Ive been going to this store now for about 2 years. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and always very polite. The staff always makes sure you know what your purchasing and explains everything in great detail. Ive never had to wait in line more than a few minutes even when they were really busy. Great selection of premium grade kratom products. All products are sold in their original packaging and not repackaged from bulk which is very important to me. Owners are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very good.

This place is awesome! They have so many options of kratom. I use to only get OMPS extract. I got TKC (The Kratom Company) brand here and it’s great. It’s such a clean and quality extract. The price are good. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for kratom. And they have any type you can think of powered, extract, capsule!Also the owners of this place are great people!

First time going to this store and I knew that I wanted the white strain of Kratom, but I didn’t know which brand I wanted. As soon as I walked in the woman was nice and polite. The man, however, was rude. He gave off a condescending vibe, would not recommend a brand for me, and made me feel stupid for not knowing which brand. Going in here reminded me of why I order online, which sucks because they have a nice selection to choose from.

Excellent selection of kratom..bought cbd oil for my cats seizures..peppermint flavored..was assured it was safe until I found out peppermint oil is TOXIC to cats!! Thankfully I only gave her a small amount an hour ago and no signs of sickness yet but this could have been bad!! I will be letting you know if she gets sick!

Very nice people and a nice shop. Only thing is , I was told my puff bar was 500 puffs, its 300(fine print on box) and after tax was 16.90 . Researched other places and the same thing was 9.99 plus tax everywhere else. I think it may just be confusion because she thought mine was 500 not 300. The actual 500 puffs are higher

During the snow storm in February of 2021 these kind people not only drove from Shreveport and opened the doors to their store but they also helped people who couldnt make it to their store by bringing their purchases to them. You wont find another store like this one, period. The caliber and quality of people that work here are by all means the best I have ever seen in any store Ive ever been in before and I am far from the only person to think this way. I regularly shop here and buy top quality kratom for much more reasonable prices than anywhere in town.Their competitors are a joke. At Pipes Emporium you get kratom that has been marked up 200% at times and you dont know what youre getting. It all just comes in a bag with their logo on it that they repackage themselves in store. I quit going there after I paid 60 dollars for 120 grams (ish) of what was not even kratom. It was just a fine dirt like powder that I did try, just to give them the benefit of the doubt, and was severely disappointed with it. I was more disappointed with myself for going back to Pipes and letting this happen to me twice. Theres a reason that Pipes has a large sign above the register that says, All says final, no refunds. That is why the only place I shop at now is Odditeaze.Odditeaze is the best store that Shreveport / Bossier City has to offer , period with the best people you will find there to help you with your purchases and selections , they have the lowest prices Ive ever seen, and the best quality / variety of Kratom Ive also ever seen as well.

Great customer service along with permission before dumping out my juice to change my coil. They are very friendly and know what kind of vapes and juices their working with! I’d give a 10/5 but can’t, do a 5/5 gotta do!
