JB Hawks Discount Tobacco and Vape

Stopped here on a trip because my fiance needed pain relief, and the product was fine, however the labeling of some of the leaf products are concerning in the sense that they considerably vary in labeling from products in other areas with more robust definitions where we came from. The staff was nice, but had partial information, as my fiance educated them on its uses and effects. My simple recommendation is to do more research on the products in your inventory to avoid any potential blowback in a worst case scenario.

The manager Sue is amazing! She is always so polite and helpful. The store is always so clean and organized every time I go in.

Wow. Called to check on a certain chain of ejuice and spoke with a very unprofessional who only spoke in grunts. I would have to say from this 15 second exchange...she doesnt like her job and lacks in customer service.

The staff is amazing they didnt have my product and they went out of there way to call another store and then give me directions to a different shop that carried my brand awesome customer service

Always friendly but would advise against buying any paraphernalia. I bought a chillem and when I got home you couldnt even blow through the hole it was so small. Still need to return it.

Very poor staffing! They dont offer to wrap your purchase in bubble wrap or news paper. They have terrible customer service and a very rude and unprepared store owner! This guy running the store doesnt care about his customers.It says thet average time spent shopping is only 10 minutes. This is because the people who work in the store push the customers out! While Trying to rush them with their purchase.

Great prices. Efficient, quick check out. I like that there are real adults working here and not college kids who wish they were anywhere but work.

I only shop here when I work early and no other places are open for e-juice. The employees I have encountered have been rude, curt, and very unhelpful. Very lax mask usage from employees as well. Selection is dozens of times better at any other shop in town.

We have been longtime shoppers here for the roll your own products, but today went in for vaping help and products. Dani was very helpful and knowledgeable! Great experience, huge selection, helpful staff! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

One of my favorite tobacco stores in town. They have pretty good prices and the employees are all very nice. They offer a contest every week with the opportunity to win some money too which is pretty cool.

Went I. Some months back to pick up a thing of lighter fluid requested the zippo brand and I don’t mind paying the premium but the person working talked down on me for not buying the brand he recommended regardless if you make a higher profit on the non name brand stuff or you were trying to give genuine advice the way you went about it was unprofessional I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

The cashier are not as nice as the cashiers at Smokers Den in downtown Bloomington. I prefer to go there when possible.
