Oasis is the best nail salon around. The place is very clean, they take all the safety precautions, and they constantly update and maintain their space which to me shows pride in their business. The materials they use are quality, my manicures and pedicures last a long time. The variety of shades is impressive. The ladies are all very talented and they honor appointments which many places do not when there are walk-ins. I will not go anywhere else, have been a client for years. Susie for nails, Grace and Michelle for pedicures are my fave girls, but they are all great! I love Oasis!
I have been a patron here for the last year or so and have not ever had a bad experience. The nail technicians are friendly and very helpful and they always accommodate customers needs. My nails dont chip or break so I know they use good products here. I have been a patron at many a nail salon over the years and Oasis is by far my favorite salon. They use clean tools on me and are very conscientious with regard to the spread of germs in todays world. I cannot give enough positive praise to this place! Thank You Oasis!
Excellent experience with everyone. Suzy always does a great job with my gel manicure. Judy is awesome at spa pedicure and if shes not available the other girls are great. You will not be disappointed.
Kind, clean service but the gel and dip manicures never seem to last more than a couple days on me.
Very disappointing experience today - they hadn’t made appointment right, technician was very dismissive when I corrected the service I wanted and then told me that I had come late and would have to wait because she didn’t have time to do the tips. I absolutely was not late, had specifically made an appointment for midday because it is the holidays and I know how busy they get. Entire situation was handled badly and I ended up leaving with nails not done, no pedicure and really annoyed. Owner tried to get me to stay by following me to my car ( had to ask her to step away so I could pull out). Felt very intrusive and strange. I didn’t make a scene - I just told them that I would go elsewhere for my nails. I won’t be back. (plus they are very expensive
Sally who does my eye lashes does such a great job She is gentle and very efficient She is very nice I highly recommend Oasis Nails for eye lash extensions and ask for Sally I always leave feeling pretty
Ive been going to this salon for years. The women are professional and friendly as well as the quality service they give to their clients. This salon is the best in the area. My nail technician is Suzie but Im pretty sure they all do a good job. Anyone who does pedicures on clients always does an excellent job.
I started coming to this wonderful gem of a salon 7 years ago after a bad experience in another local shop.I work full time in retail so my time is precious. They are always courteous, professional and accomodating. I have my favorites of course but every one of the girls are capable. If there is ever a problem they are quick to help and make it better. Clean, every inch of the salon, a friendly and warm atmosphere.I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Ive been here before and had a decent experience but last week I had one of the worst pedicures ever. The girl who did it was so nice but she rubbed the skin around my toenails raw with the emery board, caught me with her nails as she massaged the bottom of my foot, and then bent my pinky toe back so far that the skin underneath tore. I had my young daughter with me and was running late for another appointment, so I regrettably didnt say anything at the time, but I should not have paid for this service.
This is the first place I ever came for a pedicure, years ago. No place Ive been to since compares in terms of atmosphere, staff, and treatment. I recently got gel nails for the first time (to fill in acrylics, which they do not do here). I was a little shocked at the price, but a week later they still look new. I was also very pleased that my nails were scuffed with an actual emery board instead of an electric file, as Ive had my nails beat up pretty bad by that in the past. You can even treat yourself to a massage while getting your nails done. They have good sanitary practices including using a disposable liner in the pedicure tubs. The basic pedicure is a great price, some of the nail options are on the pricey side, but all of it is well worth the money if youre looking for quality!
Oasis is probably the best nail salon I have been to in this area, and it is the only place I have been to where I get consistently excellent service and high quality work! The women that work there are so wonderful and welcoming, and I always leave happy and in a great mood. I have tried so many other nail salons, but none compare to Oasis and I always recommend them to everyone.
I love Oasis. I have been coming here for 8-years and have never found a salon as good at this one. Unfortunately, I no longer live close to them, so I have tried other salons and nothing has ever come close. Their spa pedicures are worth every penny. They give the best massages and do an excellent job. I have gotten manicures and gel manicures, and they are great as well. Everyone is so kind and friendly there. I really love this salon and cannot recommend them enough! Treat yourself to one of their spa pedicures - you wont regret it!
Was there on Saturday with a scheduled appointment and I’m pretty patient waited over 45 min to be seated. I realize it’s the holidays but they shouldn’t over book their appts. I’m not one to give bad reviews but also after one day my powder gel manicure cracked. When I come to New Jersey and need my nails done I won’t be returning to this salon.. I now need to go spend another 45 dollars when I get back to NY very disappointed..
Was easily able to make an appointment over the phone. The man was very polite and accommodating to our party of 3. They were also extremely careful with COVID-19 protections by having a sanitizing tower that you stand in, they take your temperature, they sanitize the pens that are used to sign the forms. Staff wore gloves. Foot bath had removable plastic liner for the water. We had zero wait time from the time we arrived for our appointments. I saw them wipe everything down and they were careful to use a new manicure board for each customer. We did mani/pedicures along with chair massages and whole experience was fantastic. Thank you Oasis for a great experience
My girlfriend went and got french tips with a gel manicure and paid over $100 not including tip. Less than 24 hours later the corners of her nails started lifting up on 5 out of ten nails. We went to get a refund and resolve the matter of this poor worksmanship only to be denied a refund and assured compensation through further work to fix the problem. We just left there and they now look worse than before and no refund or store credit was issued. BUYER BEWARE! No recourse for the poor quality overpriced work.
At first this place looked nice. Beautiful inside. So I went in to get a full set of gel nails. They were very kind to me while I was there. When it was time to pay I was appalled by the cost. Never in my life have I ever paided over $65 for a full set of gel nails. She told me $100. My jaw dropped. I left a 20% tip on top of that leaving it at $120. The very next morning less than 24 hours later my nails started to rise up and lift around all the corners as if I had the nails for two weeks already. They looked horrible. I returned that day to get a refund of my money. They refused me a refund and told me that they could fix them and give me store credit. After I told them I didnt want them to fix them and the the price was outrageous to begin with. She said the reason they were so expensive was because they used top of the line product. I proceeded to state if it was top of the line product my nails would not be popping off already. After trying to receive my money back and being denied I let them just fix them like they said. She then told me the reason my nails were popping off was because my cuticles apparently grew at super fast speed over night and thats what caused them to lift. Long story short it is now the following day have had the nails for two days and the fixed nails are lifting again and look like complete and utter crap! Dont go here!! A waste of your time and money!!!!!!
Ive been coming here for a couple years now. Love my nail tech. Gels last for 3 weeks without lifting. Place is clean and relaxing.
Went for my bridal nails... manicure and pedicure was $90...ok I dont mind paying for quality. I asked the girl who did my pedi if they do rhinestones...she said yes. I went for my manicure I attempted to ask the girl for rhinestones and she assured me that she knew what I wanted. I was rushed out and they didnt put the rhinestone on or any design. I felt awkward asking them to fix it as they all stood around with their bags and coats. I was really disappointed since its for my wedding day. Would not recommend if you book a late appointment.
The salon is clean and very nice, however, I will not be going back. Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and Ive never had an issue with the fact my nails are short. Just more preventative measures are taken to ensure the acrylic/gel nails stay on. Okay, so I just moved here and wanted a full set of gel nails, what I received were not gel nails but some form of poly gel. I didnt complain at the time, but the quality was subpar, especially for a $80 price tag, but I assume that price tag is because of the incredibly rich area that surrounds them, and because the residents are willing to pay that insane of a price.Anyway, I arrived at 5pm and didnt get done till they were literally packing up shop for close at 7pm. Also not what Im used to, over an hour and half set application, seems a little high for me. My cuticles were not pushed back, they were not cut, they were not moisturized, they were just left there. Which out of 10 years I have never experienced as they can, and usually do, interfere with the nail application. My nails were blocks, especially around my thumbs, which was incredibly upsetting. The poly application was uneven and noticeable, even my 11 year old made a comment about them, which also made me even more upset.Anyway, within 2 days every single nail was risen around the cuticle and a few had already popped off, all during simple tasks. Folding laundry, lost a nail. Doing dishes, lost a nail. Washing my daughter, lost a nail. I brushed my teeth and lost a nail. Its as if I went to walgreens and bought the pop on nails with an insane price tag, and I was incredibly upset.I will not recommend this place, especially after losing every single nail in a 4 day period. It has been 1 week since my visit and I have had none of the 80$ + tip nails on my fingers for 3 days. Kind of infuriating when Ive never paid more than $65 for a full set that Ive had refilled and later gone in to soak off almost 2 months later.
Been going for couple of times with my client have had a good experience so far…. BUT today I went and this RUDE employee (wish I got her name) literally kicked me out of the seat that I was seating in waiting for my client to finish because I happen to finish my pedicure first and the girl doing my pedicure let me stay where I was in the chair to let nails dry . Then this RUDE EMPLOYEE puts the arm rest up and told me TO GET UP AND MOVE . (Mind you that there was Plenty of empty seats available) ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGAIN RUDE. FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING KICKED OUT . She should take classes on how to treat clients very disappointed. I did let who ever was in charge today know what was going on and said she would talk to her. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!
This place was awful. They charged $10 just to take off gel and said every other place does this, I’ve never seen this anywhere around here. Ive tried every other nail place in town. Also, the woman kept trying to sell me services throughout the process. I kept saying “no thank you” but it became so frustrating after the 5th time having to explain that I didn’t want it. I have never had such a poor nail experience. I couldn’t wait to get out of there!
Moved to Boonton in January and was looking for a good nail place. My daughters teacher recommended this place. We have been there a few times and its been great every time. Staff is always friendly. Everything is clean and they do a great job. And as far as peoples complaints about price....you get what you pay for!
Best nails and spa ever!!! I got the cutest gel manicure done and the most relaxing 30 minute massage of my life. The workers there are so friendly and the place has a relaxing vibe. I recommend this place 100%
This place has amazing service! Very welcoming environment from all the workers and the owner. Was a bit worried because as a guy its hard to feel comfortable at a place like this. Very genuine people, good pricing, and they even have a membership where you can claim points for free services! Would definitely recommend anyone in the Boonton area to give this place a try
