Great place to shop I travel from Sycamore Illinois whenever I come to my moms house I love to go there. Ive been here four or five times now and its always been pleasant. My last experience was with a new employee i think. Younger dude with longish hair. Excellent service. Showed me a pipe near the peak of my price range and i liked it. He could tell i wasnt sold yet though. He then found a pipe i didnt see that was HALF the price and it was perfect for me. He didnt try and sell me the expensive pipe. He sold me what I was looking for. Cant beat that kind of customer service.

Low Bobs is one of the best tobacco shops in the area. The store is always clean, well maintained and well stocked. They almost always have what we need or order it quickly. Prices are lower than other retailers in the area and they take coupons. Staff is always helpful, smiling and great to help with E-cig set up and maintenance. I always go here even if it means waiting until the next morning to get my smoke on.

Im a commuter, this is my go to smoke shop when Im in Will County. The owner is very helpful as are the other employees. Definitely the best prices in the Bolingbrook area. 10/10 smokers would agree, great place.

Had a great experience with a gentleman named John came in to buy my very first vape he was extremely nice explained everything about the different devices with No problem at all!! Once I decided on 1 he showed me exactly how to use it even put the vape juice I purchased in for me Also reasonable priced will definitely be back for ALL my vape needs.

LoBobs has fallen off, I always visit this store and tell everyone i know about it but today, I visit the store with a buddy to purchase a battery for a e-cig. Buddy hands me an off e- brand battery in a recialable package, looks kinda off so I open the plastic recialable case. Meanwhile my buddy purchase his... pays with 20 gets 7 back I go to pay for mine he hands me 3 dollars back... I told him he charged me to much, he agreed, and stated that because I opened it, he had to charge me more.. exact words “You Opened the item, if you were to not purchase it I couldn’t sell it to someone else.” Me: “Guy but I did purchase it. And matter a fact this looks like it’s been dropped, look at this scuff ” After an exchange of words he refunded me my money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I operate a e-commerce business, customer service is everything, goes hand in hand with business Ethics. I’ve take hundred dollar losses to make this right for a customer. Do not go to this shop. I brought a posh XL from this shop and went to go verify it online and it was fake. They buy fake Chinese knock off and sell it off as real ones.

This place is a dump, but so are alot of places in Bolingbrook. One of the boxes of cigars in their humidor had mold growing on it.
