Miriam is not just a massage technician; she is a healer with a remarkable gift. From the moment I stepped into her serene studio, I felt embraced by a sense of tranquility and positive energy. With every touch, Miriams expertise was evident as she skillfully worked through my tight muscles, releasing tension I didnt even realize I was carrying. The atmosphere was set from the moment I arrived. Miriam was calm and allowed me to be calm. She offered me a hydration drink prior to beginning. She told me everything she was doing. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The procedure I requested was the deep tissue massage with cupping. Cupping is initially unpleasant. The massage continues with the cupping. There may be bruising from the cupping if you easily bruise. The massage was definitely deep. I felt a difference in my muscles from when I arrived to when I left. It was a positive experience and I will go again.

The space was warm and welcoming. I could feel the positive energy as I walked in. Miriam had the warmest smile! She is full of love, and you can feel it through her skilled massage. I was very impressed with my 75 minute experience and wish I had booked the 2 hour. If you are looking for a massage that not only works out the tight muscles but clears the negative energy, this is a great place!

I had an amazing two hour massage with Myriam. It was the perfect balance of massage and stretching. I felt like there were two people in the room with how incredible the massage was and that she was constantly moving for the whole two hours. She has a beautiful, healing touch, and you can tell she really understands the body’s mechanics and how everything is intertwined. I would definitely recommend Na’masaje and Myriam. At MassagEric I got to experience a professional massage in a laid back environment that helped me to completely relax and let go of my stress. This was the best massage/bodywork session Ive ever received. Ive had dozens of massages, from in-home to high-end spa, and Audrey was the best practitioner to date. I was very sore and tight, and she not only found and worked my knots, but opened up my sore shoulders and hips. I left feeling relaxed and pain-free. I cant recommend Namasaje enough. I will be making it a regular stop, whenever Im in Boise.

I had a 90 minute massage with Myriam. It was absolutely amazing. I’ve been having headaches and neck/shoulder pain. She alleviated a lot of my pain. The stretching was much needed and helped me release a lot of tension. It was my first massage there and I will definitely be back to see her. I feel so much lighter and at peace. 💕

Wow, wow, wow. I cannot even put into words how amazing my experience was but I will try. I had a 2 hour massage, bodywork, cupping with Alyssa. Not only did she make me feel like jello when we were done, but she has the best vibe and energy. She is sweet, funny and just super down to earth. I had my first massage with Myriam and it was one of the very best I’ve ever had. She does deep tissue work along with assisted stretching. She is very strong for a petite woman and gets into all the tight spots. I can’t wait to go back!

Best massage ever. Have had trouble with my right ankle for over ten years and had to wear a brace if I was on my feet for awhile but on my first visit Kirt fixed it. I had a great massage from apprentice corbin! he had great pressure and technique! I was able to get in same day which was awesome! only downside was the massage table was unlevel so it felt like I was tired to one side the whole time( I peeked afterwards and the legs were not at the same level. awkward haha. great experience otherwise!

The worst thing we did was not book Miriam for 1:30-2 hrs.. By far the best massage ive ever had. Miriam was so amazing. I had numbness and tingling on the left side of my body and she removed it almost instantaneously. I could tell she loves what she does. We will be booking for 2 hours tomorrow.

Kirt is the Best in Town. I’ve seen several people elsewhere. I’ve been in the beauty industry for 28 years. And just moved here from out of state. But I’ve worked around many massage therapists and physical therapist. He does so much to heal the body. My favorite so far. I don’t need to look anywhere else.

Audrey did a great massage. She’s been doing them for awhile and when done I’m relaxed and not hurting anymore. I would recommend her to anyone that wants someone to listen then work on what you told her.

Finally got to use my Christmas present at Namasaje last week with Eric. There arent enough positive adjectives to describe the experience. Eric is attentive, responsive and skillfull. I was a tad concerned about a set back with a healing P.C.L. but Eric assured me he would take that into account. And, he did.Traditional massages are one thing but the techniques used at Namasaje go above and beyond. My muscles were stretched to areas they havent seen in twenty years! BUT...the next day, there was absolutely ZERO soreness.AND....BONUS...my knee felt BETTER! Dont ask me how that works but it did! Eric listened and if I felt that there was too much tension, he adjusted.Yes, Ill go back. Yes, Ill refer my friends. Yes, its easy to find. Right on Main Street in Caldwell at the Oakes Brothers Plaza, second floor.

Myriam did an excellent job with my Na’masaje Bodywork treatment. She was very skilled at finding my tight muscles and relaxing them with deep tissue massage and stretching. It was my first time having the hot stones treatment and they were very soothing on tight muscles. I will definitely visit her at Na’masaje for another treatment.

From beginning to end this was one of the most wild, and oily, massages Ive ever had. My provider didnt speak much English, which was not much of a problem. I have chronic pain, so Im pretty familiar with the normal 90 min. procedures. However, she didnt get that I didnt want full body- just neck and shoulders -so when she started on my legs I was a bit surprised, but it felt nice so I just went with it. Why not? When she did get to my shoulders everything was quick and pulling, more like deep issue pinching. Still, no harm is being done so no need to interrupt her process to get out google translate-a shoulder rub is still a shoulder rub. HOWEVER, that all changed in the last 15 minutes of my 90 min session she starts to oil my ENTIRE face and SCALP with oil. Not just the left over oil on her hands, a fresh palm full...which I had no idea about until her palms hit my cheeks. Literally, a full palm full.I have never had my entire face and hair OILED from chin to forehead then root to tip at the end of a massage.It happened so fast I didnt have time to stop her before my hair was already trashed. Ive had loads of providers do a temple massage to round out a session, but never have I ever had this. I have to confess I was SO embarrassed when I looked at myself while getting redressed. I dont know what I would have done if I hadnt had two hair pins with me already! I had another apt. right after with my dentist. Going in with greasy hair and covered in oil was very embarrassing; Im sure they are still cleaning me off the vinyl chair as we speak.Again, the practitioner was mostly fine-actually kind of a cool blend of body work and Thai massage-but it was def not relaxing due to how quick and rough it was...which, again, cool since I needed deep body work and maybe that is just her style. The oil, however...fam.. If you go here make sure you talk with your provider about their oil usage before you are face down half naked on a table. If you have plans after, I recommend skipping anything above the neck since you will def need a shower...or two.Provider-4Stress relief-2Deep Tissue-4Pre-consultation-2.5 (for me and for her-I could have been much more proactive)Chances of returning-0

Had hip pain for years. But after going to eric the pain started going away after the first massage. I now go every month and no longer have hip pain. Very professional and very caring to my needs. I have been to many massage places. None of which helped me. Very polite and professional staff. Would recommend you give them a try!

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Website claims you can select a location which I had done for Boise with my fiance. When I tried to book an appointment for my fiance and I it auto booked in two separate locations even though we selected Boise. When I attempted to call to make sure our appointment would happen at the same time the number listed didn’t work and wouldn’t even ring. I did not receive any confirmation calls or emails until 10 minutes before my appointment and was then told there was nothing to be done and I could either receive a refund or reschedule for a different day, completely going against and RUINING my Valentine’s Day celebration with my fiance. Incredibly unprofessional and non functional website with no way to even get into contact reliably with the staff or owner. Im incredibly disappointed and upset with how this was handled.EDIT: It has been 3 months. I never received my refund.

So I work for a law office and I am constantly at my computer and I was noticing a lot of pain in my upper right arm and how tight it had gotten so I looked up massage therapy and found Namasaje and schedule an appointment with Katy W and she helped me so much. My first experience at Namasaje was incredible! I was fortunate to be referred to Kelly. She was phenomenal and helped explain different stretches and working out the tense muscles in my neck, back and legs. I already scheduled a return visit!

Average massage, front office communication is weak. They like to text instead of call back. The massage I had was 75-min. The masseuse herself was pleasant and nice. I’m guessing about a quarter of it used a massage gun which I could have done without but looking at the website they may have certain profiles I think the practitioners have to follow. Would have preferred an actual massage instead for that time. Had minor back pain relief for an hour or two and then it was back. My neck has been sore for the last two days and it wasn’t before. I am not sure yet whether it was from working out the tension or it created pain that wasn’t there before.

I bought the couple 75 minute deluxe Thai massage with hot stone for my husband and I and it was amazing! We both left feeling so relaxed and our bodies felt great! Thank you to Kelly and Courtney they did a great job! Will definitely go again if we find ourselves in Boise.

I booked a one hour massage session with Cameron. He met me on the stairs as I arrived and showed me into the massage suite. He was very kind and explained what he was going to do. He asked whether I wanted to talk or not, and how much pressure I wanted. He checked in often to make sure the massage was going well. The setting is very sweet and basic. All the necessities are in place and it is a comfortable environment. I am trained massage therapist and have received massage from practitioners around the world. Kirt is a truly gifted and skilled body worker. This was definitely more deep body work (which was what my hips needed) than massage AND it was extraordinary. The unique combination of techniques used (stretching, acupressure, body buffer, etc.) was highly individualized to my needs. I will be going back weekly! Great experience and I feel so much relief!

O My! Where to begin!Alyssa was amazing. I scheduled the 2 hour bodywork, without quite knowing what I was signing up for. I was a NOODLE when I left. I felt so relaxed and loose. I have already recommended numerous people to come see her, or get this kind of massage. It was MAGIC.

I was desperate for a last minute appointment as I was passing through town, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Audrey.Normally when I tell a masseuse that I have a specific issue I want worked on they work on it for a bit then just move on with their normal routine. Not Aubrey. She worked on my neck for an hour and a half trying to get out a huge knot and relieve tension.If I was staying in town longer I would go see her every day. She is amazing!!

She found knots and tight areas that I didnt even know were there, and did a great job with the stones. The 2 hours felt much needed after working hard and having my back ache. I don’t typically write reviews, however, MassagEric is an exception. This was my first massage experience and it was above and beyond. I chose Thai, hot stones, with CBD oil. They were very hospitable and made it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my massage therapist Eric did an incredible job and had excellent manual dexterity. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a very long time. Their staff are incredibly talented and I highly recommend booking an appointment!

Kirt and Matthew were A-MAZ-ING!!! They took the time to ask if we had any injuries that they needed to be aware of, of if we had areas that needed special attention. They explained everything that was going to take place, and invited us to communicate with them if anything was uncomfortable. The entire experience was so incredible!! Kirt and Matthew are extremely good at what they do--and the hot stones were.....AAAHHHHH!!!!! Ü We highly recommended Namasaje--cant wait to go back!!!

I was given a gift card for Messageric and it was my second massage ever (but first Thai Na’masaje bodywork style). I would 100% go back again!! I’ve been having sciatica issues for the past few years and wanted some tension release in my neck/shoulders. Danny did an amazing job at really listening to what I needed, placing the perfect amount of pressure and choosing awesome stretches. I was really sore the next day, so I know my body needed it more than I thought I did! It’s a great price for the quality of body work your get done, too. When I have the extra money to come back, I definitely will!

I have never had a massage that they requested I stayed clothed, I thought that it did not bother me to be unclothed but discovered I was able to relax more than I have for past massages. So relaxing and worth it. I felt comfortable communicating what pressure was too much or little and almost fell asleep at one point

I did a Groupon and had a couples massage with my Husband. Beware! Its not a typical massage! The girls were very sweet though. The tables were not comfortable, you wear clothes, she worked around my bra straps which to me was not that great. The hot rocks be warned, can burn you! I get hot rocks all the time these were way too hot!! We will not be coming back. If you want a great massage with hot rocks go to Two Rivers in Eagle!!

I had a great experience at Na’masaje. The atmosphere and the music were calming and the Na’masaje bodyworker who worked on me, Jessica, put just enough pressure when I mentioned that I liked extra pressure being applied on my body. She took me breath-by-breath (inhale, exhale) through the body work postures and I felt very relaxed even halfway during the session. Relaxing experience overall! 👏🏽

I scheduled with Audrey and it was the best massage I’ve had in years. I keep seeking out massage therapists where I live and cannot find anyone as good as she is. She is so good That I sent my brother To her and he felt the same way about his massage that I did. Thank you!

Not worth $115 to be, what they call, “buffed”, by a car waxing machine and massage gun, literally. Very disappointing. I’m not sure if I got a new body worker but is was far from a great experience, different than what the reviews showed. For a 75 minute massage I expected a full body but received a bunch of poking and elbows. The person kept walking away from me leaving me unexpected. It didn’t feel healing nor relaxing. Although the person working on me was very sweet, this has nothing to do with them but their lack of experience and skill. It’s a different experience sharing a room and keeping your clothes on, which didn’t bother me. I don’t know if I even received the CBD oil cause I specifically asked for it on a hurt knee but not sure how you can do that if you request the client to keep their clothes on. Also the hot rock experience lasted briefly just on my back, again not worth it. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but when people are in need of healing and body work, that’s what I expect especially for the price I was charged. I could do a better job using my foam roller than what I received. I walked away looking for another massage spot.

I was concerned that the smallish young woman that was handling my session, wouldnt be effective because Im 64. I was wrong. She did a great job. This massage treatment is different in a lots of ways: the hot stones, the stretching and leaving ones underwear on, but it is still very effective and I will be returning.

I only went to Namasje because of a Groupon. I was delighted that I discovered that Mark P. was a therapist there when booking an appointment. I found him originally in Meridian. I rate my experience with the therapist very very very high. 6 stars out of 5! I would recommend Mark P. hands down- (Pun intended.)Be careful of their cancellation policy.If you cancel online their system does not always alert them.

The first time I visited for what I thought would be a message, the therapist cancelled on me 20 mins before the massage when I was already in the location. I was given another time the same day. The therapist was a complete amateur and provided bodyworks instead of a massage. At round 55 mins of the 60 mins session she said she needed to upgrade me to 90 mins in order to finish her task. I agreed. That increased the total cost to $110 which I thought was too high for apprentice level work. Later when I expressed dissatisfaction, the owner said I could come back for a no-cost session but ONLY with apprentices. I suffer from chronic, serious pain and did not want to risk myself to apprentices. Never going back here or recommending it to anyone EVER!

I had my first Na masaje with Sarah R it was amazing I like the idea of the stretching and it addressed certain problems like a regular massage it was also very relaxing. Best massage Ive ever had! We went for our anniversary and did a couples massage. It was AMAZING! My back is in pretty rough shape with constant pain and tenseness, yet I was able to go home and fall asleep mid-day after Eric relieved some of my tension! Id recommend him over and over.

I have been having really bad back pain recently because of an accident I got into at work, and the masseuse I used to go to wasnt helping me relieve it at all.
