Penny has MAGIC HANDS!!! Most of the time, I can just sit in her chair, sometimes maybe give her a little information on what I want done, & then she works her magic! My hair always comes out perfect!! She is very talented, knowledgeable, & wonderful personality. It’s worth paying the price for my hair to look amazing. If you go with a hairdresser for less, you get what you pay for & most likely be unhappy. I absolutely highly recommend Penny! She is AMAZING!!! The Salon is fabulous and have a wonderful staff!!

Absolutely an amazing experience at Spa Concepts!! Had my first ever wax with Kelly and she was beyond awesome! Talkative (in the best way!), friendly (everyone I interacted with there was), and professional as can be. 110% will be returning here for this and many other services that they offer!!

Lexie was awesome and so easy to talk to. I am not a spa person normally but decided to treat myself while going through some difficult times. She made the visit so relaxing and easy and I will definitely be back to see her. Oh and my eyebrows and lashes turned out great, I took a before picture to see the difference and my husband was like wow the change is so subtle but so different when you compare pics and looks really good.

I truly love Spa Concepts. I Haven’t been to visit in a while due to life challenges but my first time back was AMAZING. The ladies up front were very welcoming & friendly, they offered beverages to make sure we were comfortable. Kelly did a wonderful job on my Brazilian Wax, she was also very friendly and her conversation was great. I can’t wait until my next visit.

My entire experience was phenomenal! First, I called today to see if they had an appointment available. The receptionist was extremely patient with me and accommodated my request. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mr. Steve. Additionally, he cared and checked in on my throughout my service. My massage was with Ms. Kelly. I booked a 30 minute massage which I will never do again. It was way too short, BUT Ms. Kelly made sure my experience was amazing. She was gentle and I definitely fell asleep! 😀. Lastly, Ms. Diana did my nails and toes. She was also such a blessing to me. She was patient, kind, and very informative. She provided information on how to care for my feet/nails after my visit. I am so grateful for the opportunity that I had to visit this location today. Pampered was the goal and they exceeded it!

Love this salon and Christina does an amazing job with my hair! So glad to have finally found a stylist that listens to me, and makes suggestions as needed. Very happy! Also really enjoy talking to her during my service.

Salon was very nice. Brittany Koiner did my cut and style and shes wonderful. She talked to me first about my hairstyle fitting in with my lifestyle. I was very comfortable in her ability as a hair dresser. I highly recommend her.

The receptionist, Donisha, whom I spoke with over the phone this morning, was not particularly friendly or accommodating.During our conversation, I found Donisha to be very dismissive. Her responses were curt, and I sensed a lack of willingness to assist me. Specifically, when inquiring about the gift card package my husband purchased for me, her demeanor seemed noticeably impatient, and I perceived a hint of attitude in her tone.As a prospective client, this experience left me somewhat concerned about the level of service I can expect to receive upon my visit.I trust that all guests are greeted with warmth and professionalism. I am hopeful that my upcoming appointment will be a much more positive and pleasant experience, than what i encountered on the phone while booking my appointment.

My first time at Spa Concepts - it was very easy to book my appt online as well as see up front what is offered and prices. From arrival, the lady at the front desk greeted me immediately, was friendly and offered me the bathroom and something to drink while I waited for my appt. Dahlia was fantastic and so friendly. I felt at ease during my wax appt and the whole experience was relaxing. Would definitely continue coming here!

Ms. Penny only wasnt amazing but her passion to her craft shows. She was so personable that if i can rate her 11 out 10 i would. She paid attention to when i said i always had my hair in a bun, so she tailored my layers to ensure I wont have problems doing that on a daily basis. She treated my hair like how she would treat hers. I would come back here for Ms Penny!

Michael is always consistent in his ability to deliver excellent service! I will book him every time if he’s available! Spa concepts offers the best in spa experiences!!

This was my second facial with Dahlia, and there is a reason I asked for her this time! Shes wonderful! Ive had several facials before, but hands down, the two best Ive ever had were with Dahlia.

My experiences with Lexie is always great! I paid 100.00 for a facial to relax but couldn’t really get comfortable because of the noise from the other employees laughing and talking loudly. I still gave her 5 stars because she did great but it would have been nice to go to the spa to relax and not hear all conversations in the background.

Hedayh is an amazing esthetician. Shes not only professional, but she has a great personality. No matter the needed service, her work is quality. She also educates and givesgreat maintenance tips. Hedayh is the best!

I had a fantastic experience with the stylist!ETA after the response: the girls at the front desk today said absolutely nothing about a voicemail the was left to me that evening in March. I did call and speak with someone earlier in the day and said I was sick, but the girl today told me that it’s because I called and canceled the same day and didn’t give a 24 hr notice. She said nothing about a voicemail and I never got one. I called earlier that day and was not told about any charge when I called. So no, I will not be returning. Someone is lying, and it isn’t me. Either that, or no one reported that I called and canceled.The issue I had was with the online apt. I made one for back in March and paid in full online. I was sick and went to the doctor around that time. I am pretty sure I called and canceled the morning of (of course not 24 hrs ) but I didn’t know I was going to be ill. The person didn’t tell me over the phone that they were taking the whole amount for not canceling in time. I went in today thinking I at least had a partial credit on my act. They took the whole thing. The apt I made today, I called and made it. They got no credit card info from me. So if I had to cancel today and didn’t cancel within the 24hrs, would they have taken my money from a card on file? How would they have punished me then? I had two products my stylist today helped me pick out and was going to purchase them until I found out they had already taken a full $65 from me. I put the products back. I was also going to make an apt for next Thursday for a mani/pedi but I did not. I will go somewhere else from now on. Sometimes you just don’t know 24 hrs ahead of time that you are going to be sick. Ridiculous.

Christine provides excellent customer service and keeps her station clean and sanitized. I really appreciated her willingness to make sure I was satisfied with the styling of my hair.

Lexie is a joy to be around! She makes every wax pleasant! I can’t praise her professionalism enough!

This was a wonderful experience. I don’t ever take time for self care and I’m so glad that I did. I booked my next appointment with Lexie before I left and looking forward to it! She is great.

I normally pass this salon up I automatically assumed they were high because of the location. I think I have found my new go to. 1 being they charge you what the price is on the paper not adding extra fees didn’t take long at all & normally when I go to get my did anywhere else they tell me I have to get acrylic on my big toes not here and I’m extremely satisfied highly recommend 10/10!

Services rendered were done well and appreciated.The issues experienced with booking the appointment and check out were less than desirable.When the service was initially booked I indicated that this was a gift for my better half and verified that this location offers couples massages (as this was going to be a first for my better half)The booking was in my name andI gave my card information to secure the booking.When we arrived we were taken to completely separate rooms and did not see one another until check out.He came out before me and was presented with the bill.When I attempted to have it run on my card rather than the cash he gave for his gift I was told the ticket was closed and there was no card on file.After we left I received a call requesting my card information, as apparently in the haste to present a bill, the add on for both massages had not been calculated.I booked a similar service for my sister in law and myself at the Ashley Ridge location prior to this booking and was so pleased I wanted to share the experience with my husband.Unfortunately on the whole this one missed the mark.

I recently had a salt stone massage with Kelly. She did an amazing job, it was very relaxing. I always have a good experience at Spa Concepts in Bossier.

Kelly is the sweetest and nicest person. Im getting up in age and Im having some issues with my skin she didnt make me feel bad in any way. She talked me through the whole process before we started. Shes gentle and does an amazing job at making you feel relaxed. I highly recommend Ms. Kelly I will definitely be back in about a month. Trying to get my skin under control before my cruise in February.

My experience with my pedicure was great the nail technician was very nice and personable however my full set wasn’t the best I had to remove my polish because it was coming off maybe due to me working with my hands which was no problem. The issue is that my full set looks like I’ve had my set on for two weeks and wasn’t filed on most of my nails. I would love to come back but I’m not pleased with my full set. This is the reason I’m giving four stars.

It has been awhile since the last time Ive had a massage, my experience today was awesome. Kaitlin made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a 30 min massage, and I can feel a difference in my back, neck and shoulders. I am looking foward to my next massage in a few weeks.

Kelly is always great to do my Brazilian. She never makes me feel uncomfortable during it and always at ease. My first time getting one done I was EXTREMELY nervous and she talked with me during the entire service and helped ease my mind. She is the best!

I always have a great experience. My favorite massage therapist is Kelly. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable and has the best attitude. The best nail tech is Michael. He was so great and very personable. 10/10 I highly recommend Bossier location. All around the best people in there.

I was a few minutes arriving for my 1:00 apt because I was leaving service. The manager called me at 1:08 and I informed her I was pulling in. I was at the red light a few yards away. I had to wait through 2 red light because of the busy intersection. I was met by the manager when I arrived, who tells me next time call. I proceeded back to my technician and she asked was I still getting dip powder as we discussed at my last appointment, in which I waited about 25 minutes because the Nail Technician was running behind. I told the nail technician I still wanted dip, she informs me she can’t do it because she doesn’t have time, because another client is scheduled to arrive within thirty minutes. So I couldn’t get the service I wanted because my time was invaded by the technician running behind with a previous client. I get gel nail instead. Getting back to Sunday, The manager hears the technician asking me about the service for today. The manager pulls the technician to the front and tells her to tell me I can’t get my service done for the day because she has another appointment in about 30 minutes. Does that sound familiar? I informed the technician that I had an issue with that because, I’ve had to wait on someone else before, I’ve been rescheduled due to Spa Concepts issues. Because I’m a few minutes late I can’t get my service yet again. I asked for the manager who comes in and I explained the same thing to me. I explained to her how I’ve been inconvenienced, but waited. She said, well I’m not aware of that. However, the technician confirmed my wait time in the previous visit of about 20 minutes. I explained to her, it’s okay for your company to inconvenience me, but it’s not okay for you all to make concessions for customers out of courtesy especially since I had been so inconvenienced before and no one apologized about that. I said the time you are arguing with me , the technician could have started on my nails. We discussed the matter for at least 10 more minutes, the manager finally conceded and informed me that the technician could preform my requested services.I tipped the technician and proceed to the counter to pay. As I approached the counter, another employee arrived at the counter to watch me, as if I’ve done something wrong. She pretends to work at the register looking over at me every now and then while I pay for services. Before leaving I tell the manager I’m sorry we experienced conflict, and reminded her to make concessions for customers as customers make concessions for Spa Concepts when they mess up. She gives me this fake smile avoiding eye contact and nods her head.I have been to Spa concepts a few times. They cannot keep nail technicians and now I can see why, poor management. Managers need effective training on customer service and relationships. The technician was more professional and nicer than the manager. She apologized and offered me wine, but I respectfully declined. There is a lot to be desired for grace, mercy, and humility. Everyone who sits in a manager’s seat should follow Servant Leader Principles. It doesn’t come through promotion, it comes though the scriptures and learning to lead line Jesus. I hope she learns and gets some additional training. Customers and clients will stay if they feel valued, appreciated, and cared about. On a positive note, the business is clean, friendly, and the services are priced comparatively, and it’s in a good location.

Brittany is so amazing with hair and color! She really knows what she is doing and is the best of the best. She is also so nice and caring. She always makes me feel welcome coming into the salon and beautiful leaving it! I have naturally curly hair, and she not only knows how to cut it properly, but knows how to style it properly afterwards as well.The salon uses Aveda products which makes my hair feel shiny and fresh after a visit. Me and my mother have frequented this location several times and each time has been an amazing experience! Just recently we went for her birthday and received a couples massage and the service was outstanding! I wish I could rate this place 10 stars ! If you’re ever looking for a friendly, clean, and affordable spa day; definitely stop at the bossier location !!

My experience with Summer Tomasek was amazing! She is so kind and sweet, my husband and I were a bit late and she still took her time and was very professional. My neck had been aching for the past few days but when I got up from the massage bed I felt no pain at all! This is a very honest review, Her hands are truly blessed and I don’t say that often in fact I’ve never said that about any massage place I’ve been to, and this was not my first time at spa concepts either but was my first time having her as my massage therapist and she is truly blessed with her hands and I pray that God continues to bless her with her gift as she uses it to bless others who need help with relief from whatever aches and pains ♥️

My husband booked me a massage, facial, mani, and pedi. The massage was great by Ms. Berry. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Hedayh did an amazing job on the facial. The atmosphere was so relaxing and calm. She was gental and took her time with everything. I also enjoyed my mani and pedi lady, I forgot her name, sorry. It was a much needed time and I enjoyed it.

Michael was awesome! You can tell he cares about his profession. I can sense his desire to help! That makes a huge difference in where I like to get my services done. He took some time out of his day to get my dip nails removed! I never had them done before and it was my first time having Michael take care of my nails. I was so comfortable and relaxed. This was my second experience with Spa Concepts and it was wonderful!What a nice greeting when I came through the door and was placed in the room awaiting my services.Kelly, who gave my massage, entered the room with a smile on her face and in her voice, kept it the entire time.I told her the my right hip was in pain from the long road travels that I had 2 days earlier. Hedayh is AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. She gave me the best facial ever! I’m very cautious and scared when it comes to facials, but I’m so freaking glad she did it for me! You definitely won’t regret letting Hedayh take care of you! Had my first lash lift and tint and it went great! I got to lay down and relax and she explained everything. It looks great!

The massage I had was very relaxing. I loved the relaxation room while I waited for my technician. The overall atmosphere was very calm and therapeutic. My only complaint is my appointment was at 12, and I arrived at 1140. However, my technician did not come and get me for my appointment until 1215. I paid for a 60 minute massage but only got 45 minutes of it because she didn’t come get me until 1215. Other than that, my overall experience was great.

Made an appointment for my daughter and I to get manicures, the young lady who booked our appointments was so helpful! When we arrived arrived we were greeted promptly. We picked out a couple nail colors while we waited for each of our manicurists. The young lady who did my daughters nails was very nice and she did a good job on her nails, however my daughter and I didnt like that she would look at her phone every few minutes, not talking on it but seemed to be checking messages, this happened about 3 or 4 times during the manicure, once I wouldnt care or mention it but as I stated it was 3 or 4 times, that I saw. Now to my manicure, a manicure is an experience you go for a treat, a little relaxation, the man who did my nails did a good job but I booked a spa manicure that seemed more like an express manicure, I dont think the manicure lasted any longer than 5 minutes. Felt very, very rushed, like I was an inconvenience. We usually go to another salon/spa in town for manicures and honestly will probably continue to go there, they take their time and make you feel like a valued client wanted to really like this spa, I have been a user of Aveda products for 20+ years. I love the pride and quality Aveda puts into its salons and spas but our experience missed the standard we have come to know and love from Aveda.Update...the salon owner has since reached out and offered an apology for our salon experience and we look forward to giving Spa Concepts another chance and hopefully having a better visit.

I’m sad & disappointed with Spa Concepts. They charged me for half my service, because I had to cancel due to illness. It was the right thing to do rather than expose my amazing stylist Brittany & others in the salon. I really considered going in to avoid the charge but couldn’t bring myself to be that irresponsible & selfish. I adore Brittany, & she is a top-notch hairdresser. She always makes me feel relaxed & look fabulous. Now, I feel unappreciated & am not sure I can return to enjoy the experience while feeling the way I do. I used to hate haircuts, because it caused so much anxiety. But going to see Brittany has felt like such a well-deserved treat for the past 7 years. I asked about the charge when the salon called to reschedule (which I appreciate), & the lady was snooty for the whole conversation. It doesn’t seem right that they can charge my card without my permission.

Amazing experience with Dalhia -Nicole. My bikini wax was gentle and effective! It was my first one & Dalhia-Nicole truly put me at ease. She was personable and attentive and even offered me a mimosa after my service. I will definitely be back!

While the quality of their service is commendable, unfortunately, their scheduling system leaves much to be desired. Despite having made an appointment months in advance, I received a call several days prior notifying me that the stylist I had scheduled with was unavailable. According to them, it was a mix-up with their calendar. On another occasion, they rescheduled my appointment to a different time only to later cancel it altogether because the stylist was still unavailable. When attempting to reschedule, I was disheartened to find that nothing was available for several months. This consistent mismanagement of appointment scheduling has proven detrimental to the reputation of the Spa Concepts brand.

Christel was very great and did an excellent job. The best manicure Ive had in a long time. Definitely go to Christel she will get you right! Excellent customer service.

Katie was amazing! I had so many things done to my hair (bleach, black hair dye) and it was basically on its death bed, but Katie walked me through Aveda ( A vegan product that will help repair your hair the natural way!) and what she’d be putting on my hair. We got to a beautiful ash blonde by doing a foilayage which helped my hair even more by having control. I appreciate how much she cared about the health of my hair. The service was so nice and welcoming. I 100% recommend.

My son booked me a spa day that included a massage, facial, mani, and pedi. The massage therapist and the young lady who completed the facial was hands down one of the best experiences ever. I will definitely be returning!

Don’t waste your time buying a gift certificate for someone. You cannot book appointments online with it. Only credit cards. When you call to schedule an appointment, you have to leave a message that no one will return. I deeply regret getting one for my mother in law. She left messages in at least two locations several days ago. It will be an an inconvenience to drive to Bossier just to schedule an appointment. Answer the phone! Return your calls! I wish we had more options in our little town. Lesson learned.

Enjoyed the massage although it was my mistake that a cupping massage literally consists of no more than 4-5 minutes of cup application. I didn’t expect the entire hour but I did think it would be more than 4-5 minutes. I could have just done a regular massage and skipped the cups, in hindsight.

I’ve been losing hair like crazy due to medical issues and it matted awfully bad and I needed to get it out and get my hair cut!! Monique was amazing!! She was able to get the mat out enough to get my hair long enough to keep my hair long enough for my liking!! My hair turned out cute and amazing! She really cared about my experience and helping me achieve what I wanted!Definitely will be recommending her and booking future appointments!!

I went today for a hour and half long massage after hurting myself this week. Jake was absolutely wonderful. I was able to move easier after my appointment. I will definitely be back. Jake was also very nice and helpful on ways to improve/care for the pain. 💕

Dalhia-Nicole was great!! Ill be back to see her! I almost didnt book another brazilian wax at this location due to the unbearably painful experience I had with another tech here. That other tech has since left Spa Concepts to start her own salon in Shreveport (although I doubt shell get much business). If all waxes were as painful as the one I had with that girl, Id never get another one. I knew they werent, though, since Id had many waxes before. I gave Spa Concepts another shot, and Im so glad that I booked Dalhia-Nicole! Ill be back to see her for sure!

I just had my first professional facial and it was more than I imagined!!! I looked healthy and younger 🥰 and felt amazingggg!! The neck, shoulder and head massage was wonderful and much needed.(I booked an hour facial). I’m looking forward to trying some products and I will be back!

This was my very first trip to a Spa. Jessica, Dahlia and Trevor were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and took very good care of me. I will be returning for another enjoyable and relaxing experience. My lunch from Newts was on point too..Thank you.

Worst manicure Ive ever had. My nails werent filed well and are uneven, cuticles werent cleaned up good, and I had to ask him to clean under my nails. The items he used for my nails didnt get pulled out of a sterilization station and when he was finished using them he just dipped them in the water used to soak my nails then put them back on his cart. Years ago I use to go to the Spa Concepts on youree but I came to this location on a whim because I was closer to it. The only thing the man did well with my manicure was the massage which I had to ask him to clean under my nails after. He told me to wash my hands then walked away like he had an attitude because I asked him to do something extra. I complained and they didnt charge me for it which was the only positive thing out of the experience.

I got a prenatal massage from Sam and he was extremely on point throughout my whole massage. I also got a facial and the lady had a bubbly personality that puts you at ease. This was my first time getting a facial and massage, and I recommend anyone to this Spa Concepts in Bossier. The whole entire staff made me feel welcome, at ease, and relaxed.

I travel a ton for work so sometimes I have to book a service and hope the person I’m booking with is good. Well, let me tell you, Dalhia-Nicole was fantastic! She was so personable and funny. If you’re someone who is shy or nervous about getting a bikini wax, she’s the esthetician for you. The wax was nearly painless (I can’t say that for other estheticians I’ve had) and the price was awesome. Also, the bed was heated! That was a first for me. If I have an opportunity to go back to that area, I will be booking with her again.

Well, Berry the Masseuse almost took my fiancé from me. Haha! I booked him his first massage for his birthday and he literally talked about it the whole day! He was in total shock of how clean it was and how professional Berry was. He raved on how he felt super relaxed and the amount of pressure through out the massage was just right. Brittany Koiner is the best! Just love her, very professional and always knowledgeable and listens to customer. Never been disappointed by her or her service. However I go the salon to get away, we have to mute our phones, so why cant the other employees be respectful and not be so loud? There is one particular employee who speaks loudly and has an obnoxiously loud laugh. She needs to tone it down a few notches.

She did a great job then and again when I went back to see her today today. If anyone is looking for a great nail tech schedule an appointment with Lynn. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been visiting Lori LaRoux for several months of my pregnancy. At almost 38 weeks, my body was exhausted. She performed a reflexology massage on me, which felt great. I was relaxed and at ease. Less than 24 hours later my water broke naturally and I had my sweet baby the following day. I give credit to Lori for preparing my body for labor and will definitely continue my massages postpartum!

I’ve had several around the area and out of town and this one was better than them all. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and my massage therapist was professional and fantastic. They do well with the small space. Facial was one of the best Ive ever had. Waiting area is small, so definitely not very private, but again, the rented space is not very large at all.

I have had my nails dipped plenty of times at other places, but the service and professionalism I received here for my nails was outstanding. Michael was so helpful and he went out of his way to make sure the color was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back.

I gave this place a shot because I love how my sisters hair is so beautiful. I went in with an idea on cut and color and Amber Cryer DID NOT DISAPPOINT. She is so AMAZING. I cant rave about her enough. I went in with severely damaged hair and she did her magic now my hair is healthy. She knows her stuff !!!! Highly recommend her and I will come back!!!

I took my mother in to her first pedicure manicure. She us a diabetic so we have to be extra careful. Her technician Samoia was so awesome with her. She took such good care of her and my mother was so satisfied. She will definitely be going back.

I bought a Mother’s Day gift and you get a sample of lotion. The young girl said you have to spend $75.00 the sign did not say that. I call the manager when I got home. She said you get a free sample if you buy a Mother’s Day gift which I did. When I told her I did, she changed the story. Ms. Kim you need workers who do not think they are the owner. She is a young child bring her home life into your business. The manager tried to take up for her. I told her by and hung up. I know how to put my money in my pocket

I love the mail tech. She is very eager to please and does an excellent job.I love that it is clean. Everyone is required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth. They very politely require that! Even doctors’ offices here have gotten lax!

The facility was gorgeous and the staff were so nice!!! I seen Jake for my hour long massage and he was great... very professiona and nice. I included the scalp massage, which I had never gotten before and that was so worth the $ and time!!! I will be back to spa concepts again!!!

So i went there in the beginning of march before quarantine. beauty clean place. receptionist was nice. the lady who did my wax wasn’t friendly nor nice impatient since it was my first brazilian. she gave me no tips to take care of it. like i said it was rushed plus i’m mixed and she obviously only knows how to wax white people i found that out when i went to a trained professional who can do all hair types ... like i said beautiful place and atmosphere the wax lady wasn’t

I have been referred to hedayh by many of my family members and by far this is the best place for service and prices, the front desk lady was very nice and professional, the place overall was very clean and organized, this is the first time I have gotten a facial due to my sensitive skin and hedayh was very comforting and did an awesome job my skin has never felt better, 100/10 experience I recommend it to anyone who is suffering with acne or dry skin, will be going again.

I recently had my hair done at this salon in Bossier City. I paid $325 total for the services and my hair is embarrassing, dry and brittle. It looks as if I dyed my hair blonde and it has grown out for months, even though it has only been a week. Kory was my hair dresser and suggest a balayage and a cut so that’s what I did. It really looks awful. It’s all blonde in the length of my hair and then super dark brown at the 4 inches at the top of my scalp. I’m so disappointed. I will never ever use this place again. I can’t wait until it’s time to dye my hair again so I can fix it. Then maybe I won’t be embarrassed to have my hair down. Be aware that they ruined my hair and make sure you find someone close to you that you trust for a good hairdresser, so u won’t end up feeling like I do at this point.

I had a brazillian wax done before at another spa, but after coming to Spa Concepts, I wont ever be going anywhere else. I recently had back surgery and he was very gentle with my feet and legs. I feel so much better!!

I got my hair done here on Sunday. Full head of highlights. After 4 hours, I left with my hair half blonde with some blue and silver coloring. I was told that my hair was overtoned and would wash out the next time I washed it. It has been 2 days and it’s more silver than I could even imagine. I could not even go in and get it fixed because I left for vacation. Not only did I cry my eyes out because I’m 23 looking like a grandma, I’m stuck on my vacation with silver hair and no solution but to go spend another couple hundred to get it fixed.

My wife went for a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage with Jake M and said it was the best massage she’s had. He knew what pressure to use and it was all around a great massage.

My husband and I had the couples package. A massage and pedi/mani. We were very pleased with both. It was my husbands first ever pedi. Im afraid it wont be his last.. LOL. We will be back.

Both times I have been, I have loved the staff and the services, BUT the atmosphere is not very relaxing for a spa. When you are in the lobby, the manicure area, and the pedicure area, the sounds of other services being performed in spa carry and are so loud.
