that she was hurting me. It was an uncomfortable experience. So from both a quality and customer service standpoint, the salon in eatontown far exceeds this one and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this salon.

BeOn Nails has been an amazing experience. Everyone is welcoming and the space is clean. Now for my nails.... ladies they look stunning every time I get them done. Then the hand massage makes me swoon... lol 💜 oh and dont get me started on the pedicures... listen the techs do a wonderful job and my feet feel like walking on clouds. This is the best shop. Come check them out.

I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is so nice, my nails come out beautiful and they take their time and care. After trying out half a dozen nail salons I’ve finally found my home base and have been coming here for years! Loved my nails today thank you

Been coming to this shop for over four years. They never make you wait for an appointment if you have one scheduled. Recently had Cici do my manicure and she was meticulous and making sure it looked great.

This is the best nail salon- love their pedicures especially. You get a foot massage, hot oil, and back rub. Super relaxing, staff is kind, and the pedicure is perfect. I moved further away but still drive here because it’s the best around.

I had 3 tips and a gel manicure the first time. The tips were misshapen, and the nail art was done incorrectly by him. My cuticles and skin were done beautifully. A lot of care was taken. The second time, the misshapen tips were corrected, but the filing off of the nail art cut my skin and hurt. I told her it hurt, but she was soon finished. I dont think I should have abrasions. Also, I had to ask for change of a $20 to give the tip and I got an attitude. Im not sure Ill be back.

After a horrendous experience at another local nail salon I decided to try Beon Nails and I’m so glad I did. Jessie did a great job on my pedicure and the overall experience was excellent. I will definitely be back.

A lot of things…the woman used dirty drill bands on my nails (they were white and chalky from use), she left a deep cut that bled on my pinky using the hand file, cut my other ring finger with the drill, dropped the e-file and took some skin from underneath my finger… and then the nails were not the same length, shape, or width. I asked for shorter and she said “no this will be better for the almond shape” to which I assumed she meant that it’d be filed down. The nail products that she used started to peel/leave circular spots all over my nails so she had to file and try to reapply. This damaged the paint underneath and she then offered to remove and redo altogether to which I did ask. At this point I was holding back tears and tried asking her to fix some of the misshapen nails to which she got very defensive and rude. This whole time I had been quiet and disrespectful- even after she made me bleed twice and used dirty nail tools on me which is a HUGE concern. After sitting for over two hours with accepted defeat (and they were closing) and left. I can’t believe I paid for this and don’t know how I can begin to fix these nails. Don’t be fooled by the food reviews, they offer a discount to those who leave 5 stars lol.

I had such a wonderful experience at the nail salon with Yang! She was friendly, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful. I cant wait to go back!

Sunny is my new favorite nail tech! He did such a great job. All the nail techs are great. They place is always clean and professional.

Went here with my mom to get our nails done while on vacation. Both pedicures were very good, no complaints. Then when getting a full set of extensions done, I noticed the nail tech was going to use UV gel instead of acrylics, so I said that I had asked for acrylics and she fixed it (simple mistake, not an issue). Then when using an e-file, she cut me twice on separate fingers and drew blood. When paying, the front desk was told about the incident, they stayed silent and then proceeded to ask if we wanted an envelope for the tip. It was once I showed them the cuts that a manager was called and an agreement was reached. Giving 3 stars because the nails otherwise look lovely and the pedicures were done well.

Very organized from making an online appointment to paying for my pedicure. I found BeOn Nails to be very clean and the people working there were extremely professional.

The service at Beon nails is amazing. I have been coming in since March and I just adore this place. My daughter comes with me sometimes too and they are so sweet with her but also do a great job. Today I made a mistake and went to a different salon with my friend and my nails came out horrible! I called Beon to help me and they took me right away. Iris went above and beyond to fix my nails and they came out beautiful! Thank you Iris and Beon for all your help today! If I could give more stars I would!!!

What a great place! I made an appointment because of a recommendation and I am so happy! Best gel mainicure ever. The salon has recently been fully renovated and all the employees were very nice. Happy was my guy and he did a beautiful job! I am a new regular:) Thanks guys!

Stopped coming here because every time they started charging me differently for services I always get.This is definitely one of the best nail salons in the area. I have seen Happy & Molly for acrylics and they both do a good job. It is always very clean and the staff is very kind. There is a million colors to choose from and Molly is very good at designs.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m so disappointed. Appointment was at 3:30 and didn’t get seated until 3:50 which fine but the way they look is what will have me not coming back. There is dried nail polish on my skin and I’m so upset I paid $67 (without tip) for this. Photos were taken right after appointment.

I recently went to Beonnails and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, took the time to listen to what I wanted and the pedicure was very relaxing.

I had gel manicure by Niki at BeOn Nails. This was probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Not only did she cut me a number of times, but the nail polish came out uneven. I’ve never seen gel nail polish looking that bad. It has tiny little bumps all over it. I pointed it out to her but instead of correcting her mistake she called her co-worker trying to prove to me that there is nothing wrong with it. You have to be kidding me. I decided not to making a scene, after all it’s just nails, they only last two weeks. Will go to another place in two weeks and have them done right (hopefully 🙌🏻), but what made me write a negative review, after all that the gel didn’t even last a week. You can see on the second picture, my gel chipped 6 days into it. At this point I am very annoyed. I showed this job to a few of my local friends and they all said that it looks awful.

Very attentive and friendly staff. The facility is neat and very well kept. Happy did such a fantastic job on my short nails and provided me what was best for my nail health. I will definitely be returning.

I don’t know if there has been a change in ownership since the pandemic, but this place has gone down hill. I struggled to grown my own natural nails, but finally they were strong and long enough for a gel manicure. I went in for that service about 3 times over the past month, but this last time Camille filed my nail beds SO thin and completely ruined my natural nail. My nail broke while I was folding laundry, that is how fragile and thin they are. My nails are actually folding when pressure is applied to them. I called back to speak with a manager, “Sarah” I believe, and she obviously could not have cared less about how disappointed I was. She was beyond rude and would not give me her full attention, answering the phones and speaking with other customers instead of listening to what I was saying. She obnoxiously kept using the line “well I can’t replace your natural nail” and telling me she didn’t know what she could do for me other than offer me a discounted service to replace the service I got yesterday. My question is how am I supposed to accept the discounted service to have my nails done again, when my nail barely exists because the nail tech filed away my nail bed when removing the old gel polish? Do better, BeOn - you’re losing loyal customers to poor work ethic & horrific customer service.

UPDATE as of 2/20/24As a gay man that likes to take care of him self and my nails since I’m in the service industry, I’m disappointment with this new nail place in Wall…. I was hoping this would be my new place since my best friend was raving about it. The lady I had was rude and disrespectful, I asked for a clear gel manicure I went with my best friend and she was getting just manicure with regular polish. First there was confusion as we sat next to each other and the lady that was doing my nails instantly got an attitude when I mention I was getting clear gel manicure because she thought I was getting just a regular manicure… second I asked to keep the length of my nails and just keep them square. She then proceeded to file down my nail, yes she kept the square but the length is not there. Third since she just rushed through the gel on my nails are so uneven. Given the fact this location is more of a high end area the attitudes and the atmosphere need to fit the part. I will be taking my money else where. Wasted $45 and just felt uncomfortable the whole time…. normalize making men feel just as comfortable getting their nails pampered… 9 times it of 10 we become your favorite clients and best tippers.UPDATE: Jon the Owner/Manager gave me a call in regards to my review and was very understanding and made right and actually reached out to me about the situation. He said it will be addressed with the staff. I respect that a lot especially because I manage a salon as well and the best thing to do is reach out and make right and a lot of owners and managers don’t do that. So I thank you a lot Jon! I will definitely give them another chance.

I pretty much always have a perfect experience here. Amanda is my absolute favorite. She does a fantastic job and shapes the acrylic nails perfectly every single time. I broke my hand and couldn’t come in for an acrylic fill for 4 weeks (normally I go every 2 weeks) so my nails were is rough shape. I told Amanda my finger was still broken and she was so careful. I was never in pain and she kept checking in to make sure I was okay. She also knows I love to get a massage while I get my nails done. Their usually guy is traveling (kavin-he is absolutely amazing) so she called over the newer guy to give me a massage (not sure of his name). He did such a great job. He massaged my arms, back, neck, and head (including my temples and forehead where your sinuses are-it was incredible) please when you go to visit always tip them well. They work so hard and always do such a fantastic job. The prices are so good especially compared to places I’ve been before finding Beon and the services are always top tier. Could not recommend this place high enough!

It was just a very unfriendly experience.Maybe he had a bad day, but this was our experience with him. Won’t be going back. I’m still surprised they just pull gel tips off a young girl and don’t even attempt to soak or file.

Definitely could not recommend this place. I was looking for a place to get a quick mani /pedi. This place came up in my Google search. I drove through traffic and across town. I walked in and the place it is nearly empty...yet I was told they have no availability, and they take walkins. Interesting?!

I had my first appointment there today. I was a walk-in but they could fit me in so it worked out perfect. Ella was absolutely wonderful. The salon looks neat and spacious. Lovely music was playing in the background. It was very nice and relaxing. So many options/colors to choose from. Front desk ladies are very helpful. Received a gift at departure. Highly recommend 💅

Kinda bummed about my experience. Nail tech did a great job of shaping. She didn’t really get the design I had and the French is not even on both hands. When I went to pay it was $70 for a gel fill! I’ve never paid that much anywhere else. I was only told it would be $5 extra for shellac which I agreed to. It then apparently was an additional $10 for the design on 2 fingers, and then another $10 for getting French on 4 fingers. I would only recommend this nail salon for basic nail enhancements.

I had the pleasure of Jessie giving me a spa pedicure. She was very thorough, no pain at ALL, and a great massage. Oh and the polish is perfect too

I booked an appointment with Niki C because I heard so many good things about her in the reviews and she did not let me down! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! My nails are perfect! I love them so much! I’m never going to another salon ever!

I’ve been going to Beon Nails for years, and I highly recommend. Iris does an absolutely PHENOMENAL job with manicures, she is so meticulous and my nails have never looked more beautiful. She is the BEST. The staff is so professional, kind, and efficient, if someone is running a little behind, the manager will offer a helping hand to start removing the nail polish so that you’re never waiting. I am so impressed. I’ve had such horrible experiences at other nail salons recently, waiting over 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. In addition, other salons are unprofessional and rush your manicures, and they end up looking terrible. At Beon nails, you’ll never have to wait. My manicures by Iris are so beautiful, I am in love. Beon nails is the best, thank you!

Walked in for a fill and a repair. Rachel was very kind. She took her time and did a beautiful job. Had an awesome massage with Kavin. Spend a little extra and let him give you a massage. Your worth it! He didnt disappoint!

First time today and I loved it! My girls name was Yang and she was so thorough and efficient. I was very happy. Place runs really well and everything is very organized. I waited four minutes maybe that’s it and then she spent two hours on me for a gel fill and a pedicure so it was really great. Best place I’ve been to so far in New Jersey.

Have not been to this location in years since I moved. Was surprised to find out I was not out with the person I originally was scheduled with Joy A- I had chose this person on purpose based on reviews I had read. Jessie have me my pedicure and she did a fantastic job & I had changed to UV gel and those were done by Kathy- pretty good! She was fast and quite. Overall 8/10 will definitely be back

This place is the absolute worst. They charged me $15 extra to remove my gel nail polish and never mentioned the upcharge anywhere on the website or in person. My mani and pedi was supposed to be 1hr 15 min and the girl Anna rushed through it and was done in an hour. She also hurt me when grinding the gel off my nails. She demanded “you pay now” before she even started the manicure. And ran off with my card to the register so I didn’t see the charge.My nails look and feel terrible. They are uneven and the polish was applied haphazardly. I called to tell them I was overcharged and this is when I was told about the $15 upcharge. I feel so angry that I was charged so much when I could’ve gone to a much better place for much less money. Please save your money and go elsewhere. It is not worth the frustration when you realize they pulled a fast one on you.

My first impression was a really nice nail salon,that offered a nice atmosphere. Very clean and didnt smell like chemicals. Natalia who was very accommodating picking out the latest nail polishes. Shes a perfectionist and my manicure came out great.Definitely going back!

YANG IS AMAZING!! She took her time doing my nails and even adjusted the shape from a prior nail tech to make them look much classier! She is super sweet and very precise with her work. Absolutely love her and the salon!!

First time visiting with one of my friends and we will definitely be back. Paid $58 for a pedi and gel manicure but it was worth it! Pedi included 5 min massage and hot stone to finish it off. Great massage too. Iris killed it!

Stopped in for a spa pedicure. Easily one of the best I’ve had. Joy was quick but didn’t miss any details. She did a great job on my eye brows too. I felt BeOn was very fairly priced especially for the great quality of work and the luxurious was of the salon atmosphere. This is definitely my new nail salon!

I just got home from this place. I was so excited to go get my nails done after work before I leave for vacation this week. My pedicure came out nicely BUT my gel set is not at all what I expected. Especially, for the price I paid for everything which was $177. I know that it’s extra for gel when doing a pedicure but they charged an extra $20 for chrome and another $20 for my gel set…all they did was sprinkle some dust! Owen did my nails and from a first glance they looked okay, but when I got out to my car I can see that they are bumpy, thick, and uneven all around. I’m so unhappy with these nails that I’m actually thinking about soaking off these $177 nails and going somewhere else to get them redone. I just filed the sides because the widths were that uneven. Never in my life have I paid anywhere near that amount. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Iris is awesome! Very gentle with handling and cleaning my nails and she did a great job doing my gel manicure! Im truly impressed.

This place is AWFUL for acrylic full sets. They charged me $90 for the worst set Ive had in 20 years on this planet, the girl hurt me when taking off my previous nails and laughed.

I just got my nails done with Lily and she was amazing! I love how she did my nails they look beautiful! She’s veryy talented, takes her time and she was so sweet! Hands down the besttt!:))

I tried this place for the first time today. The service I got was a pedicure with callus remover and a lip wax. My first impression was I really love this place! The decor is beautifully updated and feels like a spa rather than your typical nail place. It feels modern , fresh and clean which I really appreciate. That said the prices do reflect this more upscale feel. My pedicure was $40 which is on the higher end but their massage chairs and complimentary 4min (legit they set a timer) foot massage and hot stone finish made it worth every penny. I did feel $15 additional for callus remover was a bit much. And $10 lip wax is the most I have paid but I do VERY much appreciate that the wax area was clean and most of all I DID NOT find a stick already sitting in the wax and have to ask the technician to use a new one like most places and Ive been to a lot! That should be a no brainier but sadly a lot of places dont follow that sanitary rule , this place did. I would definitely recommend if ur looking for a quality service. U get what you pay for in the end I believe it was worth the extra buck

I have tried this place many times and I always end up disappointed with the outcome. This time I was charged $95 for an acrylic set. Not only is the price ridiculous but it also looks like a 12 year old painted my nails. Explain to me how the uneven lines painted on my fingers have a value of $25, no nail design should ever be that expensive!! This will definitely be my last time trying this place.

Shirley was Outstanding. She listened and made recommendations on how to improve my dry cuticles and calloused feet.I left the salon feeling clean and polished. Everyone was super helpful!

Such a pretty salon and soo busy. The people were so kind and friendly. However less than 5 days my gel manicure was coming off. Within a week I had no more gel on my nails. Soo disappointed, this has never happened to me before. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Beon Nails is a great nail salon. It’s clean and well maintained. They have an amazing selection of colors in regular polish and gel. Everyone is always friendly and attentive and they do a great job. They are also fairly priced for their services. I would highly recommend Beon.

Changing my review from the last time I was there, about a year ago.I had a great pedicure today. Im so glad I gave them another chance. I will definitely be back. My pedicure was so relaxing and she really took the entire 45 minutes to give me a great pedicure. I wish I could remember her name. She was very kind and patient with me and my ticklish feet!

Great first experience for both manicure and spa pedicure

I made an appointment on line and selected Karen. I was given someone else. I was there for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, however the manicure was terrible. She continued to hurt me while trimming my cuticles. I told her that I didn’t want them trimmed, but she did not understand. I also tried to tell her I didn’t like the color, but it was too late. Considering how much money I spent there today, I was not pleased. When I went to pay , the cashier didnot make it right. She said that since I hadn’t been there in a while, she didn’t see the need to give me Karen who I made the appointment with. Terrible customer service.

Amazing Pedicure we were referred by Amy & Sophia Monardo! My apt was with CC and got an Organic Spa Pedicure, have an injured leg and listened and checked several times I was okay. BEST PEDICURE!! Will be back for sure. Thanks Again.

Excellent Kevin is the Best! I’ve gone to Hand & Stone in the past did nothing to alleviate the pain in my upper back. Within seconds Kevin found the muscle knots and worked them out.i feel new again!

Excellent job! Careful to make sure things were done properly ( i. e. length of nails and cuticles); took one star off for price- $40 for gel manicure is on the expensive side.(would say it’s worth the splurge for special occasions! 🙂)

Meh , manicure and pedicure were very average. Polish came off within two days.Paid for a Soa pedicure absolutely no better than a regular manicure with the exception of the hot rocks for 30 seconds.Switched preferred technician on me.Not going back

I went to get my nails done today and waited 20+ minutes for my appointment to start. I was then told they couldn’t do my nails as requested (French chrome) with absolutely no explanation as to why. This was extremely inconsiderate to waste my time and then tell me they couldn’t perform the service without an explanation.

Got a powder manicure and had no appt. I walked in to make an appt since I was there. They couldn’t have been nicer inviting to get the powder manicure immediately. Cathy did the powder manicure and she was wonderful. Highly recommend. Jessie is my favorite there and she gives the best pedicure!!!

Happy is the best at manicures! I get dipping and he’s very meticulous with his work! The salon is very nice and they use packaged tools for their pedicures! They need to put some seating up front for guests that are waiting for their services!

9/10 times I leave extremely happy. I will recommend to anyone. I drive 20/30 minutes from my home to go when there are closer places. Great service.

I had a great experience with Jerry. He was super precise and listened to exactly what I wanted. I got a powder dip manicure. Also, their online booking portal was very easy and user friendly, in comparison to other nail salons I’ve used. Overall extremely happy and will definitely be back. Plus there was a free 3 minute massage from a gentleman who was walking around the salon and it was incredible.

Went to BeOn for the fist time today and Ella did a marvelous job! She is friendly, fast and excellent at what she does.

Had a dip manicure and one day later a nail cracked and not even a week later another cracked. Called to complain said I could come in an get my nails done at discount. I’ve done dip manicures and they usually last 3 weeks.

My first time ever coming there. My normal nail place that’s been doing my nails for 6 years didnt have availability today, so I came here. It was so clean, I didn’t even wait 30 seconds and someone greeted me, helped me choose a color, and my nail girl did an amazing job. Honestly, I feel like this is my new nail spot! Thank you for a great experience.

I saw Joye for my gel manicure. She was wonderful!! Did an amazing job, was friendly, and very professional. She was also fast and clearly experienced. I recommend Beon and their nail techs 100 X over. OH, and I was gifted a massage while I did my nails. It was the perfect relaxing experience will definitely go back again.

First time getting a service done here and i really enjoyed myself! the salon was really clean and pretty… i got a classic pedicure (great value for the price) and it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. the pedicure itself came out okay, but i wish my tech would have put more effort into the exfoliation and massage, since i work on my feet for a living, so i really enjoy the relaxation part of getting a pedicure… on the plus side, there was a gentleman walking around offering neck and shoulder massages to people while they were getting their services done… he gave me a massage while my nails were drying and boy let me tell ya, that guy put in work… definitely not for the faint of heart, but i noticed a considerable difference in my posture the next day…i did not like that i couldn’t tip on my card, so be mindful of bringing cash when you come here or else you’ll need to use their atm to tip… overall a nice experience and i’ll probably be coming back.

I’ve been going to B3ON Nails for maybe 2+ years. I always have great service when I go. I generally use 2 people - Alex and Jessie. They both do a great job. The salon always looks clean. They did a fantastic job post-covid in how they set the salon up with clear plastic partitions in the manicure and pedicure area. (They were clean prior to but I was impressed on what they did to re-open.) It’s the only local place I’ve used that offers a 5 min foot/leg massage (with the cost of your pedicure). And, they have a gentleman who offers neck/shoulder massages as well. He’s also very good! If you need very strong hands to get the kinks out of your neck & shoulders, he’ll do the job. Even the young women at the front desk—very professional, helpful, pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Sadly the quality of this salon has gone down drastically since I first started going 3 years ago. I think it’s time to find a new salon. Multiple times I have made an appointment with a specific technician just to show up and be placed with someone else. There are talented technicians here but they are not all the same skill level so when I book with a specific person I expect to be with that person. I understand people call out and things happen but I should have been called + notified of the change before showing up. I have also seen a few technicians choose to use their own dirty tools rather than the sterilized packets they’re suppose to. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Beon Nails never disappoints. Appointment scheduling online is easy, there is never a wait to be seen, staff is courteous and facility is clean. I schedule all appointments with Iris A.. She is very nice and she her manicures/pedicures are fabulous!

BeOn nails is by far the best nail salon in the area. I’ve been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. I’ve tried pretty much every other nail salon in the area and I keep coming back to BeOn because their service and quality is unmatchable. Their pedicure stations are very clean and sanitary- they put a liner in and use clean tools. I highly recommend their spa pedicure, which is amazing. It’s also hard to find a place that does a good job at a dip manicure for a reasonable price. They prefer you make an appointment before coming in which is great because they always take you right away and you never have to wait. Their color selection is also amazing - they have hundreds of colors. I definitely recommend BeOn nails- you won’t regret it.

My first time at BeOn Nails was amazing! Jessie was wonderful and super sweet. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and they look beautiful! The salon was clean and tidy and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Usually I get good service here from Happy who does nails great. However, in the past when they have put me with other people, the job they did on my nails was horrendous. I tried to call to make an appointment and Happy was not available so I asked the girl on the phone who was another good person that I could go to. She refused to make me an appointment stating that she didn’t want to give me an appointment with anyone else because of my past experience. I have never had such bad customer service there before. Lynn who used to be at the front desk was amazing.

I’ve been going to BeOn Nails for over 5 years now and Happy has been doing my nails for 3 years. Happy is the best! He is quick but efficient and diligent when doing my nails. All the other staff is so nice and accommodating as well! I highly recommend this salon, I’ve never had a bad pedicure or manicure.

I absolutely love this salon. I’ve been up and down the garden state parkway trying to find the best nail technician. Please go visit BeOn Nails. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Happy as your nail tech. I am very particular how somebody does my nails. Going to BeOn nails and having Happy as my nail tech, I have never had somebody as good as he is. You don’t get any nail residue stuck to your fingers when he finishes. You don’t have to pick at them to fix those little errors. He uses just the right amount of product to fill nails. The best part is.... THEY LOOK NATURAL. He is a perfectionist, very quiet, very focused, and I am so glad he is the way he is. I’d rather have somebody take their time and make sure my nails are done right, then let me leave with my nails even more jacked up then when I came in. Thank you Happy for every great visit!

I had acrylic tips placed and a gel pedicure done by Camille.Pros:- She did a good job replicating the color I wanted for my manicure based on the photo I showed her- She did a good job with my gel pedicureCons:- I asked for my fingernails to be cut very short; she did not cut them as short as I asked her to, despite me asking twice- I had to ask her multiple times to file my nail tips so they werent crooked- She did not apply enough nail glue during the initial application, so she had to go back after the fact and squeeze glue into the gaps that were missing it; this left chunks of visible space between the acrylic nail and my natural nail- She did not cover the entire nail bed or sides with color- The entire process felt VERY rushed; it felt like she was racing to get my nails doneI then went back to have my nails removed. On the phone, I was told I could have them soaked off. Iris removed my acrylic nails, but told me they could not be soaked off and that instead, she had to cut them and wedge a (new, clean) acrylic nail between my old acrylic tips and my natural nails instead to get each tip off. This was tolerable until she cut my thumbnail so short that she cut into my nail bed. Ouch.This salon used to be so good back when they first opened. Im not sure what happened, but I will not keep returning for poor service.

Clean, relaxing, and excellent service. Regular pedicure includes foot massage, heel treatment and hot stone leg massage. I had an acupressure massage as I waited for my nails to dry. So restorative and my nails and feet look awesome.

I have been getting my nails done at BeOn for about one year and I LOVE it. They are very friendly and accommodating. I have an one year old and sometimes I have limited time to get all my things done. Several times they have managed to get both my pedicure and manicure done at the same time so I could be in and out in 45min.This place is also a massage heaven... they not only massage your hand and feet but your back while the polish is drying 🙌🏼Besides all that the superb costumer service, the salon is always spotless and organized. A 5 STARS for sure!

I am super super upset by the way I was treated they rushed my nails and was super aggressive with there tone all I asked was for coffin nail and it was super rushed with horrible shape and forget about my toes it looks like I did it myself

First time last week; I had a spa pedi and a gel fill with Molly and she did a great job, especially at shaping my nails almost perfectly which I am very picky about. Every one was very nice and accommodating and the salon was very clean and the techs disinfected after each client. I will definitely be returning.

BeOn is by far the best nail salon in the area. This salon is so well ran, and the staff really professional. The services are always consistent, and the salon itself is extremely clean (this was true even prior to COVID). The spa pedicure here is my absolute favorite. The owners are consistently updating tools, pedicure chairs, etc. which shows that they really care about customer safety in addition to overall high quality of customer service.

I have been getting pedicures from Jessie for many years now. She does an amazing job and takes her time to make sure to get all the hangnails from my very small toenails. The whole salon is always super clean and the atmosphere is friendly, upbeat, warm and inviting!! I recommend this nail salon to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable experience while being professional pampered.

I love this place. I started going there when it was first opened and will continue a loyal customer. All the technicians are professional and their work is wonderful and unique. My favorites are Gina and Lindsey, but whoever you go to to will be fine! I especially love the chair massages that they do with every nail service. The many different pedicures are great, too.The place is immaculate and the decor fresh and modern. You will not be disappointed with this place. I promise!

They were friendly BUT I was told that I should get a powder manicure because it was better and lasted longer so I did it and had to drive back on four days because two of them cracked.I dont have tips its just my regular short nails. Then I came back for the repair and two days later two more cracked... Its been a week and my pointer is completely bare. Not worth the 45$ at all. I was very disappointed.

Nadine was excellent!! She took the time to do my nails and listened to how I wanted it done. As for my pedicure (I didnt get her name), she was good. The only thing is that the 5 minutes leg massage was like so light.

The remodeling is beautiful. We were first for a pedi but the paraffin was not ready for use! They should get in early to get it ready or take something off the price of a pedi!Also the Christmas trees were up with coupon tags for you to take. But they said we couldn’t take one because it doesn’t start till next week!Guess they don’t care if we come back again!

I came here with my wife for pedicures. Which I have not gotten one in a very very long time. My wife said hers was amazing and as was mine! I had Gracie who was absolutely fantastic! She did everything down to the T and gave an awesome massage! I’ll be back every month! Thank you guys!

I started going to BeOn after I wasnt happy with the way my nails were holding up with another salon. John set my appointment up with Lindsay who has been doing a fabulous job! She is very meticulous and does not rush. She will not let me leave until they are perfect. I am very happy with the service and the salon is always very clean. The neck massage is an added bonus! If you are looking for a clean snd friendly salon that does a wonderful job, I highly reccomend BeOn.

The staff was Covid compliant and was quick to clean after each customer and the service was perfect and the environment was relaxing . Another great experience at Beon nails. My technician Iris does a beautiful job with my nails and gives an excellent massage. The place is always immaculately clean and it is easy to make an appointment. Today I tried the extra neck massage during my manicure and Im really glad I did. Thank you.

I went with a bridal party, the bridesmaids got manicures and pedicures. The pedicure experience was efficient, the salon was busy so the extra star was for that reason… the manicures… every bridesmaid had different shades of the color requested. And my manicure consisted of soaking my nails in water for about a minute, a little cuticle oil and the most aggressive cuticle clipping I’ve ever had. I was bleeding from at least 5 places. The polish was rushed and very uneven, nail beds weren’t filed or buffed, the man was very abrupt when moving me from my chair to the drier, didn’t say a word to me until he barked at me to move. Chipped within 24 hours and by 72 hours (today) the polish is half gone on every finger. The bridesmaids I was with had similar experiences. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I brought my concerns to her attention.

I made an appointment at 11:45 for a BeOn pedicure. I was sitting under the dryer by 12:07. $37 for a 20 minute service was disappointing. When I had asked the receptionist how long a pedicure should be she said 30-35 minutes. Very disappointed.

I have visited BeOn twice and was pleased with my experience both times. The online booking platform is easy to use and both times, my nail technician was ready to see me right away. Very wide selection of color choices and clean environment.Im very pleased with the quality of gel manicure and will definitely be back!Cons that are not uncommon, but still slightly inconvenient:- they do not accept AMEX- cash only tipping (but there is an ATM on site)COVID:- It appears that masks are not required (I believe this applies to customers only as all of the working nail technicians wore masks and gloves)

I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. I wish I could post a picture of how bad my French manicure looks & I literally just left there. My polish is streaky & the French lines are smudged & all uneven. But they charged my card before he polished my nails. Otherwise, I would’ve refused to pay. Done & DONE.

Molly is does 10/10 work! She takes her time and makes sure your nails look perfect. I am very particular with the way my nails look and I didnt have to question anything she was doing.The only thing that I dont like is you have to pay extra for every little thing like specialty color, change of nail shape, small designs, etc. None of that is Mollys fault though!

The Salon Decor is very modern and nice. The salon is clean. But my experience was terrible. I came in for a basic pedicure and a facial wax. The gentleman that did my pedicure refused to scrub the bottom of my feet and he gave me terrible attitude. I do not go to a nail salon to get a pedicure just for the nail polish. I always get a foot scrub and a 5 minute massage, I got neither. My eyebrows are butchered and too skinny and she left wax everywhere on my face. I will never go back and I will mot refer anyone to this salon. You will get a thoroughly pedicure and a great wax job somewhere else paying a lot less!!!

Firstly, while it is a beautiful salon, twice I have gone and had bad experiences. i was asked to pay before my service, not sure if this is a policy for ALL customers but it is was when I came, when I questioned the policy they just said nvm and sat me with an nail artist. I showed the design I wanted and they claimed to be able to do it, that was not the case. The managers were hovering over my tech, maybe she was new, but it was quite uncomfortable and i can tell she was nervous, not great conditions to work under, I complained multiple times that the uv lamp was BURNING bad after each gel application ( i now know it is not supposed to be applied in such thick layers). My pedicure was just ok, my big toes had a different shape.

Excellent service and very clean salon. On a more personal note, I am hearing impaired and have difficulty understanding in a busy environment where masks are worn. The employees were all so kind to me and helped me understand services etc. I will be a steady customer from this point on!

I got the basic pedicure and when I ask to scrub my heel he asked me something and I didn’t understand before I knew it he was giving me paraffin treatment.I don’t need a paraffin treatment if they did my heel riggt. Pedicure was done 52 and done in 15 minutes. I felt rushed. And some other guy comes over trying to sell me a massage. Don’t go here!

Ive been coming to BeOn Spa for two years now and highly recommend you try this salon! The entire staff works together to keep it clean, the decor is great and the services are super. I treat myself to a special pedicure once a month and thoroughly enjoy kicking back, having a fabulous leg massage and watching TV! My fingernail services are also excellent! I work in the medical field and wash my hands all day long. My LCN gel overlays hold up beautifully and on the rare occasion I have had a break (crazy dog on a leash vs me) they got me right in for a repair! Everyone gets a complimentary shoulder massage and now they have therapists providing chair massages as well! I dont get a lot of time to myself so when I do, I want it to be enjoyable---BeOn is a place I really enjoy visiting!

My usual technician Nicole was not available today, so Chloe took care of me. I had an ombré SNS powder manicure and it came out beautifully. Both of these ladies are true artists and lovely people. Only place to go for powder manicure; never thick or clunky and removal process doesn’t damage nails or cuticles.

Very disappointed after being a good customer for several years. I had a bad gel manicure that lifted and bubbled after 6 days. Called on the 7th day to see if I could get them fixed. The girl said shed have to speak to a manager and get back to me. No one called back so I made an appointment. When I arrived I was told theres no credit toward the repair or new service so I left and will not be back.

Covid safe salon! Excellent customer service and prompt service. My appointment was for 2pm. I arrived on time and my service was on time. I really ed enjoyed my spa pedicure, very pampering. I would definitely being going back!

I am a licensed manicurist for 30 years. . The worst pedicure I ever had. After I was nipped 2xs and bleeding told her to stop using nippers. Am still sore tonight and toes very uneven. I wonder how many are actually licensed by the state. Their license should be on wall.

My nails never last from here. I gave this salon a second shot since this is where my friend wanted to go. I was told I had to get a new LCN gel set since all of my nails were broken. One week later all of my nails are lifting and the corners are breaking. Exactly the reason why I didnt want square edges on my nails (which the nail tech did not listen to any time I asked for them to be fixed before finishing up).Definitely wouldnt recommend & the 3 day policy is ridiculous. A 3 day guarantee is admitting that they have an issue with nail services not holding up.

Always have loved Beon Nails. Visited for the first time since Covid and my expectations were blown away. The precautions they have in place are safe and clean, while not taking away from any of the quality services I have come to expect from them. Great atmosphere and staff.

I left work late today and called BeOn nails around 7:15 pm asking if they would be able to accommodate me (i understood if they couldn’t since they close at 8) the girl on the phone said it was fine and i arrived at 7:30. I just want to say how nice!! and how wonderful everyone was especially my nail tech Happy! he wasn’t upset that he had to stay and i didn’t feel rushed at all the entire time. The salon is very clean with many mitigations to help stop Covid transmission from taking your temperature upon entering, providing gloves for choosing polish and partitioners between each customer and the service provider. They have a wide selection of colors for all types of polish. They do a beautiful job in a safe clean environment. I highly recommend

The service is hit or miss, depending on the nail teqnition. I’ve had a wonderful pedicure, and I’ve also had a horrible one. The prices are very high. They charge $15 extra for gel polish, and when you come back, they charge again to take off the gel. They charge for every little thing! Overall they seem to care more about pinching pennies than about customer satisfaction.

They do a great job and even better value. Extremely friendly and exceptionally clean and good infection control by all staff. Update. They are still the best around.

This was the worst manicure ever. I got the S&S which is a gel dip powder and wanted a simple design(stars) and it was $10 extra and they were unfinished and horribly done. The nail guy left spots that were unfinished on my nails and they were all not even. I have been going to Beon nails since they opened and had never gotten the best but I went with it.

I had been a customer at BeOn nails for about the past 9 months. I have typically had a pleasant experience until today. I have been getting the SNS powder for my nails the last 4 times I had my nails done because of its reputation to last longer. Each time it has lasted about 3 to 4 weeks typically just growing out. This past time I had two nails chip within 3 days which the salon fixed for free a week after I initially got my nails done. Only 3 days after getting the two nails fixed 4 more nails chipped. I called immediately to schedule an appointment to get them fixed. When I arrived for this appointment today I was approached by the owner who had planned to intervene with me about coming again to get my nails fixed. He blamed me of biting my nails which I do not do and not being gentle enough with my nails. He additionally told me that they can only guarantee that their manicures last 3 days. The SNS is advertised to last 3 weeks by most of their manicurists there and 6 of my nails chipped within 10 days of originally getting my nails done. I have referred several friends to this business and have always had good things to say. They were not willing to fix my nails again for free of charge or discount and I walked out with the intention of not returning. There was no attempt to stop me or work with me. They lost a loyal customer today due to their poor customer service and bogus 3 day policy for a polish that should last 3 weeks.

I love it here! They always do a phenomenal job and make sure that you love your nails before you leave. The inside is beautiful and clean and they always make time to accommodate every schedule! Definitely give this place a try you wont regret it!

This is the only salon where you can get a last minute, same-day appointment. They have every color of dip powder you can imagine, it’s never more than an hour and I LOVE 3 minute free massage!!!!!! Highly recommend.

I had been going here since the salon opened. There is a high turnover in techs. You never know who you will get even if you request someone specific. I’ve been nicked by the dremel almost every time which I always overlooked. I have gotten a finger infection from this salon. My nails were also very hard to soak off. So maybe they’re using mma to keep prices down. Idk. The receptionist is lovely though.

I called to come in for an acrylic full set, i went in showed a picture of what i wanted they took my nails off and put on the tips and pulled out gel I said what’s that they said we don’t do acrylic by that time it was to late I already had the tips glued on so I tried the gel my nails came out so ugly they couldn’t do what I asked and I still winded up paying 90$ some how just for all the rhinestones to fall off in 3 days and I went else where to get what I actually wanted
