Vape Ville is hands down the best vape store in the Bossier City area in my book. The prices are tough to beat, and the guys running it are great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. If youre looking for a vape store with great service and prices, and a wide variety of vape related stuff, delta 8/9 thc, cbd, kratom, glassware, or little bits and bobs, then look no further.

Always been super good to me. Amazing selection and great prices.EDIT: Now that Im not standing in the middle of the store while typing the review, I can elaborate more. First of all, their customer service is so amazing. The guys running the shop are extremely personable and have a grasp on information about all their products so you can make your purchases in confidence. Theyre also flexible with payments; I almost got/had to pay via CashApp when I realized I grabbed the wrong card, and thats not something others have offered before. Bonus points. The selection is also massive — though I so wish they had BoardRoom juices — and, best of all, AFFORDABLE.

Theyre supposed to open at 10am according to google. It needs to be updated because we sat outside the shop for 45 minutes waiting. It never opened so we left.We were there at 9:45 & waited 45 minutes before leaving because we were headed out of state.Owner responded and explained that there were car troubles. I can understand that. Life happens so I changed my rating.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a vape store Samuel was so nice and had great customer service he answered every single one of my question and I had A LOT. I am very satisfied and I would definitely recommend to anyone plus you get a military discount!

I enjoy coming here to get the products I need quickly. The two main guys are nice and know their products. All you have to say is a name of the brand and generally they always can tell you what it tastes like; same with the actual mechanics of the vapes itself. These two gentleman are cool to talk to if you just want to hang out and talk for a min.The reason for 4 stars is only bc of the manufacturer that sends their products are sometimes duds, some disposables taste but after a few days when their is still juice in them. I know this isnt their fault but they still carry the products. Other than that it wouldve been 5 stars.

The owner Sami is very informative and is the only person I trust to buy my vapes from. He’s aware that I only use non nicotine juice and always has it in stock (no one really carries it) and every flavor he’s recommended has been great!

I bought a brand new set up Smoke Mag P3 kit and it leaked after getting it set up at home. I took it back promptly on Tuesday. The young man working the counter checked the connections but it leaked again after several minutes after I left. Now its Wednesday and Ive taken it back in and they said that I have to return to the manufacturer and cannot get a refund or an exchange even though I bought it less than 3 days ago. I wouldnt buy anything here they cant back up their product. Going back to my old vape store that is further away

Most definitely my go to spot for everything. Awesome customer service. Best juices, Mods, RDAs, Tanks, etc. There not a single vape shot that can touch vape ville. Even ordered some stuff online for me, and got it within 3days. Go check him out, i promise you want regret it.

In my opinion, it is the best Vape shop you can find in Bossier. They have good customer service & they will inform you on the different juices & vapes they sell & you always leave knowing more. I would highly recommend to anyone thats looking to get into vaping or is looking for a good vape shop.
