Overpriced as almost all resorts spas are, but the services I received were great. Gary provided an excellent CBD muscle ache massage. And Chrissy gave a stunning haircut. They indicated a 5% service charge will.be added to all services for my convenience. This was not the tip, and i did not find this convenient. Charge more for the service or pay your people better, but dont nickel and dime me calling it like a resort fee. Im already staying at the resort.

Such a fantastic and positive experience with Mara who did my manicure and pedicure. She is wonderful at what she does and its very apparent that she truly cares about the experience her clients have. I cant say enough good things about her. The only downside (having nothing to do with her) is that Im accustomed to always checking in early to use the sauna or steam room prior to my treatments, but just today learned that a manicure + pedicure isnt counted as a spa treatment, therefore you arent allowed to use the sauna, steam room, or fitness center. Seems as if this one minor change would be a small price to pay to keep year-round customers and clients coming back.

I had an amazing massage with Jossy! Facilities are a bit tired, but massage was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Stillwater Spa. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The facilities were comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed the sauna, steam room, pool, and comfy relaxation chairs. It was well appointed with all of the things youd need (fluffy robes, toiletries, etc). The massage I received was exceptional -- the table was top-notch and they included aromatherapy, hot stones, and a heated blanket that really elevated the whole experience. Would highly recommend overall!

I had an 80 minute massage yesterday and was disappointed. For $250, I don’t believe that my experience was what it should have been. The masseuse was nice, a little rough, but did lighten her touch per my request. The linens were silk or polyester-felt awful and sweaty. No soft music or candles, no scent. The masseuse excused herself for a bathroom break which cut into my time. When I checked out, the girl asked what I wanted to tip and when I got home, I saw that I was charged a $12.50 service charge-for what???? From now on, I’ll go back to the ritz or Naples grande.

Ditto to Janet! Save your money, go to the ritz, Naples grande, or honestly even woodhouse day spa. Our masseuse started washing her hands at the end which was very disruptive to the relaxing environment. I frequent spas a lot, and I won’t be back.

A lovely afternoon! Everyone from the people at check-in to Jeni who gave us a tour of the facilities (serentity pool, steam room, sauna, showers, relaxing room with tea and snacks) were wonderful. Garys deep-tissue massage was great! Thank you!

My wife and I love checking out new day spas so we were excited to try this one out. Was a nice experience but the prices definitely exceed the experience. For a couples 80 min massage, CBD lotion addon, and a 20% tip it was $700. They have decent amenities but not enough to justify that price point. 5 star hotel spas with unrivaled amenities dont even have that high of a price point typically.My massage was really great, a female therapist from Peru, but my wifes therapist was not strong at all and gave a very soft massage despite both insisting ahead of time we wanted deep tissue.I would say it may be worth checking out as nice day spas in the area are limited but the experience was kind of middle of the road overall with a very unjustified price point.

Treated a friend to a much needed massage and pedicure. She said she loved it. Massage was so relaxing and pedicure was very thorough.

We are really happy the results! Steve did a great job. Our house looks pretty much like it had been repainted when he finished.

I went in for a hair and makeup bridal trial. It ran me 95 for the hair and 65 for the makeup. To say I felt robbed is an understatement. I walked out looking like I had been in a wind tunnel. She didnt even provide a finished updo. It was frizzy and messy. Just because I wasnt going to wear it anywhere doesnt mean I didnt want to see the completed end product. She did a curled pulled to the back style and then a swept up to the side one. Also they dont have any bridal accessories to show you what it would look like with say a clip or a comb. Not one single studded pin. I assumed she would finish the last one and make it look like a finished product but she started pulling out pins. Then she left me looking like I had just gotten out of bed for the rest of the day. Even the pictures I sent to my mom had us both wondering why she didnt smooth anything out and apply product . The temporary looks looked amateurish and messy.makeup- Next up I had to wait an hour for my makeup consultation. She asked me nothing prior to sitting me down. So naturally she had no idea what look I wanted. I explained; blemish free, very simple and elegant. She gave me purple lips. Because nothing screams elegant wedding like purple lipstick. The smoky subtle eye looked anemic, my eyeliner that of a much older womans shaky hand-drawn attempt, and I could see the foundation caked on. I want to look flawless on my wedding day, not like a snowbird with cataracts out to dinner in Naples. Dated, nothing we all cant accomplish at home and that caked on feeling was gross. NO THANKS. Will not be using them for my wedding day.

This is a very nice spa that Id recommend. It gets four stars instead of five because the massage person barely touched my feet, when I specifically said that was the area I wanted the most work on. So I am not sure how much they think about special client requests. But apart from that it was good.

I visited this spa in January while on vacation, and only used my credit card to hold my reservation when I booked online. I ultimately used another card to pay for the services. It is now July, and i just got charged $362 for two deep tissue massages. I live in Tennessee, so this was most definitely not me. Not only is the spa not refunding me, but one of their employees clearly stole my information since the card was only used in their online system. I am disappointed in Stillwater/Hyatt for allowing this to happen and forcing me to take it up with my credit card company.

The front desk staff at this spa is the worst Ive ever encountered. The way that I was treated was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. These individuals should not be in the customer service industry and to treat a hotel guest that way is simply unacceptable. After speaking with the manager she did apologize for her employees behavior, but did not offer any remedy to being so mistreated. I would look else where if you are interested in a relaxing and soothing experience, because you wont find it here.

Elizabeth OLeary gave me a facial this week and I left there feeling so relaxed and so youthful! The hydra-facial is my favorite facial ever and she exceeded my expectations! She asked questions about my daily routine, pin pointed my skin issue immediately and treated me based on that. I am still glowing and seeing the benefits from her work 4 days ago.

Best service Ive ever received, I enjoyed the mom-to-be massage and pedicure. I felt pampered and well cared for from the moment I walked in through the lovely cookie and apples handed to me as I walked out. Pricing is high, but they make every moment worth it.

Nice place. They have a sauna and steam room on the mens side. And a mineral pool that you can relax in that is coed. Got a massage. The massage therapist was nice and gave me the time to discuss what I wanted for the massage. Enjoyable experience.

My esthetician Jacky, was wonderful. She was very professional and caring. Asked questions before applying products on my face and the facial she gave me was spectacular. Coming back soon.

Total pampered service from beginning to end. The staff at the Hyatt Regency is amazing. Every detail is taken care of so that you enjoy and relax in the perfect atmosphere.

Medi-Pedi service was excellent. Customer service needs help. Not representative of a top notch spa with prices to go with it.
