What a relaxing and rejuvenating experience!! It was my first time coming here and it definitely won’t be my last. Very easy to book online. Upon arrival, my therapist Lauren was waiting a greeted me.She addressed my concerns and made sure pressure was good. I hadn’t had a massage in a long time and thought I would be sore after a deep tissue but she knew exactly the right amount of pressure. Thank you very much! I already booked my next appointment!

The Spa Elevation was one of the best experiences I have had for a massage. I have been getting regular massages now for 2+ years but this spa offered extra relaxation. The room was unbelievable set up with a fireplace, welcoming plants and relaxing music. The massage itself was outstanding for the 60 minutes we had. I have been training for a Half Iron Man and CrossFit regularly, so my body needed some TLC and I felt truly taken care of and the proper muscles getting the work they needed to recover.

Best experience. Tracy is a great owner and host. Jovanna provided the best massage I’ve ever received. 11/10. God bless

Best massage I’ve ever had. Jovanna was fantastic. She spent lots of time in my problem areas and I felt a million times better when I left. I will definitely be booking another 90 minutes with her!*Please note that due to the location there is occasional outside noise from neighboring businesses. Did not bother me at all, but it’s worth mentioning to those that haven’t been there before.

Lauren is amazing!Very Knowledgeable, best massage I’ve had , for real. I have several injuries and she knew exactly what to do with the right amount of strength and pressure.Can’t wait until my next appointment. Highly recommend

I have been getting massages from Lauren for years and there is no one better! Her knowledge and professionalism are top notch and she is experienced in numerous massage styles. Over the years Lauren has given me a sports massage, cupping, hot stone, therapeutic, reflexology, and my personal favorite deep tissue and I loved them all! Booking the massage was simple and convenient to be able to do it from my phone without making a phone call! Lauren and Massage Elevation are the best!! A few weeks ago I met Tracy at Sola Salon waiting for another appointment. She was very helpful in explaining their pricing, packages and making sure I had all the information available. Booking an appointment was easy and the forms were emailed prior to my appointment. Today I had my first appointment with her and it was PHENOMENAL. The set up of the room is comfortable and the background music was perfect to immerse you into the spa relaxation feel. Tracys pressure of massage and care for the areas that are feeling pain or fatigue were perfect. After the 60 minutes I felt completely relaxed and the tension in my head, neck and shoulders was gone. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Lauren is an exceptional massage therapist. I’ve had many massages in the past, but none were as good as this. She focuses on the areas you mention and even learns techniques specifically for her clients so she can help with your healing. Not only that, there is no hassle with memberships and the red tape from more mainstream places. Who wants to deal with that when you are going to relax! I highly recommend Massage Elevation.

Tracy did an amazing job! I’m a personal trainer and very active person and know recovery is extremely important. I’ve shopped around for the perfect massage therapist to really help breakdown any tight muscles. Not only did I feel great after but she explained post massage what I should be focusing on until our next massage!

You won’t find a better deep tissue massage for a 50 mile radius! Tracy and Lauren are so gifted and highly skilled at addressing issues. You leave feeling like a new person! Highly recommend!

Lauren is amazing. Deep tissue massage is the best. I’ve had a hard time finding someone who gets my problem areas around my hips and she does it every time! She also explains what she’s doing if your new to cupping, or any other services!

I had reflexology with Lauren and she truly is amazing with her hands, she explained everything she was doing along the way. Extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Lauren is the best massage therapist in NJ.I have muscle problems,and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. Lauren is the only person knows my problems.She’s very knowledgeable about muscles and she knows what she’s doing.I hate doctors!!!! they don’t want to pay attention to what i said. Just Sent me a physical therapist and prescribed medication. Lauren is much better than doctors. I highly recommend Lauren. She has magic hands. God sent me an angel.

Absolutely amazing massage by Tracy! I have been experiencing severe tension and pain in my neck, shoulders and back. She used the perfect amount of pressure to work out the tightness in my most painful areas. I feel incredible. Highly recommend!!
