The entire staff are so friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I entered and throughout the entire visit. Absolutely loved the aesthetician, Alexis, as she provided superior technique and did an excellent job communicating the different steps of the facial and products used. Highly recommend and I look forward to my next visit!

Michael was FANTASTIC! He listened to what I needed and didnt try to convince me to try anything else. His massage skills were the best Ive received in many years. Cant wait for another session.

Do NOT RECOMMENDI signed up for a membership in 2021. Toward the end of the year I decided to place a freeze on my account since the holidays are busy. I decided to forgo the freeze and instead wait it out until my one year mark then cancel. I went in for a massage in February and told them to cancel my account. I had already been charged for march so I went one last time. Come to find out they only placed my account on a freeze. I did not realize they never canceled it and was never notified they unfroze my account or that they were about to charge me. I called and let them know if the issue and was met with a condescending tone. I let them know I never received a text. She then said “oh well looks you opted out of text so that is why. We don’t have to notify you. It is only courtesy.” I was never notified,in any form, of a recurring charge.I then requested to cancel only to find out I have 60 days to use 7 months worth of massages unless I want to pay an extra $10 a month to use your account during a freeze (to extend the 60 day window).Moral of the story do not fall for the scam that is Massage Envy membership.

Paid for a massage for my boyfriend for his birthday and the experience was horrible. The only nice thing about the place was the front desk lady. The massage therapist did not do what was asked, she acted like she did not want to touch the client at all, and she talked the entire time making it impossible to relax. Her name was Jennifer, I do not recommend her. That was $70 wasted.

Would NOT recommend this location. crooked scams and schemes out of peoples money. Incredibly rude communication when asked about the billing process. They have been charging my credit card for over 1 year. Their memberships apparently auto-renew even after My wife goes in there, in-person to cancel her membership, over 1 year ago. The person I spoke with kept referring to the freeze form was never turned in but I kept referring to cancelling the whole process when my wife went in person over 1 year ago to cancel. Then she alludes to my wife lying about going in person to cancel her membership. This was completely out of line. My wife went in there, in person prior to her deployment solely to prevent this from happening. When I asked what happens if she goes in person to cancel her membership, where can issues arise if an employee there does not submit the cancellation process. She remains quiet because is reflective of a possibility of a situation. Disgusting attitudes from the staff I spoke with. do not waste your hard earn money on this place.

I booked an appointment online. A lady called me 20 minutes before me said there was a scheduling error, that they had double booked the 11 appointment and I guess they moved me to a 12 o’clock appointment somehow. I could not go at 12 so she threatened to charge me for the appointment anyways. I asked to talk to the manager, she was equally inhospitable. After threatening to cancel my membership she agreed not to charge me for the appointment. Learn to treat your customers better.

Ms Kathy for your facial is on the ONLY option. She’s 5-star approved and her performance is unmatched. I always leave with glowing skin and more educated on how to car for and maintain my skin. Highly recommend you come see her, and you follow her guidance.

Kirsten is great at taking care of my needs. She can go as deep as I need but can also provide a relaxing experience when needed. I use massage therapy as a way to combat chronic pain in my back, hips, and legs.

I tried scheduling an appointment to use a $100 gift card my family purchased for me. It took over 2 weeks to find an appointment. In that time I misplaced the gift card but I went to the appt hoping they could pull it up. They could see it but wouldnt apply it, and charged me $70 for not using the service I had an appointment for. So I basically lost $170 for no services rendered. I had a very uncomfortable feeling in the lobby and it was made worse by feeling scammed.

Staff is friendly and I am never waiting long for my session to be ready. I enjoy the tranquility room. I love the coupon booklet (I think it was a limited deal) too for their membership sign up. Gives me a chance to try new features I wouldnt have considered before!

I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Faith walked me through the process. Showed me the rooms, and made sure I was comfortable. Cherrica did an amazing Job. She made feel comfortable, and shes got mad skills! Cant wait to go back!

They change my appointment every time. This last time they moved it from 2 pm to 4 pm, then called me with less than an hour until my new 4 pm appointment to tell me the girl that was supposed to be there would not be available, so they canceled my appointment entirely. I have a ton of credits that I cant use because they dont have appointments available, and when I do have an appointment, they cancel. Very unhappy with both this location and the Shreveport location. Cant wait to stop paying them money for nothing.

Crooks. I cancelled my membership leaving one service on the books. That means I already paid for it. I wanted to donate the last session to my son who was recently in a car accident. I was denied even though they already had my money. Buyer beware

I absolutely love Massage Envy in Bossier. I’ve been going for probably 2 years or more now and never been displeased. They have all times available for appointments so I can fit it in my busy schedule. Kirsten is your go-to if you struggle with pain and major knots. She offers the deepest tissue massage I’ve ever had and while it isn’t always relaxing, it is exactly what I need for pain relief and relaxation later.

I love the professional service that they have provided for my Apostle. Every time her massage is done, she is extremely pleased and relaxed. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Second massage at the airline location. Feel less tense and more relaxed. Will be going again.

Been once and it was great, but havent been able to get an appointment since I went in July. They are always booked even tried for 3 weeks away and theres nothing. After reading these reviews not sure I want to go back

They have employees able to care for their customers beyond expectations rarely seen. Unfortunately, they also have managers doing the total opposite, unwillingly unable to apologise for miscommunications, weaseling out of confrontations by throwing offers at it. Not everything has a price.

Great services. Donna is the best and finally helped me get rid of my neck pain! Front staff is extremely kind and helpful.

Its an ok place . I had a favorite person I would go to but she quit and the person they tried to replace her was not what I was looking for so I Canceled my membership
