I recently had the most incredible experience with Sally at SportsFlex BHAM and I simply cant stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm and relaxation. The ambiance of the space is perfectly soothing, with soft lighting, calming music, and a wonderfully pleasant aroma. (She has healing goodies too)Sally is truly a master of her craft. She took the time to listen to my concerns and areas of tension, tailoring the session to address my specific needs. Her intuitive touch and expert techniques put me in the game, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. She educated ( showed me step by step) me on at home exercises that will help me between visits. Sally is amazing and extremely accommodating! Her flexible hours and availability on Sundays have made getting the help I need so much more accessible! As a bigger guy that has spent 30 years powerlifting and doing strongman I have gotten pretty beat up and haven’t been able to find someone that is able to give a proper deep tissue massage until now. I highly recommend Sports Flex Bham!

Phenomenal Experience!! Sally (owner) was my masseuse and she does great great deal ALL her of her customers. She’s very professional and she brings a different cadence to her field of work. 10 out of 10 for sure. Personally, I will not go to any other masseuse. I love, love, LOVEDDD my deep tissue massage at Sports Flex with Sally! From the aesthetic, to the aroma, even the softness of her voice were all sooo relaxing! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, I actually dosed off a little. I didn’t know how bad I needed that massage until it was over! I didn’t want it to end, I will definitely be making this a routine!P.S I also brought my mom last week for a deep tissue massage and she LOVED it so much she will be coming back monthly! She injured her shoulder a while back and since her massage she hasn’t felt ANY PAIN in that shoulder!Thanks Sally

For starters my masseuse, Sally, had a very calmingand soothing voice and attitude. This is important as im mostly tense and excited due to my lifestyle. I have had massages in the past and they were torture. Im sure it was needed to a degree, but there was something better about this one. The massage started off relaxing and we eventually eased into the deep tissue. I love that because it allowed my body to respond properly to the treatment without putting me into pain and distress.I will be coming back very soon to continue sessions with Sally.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. The owner provided my service and it was great. She was welcoming and provided an aesthetically pleasing experience. She plays RnB music (which I loved), but offers your typical “massage music” if requested. I definitely recommend 10/10.

Where do I start? The heated table is amazing. Whatever she placed under my feet and head was warm. The ambience is so welcoming and relaxing. The smells are so relaxing. And then let’s talk about THEM HANDS. She asked how much pressure and I said do your thing. I’m sure I got a full pressure and she left no stone unturned. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I almost fell asleep. 100/10. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Will be booking again very soon! THANK YOU SALLY!

Need a good stretch? I’m not a huge fan of traditional massage. The assisted massage was a great alternative for me. It combines stretching and massage to loosen up my hips and thighs.

SportsFlex BHAM offered convenient times but more important a quality massage that addressed my needs for neck and upper back intensity. This is what a quality massage should be!
