The workers there are awesome and so kind and grateful for the knowledge. They give to the beginner vaporthe owner Tony is one great guy. This is the best vape shop. I have ever been in and my kids vape. So Ive been in a few trying to learn and figure out and use vaping to stop smoking. Once again Tony and his workers are awesome. I suggest going there for all your vaping needs.

Owner threw a fit and basically kicked me out because I changed my mind on being sold overpriced fake weed and saying no thanks to going to Albertsons atm next door.

This place used to be awesome. However, nowadays they are randomly closed and too much is out of stock.

Owner thew fit when I didn’t wanna go to the atm next door. How long are you going to be “fixing” your card reader.

The owner was so kind and helpful. All the employees have been very considerate and make sure you are taken care of. Sometimes, they are able to order in items that youre looking for. This vape store has a wonderful selection of flavors. They have a selection of CBD products, which I love. They have been great about explaining these products to me so I can get the best use out of them. It is always a welcoming environment and areas you can hang out in comfortably. They are always available to answer my questions or concerns. The artwork is really cool and pleasing to look at.

The owner of this shop is the nicest guy. And he really knows his stuff! All the staff is amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need!

This is hands down the best most welcoming place to go for all your vaping desires. I will recommend you go here and check it out. A friend and I went there and got to try out a couple things and I was completely at awe. The owner is a really cool guy. He has an answer for any questions you have. Im going there from now on. The owner is absolutely wonderful! Everything he sells he has tested himself and knows the ins and outs of everything in his shop. He is super helpful with any questions or concerns I may have and gave me advice for safely taking my vape on a plane. He remembers his customers and makes all feel welcome from the time they walk through the door, until long after they have gone! I go here, even if I am closer to another store, because the owner is genuine and makes the experience easy and great. He also has punch cards!

I really enjoyed my first experience here and the customer service was so friendly. It’s not over crowded so I was able to ask questions and receive a thought out answer.I picked up a bottle of miracle mood micro dosing and I can say it really helped with my anxiety and racing thoughts. I was so unbelievably impressed with my experience here! Tony is so knowledgeable in knowing the good, bad and indifferent with the products out in the market today. He took time for me. He was patient. I left with spot on products that are fit for my needs. I have an up coming big surgery. I shared my uneasiness with the after care (taking opiates for pain management). He made suggestions for different CBD products to help aid with my after care pain management. I will definitely be following up with him in the near future for additional needs assistance to help me transition through this. Thank you Tony so much. I appreciate you!

Tony, the owner, is a man of integrity and stands behind his products. Customer service is above and beyond any other. If you are vaping the disposables, bought there or not, dispose them here where they are recycled and see for yourself that this is the store you go to for your vaping needs.

I was given incorrect information about a vape I purchased. Staff is nice, but I wasnt thrilled with the sales pitch.

Just went into check out the whole Vape thing and wound up getting my fiance a vape pen and some great juice. Now Im hooked at well. We love how friendly and knowledgeable the owner was. Im relatively new to the vaping scene (want to quit regular cigs), and from the first time I walked in, Tony was amazingly helpful and friendly! They have a good selection of disposable vapes, he keeps orders coming in often, and is super down-to-earth and non-judgmental. Ive tried a few other shops in Boise since then, but was unimpressed. Worst place ever not professional, the owner is the worst

These guys are WAYYYY COOL!..One guy took me for a tour of all the cool fishtanks in the place as well as all their products for sale. The product line is top of the line name-brand stuff that theyll set you up with and make sure u get the best setup for ascheap as possible!

I’ve never had a problem at the West Boise Vapory. Tony is an awesome owner, knows everything about everything.He educates you, makes sure you know what you’re getting and are satisfied with the purchase.

West Boise Vapory is just plain awesome. Tony the owner pours his heart into his store. He carries a wide variety of grade-A juice and top noch vaping devices. When I first started vaping he sat down one on one with me to explain how everything works, he really cares about his customers.. Also he will let you sample most any juice before you buy! There is no doubt that I will be a repeat customer for life.

Great shop! Tony hooked it up with a 225 Mag mod and walked me through the set up all the way through the controls. I would recommend this shop to anyone great experience all around I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The prices seem fair. And the man running it is very nice and straight forward. He is also very willing to sell you the cheapest thing he has if it fits your needs. And is willing to sugest you to other companys if he dosnt have what your asking for. A very honest and straight forward company and i intend to visit again

Best Vape Shop Ive Ever Been To. Tony & Joe know what theyre talking about. Everytime I go in, I learn something new and helpful. They always have my favorite juices and great recommendations for new juice. Dont waste your time and money going to other vape shops, just go to WBV and see for yourself.

Most helpful staff. Most places are snotty and talk down to you. Like you are supposed to know as much about vapes As someone that works there all the time. Not this place. Dude was super chill and well informed. This is hands-down my new place.

Tony and Joe are some of the most knowledgeable vapors I know. I refuse to shop anywhere else because other places juices make me sick. WBV doesnt make me sick because they only sell stuff thats been lab tested and lab certified!!

Ive been to many shops in the treasure valley and this one is by far the best. knowledgable about their products, brands, competitors.. theyre in it for the customers satisfaction, not to make a quick buck. very personal and have the best selection. Ill never go to a different shop in the area again!

I wont ever buy anything from here. I had come in asking about a vape for my boyfriend, so he didnt know that I myself vape. I was asking about the X-Priv from Smok. Which has been impossible to find! Either no one carries it or its out of stock. Anyway, I was asking about a few other new kits from Smok, one being the Alien. He showed me the one he had and actually told me he switched the tank out that originally came with in and put the X-Baby Beast Brother tank on it since it was bigger and was going to sell it like that. First off, thats illegal to do. Now thats manufacturing territory youre getting into. Second, if this guy was seriously ok with opening up a new kit and switching things to what he thinks is better how can I trust anything this guy sells or that IS actually what he says it is?? Oh and did I forget to mention, the X-Baby beast brother tank he said he put on it was NOT that one. I know this because thats the tank I have on mine.. Im assuming he thought I didnt know about vaping.. everything did not seem to be on the up and up and I didnt a good vibe from the guy either. So I will never go back and would NOT recommend this place to anyone EVER.
