My Best Friend and I concluded our girls mini-vacation with a massage. She and I are both very selective when booking a massage due to various prior injuries. She would say the same as I, the massages we received today were among the best, if not the best. It was 90 minutes of pure bliss, and amazing how intuitive our therapists were about our concerns. We both left feeling relaxed and happy with our finding of this wonderful spa.

I highly recommend Abundant Health Day Spa. I have been going there for some time now and will continue to. They offer flexible scheduling and a relaxed environment. After almost 40 years in construction I have quite a few aches and pains. They customized my massage experience and have been very consistent. Thanks all!

Of the most relaxing massages I have ever had. My wife and I got the couples massage with and express facial and a 15 minute spa add on. Well worth the money. Forget about spending money on the high end hotel spas. This place will not disappoint!

I’ve been getting massages at the spa for several months and I can’t speak highly enough of the overall experience… but you HAVE to go to AH spa! (I’m sure the rest of the therapists are great too though!) My massage with Kelly is one of the highlights of my month. Her technique is amazing - soothing, melts away my knots, and makes me forget about all the stressors for those 80 minutes. She’s amazing! Go to AH spa NOW! and ask for Kelly

I went here based on the great reviews but I wont be back. The woman at the front desk doesnt speak English and just kept smiling at me but had no clue what I was saying. Then I get into the room and was just told face down and then the woman left. A few min later the therapist comes in and it was a man. I wasnt told it would be a man, wasnt asked if I was comfortable with having a man or even asked by him if it was ok. He also didnt say anything but just started the massage. I went in for pain and tightness in my shoulders and upper back and was expecting the therapist to ask if I had any areas I wanted extra attention on, as I have at other salons. I was uncomfortable for a good amount of my massage and didnt leave feeling relaxed at all. Very disappointing after looking forward to a much needed and overdue treat for myself.

Good things about this place:The lady greeted us at the front and gave us water.She was very friendly.Bad things:It was very hard to communicate and I requested to have less pressure while I was getting my massage but the therapist thought I was asking for more pressure but I was just telling her that I felt better and did not need more pressure.I did not ask for hot stones and the lady tried to put those and I had to tell her not to.There is a language barrier. Which makes it difficult at some point I had to use my Google translator.I was not aware a male person would be massaging my sister and I was not comfortable with that.For future please tell the clients what comes with the massage and vital information.Not every woman is comfortable getting massage by a male.I really hope things change because other than things if you can understand the needs of your clients this place wpuld be phenomenal :).

Went there today with my girlfriend and we did a couples massage for 2. It was amazing, we both had an awesome and relaxing experience. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere.

Visited this location on 12/11/23. Experience was terrible. It didnt appear that anyone was working except for my massage therapist. He had to leave the room 4 times to answer the phone and greet incoming clients. I also had to tell him 3 times that he was massaging too hard. Overall a terrible experience. Also bathroom was not clean at all.

Wonderful place!! The aromatherapy and hot stones made the experience. Great customer service, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed! My husband and I had a couples Swedish massage to celebrate his birthday, it was our first massage. Left feeling SO relaxed and ready to have a great weekend. We will definitely be back!

Edit: likely they are paying a last-mile delivery driver under the table, to include mailers with their info. I have the guy on camera 🤷‍♂️Came by my house and put trash underneath my packages with their information and a coupon... Ridiculous lack of respect this business has for us

After a half marathon run I really needed a massage. I called them this morning and they were able to get me right in. They massaged everything from my forehead to my toes and believe me I needed it. It was the best $65 for a Swedish massage Ive ever paid. On top of a great massage the customer service was awesome.

Best massage I’ve had in a long time! I honestly believed this is the first massage I’ve had that focused on the front and back of my body..very thorough. The hot stones & hot towel are a nice finishing touch! Definitely will return soon!

I felt so relaxed after a deep tissue massage as a tired mom. My body felt lighter afterwards and some lovely peace and calm made me really happy! I would recommend going there monthly!

Best deep tissue massage! Service was excellent and the masseuse knew exactly where to focus. The pressure was perfect for me, but I could understand if others would prefer a lighter pressure. They always asked during the process if it was ok. Very attentive and professional. Will definitely go back.

Recently I lost a good masseuse at a place which cheap prices. So I been looking for a new one and trying places out and nothing stuck. Groupon notified me of massage deals which is how I found this place. $65 for hour deep tissue so I bought with low expectations because I’ve been disappointed lately. I have back issues due to scoliosis and hip issues being born with them inverted. So anyway, I made an apt for today and was available for my time. When I walked in it was warm in there which Chicago had a hot day today as well but that came in handy later during the massage. I got.a massage by Chelsea who at first I was skeptical as it started off, I like when they use their fingers to dig the creases and muscles but as the massage continued she showed me what she’s made of and to my surprise her technique was really good! It seems She pushes on trigger points to release the tension and then smoothes out the muscle. Puts your legs and arms in diff positions and reassess the body. My major issue today was lower and inner back due to sitting all day in an office and tension headaches. Without even telling her why I was there or my issues she seems to intuitively find them and fix them which left me pain free and looser when I left! Which no one has been able to do! I will def be going back since grouping said I can buy 3 more and will try to continue after that but the regular prices are kinda high to go as frequently as I would want to. But otherwise wonderful job and kudos!!! Thanks Chelsea :)

I live 2 hours away, went to nearby to visit friend, and I decide to get a massage. I found this location and booked an appointment. The massage was great and price was fair ! Kelly did amazing job on me, walked out there like a new person. Definitely will come back to see them again

I called here on the phone she told me full body massage 55$ in hour after i reached the store she took 65$ and she not completed her business i feeling bad cuse i paid my money for nothing 😡😡😡i think she don’t speak english very well thats why she gave me hard timein this situation if you cant do u job good u have to give me my money back
