I have had a wonderful experience Azia. I go there for my massages and love their new employee. Cooper Bunch is so very good and kind and considerate and gives a very good massage.

Im incredibly disappointed and frustrated by my experience earlier this month at Azia Medical Spa. I am posting here on Google since my message by email was never acknowledged.I had a 1:30 PM appointment for Dysport & filler, but unfortunately was never seen. There were multiple women in the waiting room who had been waiting longer than I. The woman to my left had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM, but wasnt seen until 2:15 PM. She was the last woman who was seen before the rest of us were told that the injector was too backed up, and she had to leave anyway.When I asked the receptionist how this happened, she noted that the pharmaceutical sales representative came by and was one of the reasons why the schedule became so clogged. I have 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical & medical device sales industry...if your rep is impacting your business & your clients to this extent, you have a bad rep. There is no instance where the presence of a pharmaceutical representative should force the cancellation of clients.Waiting over an hour, then being told my appointment has to be cancelled, is entirely unacceptable. I understand that things go sideways and issues come up that cause delays, but if your receptionists knew that the schedule was beginning to be backed up & the injector had a hard-stop at 2 PM, I should have been contacted prior to my appointment to save the drive out.All this being said, I have thoroughly enjoyed my hydrafacials performed by Madison. She has worked thoroughly with me over the course of the last year to get my skincare on track, and each time I leave an appointment with her my skin looks fantastic- right up until I see her again. She is kind, funny, professional, and an amazing esthetician.10/10 for Madison, but Im incredibly disappointed in my experience outside my hydrafacials.

I am in love with Azia Med Spa!It’s a bit of a drive for me, I live in homewood but it is so worth the drive. Every time I go I have a VERY pleasant experience. The staff makes you feel welcome and they are all SO nice! I would 10000% recommend.

First visit ever here, attended their Valentines event which happened to be on my birthday. Awesome birthday gift for myself (and/or someone else)! Walked out with some Botox and new lips. The staff and doctor are friendly, knowledgeable and downright awesome! The waiting room is beautiful and the strawberry flavored water was refreshing. I will definitely be coming back when the squiggly lines start showing again or I want to treat myself to another service. They are very caring and want to make sure I was comfortable before and all during my visit.It was so nice to have customer service at its best. I have had two facials by Madison and dysport done within the last year. I love this medical spa! Madison took her time every facial. Everyone is so sweet and they don’t try to upsell. I’ve been to a few in the Birmingham area and will choose this spa every time.

I have used Azia for different services and have been more than happy. Keri is absolutely precious and is always available to answer any questions you may have, even after hours. I drive an hour and a half just because I LOVE the staff and services they provide. Highly recommend AMS!!

Sara is by far the best at Asia medical spa! Im sure they’re all wonderful, I’ve only had the pleasure of seeing sara. I was nervous for my first visit but she immediately made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my sessions each time with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The owner is friendly and has an amazing energy of excitement that reinforces the passion she has for the beauty business. This was my wife’s first time having any services here and it was such a awesome experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. She had some fillers done and lips and it was a great experience . The doctor was very nice and made her feel comfortable. Will definitely be going back ! I even had a free massage while there and really enjoyed it !!!

This was my first time using Azia Medical Spa, and 10 out of 10 I will be returning again before my wedding! The staff was super friendly when I arrived, loved the guy giving out mimosas (haha), and the special on Dysport was the best I’ve seen lately. The Doc was quick, efficient, and very personable. Overall, I’ll give it an A+ !

I have been going to Azia for years. They never fail to be the absolute friendly & offer the best service! I have tried to go other places and they fail in most areas. I have lately gone thru Laser facials and Jacklyn has explained the benefits & the number of visits to reach MY satisfaction. Today I saw Dee for permanent eyeliner. This is my second time to have this process done with her. As with any tattoo they fade so I didn’t hesitate to see her again. Prior to ever seeing Dee I had my eyeliner done at another local spa. They did NOT numb and the pain was extreme & unbearable. I recommend this process with Dee HIGHLY. She relaxes me with her humor & bubbly personality. Can’t say enough about this spa on the edge of town.

I have been a client a Azia since they opened. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The services are outstanding and reasonably priced. I very rarely have to wait as they keep appointments on schedule and timely. Krista has worked with me for both medical weight loss and skin treatments. She is always readily available for questions, extremely concerned with getting the desired result and client satisfaction. I have also been a patient for Dr. Cox for both botox and dermal fillers. Krista assists him during my treatments. Dr. Cox is always most concerned with giving me the proper treatment for the results that I want. He is very honest and caring and always desires to keep results natural rather than over doing it. Both Krista and Dr. Cox are caring and professional and I am always pleased with my results. They are both more than willing to make adjustments if a client is not satisfied, although I have never had to go back for that. They also call after a procedure to make sure you are satisfied with your results, which is rare for most spas. I could not recommend Azia more highly due to the staff, the relaxing facility and the wonderful staff and service they provide. They truly care about the clientele.

Hydrafacial was amazing, Ive been doing hydrafacial for a while now, but my experience at Azia spa was hands down amazing. The products they use, Zo skin, has been amazing! Ask for Madison!

Ive been seeing Anna Claire for a few months now and plan on continuing for years to come! She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and kind. I am SO HAPPY I found her as I have problematic skin/ acne in my 20s but I always walk out of her treatment room feeling confident and glowing!

Wonderful staff and establishment! I get a derma-plane/HydraFacial monthly from their esthetician, AC! She is amazing! I’ve also received dysport here. Fantastic results, I will continue to return. The owner Kerri provides nothing but the best service. Check them out; you won’t be disappointed!

We came here twice and both times were great. Each of the therapist (for massage, facial, and nails) was awesome. They were friendly and great at what they do. The massage therapist listened to my problem areas and worked on them during the 60 mins. The facial was enjoyable; a little painful when she exfoliate -expected. The nails technician was sweet nice older lady. Overall, we will return whenevever we can!!!

I had my first botox injections here, it was a trial run for me. I am more than pleased with the results. I felt at ease with Dr Cox, he answered my questions and his assistant was wonderful. She was professional and caring without being fake. For everyone who frequents spas....you know what I mean! I am careful with how I spend my money and Azia spa is an investment in myself.

Let me start by saying I have bad sun damage and dark spots on my skin plus skin discoloration from pregnancy with my second kid. I went to Azia to try IPL and let me say after my 1st visit I was sold. IPL is not for the faint of heart but the results were exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. Kerri is the bomb and so nice. She knows what she is doing from experience. I love the staff and the office is cute. I don’t just say this based off my experience from going to Azia alone.. I say this from my past bad experience going else where and it sucking. Then going to Azia and seeing what my experience should have been like. Azia gave me hope to have healthier skin. The staff and owner are just the best and make you feel like family. Now as far as the IPL ask the staff about it before you try. They always are honest and give you all sorts of options. That way you can decide what is best for you. Plus do your own research so you go in knowing what to expect. For me the little bit of discomfort after and face peeling is 100% worth it. Again thank you Azia you guys are the best.

I love going to Azia! I would have to say that it is the best spa in the Birmingham area. I have had a massage with Beth and Stephanie, and they are both great at what they do!!! They also have a really nice dream shower and sauna that I like to use after my massage. I always leave there feeling relaxed and refreshed!!!

Marissa, the receptionist, is so sweet, patient, and helpful. I loved being able to communicate with her via text, Azias online chat feature, and/or in person.Dee is absolutely amazing! She is so talented! Dee microbladed my brows and applied permanent upper and lower eyeliner for me. I am in love with the results!Alex and Holly work behind the scenes to make sure all is as it should be at the spa. If you get to meet them, you are in for a treat!Did I mention the spa is absolutely gorgeous???If you havent visited Azia, what are you waiting for???

By far, the best spa in Birmingham! Everyone is so friendly & welcoming. The spa is beautiful, very serene & tranquil. I love the fact that they offer so many different & unique services. Its such a great place to rejuvenate or just treat yourself! I highly recommend Azia!

I’m not sure if my expectations for the acne facial are to high or what but I am not impressed at all with the results. Don’t get me wrong the esthetician had a very soft touch and massaged my face with a bunch of lotions for 60 minutes which was very relaxing but again, not what I was there for. This is my first time getting any type of facial. I’m a 43 year old male and this isn’t something I thought I would ever need considering my face is pretty clean with very few blemishes but my sister in law who is a dermatologist recommended it to help clean out some pores to lighten a couple of sun spots under my eyes. This didn’t change anything at all. I also see a couple of very small black heads on my temples too. You would think getting an acne treatment that they would clean out all the pores but this isn’t the case. Besides the relaxing face massage and getting my eyebrows waxed which do look good btw, I can’t say I would ever recommend the acne facial. Especially at $90. $10 for the eyebrow wax is well worth it. So you add 20% tip and I just paid $120 for a face massage and my eyebrows to be waxed. The ladies were very nice and the place is really clean but I can’t say I will ever be going back. I may try another spot to see if this is how it’s supposed to be and if that’s the case I will edit this review. To sum it all up. 1 star for eyebrows, 1 star for the relaxing face massage and 1 star for the atmosphere/nice ladies. Minus 2 stars for not doing the main thing I was there for. ***** UPDATE***** Since I can’t comment on the reply I will just edit this one. When my wife called to set this appointment up she explained to the receptionist EXACTLY what I needed and it was understood that I needed a deep extraction facial and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. So to say this would take multiple treatments is no excuse for not not doing what they said they would do in the first place. I received a face massage with a mild chemical peel (if they say so) and an eyebrow wax. Being my first and still only time I didn’t know what to expect but now that I have learned more about this and what should of happened I was screwed out of my money and time. So now that I know I was screwed I will be taking away 2 stars. Still get 1 for the eyebrow waxing.

Love Azia Medical Spa. I come once a month for the hydrafacial with Dee and I am obsessed! I love how my skin looks and feels every single time! Great staff and service for all your beauty needs!

Azia is great! I have tried a number of different medical spas and have settled on it as my favorite. The staff is friendly, Dr. Cox and Dr. Owings are extremely knowledgeable and spend a lot of time with you, and I never have to wait for my appointment. Ive had excellent results with all of my procedures and I highly recommend Azia

I am doing Venus Freeze treatments for loose abdominal skin at Azia and I have been thoroughly pleased with everything! The Staff is amazing and the treatments are going well. I have done two so far and will be on my third one soon; there are subtle results but I am sure the end result will be phenomenal from how things are progressing. -SM

I never feel pressured into doing a procedure I dont want to do. The facility is very calming and inviting. Will continue to go there for all my spa needs.

Jackie is just the best! I actually went for hair removal but I had seen 4 different dermatologist to try and remove the dark spots on my face. I had given up hope. She recommended to try laser removal and I’ve had great success with the results. As a woman, to have dark spots on my face was so embarrassing and made me super self conscious. Jackie is so kind and professional and I feel like she recommends actual solutions. I’m forever grateful for my results and continue to go back for other services and I’m never not pleased.

While the staff members were nice, I was very disappointed in the results of my visit. I bought a groupon for 100 units of dysport thinking that 100 units instead of 50 would be ample. I was a bit concerned when the nurse tried to confirm that I was a getting 50 units. I asked the doctors advice about the coverage, and she did not indicate I would need to buy more units. It has been about a month, and I still have movement in all areas injected. The wrinkles arent as strong but still there. Also the areas over the corners of my brows were not treated, and I have this strange Spock look when I raise my brows. Of course, I called after about 2 weeks to let them know that the treated areas still had a lot of movement, and they quickly explained that they do not do any re-treatment with Groupons. I understand that I supposedly got a deal but I also still paid for a service and was assured when I booked my appointment that I would love the results.. I know Groupons are to get new customers in the door but with this experience, I will not go back. I have used a Groupon at another spa, and they re-treated me to get the results that were expected. I had an appt with my dermatologist a few weeks after this, and she said that 100 disport units should have taken care of all the areas I had treated. My experience may have been completely different if I had paid full price. Lesson learned.

John is one of the best masseuses I have ever been to! He has significantly helped my back and eradicated the day to day pain I was experiencing. I recommend him to everyone I speak to. Come see him, you wont regret it!

I recently had my first (but definitely not last visit) to Azia Medical Spa. I had a GroupOn voucher & was a little concerned that I may be shortchanged because I was there on a “coupon”. All my fears were immediately put to rest from the initial phone call to make my appointment. I had let time get away from me and had less than a week to use my GroupOn voucher or lose the promotional value. The lady on the phone, Katrina I think, was understanding & made me an appointment for the next day. Bonus point because I was able to get my appointment on a Saturday.When I arrived, I was greeted by name & offered a drink. After paperwork, I was introduced to Jennifer Pyles who explained that she is double licensed and would do both my massage & facial. I was extremely pleased with this because it allowed me to stay relaxed throughout the treatments and not have to move into a new area. Jennifer was professional, attentive & through. Her pressure level was perfect & she checked in occasionally to make sure it stayed that way. She even surprised me by telling me she could tell I was right handed & spent a lot of time at a computer due to the tension level in certain areas. That really showed me how skilled she is. After the massage, Jennifer moved directly into my express facial. She walked me through the process & gave me a brief skin analysis. She suggested products & services I could benefit from. She was also kind enough to suggest some over the counter products when I asked about them. After the appointment, she left a list of the items & services we discussed at the front desk for me.After my time with Jennifer, I was allowed to wait in the sauna while the nail technician finished with another client. The temperature was just right for relaxation and I had to avoid nodding off.Next, Badri Roshan, the nail technician came to get me for my manicure. She was a very nice lady with whom I enjoyed talking. I loved her accent & chatting with her about her background and what drew her to Birmingham. As a testament to her work. I have received several compliments on my nails.As I checked out, I neglected to get the name of the lady at the front desk but she was very friendly and helped me run my card to leave a tip for Jennifer & Badri. I loved that while I was invited back, no services or products were pushed on me. I am looking forward to all my future visits and spreading the news that Azia Medical Spa is money and time well spent!!!

So I’m 90% certain this place ripped me off in the past, I’d never gotten any Botox before I went here and they charged me $1500 for Botox for my crows feet under my eyes and dysport or whatever it’s called in my forehead. I’m 32 years old, the bags under my eyes aren’t too bad. I really should have done my research before going because there’s a walk in Botox clinic in vestavia that only charges $13 per unit of Botox and considering it’d only take 24 units for crows feet I really feel like I was scammed. I shouldn’t have paid anymore than $400. Do yourself a favor, research other clinics prices before you go here.

Very serene and welcoming environment. Jennifer, Kay, Dee and Katrina are all professional and have provided me with excellent service. The location is nice because it is quiet and not busy. I really feel like I am getting away for some special down time when I go.

A wonderful experience - everyone from the front desk to the doctor I saw was excellent. My wait was less than 5 minutes which was such a surprise because I was late for my scheduled appointment due to a tire issue. I will be back for sure!

I had the IPL Lazer done at Azia, and it completely got rid of sun and others spots I got on my face after being pregnant. I am so happy I dont have to cover the spots anymore with concealer. I am also getting treatments for acne scars. I am happy so far with the results.

I’ve been going here for a while, and never had a problem. Unfortunately today was very very different as they have had staff changes, today the atmosphere I was used to changed dramatically, I felt as though I was not welcome. Following the same routine for my appt I was scolded and talked down to. I have no intention of returning they just lost a customer today. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed going there

After three bad experiences with this spa, they have officially struck out with me. They are money hungry, product pushers, and twice they did not perform the services I came in for, instead they performed different services without my permission. I will never ever be back. The Christian spirit in me will prevent me from specifically naming names. Just be careful of this spa.

That was so BAD !!! They destroyed my face!!! Now im looking for a doctor to fix there mass! I did fillers under my eyes . From first time it didn’t work so i needed to go through that painful Procedure one more time. They did like 8 stitchers under each eye... Almost for one year i have swelled Bruise under my left eye!!! And because of it i start to have one deep wrinkle there.... And it was my mistake to sign the paper that i will not sue them. After i did it they told me i should not come there anymore . And With that my eye problem what they did i should go somewhere else . OWNER WAS SO RUDE TO ME THAT DID NOT WANT EVEN JUST SEE ME TO GIVE AN ADVICE WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO GO. Even though i was very polite with them all the time. Don’t make mistake i did. DONT GO THERE!
