Berlin Luxury Smoke Shop

We love this shop. The people that work there are awesome, HUGE selection, amazing atmosphere - and we make it a routine visit every month, sometimes more.EDIT: we were just there again recently, and worked with someone named Ash, who was beyond helpful, kind and just outright genuine. We always leave happy, but this day was one of the best. Highly recommend!

Best place to get vapes in my opinion. Store attendants are willing to do research if they cant answer your questions. I stopped going in when I found out Missy was leaving. I started coming back when I found out not only was she back, she is now the manager. The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. Product is constantly changing and if they are out of what youre looking for, they are willing to call you when it comes in. When the weather is nicer, they put the rooster out!! It is a simple thing that makes me giggle.There are cigars, cigarettes, disposable vapes, mods - and the coils/pods that go with them!, a variety of juices, wraps, a variation of pieces to look at. Prices are fair for this being a small town smoke shop.

This place used to be great. When it first opened the manager was awesome. (Long red hair). She knew me when I came in and she knew I was deaf and made a point to speak in a way I could understand. Loved her. Was sad when she left but people move on. Sadly the place has gone so far downhill in the last several months today will be my last time going there. I was waiting and hoping it would get better. It hasn’t. Twice I have gone in and they don’t have the pods for the mod I purchased there. And the attention to detail sucks. I’ve been overcharged in the past because they plugged the wrong amount in for a different liquid. Today I Just got home after purchasing nicotine liquid (another red head but not the same as when the shop opened) and again no pods. But this time I knew to actually take in my preferred liquid since the current employees don’t seem to understand nicotine strength. Nope. Still got home and have a bottle of 6mg instead of 12mg. I should have checked the bottle myself like I usually do but I was out of time and frustrated they again had no pods. It’s 20 miles to drive back and not wasting the gas. In the future I will go back to purchasing these things in Oshkosh or online. So sad since I was happy Berlin finally had a vape shop and it was convenient when I would go to grocery shop and/or run other errands to keep business in a small town.

***EDIT TO ADD***Wrote initial post a while back and just came back to say I am highly disappointed with the people that get hired here. They know nothing about vapes, delta, mods, pods, flavor, best brands for your money. Clueless. The long red haired lady that worked there was the absolute best and always knew what she was talking about and what you were looking for even if you didn’t. She was the best employee/ manager by far and I hate that’s she is gone. There is a new girl there now that has no clue what she is talking about was more worried about sitting at the end of the case watching 2 broke girls then helping customers. The way I was welcomed was not welcoming at all! I feel like there should be better interview questions in play when hiring people for these types of sales. Just because they did customer service and ran a cash register don’t mean they know anything about this stuff. Would also like to add the price… I get convenience but I just bought2 of the same vapes I get from the store online for the same price I pay for one. Example for two NEXA online $33 at the store you get one for $29.99 before tax. Think I’ll do more online shopping for them then go somewhere prices are doubled and people don’t know what they are talking about. Have an expensive vape sitting here that we hate because someone there thought they knew what they were talking about.This is the best smoke shop I have been to!!! The people are amazing and they aren’t just trying to make a dollar they will tell you which products not to buy and which are good. They have tried some of the products you are wanting to try and give you the good and BAD about that product!! Highly highly recommend!! Just got this from them last night and I absolutely love it!!!

Great store! Excellent selection of glass and hemp products and so much more. New stuff every time I come in! Its good that we have this place here to offer a diverse selection of products in this area. Mindy and other staff members are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are great in assisting customers with making selections. There are so many varieties to choose from! Keeps me coming back!

Mindy is the best! Highly recommend checking this place out.I initially made this review 7 months ago but it makes me sad how downhill the place has gone just within the last month. The employees are no longer helpful and they spend majority of their time on their phones. They act like youre a bother if you have a question unless you are a friend of theirs. I miss the cheerful and happy environment. I guess that was the first thing to change once the manager left. Just sad!

Been meaning to write this post for a while but have been out of town for a couple of weeks….I’ve been to this place twice and had one amazing encounter and one not so amazing encounter. The first one, a nice redheaded lady really found the perfect product that suited me and helped me understand what the heck a vise alto was lol. Never caught h the name of her but was a very sweet lady. The next one wasn’t so much, This woman’s name was Mandy and when I walked in the door it took her about 30 seconds to actually look up from her phone, acknowledge me and come up with a unenthusiastic hello. Mandy also reeked of onions and BO… She was impatient with me and when she was handing me my items she first took a nice ol scratch to the rum then touched my items that i’ve just purchased….completely unsanitary and just plain rude.

Mindy is a great store manager; very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The girls that work here are super fun, and a pleasure to shop with. The owners are down to earth and care about their customers satisfaction. I have shopped at many smoke shops but this has become my favorite place!!

Missy is the only person I will deal with at this establishment. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is pretty cool with a wide selection.

Where to being on what to say about this place?! The staff is wonderful, helpful and so sweet! They always make you smile when you walk in! They actually know about the products they are selling. Great environment, great people, great store!! If you haven’t stopped in you definitely should!

So happy we no longer have to go all the way to Oshkosh for our stuff anymore. Super chill atmosphere with the friendliest employees. They seem to always have some sort of sale (right now on disposable vapes). I also appreciate the free samples!!! Great selection of items

Very good people here and that’s the biggest piece in business. I spent like a week looking up something that would work with my device, and the worker respectfully showed me everything I asked to see and helped me find a coil that will work in my device very pleased! Glad to be a customer here, and I’m very sorry about the past couple visits just been a hard time trying to find a coil that works! Definitely recommend this smoke shop!

The employees are awesome. They help you if you cant decide what you want and it smells so good in there because of the incents. Very highly recommend. Mindy the manager is the bomb.

Just stopped in for the first time. Let me tell ya what a great store. So awesome to have a great smoke so close to home. Oh and let me tell ya mindy the manger is the absolute best!! She is the perfect person for the job. No I don’t know her personally just meet her today, but what a great human super knowledgeable funny outgoing very polite best of all not pushy. She keeps the store super clean organized shelves all filled nicely organized. Can’t wait to see her mindy the manager name tag lol. Definitely my new shop!!

Most definitely, I will be back. The person working whom helped me went above and beyond to answer the questions I had. Was also impressed with the cigar selection and the walk-in humidor.

Just stopped in today! Great service, great products and comparable prices (some cheaper than other stores yay) Much closer than driving an hour away to Oshkosh! Thanks for answering all my questions! My husband and I will definitely be back.

I refuse to shop here anymore. When they moved in the owners were nice and had a nice selection, albeit dodgy prices for a small town, but theyve since put the most obtrusive revolving ads on their check out. Im not talking static page Im talking flashy moving and circulating ones. I refuse to support that. I do not consent to having ads forced in to every square inch of my sight everywhere I go. Its shameful and disgusting. I cant support a small/local business when it sells out and acts like a big one. You can amazon any cheap paraphernalia they carry for less and there are other options for tobacco.

Since day one the owners of this place have been super fantastic as well as staff! Huge variety of disposable vape brands like (elf, Cali plus, breeze), tons of other smoking products available, delta carts many choices, and lots of other variety of things like detox drinks, tons of incense to choose from as well. This place deserves the 5 star rating. Can’t recommend it enough to come here!My biggest thing I wanted to post about. I used the (quick fix urine) for a drug test recently and they sent it out to a lab for further testing, the whole thing came back crystal clear. Make sure you follow the directions to a T if you do choose to use a synthetic urine!

So sad how downhill the store has gone , Employees spend 90% on their phones. Ive had tons of people messaging me about how RUDE and clueless the workers are and how Employee has her 2 year old son there while she works,very unprofessional and not right at all. So sad .
