This is an OKAY place to shop, the prices are decent.... That being said, the place smells like a hundred wet dogs washed in a dumpster. I understand its not their fault because theres a dog groomer that shares the same common entrance.....BUT WOW IS IT STRONG.My next complaint is Kylee doesnt know where anything is. Nor is she knowledgeable on any of the products.... Shes a very sweet beautiful girl and I understand this is probably her first job because she looks about 13..... But she definitely needs more training at her job

Wont go to the one on five mile road after the way the guy treated me there. Always friendly at the State Street locations.

Love the fact that I can always walk in and get my re- fills for clickmate

Never has anything in stock, employee today at 1230pm just doesn’t answer the phone to simply inform customers that the store once again has nothing in stock. Called store while I was there to check if the phone even rings, it does. I live around the corner have spent thousands here. This isn’t the first occurrence of phones not answered or what I come in for never in stock.

This location has the best assistant manager, Ricky(sp?)! He took the time to explain different brands to me. The ins and outs, the good and bad. He was upfront and knowledgeable. It completely changed my opinion on this particular location as I have had some horrible customer service here in the past. Rude and annoyed when I had asked simple questions about brands I had not yet tried. They seemed annoyed with me. Not Ricky. He was ipbeat and happy to help!

The quality of this stores e-cigarette products is very good and very smooth to use. The e-cigarette devices and accessories I purchased are all original and genuine, with no quality issues. They offer a variety of different brands and flavors of e-cigarette liquids, giving me more options to choose from.

This is the best vape shop to go to. Great prices! Ive only been helped by 1 gal over my multiple visits there, and Im not sure if she was having a rough day, but my customer service experience wasnt the best. BUT Ive also heard nothing but great things about this place. Yall still get 5 stars ☺️

Went in there not knowing a thing about vaping, and left with everything I needed, without breaking the bank. My vape store is the one on W. State street. Great selection, easy location, and the best part, great staff to help you out. Thanks Valentine.

By far my favorite vape shop in the Treasure Valley....super kind staff and a very clean store. They always have new products that keep the store interesting and fresh. Every now and then I like to explore new vape juices that really satisfy the pallet and I gotta give Ricky at Vape on state a shout out cause as of right now hes 2 for 2 on great recommendations. Finding new flavors and new brands isnt easy but hes killing it over there! Check em out!

Always a great experience. I have been going to many of there locations for years.I just went into there new location off of 16th and state. It has a horse shoe counter increasing the amount of space for products and it was indeed well stocked

This is a small shop but its still got lots of choices. Guy behing the counter was cool. Only drawback is not very many drinks to choose from.

This is my go to vape shop. I pick up my vape supplies at a lot of places but I defineately prefer this shop.

The guy working behind the counter was kind and helpful, the reason for the three stars was simply their selection…. A dismal array of disposables that were mainly Hyde’s… they had the vape juice brand I liked but not the one flavor I wanted….65 bucks later, I already gave the disposable I bought to a coworker… I’ll stick to vapor loft, Matrix and vape kastle

5 stars for a great customer service. I had a problem with a set of sMOK coils and it was handled promptly and professionally! I did an even exchange. I did notice that I had missed the really nice stock of Vape products there. the first time I visited. This is my second time there shopping for Vape stuff. What a selection, Wow! I would return and recommend. Never disappointing when I return often and a wide selection of Juices

Ive always received outstanding service at any Vape location. I never have any idea what type of juice flavor to get out r what device would suit my needs. Their staff is always patient and diligent in assisting me with new products.

Bought my new device, so far not bad. In hope it will be easy to find the pods when I cross that path. Options are open for it. Evolve 2.0 may show challenge there though. Love all the different pod options.

Great vape juice selections. Went here today and was introduced to a new vape I love. They also had my coils on hand which other shops say are too old to carry: Atlantis Evo and Supermesh. Staff informed me of special deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Lots of locations, quality products, tons of choices of juice, fair pricing, especially as a member using the point system, I get a discount almost every visit. Helpful staff, redemption on used batteries, sound direction for different products even they dont carry, really good business for anyone looking for an alternative to cigarettes.

TY was on point - Ive managed a dispensary/Vape lounge in Oregon, as well managed a location in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. This shop has all the bases covered knowledgeable, and he did not act like he knew everything, that was refreshing. Easily a must stop in if ur visiting the area!

Great customer service! I want to quit smoking and went in and talked to a guy named Skyler I believe and he helped me pick out a great setup and was very knowledgeable and informative about the products. Very happy with my purchase.

The managers and Regular Staff don’t actually know anything about vaping, I went in and asked specifically for a certain blend of juice and they said yeah this ones a 70% VG 30%PG blend. It didn’t say on the box so I’m the parking lot and I look it up on the juices website and it’s clearly labeled 50% 50% . I went right back in and said hey I asked for this and You sold me the wrong thing and they said they wouldn’t do an exchange or refund, even tho I can’t use it at all and made very clear twice what blend I needed. The ‘Manager’ acted like it was my fault and said no returns until I said I needed to talk to his boss be it the owner or who ever is above him. IF YOU WORK IN A VAPE STORE U SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE FUNDAMENTALS OF VAPING there are a lot more things to vape juice other than “Salt nic or regular” train the staff better stop hiring people who know nothing about vaping when they are suppose to be knowledgeable and educated on vaping to properly assist customers who Arnt.

This is a good and knowledgeable company. As much as I hate the nicotine in my life, this is where I trust it.

The place is consistently out of popular flavors and products. Staff knowledge on flavors is mediocre. Salesmanship and problem solving is low. They charge you $1 to try flavors and make you buy full packs of atomizers at one time. They misinform you by telling you this is part of the new regulation which affects all stores, which is only a partial truth since there are several other shops in town that do not require you to do this as they have the proper permits to do so. Theve even told me Im better of going to a different store. And thats what I always do now.

Had problems when store first opened few years ago and most of the other stores. Decided to give it a try again after 2 years in hopes they got better with service. Needless to say wont return again with the employees attitude.

Super low prices on Vape juice (lowest Ive seen anywhere) Pretty large selection and variety of products.

This is the only place I will go to for vape related services. Fantastic group of people working and managing here, and theyre always willing to help with anything they can. Great place for deals and just hanging out as well. Ask about the point system and the weekly specials!

Purchased a small vape from there. The next day it leaked all the vape juice in my purse. I spent over $30 for it. But no refund because I had smoked out of it.. so a waist of $30. Im only giving them 2 stars is because my husband went and spent over $40 more on another vape called SMOK (which is a rectangle shape). Which I love! Just do youre research and dont spend money on garbage. They will let you buy anything with no remorse.

I dont understand why they sell tanks w no replacement parts

The employees were extremely rude and would not accept a return after it was their screw up. I have gone there 2 times in a course of 2 years and they have screwed up both times. Not gonna waste my time on a 3rd.

When you have a habit that you need to feed, this is the place to be. Wide varieties of vape juices and vape accessories. AND the customer service was outstanding! Definitely telling all my fellow vapers where to go for their VAPE needs!

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 months and is probably my favorite place for vape products. They have so many options for juice and the manager and employees are super friendly.

Zane was super helpful, answer all my questions, and helped me assemble my vape in the shop! Left super happy deffinetly coming back!

Very disappointed with this store. Bought two vape pens neither lasted a day. Was told they mass are production and sometimes you get duds. Store policy is no refunds on duds. Will not be visiting this store again!!!
