Massage Envy

I got a facial here and paid extra for neck and eye treatments. It was fine but nothing special. My aesthetician was nice but overall not worth the money. I didnt see any benefit fron the 90 minute session.

I saw Ariene at the Ocean City, MD location and I received a massage from her. I feel so much better she took care of my problem area with great pressure and even asked if I needed more. And told me to do some stretches to help with my tight legs and lower back pain. I cant wait to see her for my next session. She is in every way professional and a delight to be around.

I was on vacation at Ocean City and wanted to book a massage and this was the only place that called me back. (Salisbury) Not only did they call back but was able to get me in the next day along with my wife. They made us feel like royalty. I wanted a deeper pressure massage and thats exactly what I got. I will come back here every year. It would be wise that if youre going on vacation in OC to book the massage a couple weeks in advance.

I absolutely adore Carly, she is amazing; however, as a member for over 3 years, I have had issues with appointments more times than I can count. I live about 30 minutes away, and on several occasions, after driving all the way there only to be told my appointment was canceled, accidentally scheduled on a day the therapist wasnt here, etc. This last time, I had scheduled a back to back massage and facial as I am 3 months postpartum and have credit built up from over the quarantine. Knowing the history, and that I now have to arrange my schedule around my son, my husband even suggested I call to confirm and of course, whoever I had made the appointment with never put them in the system. I even have it in writing and was told there is no appointment booked. After waiting 3 weeks for SOMETHING I get to do for myself, I didnt even feel like they cared about the blunder after I told them this had happened to me multiple times and i always brushed it off, but now that I have a child, my schedule is no longer an easy thing to organize. I am more than disappointed and definitely finally ready to take my business elsewhere.

Me and my husband scheduled facial 2 months in advance to be accommodated while we are on vacation. We had a babysitter scheduled for the morning. We get a voicemail day before canceling my husbands, and not offering any other type of appt or accommodation. After explaining my situation the manager hung up on me… RUNNNN and don’t spend your hard earned money here you are better off at one of the other ocean city spas.

This location is clean and beautiful, and the front staff is always friendly and helpful. I have neck and shoulder problems which give me migraines and ever since I started doing the regular massage my migraines have significantly reduced. I also have the membership which makes it more affordable. Very happy with my experiences here!

Fantastic service and staff. Everything was clean, well cared for and new. The staff are incredibly nice and make for a great experience. I had 60 minutes w/ Mike and he was very professional and very good at his job. I would strongly recommend both Mike and Massage Envy OC to any of my friends and family.

Ashley welcomes me just like at Cheers. Her upbeat personality isn’t discouraged when I change appts or cancel. She quickly does a work-around to figure out what’s best for me.~Holly, smiling

Ariene always takes the time to ask about areas of discomfort and then uses that information to do customize the optimal massage. She is knowledgeable and caring.

Well Im was dealing with some shoulder, upper back and neck issues and spoke with the massage therapist at the start and also explained my issues. He didnt even listen to me at all just did what he wanted to do ..driving home my shoulder and biceps were still hurting and still had knots in them. A well trained massage therapist should know where the issues are and release them not me having to tell them where and still after telling him that it still hurt in shoulder area ... he worked for a min or two on the area only to leave it activated and not released and today I woke up and my shoulders are all knotted up again. I dont understand why people waste money on this type of massage and I paid for deep tissue which was more like a Swedish / Relaxation massage... never again will I believe that a national franchise would be able to fix general deep muscle work .. so not happy about this experience and this was a gift from my fiancé because I work a lot so this will be my last time going to Massage Envy !!! Sad really !! Also the rooms are super basic no frills at all... no amoratherapy, no fireplace, nothing bed basic sheets and a chair 😞

My therapist Ariene was awesome! It was my first appointment with her...she listened to my needs and made me feel so much better!

Is the booking system broken? Over the past year I would check in from time to time and there is 0 availability for a massage for as long as you can book months out. Am I missing something?

Ariene was an outstanding masseuse, she focused on areas of sciatic nerve pain and relieved the issue. Very professional and pleasant individual.

Cant help it this place is great theygive a awesome feel good rub down and I mean down fr loved the staff 2 ladys helped and tried some new stuff I was wanting to get done thanks Peachtree Ill be back really soon worth they 200mike drive for those awesome lovely girls dont fall in love only down side of going I like to marry 4 of their staff and one Peachtree lol my lil pet name p gives the Best rubs deep and gets my insides feeling good all the way to the out side my back is always on point my but and knees all feel different when Im dome ash Ill be back Saturday @/ 130 love to get help piping my lower back and releasing my extra stressjust talked to me never touched just sweet girls about there money happy ends for sure the right way and not deity or hood pretty perp ladys see u soon lady p.s favorite customer to 50/ percent of them they make your week not your day no kid rule was understand in Peachtree Ill be back Saturday and want to get a full

First visit for a facial with Keisha was a nice experience. Second visit for a massage the receptionist had an attitude, won’t return to this location.

Not happy at all. Massage was only 40 minutes. I pay for 60 minutes and never get 60 minutes.

I have called 3 times with no answer. Most recently I got the voicemail, and no one has returned my call. Is this location even open?
