Absolutely the worse club ever!!! I wish I can leave 0 stars but they are lucky to get one star. Arriving to the club I was told I had to have a male escort to enter the club because of girls having pimps like huh???? I came to spend money like any regular customer so a guy that was there had to escort me in. The drink was nasty. People were rude and there were barely any customers. When I touched a dancer with a dollar bill the bouncer came up to me and told me “Don’t touch the ladies” so I left. They missed out on a spending lady customer. BAD BUSINESS AND IT STINKS IN THERE!!

I love how they promoted Christmas spirit by accepting a gift for less fortunate as cover charge. The dancers can be fun & hospitable when there are a lot of patrons inside the club. Dont waste your time or $$ on a slow night . Drinks are delicious. Shout out to Gemini!! 😎😎👏👏

Lol club was empty and no money was being made, me and my Jewish freind (he has a Israel identification card) walked in and they wouldn’t accept him, we’ve been to atlanta strip clubs and even went to the furnace not too far from them instead. Missed out on thousands of bucks we were ready to spend. Oh yea and it stinks in there! Do not recommend!

What ever you do dont let it turn black . All the clubs in Atlanta turned black except for one and now they are run into the ground and closed up!

This place is trash!!! Girls smelled of cigarettes, drinks were overpriced and nasty. Sure has gone down hill. No girls working and not friendly at all. Asked one of the dancers where the girls were and was told things were so bad that 30 of the dancers had gone to the Furnace across town. This may be the end for this joint.

Girls are very respectful and nice. They didnt walk up and start feeling me up. They asked if I wanted company or to relax and then left me alone. I loved that. Very attractive women work here. I came on a Tuesday at 4 so that says alot.

Went Friday night with my wife and couple friends and I must say was the absolute trashiest club I’ve ever been in. All the girls reeked of cigarettes, the entire place smelled of fungus. Every girl working was skin and bones I thought I was at the methadone clinic not a gentleman’s club.. drinks were terrible. Really low class place would NOT recommend

Complete waist of time and money. The mane dance floor is tiny. The drinks are general are over-priced in general and if you want to buy a drink for one of the dancers it costs a minimum of $30 dollars per drink. I have never in my life heard of such thing. Laps dances are done in view of the entire club at $25 per song. So I spent $70 bux on one jack and coke, onc lap dance and one drink for a dancer. If you want to use the VIP Area it costs $160 for 15 minutes and is still in view of the ENTIRE club. I dont know it is a thing at all Birmingham clubs, but this place has a police officer on duty, INSIDE the club from 2:30 am until close. HORRIBLE. Do not go here.

The dancers are awesome, and beautiful loved them. The security needs to be evaluated though, they are obviously beefed up on testerone andante very easily intimidated. Got kicked out for making 1 joke to one of the security guards, and he took it way too far. They are rude and then get mad when you call them out for being rude. Absolutely ridiculous. Needs better management.

I decided to visit Sammys adult club to unwind after a long week. I noticed after my last visit in Dec. 2015, that the club had really changed and not in a good way. The first thing I noticed is how the club had hired very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The bouncer a five foot bald black guy looked very creepy and weird, he looked like bouncers you would meet in ghetto clubs. My friends and some of relatives who USED to frequent the club kept saying that this particular bouncer was rude, unpolished, and should not be working in a high end club like Sammys.He pretends to be the management, but you can see that he has no customer service experience at all. This bouncer has some serious issues, that need to be addressed by management. There are a lot of complaints on social media about this particular bouncer and management seem to be hiding their heads in the sand.I might also add that some of the girls are less than average. I found it very difficult tipping girls that I didnt think that should be allowed to strip dance on a public stage.Sammys used to be a classy and very customer friendly club in Birmingham, not anymore. A lot of my friends and relatives have recommended that I try The Furnace club. I will not be going back to Sammys any time soon, thats for sure. If you are spending your hard earned money you at least expect good customer service and a friendly environment. A bouncer is the first staff member you get to see and therefore, a creepy and rude one is very telling of the outlook of the club in general.

3 stars because the atmosphere was nice mostly everybody was friendly and girls were hot. .but after ordering a few drinks throughout the night the waitress tried to sneak more beers on us that we did not order and we told her we didnt order none she told the bartender not to serve us because she thought we were playing games. .and a couple of the dancers tried to hustle saying somebody sent them over to us thinking were drunk I guess but I dont fall for those tricks. .and the waitress stile my cigs off the table. Good time but be aware of the hustle.

The ladies were. Fantastic!! good vibes but their bartenders are The Worst Ever!! they dont know how to actually make mixed drinks. They spill more alcohol on the counter then getting it your glass. they also have no drink specials which is dumb to me cause if the customers get free and loose then more drinks but 10+ dollars for bottom shelf liquor shots at a C+ venue is not enticing so damn the bartenders there go to the Furnace!! and yeah the ladies were awesome!!

Went there on 9/13/18 at about 6pm. So I walk in and the place is empty, I thought they weren’t open at first. I seat myself at the bar next to the only other gentleman in the club. I start to order a drink when the bartender informs me that women aren’t allowed into the club without a male escort? Like what? Is this the 19th century?There wasn’t even a single girl there working. Now I know why the place was empty. If they won’t take my money another club will.

Came in from out of town with some business colleagues and right away a very pretty girl came up to me and we chatted for a bit and I decided to take her to the VIP room to see how it was being as I’m not from here. The young gal was very nice and danced lovely, I have no complaints there. My complaint is that several other dancers and hostesses or waitresses whatever have you were filming and taking photographs which I find very unprofessional. Flash photography and videography is prohibited in the clubs I have previously been to up state. I don’t think a lot of men go to clubs looking for their photos plastered on websites or whatever may come of them. I told the gal I didn’t appreciate cameras around and she assured me they were not taking photos of the customers. I felt like my privacy was invaded especially if you are paying good money for privacy in VIP and I sure hope this policy is updated. Again, my dancer was very kind and pretty, I very much enjoyed her company but I can’t see myself going back due to that reason.

Two days ago I visited at night just like that near 10 PM and encountered a downright awful experience from the white girl at the front desk at the time of asking herself or implying in any way if the $2 I getting back after paying $8 entrance fee and obviously I said no as I do not tolerate at all of people asking for tips out of their way. Common sense says to never ever ask for a tip as reflects poorly and greed and also I only met this girl at the front for 1st time just like that. Hope this girl or anybody doesnt do this again at the club which surely can reflect poorly.I love the security guy Willie as he very nice and agreed how what this girl did is not right.

Truly the best club in Birmingham. I have been to other clubs around town and the country. Sammys gives you a great atmosphere with some amazing ladies. Prices are good, with a wide selection of drinks. They have a few special drinks you cant find anywhere else that are awesome. I will be back again.

Been going to Sammys since the early 80s. I admire the way in which its managed. You can always count on a good time. Good variety of ladies and respect is always there so long as you give it. High five to security for those that cant seem to be gentlemen. Ive made tremendous friends over the years!! Greatful customer always-see you soon!!!!

Went there last night for the first time and had a bad experience. Security is beyond ridiculous. I got threatened with a taser because one security guard didnt like that I was sipping on my beer and trying to close my tab at 3:01. I know that makes no sense but thats what happened. The guys name is John I believe - 5 foot tall, bald headed, unethical black guy who eats too much protein and is easily intimidated. The real cop that was in there didnt help either. I have never been treated this poorly by any club in all the states I travel to. This all happened even after spending over $100.I paid for a beer that got snatched out of my hand and thrown onto the bartender while the guy was sparking the taser in the other hand. He then followed me outside, calling me names and playing with his taser while I was heading to my vehicle. Bartenders and servers were great and the girls were nice. Cigarettes said $5 but actually cost $8. A lap dance with clothes on is over priced in my opinion at $20 in a place like that. The atm charges you $7 to withdraw - youre better offer bringing cash with you.Saw a manager at another bar afterward and he deeply apologized for the actions of the security guy. He agreed that the guy lost his temper far too easily and gave me a free pass for next time if I choose to go back. Not sure Ill be back. My luck would be that he have a gun next time and lose his cool and shoot me or someone else. Be very careful.

The girls were less than ok...the real problem I had was that when I went to leave they told me that I owed for an additional drink, but I had been paying for each drink as I ordered(cash). Made me realize, they are looking to scam you anyway possible!!! Don’t go...never had this problem at the Furnace!

I do not go out much but starting going to Sammys and i meet this girl her dance name was Kitten . She was so beautiful and very sweet. So I went tonight and she was not there and was told that they let her go. So very Sad. Just iwhen I finds a cool place and cool girl now I got to find Some where else to go. Why do places let the best girls go. I miss you Kitten . Please bring back Kitten .

They Tried to keep a photo copy of my id and credit card info. Had to pay in in cash after fighting with manger. I paid in cash after all this. I had to threaten to call the authority to keep the copy after that. Place has gone down hill over the years last time going here after all this. Girls are average at best other place is in Birmingham better. Watch out if you go.

This place has gotten awesome. I highly recommend going to Sammy’s. VIP was great, service is great. Girls are great!!!!

The people that leave negative feedback on google about Sammys are just “Cheap and weird”. Sammys is amazing, the staff was friendly. Enjoyed bar and drinks! Very talented girls dancing, will be back!

This so-called establishment is nowhere I would ever recommend nor will I ever returned too! They Employe women, but a women CANT enter w out a MAN! They fail to tell you this on their website! Not even if ur Lesbian, You must have a man w u at all times! Total bs! Post it on ur website so ppl can stop Wasting their time! The manager, tont, stated that they are a membership only facility , yet, u buy no membership! All lies n bs! If I could give no stars I would. I got kicked out and cause I quote “because of my smart mouth.” Literally didn’t say anything rude. They made me wait at the door for no reason then kicked me out. So I went and spent my money else where their lose I guess.

If your looking for a club near downtown birmingham that is casually entertaining and classy guaranteed to lift your spirits with Beautiful ladys . I dont know if they still have day shift hours or not but either way your welcomed to be yourself and have some fun!relaxing atmosphere only thing missing is a snack bar of some sort with that I couldnt complain!!02•2021

Sammy’s is one of the best clubs I have been to. The ladies are all extremely nice and good at what they do!!! Will go back again and highly recommend to everyone looking for a great time.

It was a lot of fun, lots of fine women there. Drinks where strong the way I like them. Went twice and I will come back again.
