Finally got a chance to go into MassageLuXe! The ambience was very relaxing and the environment was clean. Nadia and Janese at the front desk made us feel very welcome. Excellent customer service! My masseuse was Raine and I highly recommend her! My wife and I signed up for a membership and are looking forward to our next visit.

First I wat to share the services were wonderful. My complaint is that I had a gift card for build your own spa package. They explained it included 2 services and an add-on so I figured that would be covered by gift card- It was not. a $61 over the card. Very disappointing because I shared with manager what was told to me in writing and she basically was like oh sorry. They should have honored what they had put in writing when I booked.

Great experience, clean and relaxing environment definitely great money spent. My facialWas everything and the gentleman (cant recall his name) that did my massage that has family in Jamaica was the best! Book your appointment today!

Christopher is phenomenal!!! He is the only one I trust, and I’ve had massages by almost every other masseuse here, and he is by far the best! He should definitely get a raise! He is better than my massages I have gotten in 5 star hotels!!! I highly recommend you go and ask for him!! Best around!!

Incredible service . Im tiny and bony so i dont much care for the deep hard massages like most people. Each time i have been here the massage was tailored perfectly to my needs. Could not recommend them more!

Im not a regular when it comes to massage, it is very much a self-care treat I give myself every 3-4 months. That being said, this is hands down the best place to treat yourself or join as a member and make it your regular spot. Chris was my therapist today and he is far and away the best massage I have ever received. He has the right balance of pressure and relaxation and is incredibly kind and attentive to your specific needs. I added a scalp treatment to my massage today and the scalp massage was absolutely incredible. The bottom line is this: the Birmingham location on Woodward is the best and I HIGHLY recommend you book online or call and have Chris as your therapist. You will not be disappointed!!

Terrible, Terrible customer service. My Wife surprised me with a Valentine’s Day 90 minutes. I booked the appointment over the phone. I was told I needed to place a card on file. I mentioned I had a 90 minute massage gift certificate. I was told I was booked. I arrive to my appointment ready to receive a much needed massage.I gave the receptionist my coupon and was told “oh I see you have a 90 minute coupon. Your massage is only for 60-min. I said no I booked a 90-min session. She replied well we can’t honor this because we have other appointments and the only way to do a 90 min we have to place you with another therapist for the remaining 30 min. Disappointed I agreed to it.3 minutes later she comes back and says oh I’m sorry we can’t honor the additional 30min per her manager. She even said I could get a 60 min and use the remaining balance as a tip. 🤦🏾‍♂️ At this point I was disgusted and cancelled my appointment.The manager comes out and says It’s the customers responsibility to let them know how long the session should be. I reiterated to her that’s what I was booked for and it was confirmed by the rep. The manager totally ignores my statement and repeats the same thing. At this point I walked extremely disappointed 😔

Edit to respond to business reply: The best resolution actually was not offered - a refund of what I was forced to pay for my massage? Selling gift certificates and not honoring them is a shameful scam.Poor customer experience! They do not honor gift certificates purchased directly from them! I received a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment regarding my gift certificate to be used (which I thought was a bit odd to begin with). I told the representative that I purchased a “Fall promotion” and she said it would be ok to use. Walk in for my appointment twenty minutes later and hand the MANAGER my gift certificate to be used for the massage (would have been nice if I was notified of any issues at this point). Wrap up my massage and go to check out and was told that I can’t use it because I purchased a “Summer promotion” three months prior! So I have to not only pay for my massage out of pocket, I am stuck with a gift certificate I can’t use. Hopefully MassageLuxe will rethink their promotion practices because this is a completely unacceptable way to run a business. Sincerely, a frustrated customer that won’t be back.

Tony was absolutely amazing for a massage. I asked him to focus on my shoulders because I hold all my stress there and he definitely listened. I felt so amazing after!! I also had rynne for a facial and my skin was absolutely glowing!! It was so relaxing!

I paid $99 for a 90 min massage. I had a pretty bad experience with Tony which I explained to the manager...apparently theres been issues with him before. They offered me a free add on for next time. I said Id rather have a discount and even a 60 min massage would be fine because that should be enough time to fix my back. I was told I could get 25% off...which would be $90 for an hour. I declined...thats way too much $ to make up for a bad massage. Terrible job trying to make it right. For that I can take my business somewhere elseEdited to add....I got a call back from the manager and was given another hour long massage for $49I ended up with Christopher and it was AMAZING.The front desk didnt make it 1000% right but they did a good job. Will go back to Christopher for sure.

I had a $100 massage on my account that expired 3 days prior to my knowledge. I was told the expiration would be at the end of December. Due to some fine print, they didn’t allow me to book the massage. It was 3 days past the expiration. I would’ve returned as a customer as it’s less than a block from my house but the attendant wasn’t sorry and refused to help me out. Not a great business plan.

The staff were very polite and kind. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The receptionist was very informative and the therapist did an amazing job.

I get monthly massages here and each massage therapist is very skilled and unique in their approach. I always leave here feeling amazingly refreshed! Become a member and get unlimited use of the wave massage bed!!!!

I have been here for two messages and one facial so far. All my experiences have be GREAT. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the music playing is nice. Setting up an appointment is easy and you can even book for other people. I brought my friend with me the second time I came. Once you tell the masseuse what you need and what not to massage, you can just relax and enjoy your time. Swedish massage really took away all my shoulder pain as well! I have never felt so good. The facial I got also made my feel refreshed and helped my acne clear up. I will be going here regularly.

The facial was pretty good. The technician gave solid advice for ongoing skin care. The massage was nice and relaxing as well.What I’d like to see product recommendations that are written down or possibly able to purchase on site. For the massage I’d rather not do a lot of talking during the service. Too many questions that can be asked beforehand in my opinion.Overall I was satisfied with the experience and purchased the membership.

Had a couple facials here. They talked me into signing up for 2 months auto billing during my 1st facial. They told me if I paid extra I would receive an additional hour so I was supposed to have 2 hours when i returned. My 2nd facial lasted 45 mins which left me with 1 hr 15 mims. When i try to make 3rd appt they told me I only had 30 mins left to use. What kind of math is that?

I was able to get in pretty last minute on a Sunday, which was awesome. Every person I spoke with was pleasant, both on the phone prior to my visit and once I had arrived. Everything was clean, the massage was great. I was in a room along the side of Tropical smoothie and it was quiet. I was given membership options at the end if I was interested (which I was). I signed up for the family package. I’m excited to go back 😊

I received a high quality, relaxing massage from Anne during my first visit at the Birmingham location. It was apparent to me that she had top notch training. The entire staff was professional, attentive and friendly. Their spa is well designed, clean and offers a soothing vibe. Im looking forward to returning for another enjoyable massage experience! So, I tried a different therapist that was not a good fit for me. I called in 4 days after my contract date to book my last massage, they would not honor it but did offer a discounted massage instead. I thought that I had 60 days from the cancellation date, it is only 30 days. So, I lost out on one of my massages. Im really disappointed.

FANTASTIC! Right when I walked in the door I knew I was going to have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. The women who checked me in were very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. The waiting room is comfortable and the wait time is reasonable. I have had a two deep tissue massages so far and they were amazing. I had two different therapists due to availability and was pleased with both. Everything was also very clean, which is extremely important to me. Good location with ample parking; at least I havent had any issue with parking. Highly recommend!!!

Was a Great experience for me I havent had a Massage in years. I know it can be an experience finding the right masseuse. I was greeted by the first desk as soon as I Arrived and felt very welcomed. My Appointment was with Kat and she is a gem! I felt so comfortable and she spent time on my areas that I had specified. I’ll definitely be back!

The ambiance and setting is relaxing but that’s about it. My massage was horrible. No structure in flow or capture of associated pressure points. I’m not sure what the man name was but he needs his license revoked because what ever he did on me was a joke. Highly disappointed. The front desk failed to offer any discounts or anything to make up for the poor experience. Massage Luxe won’t be getting money out of me again.

As a member, I’ve visited many times and had great experiences. However, I went recently for a Swedish massage and my neck began to hurt a few hours later. I have never had neck pain or pain of any sort. I gave it time because there’s sometimes soreness after massages. A week later I was still barely able to move my neck. I called them and they assured me they’d check in with the masseuse and call me back. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I’m scheduled to see a doctor because my neck is still in pain. The masseuse caused damage to my neck. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

I received a gift card to Massage Luxe and was so pleased by the experience. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had Sonya as my therapist and she was so amazing! I had a terrible migraine from my shoulder/neck and she worked on it for an hour. I felt so much better after my service. I will definitely be back!

Best. Massage. Ever. I had been a ball of nerves before booking a deep fissure massage. They were able to get me in next day. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and not out of my element the entire time. The therapist was respectful and very kind. The water table at the end was unique and just the most unique thing I’ve experienced. I left feeling wonderfully rejuvenated and will be back for sure!!

Received a 90 minutes massage as a gift. Liked it so much that I signed up for a promotion. The place is very clean and relaxing. Minimally decorated. Ive had the deep tissue and its been wonderful. I highly recommend Jill. They do have a hydro massage like if youve ever been to a planet fitness. Im personally not a fan of them. You can never replace an actual person. They also run nice promotions.

The staff was friendly and attentive. I had to change my appointment several times, and they were flexible every time. My therapist was very professional. I came in with a groupon and ended with a much better deal. The membership is totally worth it. The place is clean, The decor is beautiful. I loved the subtle x design elements.

I dont even leave reviews like that but naw this was crazy.Thad a 2 hour Swedish massage by a man namedChristopher. When I tell you it was so bad, no communication, my man did the same repetivete movement on the same spot for 50 mins straight with little to no pressure. To the point where it would start to feel like carpet burn and he kept me on my stomach the whole time and no hot towel. Ive never had a massage that bad

I visited this location with my friends and they were able to fit all 4 of us around the same time! Everyone was so friendly and nice. It was my first massage and Im a hygienist, so I have a lot of back pain and a sore arm, the masseuse was able to take out my knots I felt so relaxed. Would definitely recommend coming here. They have great deals and promotions to make it affordable to come in every month.

The wife set us up for a couples massage. We have been to a few at other places. This was by far the best massage we both have had. Monet was not only professional, she really knew how to read and relax my neck and shoulders. Pricing was reasonable, and we will return.

We were just married on Saturday and decided to go for a couples massage. We had Pam and Christopher. It was amazing. All our points were targeted and the session was so relaxing. We will definitely go back!

I will be honest today after my appointment I had planned on canceling my membership because I honestly feel I had not been with y’all long enough to already be subject to an rate increase. But today I might stay 2 more months because I had a facial massage today from Lindsay and my skin feels amazing, it was so soothing and relaxing... rate increase I need to see some candy in the office or something... but that’s all.. thanks Lindsay

Great service from the time. I walked in until the time. Everyone was so nice and professional. The Establishment was clean and well-organized. I left Bobby was my masseuse. He did a wonderful job. I walked out of there a new person!! I love this place so much, I signed up for a membership. I will be back very soon!

I bought a promotion for an hour long massage. I went just a few days after they had opened. It was very nice inside. The ladies behind the desk welcomed me with smiles. Everyone was so nice and professional. They let me try out the hydro massage bed before my appointment and that was pretty neat. The massage itself was okay. I have a feeling that the massage therapist I had may have been newer and is still learning and getting use to applying even pressure. Over all I was very pleased with my experience and I will definitely be going back!

Started going to this place because of my acne and after consecutively coming here and seeing Irene I can confidently say that I am more than happy with the outcome and progress my face has. The people are nice and the products they offer do truly work! Definitely would recommend

Scam company. Will try make you come in person to cancel the membership even though their contract states that you are able to cancel online or over the phone. Massage was 3/10 but all the calls trying to pressure you into extending your membership are a huge red flag. Customer service representatives very rude over the phone. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - This is the worst massage experience I have ever received. The massage therapist was very rude and unprofessional. She was hurting me and I made many comments that I was uncomfortable but she made no effort to try to adjust. I spoke with the manager and they made no effort to correct. Additionally they overcharged my credit card. Finally, the massage therapist told me I should see a doctor about nerve damage which is so unprofessional. This place is absolutely terrible and should be avoided at all costs. Save your money, they will rip you off and hurt you.

I had to cancel my membership due to lower back problems after multiple massages. They would not allow me to cancel over the phone. When I came in they EMAILED a cancellation form. Although I paid for 4 sessions they gave me 2 certificates for my payments. The certificates cost $20 each to use. It is a good deal if you can use it exactly as they want you to, but if you have a fluid schedule you may lose money.

The staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. This was my first time here and there was a slight hiccup during my visit but they were quick to inform me and make it right. They went above and beyond to show their customers are important to them and made a great first impression. I’ve had a lot of massages and this one was great. She followed my direction and I got exactly what I asked for. Will visit again.

I went in with my husband for a 90 minute swedish. The hubs was very happy with his experience! I regret not catching the name of his masseuse. Kareem? Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with Christopher. I would say 75% of the massage was good. The room was too cold and I did not have a blanket, just a sheet. That has never happened before. There were a lot of pauses. I have no idea what he was doing. Zero shoulder work after the flip. I asked for the foot scrub add on. Did not happen although they argued with me about it. The last several minutes were spent rubbing my shin with one hand. I assume he was using his other hand to be on his phone as he was very distracted. I tipped him the 20% because Ill never go back. I hope he enjoys it. Also he took me in late and stopped at what should have been 80 minutes but was not, it was early. Im only giving 3 stars because of my husbands experience.

I had my first visit today and had a 90 minute session with Jonathan. He was attentive when I expressed my needs and focus for the massage and consistent with pressure. The desk staff was friendly and professional. The overall facility was clean, relaxing and inviting.

This place is awesome. I have been to a hundred different massage parlors in my lifetime and this one is now at the top of my list. I had an appt with Anne, that was the best blunt pressure I have ever felt and I was still feeling relaxed for days after. It was so awesome I signed up for the monthly club so I can always get a massage and a ton of usage out of the hydro massage bed. Prices are excellent, service is excellent, a must try.

I had a wonderful experience today with Sheree. She gave me a deep tissue massage that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. I appreciated her careful attention to the areas which I have had pain recently. Sheree has a very calm way of speaking and helping me breathe through any discomfort I had with my back. I will definitely be returning!

The place is clean. They have free bottled water. I bought a membership (one 60 min massage per month). The staff is polite and has been accommodating to work around my skin allergies to certain lotions. I usually see Jill. She is very knowledgeable and great at finding my knots. I have been to many massage places in Metro Detroit. I keep coming back for the affordable rates and skilled masseuse.

Been a member for 3 months now and dont have a single complaint. Clean facility, friendly staff, and excellent therapists, everything you can ask for. They even have a HydroMassage that feels amazing before or after your massage. If you are a member you have access to it at all times.Therapists will accommodate to your needs. I have a couple injuries from over the years and they listen to what I need and how much pressure my muscles need.

Very friendly staff, and a very relaxing massage with hot stones; my massage therapist was careful to keep checking how she was doing for temperature and pressure and to adjust accordingly. One of the best experiences I have had outside of a dedicated spa, would definitely recommend. Plus, their new-customer and new-location offers are fantastic value!

Went to MassageLuxe for the 1st time on Valentines day 2-14-2019, for a couples massage! From the minute you hit the door the front desk staff is very friendly and makes u feel welcomed ! They explained the processes before my appointment and everything went smoothly. The facility was squeaky clean and comfy. As far as my massage, a few things could have been better like communication and more of a tailored approach to my needs specifically. Other than that it was AWESOME! Will go again !

I was given a gift card to redeem at MassageLuxe and was very happy with my experience. My neck and back had been hurting for a very long time until I got a massage here! I was able to call and get a last minute appointment. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely will be going back!

Very nice staff. 2/3 deep tissue massage i had were quality, but they did end about 5-10 min. Early. The first one I had was too fast for my taste. They are also all about getting you to sign up for memberships. Its not a bad deal if youre going to use it - but the sign up process isnt quick, just fyi

My massage and facial here were amazing. I left feeling very relaxed and my skin felt amazing .They really listened to my skin concerns and gave me helpful product recommendations without being pushy.The decor is very sleek and tranquil and its a great value. Cant wait to go back.

I really enjoyed my massage by Crystal!!! I think it was the best I ever received!!!! The only reason I gave 4 star is I was confused on there membership program?? I would rather have a flat rate and go when ever I want.I had to use it by a certain day and dates weren’t working out.

I specifically told the young lady that I needed a couples massage and it was a SURPRISE for my hubby for Fathers Day and I needed her to remove his contact info from the appointment... She sent him a text message to confirm. My appointment wasnt booked correctly and while the manager corrected it, I mentioned the mistakes and instead of said young lady apologizing, she walked away with an attitude. Client services doesnt always work for everyone...

It was my first time getting a massage and I’ve never been so relaxed before. Everything is great about the place. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the staff are friendly, the therapist’s hands are so soft they make you want to stay in that massage bed for good, Also the background music is awesome. I went to Massage Luxe for the first time and i was very impressed. Very inviting atmosphere and very professional staff. The man at the front desk was very helpful. I didnt catch his name. Wesley was my masseuse and he gave me a deep tissue massage. It was helpful. It really loosened up my muscles. They have a great special going on now too. They have a dry water massage bed. I have never heard of it. It was a great ending to a great massage. I definitely recommend the company and this new location.

Staff was very friendly. Massage therapist Sara not so much. Seemed disinterested and distracted. Frequent interruptions without any continuity to her massage. Unfortunately was not a relaxing experience after a long day at the office. Could have been so much better. I believe she needs extensive training to be able to truly deliver an experience worth returning to. Hopefully for massage luxe, their clients and herself she does.

I received a gift card for Mothers Day and didnt use it till January. I have no clue why I waited so long to use it. I had a 90 minute message and it was just unbelievable. A week later I came back for a 1 hr facial. Everyone is super nice and everything seems to be super clean. I cant wait till February.

Had a great experience with Sonia. She listened to what I wanted and worked with my specific aches and pains. After I was done she suggested I go on the HydroMassage bed and give it a try. Oh my goodness!!! Can I just say I want to use this bed everyday? They had a great package that included unlimited use of the HydroMassage bed over the next 2 months. I was sold! (and Im usually very reluctant about these kinds of things). Very clean and friendly. Close to home (North West area of 14 Mile and Woodward).

This Massage Luxe opened Friday, so it is super clean and the staff is super friendly. The owner was there and very helpful. They are running great specials and my favorite part was the HydroMassage that was free for 15 minutes. Plus, with my membership (that was inexpensive) I can use it daily for 15 minutes for free!!

I received a facial and after the facial I was invited to use the hydro massage bed for 15 mins. It was amazing. I’ll definitely be back - bought a plan. And will be recommending my son to switch to this company from where he gets his massages now

The deep tissue massage I received yesterday at Massage Luxe in Birmingham was great. I waited a day to send in my review because I had been having trouble with pain at night in my legs. I have been stressed out and needed to relax. I wanted to see if this massage would help me. YES! I highly recommend Ian. Everyone at this facility was pleasant and helpful. Thank you for the excellent massage. I slept so soundly, it was marvelous.

Well for a first timer, let me just say Im in love. Legit life changing experience. I am so relaxed and pain free walking out. Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt warm as soon as I walked into the door. I am currently booking my next appointment for a week from today. Thank you Luxe for the one in a lifetime experience Ill never forget.

I have now been to MassageLuxe in Birmingham three times. The staff is professional and friendly. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I like the warming beds. The hydroluxe water massage feels great and you have many controls to direct the flow…BUT it is extremely loud and distracts from the relaxing effect (bring earplugs). I have only had massages but plan to try facials next.

I already signed up for a package at their West Bloomfield location, and visited the newest one in Birmingham recently. This facility is also amazing, the front desk staff is excellent everyone is so accommodating! Great deals on packages, the hydroluxe table is a bonus you wont get anywhere else! There even is a waiting area where you can unwind in peace before your treatment. Check it out!!!

Not about the $$

Massage was wonderful by Crystal. My complaint is the contract. I was offered $10 for a second visit..great deal right..but had to sign a contract which actually charges your credit card for another massage for $65 before you can cancel and because you are signing on a mini computer you arent seeing the fine print which explains this as I learned today even tho I went into office 2 days prior to bill date.as I was told I could cancel but the Manage Shawn said he would take care sending me a cancel form..which I never receive and after call and leaving message because another charge appeared on my cc I had to go into today and Shawn didnt remember me or our conversation or the 2 messages I had left that he never responded too. So while the monthly rate may be fine the fact I chose to cancel and have not had a follow up massage because I also learned that I could not use these at the Troy location and my daughter got the same push for a contract there even tho she lives out of state.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Henrietta is a fantastic therapist. My back was not feeling great after a long flight, and she really helped relax the tension. I will be going back again.

Jonathan is the answer to a runner’s prayers. The tension in my back and shoulders didn’t stand a chance. He was very firm but checked in if he hit a tender spot and to make sure I was comfortable. Love that the hydramassage is an option for members on any day.

Ive been to MassageLuxe twice now and have had pretty good experiences. The spa environment is very nice--it is modern and clean. And every though you are right on Woodward, you cant hear any traffic or car noises. The 1st massage I had was Swedish which was relaxing. The 2nd massage was Deep Tissue and I liked that better pressure-wise. The only issue on the 2nd visit was that they must be doing construction in the conjoined building next door and I could hear drills and banging throughout my massage. Booking appointments is easy and you can get appointments sometimes same or next day even which is nice.

I regularly have massages and recently tried the newly opened MassageLuXe in Birmingham. After having one of the most relaxing prenatal massages of my life with Alexis, I signed up for their monthly special, $65 for a massage every month including 15 minutes on the Hydromassage water bed. The beds are super comfortable and slightly heated, the pillows are ridicuously soft (I even tried to look at the label to buy one) and everything is new and clean. I cant wait to go back! Definitely worth every penny!!!

I drive by this place every day on my way to work and had been wanting to try it out. I recently tweaked my back and as a result had been experiencing lower back pain. Prior to my hour long massage the massage therapist asked if I wanted him to focus on any areas on my body. I requested that he work on my lower back and my neck / shoulder area, and he did. Two days after my massage and my lower back was no longer hurting! In addition, the massage therapist showed me a couple stretches I could do to help my back out- this gesture shows me that he really enjoys his job and giving good massages! I will definitely be going back.

I had a facial with Clia (I think that is how you spell her name) recently. This was the 2nd facial I had ever had in my entire life. When I left my face was absolutely glowing. My husband told me I looked a few years younger and I felt it! She even provided me tips for skin care because I know nothing about it really, but I loved how she was willing to educate me when I asked.Nothing really bad to say about this place. It is in a booming area with plenty of places to walk around after your massage or facial. Professional staff and timely service.

I had Covid and couldn’t maintain my appointment they still charged my card and continue to charge my card twice after that even though I explained over the phone after they Harassed by calling me numerous times that I don’t want to do business with them anymore. Garbage people won’t care if you’re sick. Disgusting

Ive had this procedure before at my dermatologist and absolutely loved the results, but Laura at MassageLuxe - Birmingham exceeded all expectations and is now my go-to for future appointments. The entire staff in Birmingham is so personable, and the building itself is gorgeous and modern; making the experience relaxing and peaceful!I now have a monthly membership to MassageLuxe and recommend friends and colleagues all the time. Definitely the place to go for a quick escape from the every day stress.

Had a wonderful 90 minute massage! The staff is friendly, knowlegeable and professional. After your massage or facial you must try the waterjet bed, it is amazing! So glad MassageLuxe is not in Birmingham! Highly recommend.

Worst massage place I’ve been to refused to service me because I went to the wrong location how ever the other location wanted to service me because they had availability however the lady at this location hung up the phone in my face and called the location I was at and asked them not to service me never again horrible customer service !

Had to go to the hospital and missed appointment. They told me that they still had to charge the therapist my $60. I went in to cancel and the manager did nothing to rectify this although I’ve been a monthly member for several months now. Only one person there is good anyway. Terrible business practices. Avoid.

I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and I. I was supposed to have Nicolas but Sara is who I had instead. She was terrible. It was supposed to be a Swedish massage and my husband said it sounds like she did a deep tissue massage instead. Her technique was the worst I’ve ever had. When I got to the counter afterwards, I mentioned that Sara was terrible and that I was supposed to have Nicolas. The lady gave zero explanation as to why I didn’t get Nicolas. All she said was hmmm, he’s free. Once I’m done with the massages we already purchased, I will never go back there.

The esthetician was 20 minutes late and rushed to finish in time for her next appointment, she did not consult or explain the options and did not wash my face properly.The gent at the front desk told me about the promotions 3 times but after getting an hour facial compressed in 30 minutes I was not willing to commit to any type of membership.
