Ive been coming here for years. Staff is great, the juice bar is amazing. Great selection. I have trouble finding 12mgs anywhere else. Staff is always patient and will let you sample juices. They have a good return policy if you dont like your juice later on. What more could you ask for.

Super friendly staff, but they have next to no vape juice in the store. Pretty sure they want you to buy their store brand juice which is all well and good, but something about the composition just is not good to me. And its far more expensive than getting commercial juice. Lovely store for mods and coils, though!

I have only been to this location twice, I live out of town and came in to get a juice. They didn’t have mine but were able to create one that is amazing. The employees are super helpful, and also give you tips as well. I bought a vape yesterday at this location and had the easiest experience. This is the only store I will go to in Indiana as well as my own state.

This is the single greatest vape store in all the land..I should know, I sell Chicken. FYI, mgr, is knowledgeable and friendly and the staff is super helpful and always has something to show me. Even RC Cars if you’re into that kind of thing. LOL

I bought $144 worth of vapes from this place, handed them $110 in cash, and the employee proceeded to charge me the total 144 on my card. I didn’t notice it at the time, but when all the vapes literally broke as soon as I left the store, I also noticed the charge. The vapes I got were terribly cheap, as expensive as they look and are, and it’s been 3 months waiting to get my refund back for the money they took. They have not replied to my emails, when I call they’re busy or give me a number to another place that never answers. I’m over it.

The staff at MAXX have always taken incredibly good care of me. They have never pushed me in to anything I didnt want, and they have done more than I would expect to help me find the best value for what I require. IMHO, they are the absolute best offering in the area. I am thankful they are there, for sure. Thank you!

They are professional, so friendly, and the establishment is very nice. Love the ability to try flavors there before buying! They stayed open late to accommodate us, offered reasonable pricing, great selection, and even offered a warranty on the equipment we purchased.The VAPE BAR is awesome! We got to try flavors rather than wasting our money again on terrible flavors at another shop! My hubby said the juice we got from another place tasted like wet dog, lol! They so many to choose from but ended up getting Celestial and The Brew and they are delicious sweet flavors.Dont waste your money, come here first and youll be a return customer. Cant say enough about the friendly folks here, theyll go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience..thank you so much, Jadon and Tim, we really appreciate you!

I would just like to say every time I come into the store with a problem it is remedied. Everyone in the store so helpful. And Tim the district manager is very skilled in his fiel you determine my problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. Im very happy with the store and out of 5 Stars I give it a 6. This is the only vape store I will shop at from now on. Thank you for all your help to making my experience better. Great job guys.

Super awesome staff, always looking to make recommendations based off what you want not based off what’s going to make them the most money. Awesome juice bar and I swear the staff have tried every combo of juice they offer and can recommend anything and everything for everyone. Whether you’re looking to switch from cigs or drop the thumb drive juul and switch to a cheaper alternative these guys got you covered (and can help you drop the nic content too)

Went here on a recommendation from a coworker and Im glad I did. I am new to vaping (quitting smoking) and did not know anything about the vape I purchased from a different shop. I was having issues with it leaking and they fixed it for me even though I did not buy it from them and educated me on battery safety, etc. I went back in a couple days later after I tried to refill it and they identified what i did incorrectly and made sure I knew how to correctly refill it next time. I had made an obvious mistake, but he didnt make me feel stupid. I never felt pressured to purchase anything but in the end decided to get some more liquid that I like much better than what I was using. I will be returning when I need more. Had a great experience with the guy working there both times! He is very knowledgeable and without his help I might have given up on it. Thanks so much!

Ive been vaping for 5 years, and this is hands down the BEST vape shop Ive ever been to. Every single time I go in, one of their friendly, personable associates helps me get whatever Im needing in a matter of minutes, and if I have questions they are knowledgeable enough to always have answers. I frequently get discounts from rewards points, and they also offer discounts for students and military/police. The house juices are FANTASTIC-my favorites are Blunderbuss Ice and Beetle. If you vape or are looking to quit smoking, there is no better place to get what you need.

This is my favorite vape shop in Bloomington. The staff is so nice and funny (the one skinny girl with like hip length light brown hair is so so nice and hilarious I love her). They have an incredible juice bar where you can mix juices and create something unique to you that they log into a computer system so you can go back and find something you created months before (my bf did that today). They have an awesome selection of both juices and mods/tanks. It’s just a great atmosphere tbh I would come here just to hang out and talk with the staff.

Nick is amazing! I had an issue with my vape and he took great care of me! Salespeople are fun and knowledgeable and its nice to go in that store Id never buy anything from anywhere else!

Very good staff! there was a minor mix up that wasn’t even their fault and the staff immeadiately helped me resolve the issue and even gave me a free coil for the inconvience. This will definitely be my go to vape shop for future purchases!

Screw these guys. Theyve lied to me, not once, but twice. Whenever theyre out of stock of something, theyll say their conpetitors are out of stock too. Theyre not the best vape shop in town, and they know it so they talk bad about all the other businesses around them. When they lied the first time, I forgave them. Now that theyve lied twice, Im never going back.

Super nice staff, however the vape broke within five minutes of using it, no returns or refunds offered. 50$ down the drain for nothing.

Drove all the way from Bedford to buy a bottle of juice, ended up leaving without my juice because their computer was not working. I spend about $100 a week there. Matt the guy working was pretty rude about the whole situation so now I go to Vape Rush. ThatIs what I would recommend to a friend in Vape Rush. I even tried to tell him I would pay for it next time I come in and he said no. I’m S.O.L

I have spent so much money here over the past year, either sending someone to pick something up or going in myself. Now with the pandemic my card mysteriously doesnt work there anymore and I cant use cash. I guess I am SOL.So, I HAVE to go elsewhere instead of this local business as I had thought of doing previously, good luck!
