This place is terrible please do not stay here ๐๐พ This place is not safe for you or your family. The room they tried to give us had dead roaches and dead roaches and bugs on the wall. The bathroom had a sewage smell that was leaking into the room. The curtains were ripped and the paint was peeling off the wall. They had one towel in the bathroom Switch on the wall had the face plate missing. There was trash outside our room hell there was trash everywhere outside the hotel. The staff dont answer the phone and they are not in the office. This place is terrible avoid it like the plaque. I am going to add pictures so you can see for yourself. They didnt have a blanket on the bed just one sheet. The trash was overflowing with diapers and flies everywhere.
This is the most disgusting place Iโve ever set foot in. As soon as I walked in I was met with baby roaches on the floor and the smell of a roach infested area. Idk if yโall know what the smell of roaches is but it literally had the smell. They were on the bed, under the bed, in the shower, in the sink, on every piece of furniture. There was no fridge, no microwave. The tv would keep pausing, the lights were flickering. One pillow on each bed. The sheets were disgusting. There wasnโt even a blanket on the beds. A huge whole in the wall, the pull was green and foggy.. It honestly seemed unsafe, I didnโt even want to leave my car parked outside. checked out shortly after and got an immediate refund. Most disgusting, traumatizing experience I have ever had in my entire life. DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. I wish I could put NO STARS on this review because it doesnโt even deserve one!
If i could have gave no stars i would but it made me. The room was terrible. I use to be a housekeeper in Texas and this was the worst. Definitely dont recommend this hotel. No comforters on beds. No towels. The room was dirty. The walls were dirty. The mirror had someones name wrote accross the top big and something sticky on it. Roaches everywhere.
If it was possible to give negative stars I would.. Calling this place a filthy dump would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. The rooms/location is absolutely absolutely nothing is advertised on the pictures. Every single room from the 1st to 2nd floor is absolutely filthy. Please do not let these people trick you into booking this garbage hotel If you can even call it that
The manager lives on the premises but there is never anyone in the lobby office to pay for a room. they overcharge if they can. no clean sheets or towels. wifi and cable spotty at best.
There is absolutely no way this place is legally open for business. Read the other reviews... (late check in - office closed after issuing room key...room was just nasty. Had to sleep in my rental car that night and rebook at another hotel (4 night stay). Not a good experience... Rm 116... Black mold, bed bugs toilette leaking, bathroom trashed- roaches everywhere... No ventilation (no Functioning AC UNIT).. I Immediately left as my allergies exploded.. DO NOT ENTER THIS PROPERTY. The Louisiana Health Department needs to intervene for public safety.
This hotel is absolutely deplorable, disgusting, and falsely advertised! I have stayed at hotels that cost around the same amount that have been fine, not this one!! This is the worst hotel Ive ever been to In My Life! I ended up leaving early cause 1 night of this hotel is all I could stand. The hotel will not give me my money back even though I wasnt asking for a full refund, just for the night that I didnt stay. So let me start from the beginning. I got there around 9:30 at night. The front desk and there was a line of people waiting to check into their rooms. I ended up having to call a number to have someone come check us all in, which resulted in quite a wait. Then when we did get the key to our room and finally walked all the way to where it was, the key would not work. I tried about 10 times. Finally I had to call the manager and he said he would send the maintenance guy. As soon as the maintenance guy got down there and somehow it suddenly worked. Explain that one? The only explanation I can think of is that the key had never been activated to begin with. Then once we open the door the smell of smoke and some kind of chemicals hit you so hard in the face. Mind you, that we had a non-smoking room reserved. And I understand that the smell of smoke can carry to other rooms and if someone smoking on the balcony there could be a smell, but this was blatantly a room that had been heavily smoked in. We went in anyway and the first thing we noticed was that there were no blankets on the beds just a sheet! By the time we got our stuff in the room it was probably close to 10 p.m. and we were tired from our drive so we didnt think too much about any of this as we were hot so not having a big blanket didnt seem like too much of a problem at the time. And since we had stopped at a rest area recently we didnt have to use the restroom. We did turn on the TV only to realize that the TV was covered buy a lamp and a microwave that was sitting on a dresser right in front of the TV. I moved the lamp and the dust was crazy!! Once again it was late but we were going to watch a little TV to wind down. I started searching for a remote and there was none. I once again called and the maintenance guy was supposed to bring us a remote. The manager said in 20 minutes but 20 minutes turned into about an hour. At this point we no longer cared about TV we were just going to go to sleep. When the maintenance guy did show up, he said he had been down there running his mouth so he had forgotten about us. Also he did not have a remote in his hand and he said out room didnt have a remote that came with it, wasnt sure if he was going to be able to get us one but he would try. I told him that we were about to go to bed, he could bring it the next day. One thing that we did notice and that was advertised to have in the room, was no mini fridge. I had food that needed to be refrigerated and there was no mini fridge to be found. So, the breakfast croissants that we brought with us just went to waste and all our drinks were hot. My mom was with me and she loves coffee so she was looking for the coffee pot for the next morning, there was not one. Ok, no big deal. Even with all of this stuff I wasnt too upset YET. We went to sleep. The next morning I went to use th restroom, NO LIGHTS, NOT EVEN A LIGHT FIXTURE, ONLY WIRES HANGING DOWN WHERE A LIGHT SHOULD BE. I had to leave the door open to bring in some light! Then, I looked & there is NO TOILET PAPER!!!!! At that point I was pissed off. Luckily, I carry baby wipes with me for occasions like this. I flushed the toilet & it was all good. I went to get in the shower but COULDNT SEE A THING so decided against it. I went and laid back in bed, until my mom got up. I saw something crawling on the floor. It was a huge cockroach!! At that point, I knew I was leaving before my stay was complete. My mom woke up, used the bathroom and it doesnt flush. Looked in the back of the toilet to see there was no water in it! Someone had apparently poured a dish of water in it so it would seem to work at 1st!
Considering the amount of cheap hotels Ive stayed.at in the shreveport area..taking an account of location, cleanliness, Staff, and Price..... if im using a scale of One through ten this hotel would get about 3 stars from me. The rooms are not terrible, but you have a infestation of roaches that I will say its getting better after being sprayed several times but... not by much... The rooms are decently clean.But the staff is terrible. Theyre is a man and a woman who work at the front desk. The man is generally friendly, but the woman is very rude. Uses profanity and is very unprofessional, just just with her mannerisms. And the way she handled my situation inparticularly. I was afraid to leave my belongings. At the Hotel I was also asked several times by staff members.For for money and food.There is no. Designated job titles such as the maintenance is also the housekeepers and they contain a master key in which they go into your locked room. And in my situation, it only ever seemed to happen when I left the hotel. I did not.Feel safe. There and so I quickly checked out anyway, elsewhere.If youre looking for a cheap convenient room, I would only go here as a very last resort. And then.I would still be cautious. But truthfully my vehicle seemed like a safer and more comfortable Place for me to be..

They were covered in grime, stains, and mysterious substances that left me questioning the concept of cleanliness altogether. It was as if the idea of a fresh coat of paint had never crossed the managements mind. The lack of basic hygiene standards was not only revolting but also a clear indication of the overall neglect that permeated every inch of the property.Now, lets talk about the lights, or rather the complete absence thereof. It seemed that the concept of illumination was a foreign one to the hotels management. The flickering fluorescent bulbs and dimly lit corridors created an eerie ambiance that would make even the bravest souls feel uneasy. I felt like I was trapped in a horror movie, desperately searching for a way out.But the true horror show began when I discovered unwelcome guests scurrying across the grimy floors and walls. Yes, Im talking about roaches. These repulsive creatures seemed to have taken up permanent residence in the hotel, and they had no qualms about making their presence known. It was a constant battle to keep them at bay, and their presence only added to the overall sense of disgust and unease.To make matters worse, the hotel was located in a crime-infested area that felt 100% unsafe. Stepping outside the hotels doors meant entering a world of danger and uncertainty. I wouldnt dare venture out alone after dark, and even during daylight hours, I couldnt shake the feeling of being constantly watched. It was an environment that no traveler should ever find themselves in.As if the appalling conditions werent enough, the hotel staffs attitude towards guest satisfaction was equally abysmal. When I requested a refund due to the unbearable conditions, they did everything in their power to avoid returning my hard-earned money. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service only added insult to injury.Furthermore, its worth noting that using a service like Priceline will not come to your rescue in such situations. They proved to be utterly useless in helping me obtain a refund or find alternative accommodation. So, my advice to fellow travelers is to steer clear of this hotel and avoid relying on third-party services that wont have your back.In conclusion, this hotel is a festering pit of despair, where dirty walls, dysfunctional lights, roaches, and an unsafe location converge to create an experience that borders on the surreal. Save yourself the agony and choose a different accommodation option. Your sanity, safety, and wallet will thank you.
The location is perfect We have stayed here before it was Oyo and it was great. I loved it, but this trip specifically was not the rooms were bad. They were bugs. I had specifically asked at check-in for a bottom room. I was told that there were none available even though my mom is not able to climb stairs then, whenever I walked into the first room, there were holes in the wall. There was just a lot of bad things in the room like the bed was coming apart there was trash in the floor. The sink and bathtub had not been cleaned. So we go back down let them know show them the pictures and then he proceeds to provide me a bottom room, which really was not any better than the first room, but it was late and we were tired
In 42 years of life, this was the worst place Ive stayed, I dont recommend it to anyone, the owner is an Indian, the sheets were used and the towels had hair ๐คฎ the room smells of marijuana and cigarettes and the smell of dog ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ I went asked to change rooms and the other room had a mouse. If I could I would stop everyone from spending their money in this dump. This Indian says the card machine is broken so he doesnt pay taxes and fees ๐ก our car was stolen the work tools
If I could give negative stars I would. By far the most disturbing and disgusting room I have ever walked into. There was holes everywhere, mold in the bathroom, roaches EVERYWHERE, holes and stains on the bed and the walls, and the smell when you walk in was unbelievable. The front door was barely standing. In the little side table there were cigarette ends and baggies with who knows what still inside and liquor still left in the mini fridge that also had a horrible smell coming from the inside. We left immediately. Unsafe and very unhealthy. The entire place needs to be condemned!
Please donโt book or stay here itโs the only place Iโve ever left without staying and when I canceled my reservation they told me it was too late to receive a refund and I had just booked it. When we found the room the door wouldnโt latch or lock and there was no blankets on the bed. By far the worst motel Iโve ever witnessed
The TV in the room did not work and was placed on the dresser instead of being hung on the wall where the TV mount was. There were no lightbulbs in any of the standing lights. Only the bathroom and small side room had working lights because they were fixtures and werent able to be stolen. There was black mold in the upper corner of the shower, in the upper corner right outside the bathroom near the mirror and by the AC unit as well. There was a giant hole in the bottom of the bathroom door and what appeared to be termites crawling around it. There were several cockroaches that I killed during my stay. The room had 1 sheet and no other blankets so we were lucky we brought a warm blanket. The bed sheet had a giant rip in it. The towels smelled old and musty. There was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels but none were hung up or placed neatly.The housekeeping didnt show up for a day or 2 and when she did, I moved as fast as possible to get dressed and open the door for her but she was already 6 rooms away. I could also barely understand what she was saying due to her accent and the fact that I was only half awake. By the time I got fully dressed, I had to ask the main desk where the laundry room was. To get the clean towels, I had to walk all the way around the building to the back area to find the housekeeping room. No clean washcloths were provided. I tried extended my stay through customer service first. The man on the telephone was extremely nice and courteous but I was having issues opening the link he sent me so I had to walk down to the office to pay. When I got there, the manager told me to come back downstairs and pay in the morning. He seemed to be too lazy to take my money. The next morning, I went down to pay and a customer and employee were arguing so loudly in the office about something to do with dog pee and a stolen cage. In the midst of their argument, she took my card and I had asked her for 2 nights instead of 1 since I wouldnt be able to get my greyhound bus until the next day. I repeatedly held up 2 fingers trying to remind her that I needed 2 nights and she charged me for 1 night and gave me a Do Not Disturb sign. The next morning, before checkout time and with the given Do Not Disturb sign on the door, a big man who didnt even look like he was affiliated with the motel came POUNDING on the door telling me that I needed to come out. I told him I needed a minute to get dressed. Less than 10 seconds later, he was pounding again saying that he would call the police if I didnt come out. At this point, I had been there for about a week and every day had been paid on time. My bus was delayed and I then planned on staying for an extra night but when I arrived downstairs, the manager was again so rude, unprofessional and ignorant that I ended up calling an Lyft to get to the Greyhound station a full 16 hours ahead of time. When my Lyft arrived, he told me he had picked up guests before and if the Lyft was standing too long, the manager would come out and get angry for an Lyft ride being there. I left there as fast as possible only to find out how treacherous the Greyhound station was. Immediately, a security guard yelled at the Lyft driver for pulling in the parking lot the correct way based on the one-way signs. He was trying to accommodate me as I had a couple very heavy bags with me. There were innumerable homeless men asking for cigarettes and change. If 1 didnt get any, the next would try a minute later. As a young female, my entire time in Shreveport Louisiana was absolutely terrifying. I would never wish my experience there upon my worst enemy.
This was the worst location for my family to stay. It is full of bed bugs and the hotel absolutely did not care that my son and his family were bitten extremely. Although refund was given, not by the hotel but the company I booked through, my family had to leave their personal belongings. They were infested with bed bugs right down to the luggage. Hospital visits were necessary for the bug bites. Fortunately I called the health department and an attorney. Please especially if you have children, this is not the location to stay in.
These people are straight up crooks. They add money to your bill after you have paid. I mean days later then try to throw you out at 2 am. They refuse to even tall to oyo customer service. There is never anyone know the office. There is not a cover in the entire hotel only sheets. They pocket cash payments then cake the police and press charges after they steal your money. Privacy is a joke. You know what everyone owes in the hotel. They have constant drug raids there are probably 3 windows in the entire hotel not busted out. The Indian is rude rude along with the girls that work there. If you like the rush of possibly going to bossier city jail after they rob you and throw you out in the middle of the night. This place is for you.
This is the worst motel we ever stayed in. The room was not good. Missing toiletries and shower items. There was rust on the walls and mildew all over the bathroom area. Heater/Air Conditioner was not working right. Motel was in a spot hard to get to and had to park. No comforter on beds so it was cold due to useless heater.
We stayed in this hotel about 5 years ago when we came to the area to visit family. It was really nice. A lot has changed since then. The rooms were dirty, awful smelling even when we changed rooms, pool was green, and roaches. One room had dog hair in the sink and the bed was old. The shower was very slow to drain. When the temperature dropped to 30s-40s during our stay we felt the chill through the crack under the door and around the AC. Luckily the heater worked but never shut off it was working to keep it warm. Customer service wise. They lady our first day there was a gem. Very helpful and accommodating. There was another lady who was not as pleasant. We did leave a day early cause I just couldnโt handle it for another night and we were refunded with no problem. The location wasnโt to bad just with it offered a better way to get onto the property. Hopefully they manage to fix the place up to how it use to be. I hate I didnโt get pictures of the place.It was cheap in price but we basically got what we paid for next time in the area definitely looking for better accommodations.
HORRIBLE. Iโve stayed in back alley Tijuana motel rooms nicer than this place. Absolutely Disgusting. Was there for 3 mins before I turned in my key back to the front desk. I didnโt even care about a refund. I should have read the reviews. Iโm pretty chill I thought everyoneโs reviews was overacting. But, no itโs horrible. I ended up getting a room for 6 dollars more down the street and it was 20,000 times better. BEWARE!!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE.. especially if you have kids. The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures on Google. Mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. They use a thin sheet as a blanket. You literally have to slam the door for it to close correctly. I almost had a heart attack cause some random man walked right inside my room at night while I was changing clothes. I had to put the fridge in front of my door that night cause I was scared to stay there. They only have one housekeeping lady and she barely understands English. They only give you one towel. The manager who calls himself the โownerโ (Nick) lied about the cable being out everywhere down the strip but I went to a different hotel and their cable was working. Turns out he liedโฆ he just didnโt pay the cable bill so we were without a tv for a few days till we left. The manager (Nick) is not a good person. He watches cameras 24/7 just creeping and spying on women. Seen it with my own eyes. Oh yeah and sometimes he will try to take your money if you book thru Priceline and lie and say he doesnโt take reservations through a 3rd party. Me & my hubby paid $83 for 2 days and Nick didnโt want to honor our reservation but I saw him in the office take someone elseโs reservation thru Priceline smhโฆ.so we went through a huge hassle to get our money back. Thereโs plenty of other cheap rooms in bossier . Please take your money and go somewhere else ! This place is not it. Hopefully this place will shut down soon.
Mold growing on bathroom wall/celing and the door doesnโt lock unless you slam it . Had a random man walk in my room late at night . Rooms are cheap but itโs a dangerous area. They give you a thin bedsheet as a blanket. The manager Nick doesnโt like giving refunds and the rooms look nothing like the pictures on google.false advertising โฆ..I suggest going up the street to budget inn motel, few dollars more but BPD is across the street and theyโre good rooms if your looking for something cheap.
Worst motel Ive ever seen in real life. Imagine that you walk into the scariest place imaginable. We could not stay here.... window busted, curtain a wreck, stains everywhere, cigarette burns all over, bugs, broken doors, no door know on bathroom door, absolutely reeked of cigarettes, graffiti all over.... people LIVE there..... the pool is green & all vegetation is dead. I booked a room for today It shows the check-in time is at 3:00 It is now 4:10 p.m. I came here at 3:00 he told me come back at 4:00 I came here at 4:00 he told me 30 more minutes this is ridiculous if this is how you run your establishment no wonder this place has a 2.2 rating I wish I would have never booked it I will not make this mistake again of ever coming here again this is ridiculous Im wondering if Im even going to get my room tonight
First off this is not a HOTEL its a MOTEL! and it DISCUSTING! MY husband and I stayed there because we thought we were getting a great deal, well we will NEVER stay there again! It was bad ok. there is NO maid service so your room DOESNT GET CLEANED! you only get fresh linens and towels and thats it! And then you have to make the bed yourself! I didnt feel clean after taking a shower because the tub wouldnt drain. And I even saw a ROACH in the middle of the night! SO GROSS!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
This was an ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING hotel! Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER stay here! The beds were dirty, towels in the room had existing stains on them, the pool was filthy and inoperable. The curtain rod to my room was bent, there were burn marks on the nightstands and the dresser. You cant see how disgusting this place is from the front. You have to drive around it to see the truth. The air vent hadnt been cleaned in months. This place was so bad, I didnt even feel comfortable sitting on the bed. My hope is that this place gets completely torn down and rebuilt in the better interest of the Bossier residents, business community, and travelers.
Absolutely worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Entire place reeks of smoke, even though itโs โnon-smokingโ. The bed clothes appear to have just been re-made. They have not been washed in what seems like months. The walls are stained with only God knows what. There was aged food crumbs sitting in the corner of the room. Donโt even get me started on the ROACHES! I would not let a stray animal in one of these rooms. They are better off on the streets. Much cleaner out there. Iโm not sure how this place is even still in business. Refund was refused, and the front desk man was EXTREMELY rude after asking about when the last time our room was cleaned. The pictures on the website are a lie. The pool is literally green. Our fridge had black mold in it. I could go on and on about the issues with this hotel. There are nicer hotels out there for the same price or slightly more. This one needs to be shut down.
I was trying to send pics but it wont allow. First of all for the excessive weekly rate the room was terrible with unclean linens, curtains and shower curtains. There was no microwave in the room and the one they did bring had mildew growing in it, very unsanitary. Mildew growing on the walls and no hot water to shower with because the faucet drips all day and it wont stop. I wanted a refund but they dont give refunds back on weekly rated which is unfair. The pictures on the website needs to be taken down because its false advertising. The worst OYO I have stayed in.
Horrible experience! The first room my family was put it was โaround backโ basically the condemned part of the hotel. Sheets were dirty, tub was dirty, and the door didnโt even shut or lock. The next room was more of the same but after 12 hours of driving you just want to rest. Woke up to someone breaking into my car with a crowbar.

This was my 2nd visit with an OYO property. 1st was nice & clean especially for the price. This place is the worst place Ive ever stayed. Ive stayed in many hotels/motels in many states. Theres a couple of nice ppl at the front desk. The room didnt have a phone but had plenty of roaches & bed bugs. I was awaken cuz I was itching I had bites on my neck, arms, legs & forehead.I talked to the lady about it she said I cant prove its from there. Price varies depending who was working. I only stayed cuz they were the cheapest in the area, I didnt have any other options.
Dont stop here RUN AS fast as you can away! 1st room smelled of Smoke so bad I had an asthma attack. Moved to room 2, better but still not good. 1 towel, no wash clothes. The sheets were stained. All the furniture had burn marks. The pool was green and had stuff floating in it. There were rooms with broken out windows. And on the back side of the hotel there was an abandoned wheel less car. Oh yes NO PHONES IN ROOMS.

Do not stay here. OYO Hotel on Diamond Jacks Blvd. The room was dirty. There was a very large in the wall, and dollar coin size holes throughout the room. The window curtain was ripped the toilet was dirty, the floor was sticky, the phone was not connected to anything, just a shell of a phone. We asked for another room, but Johnny said there were no other rooms available, which wasnt true because I saw his room chart as he marked rooms off his list as he registered guests before us. It was late in the evening and the company offered us a refund so we could find another hotel, but we already checked around and nothing was available under a hundred dollars since it was the Saturday night. I do not recommend this hotel. The night street ladies were smoking marijuana just to the side of the hotel office and men were standing around waiting for I do not know. Its true what they say, If the price is too good to be true, you get what you pay for. Very disappointed.
Describe your stay? We canceled our stay because it was so gross... We had reserved a non-smoking room. We walked in the room and is absolutely reeked of smoke. There were burn marks all over the furniture and the smoke alarm was unplugged and in a dresser. We went back and got the room changed. The second room was NOT better. This room had not been cleaned, had trash all over it, dirty beds, and a burned out cigarette bud on the night stand. We went back to the counter and canceled our stay. Unfortunately we couldnt even get a refund because we booked through hotwire.... Money gone and we had to drive back home that night.
Had to be the worst motel I have everstayed at in my life! There was still food in the fridge the sheets and pillow cases were dirty. We asked for a new room because it was dirty and they said it was sold out and they were short on housekeepers. So the solution was handing my other half a trash bag. There was blood on the curtains and the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in forever but yet t smelt so strongly of bleach! We had a2 night reservation but we only stayed 1 night and slept on top of ourextra clothes we brought. They didnt have any wash clothes and motel6 soap. Never again!!!!
Itโs INCREDIBLE how bad this place was. We found 2 crack pipes under the beds, a syringe, the toilet was full of diarrhea, and there were a lot of sketchy people hanging around outside the room. We left and are currently trying to get a refund.***UPDATE: still no refund in sight.Do NOT stay at this hotel. If anything, take some time to report it so maybe it will get shut down.
I would not recommend this place. As we walked to our room, I noticed several syringe boxes on top of the outside trash cans and at first didnt think much about it until we made it into the room. Most all of the furniture has burn marks from cigarettes or joints around the edges. There were no towels or wash clothes, no TV remote, no phone to call the front desk, the bedside table had reminisce of weed in it. The refrigerator was nasty and no where close to cool. This is a place where locals stay for extended periods of time. If I could give 0 ๐, I would.
It was HORRIFIC. The owner/check in was completely rude. Told Me I couldnt get a refund since I didnt come to him directly. I guess they dont believe in honoring their commitments to third party sites whom in return fill up their hotel/motel. I requested a king bed and was given two twin size beds. I inquired about that seeing that I PAID for a king bed, he told me it was because we had a 4 year old. Keep in mind I gave ALL this information on the website and they STILL took my payment. Speaking of payment, I dont know how it was able to even process because I didnt but the CVV code in and it STILL processed my payment! So be very very cautious when given your payment over the OYO app on smart phones! There was NO microwave, the fridge didnt work and had an awful foul smell. I have posted pictures along with the review. These pictures were taken right when we walked in the motel room.
The service was great! Every other hotels in the area would tell us we had to be 18 (we are 18) then changed it to 21 upon arrival but this hotel stuck to their words. Was really kind and informative and the loby man was really kind. The room smell good, were nice and cool temperature wise and had comfy beds.
My tablet was stolen right out of my room while I was using the toilet for a few secondsโI set my tablet on the edge of the bed less than 8 feet from me. The establishment wont even answer their phone for me to report it!!Poor accommodationsโone towel & washcloth; no trash can, tv doesnโt work. The phone doesnโt workโyou can dial it numerous times and it never works!!! Not a safe placeโgood place for bedbugs to thrive!!!
The room was not very clean at all we asked for towels and was giving 1 set of towels for 2 people.. we had to go to the store and buy our own. Iโve stayed there in the past and it wasnโt that bad but I donโt think I will be staying there again. The curtains are so thin that all the sunlight and the lights from outside shine right thru them it was very hard to sleep.

I guess you get what you pay for. Did not read the reviews before booking online and that was my biggest mistake. You will not feel safe staying here, worst than any motel in pleasant Grove or oak cliff in Dallas tx . My room was in the very back where there was barely any cars parked; the parking lot was grassy and trashy. Theres people walking around who seem like homeless or drug dealers. It also looked like most of the people staying there actually live there. What are the owners waiting to demolish and rebuild it??
This place was so awful we didnt even stay! No way can this place even pass a city inspection! No smoke alarm, one light fixture with exposed wires, plug over the bathroom counter didnt work, lamp with no lamp shade or BULB! Only light that worked was in the bathroom. Water continues to run in the rusted tub, bed touches the floor if you set on it and dont open the fridge unless you like the smell of rotten meat. Bourbon street during mardi gras is cleaner than this hotel!
If you dont have to...Just... DONT. Front desk guy was really nice. From there straight downhill. No towels, no rags, no Kleenex, no ice bucket or cups. Oh. And no remote for the TV. The bedsheets were damp. The toilet wouldnt flush properly. And by the time we left the toilet had leaked water all the way under both beds. Also, creepy neighborhood. We paid way more money than should have been required for a room this bad.
This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We started in one room and it had no remote or cable for the tv. Went to office to get the remote gave us a remote so they had no batteries. Called front desk several times no one would answer. Call customer care they said that TV was not one of the amenities for that room. Went down they moved us to a new room it had no towels it had a magnum sex pill left laying on the nightstand or empty package of it. Service was horrible. Would not recommend and would never stay there again
Our stay was horrible. We were supposed to be in a really nice non smoking room yet it was nothing like the description from your website and the reservation rep told us it was compatible to windstar hotel. We found a ziplock sandwich bag full of weed under the mattress. The room stunk so bad like skunks had been in there, there was trash under and behind furniture along with cigarette butts, the walls were dirty, and people were selling drugs in the parking lot.
It was a last minute trip but the ROOMS WERE HORRIBLE. WE booked 2 rooms and both rooms were at the Back of the building were discarded furniture was outside in the parking lot. When we walked into the room the first thing we noticed was the strong smell of MOLD and then we spotted the dead roaches and then we noticed the live ones. At this point we turned around and got back into the car, went to the front desk to ask for a REFUND. Apparently this was NOT NEW to the CLERK because he just asked us for the Credit card that we used and refunded the room. He was very accommodating and didnt raise a fuss with refunding us.
DO NOT STAY HERE! It was filthy, felt more like a hourly motel. It smelled and looked like a bar due to the cigarette ashes all over the floor. Explaining why the smoke detector was hanging from the wall. The bed linens were dirty and the bed was broken, which was obvious since you could see a large hole torn into the box spring. We checked in and promptly checked out.
I got the special $29 room Oyo sent via app. When I check in the dude at the desk was a complete jersey. Never even said hello, never told me where my room and as a matter of fact never said a word to meGot in my room no towels no remote for the TV. I go ask for towels guess what Ole dude said? They have no towels. I contact oyo main office. They tried giving me a 44% discount on my next room. I declined
Under construction so its not the prettiest at all. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. For the most part were clean though. Had trouble getting towels. First was told we would have towels brought to our room. 3 hours later I called and was told to get some from front desk.
I arrived about 10:00 pm front desk told me we are sold out, i said I have a reservation. He grumbled something and asked my name and asked for my name and I D. Gave me my key and said itโs around the back this room was gross to say the least, the toilet seat wasnโt attached to the toilet the curtains werenโt even secured to the curtain rod it was slightly folded over it the rod wasnโt attached at one end the water in the shower trickled out. Honestly the worst motel Iโve ever stayed in!!!!
I didnt stay there, just left the hotel right after checking in because of tons of trash, abandoned cars in the parking lot, and dirty room conditions. Worst of all was suspicious people in the parking lot threatened me. They denied giving me my money back with some automatic messages. Just dont spend your time with this hotel. Your life deserves a better, cleaner, and safer place to stay.
They couldnt find my reservations online so I paid $60 in this terrible hotel. The room was dirty. I washed 2 loads of clothes and the washer was so dirty it stained my white pants. I asked for towels and the front desk worker was asleep so I knocked and woke him up and he just looked at me and went back to sleep. Terrible stay will never come back
The room I get has always been *very* clean (no roaches as another reviewer stated), the bed is VERY comfortable, and clean.Ive paid ~ 31-36/night, depending on when I make my reservation through the travel sites.The staff are great! Very helpful, courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure my stay is a good one.Im glad I found this place, Ill stay here every time Im back in the area.
I booked this room so that I can have alone time. If you are looking for fancy then this is not the place for you. I actually love this hotel though and will stay again. Im giving it five stars because its where I needed to be to have peace of mind. If you ever need to just get away from people and have alone time and dont really have alot of money I would always choose this place
Certainly not as pictured on site. It was run down. Paint splatter all over carpet, vent cover falling off in bathroom, refrigerator was missing. We had 1 towel and no floor mat in our room. Towel was very thin, stiff and stained. We had a smoking room but no ashtray which is why Im sure there were various cigarette burns on furniture throughout the room. There was even a burn hole in our bedding. It was a place to sleep and clean enough for the night.

Get what you pay for.. this is the place is no place for kids, has holes in the walls, fire alarms ripped from the walls, looks like a fire was set to these curtains at some point, the appliances look at least a decade old, the walls have a story of their own almost could see a chalk outline outside on the ground, only because we couldnโt leave until they next morning we actually slept in our car until sun rose from all the ppl walking around all night.. the pool looks moldy swamp green with trash thrown all over the ground around it I wish I could add pictures because the online ones are a LIE!! these reviews are the absolute truth I think BOSSIER CITY should condemn this place as inhabitable itโs the absolute worse. Then the so called Manger/ office person who called herself the owner made a guest move from a handicapped space thatโs not on her car (regular plates) so she could park there.
Difficult to find. No name on the bldg. We had to switch rooms because the first room had no bathroom door. The second room had very uncomfortable beds. TV remote had to be reprogrammed several times. The first morning was the best part of the stay. Woke up to about 10 cop cars surrounding the building and raiding a room. The cops all had their AR15s drawn. We couldnt leave the property but It was interesting.
Oyo is a Ono .... husband got sent out here to work. So I booked because the pics look nice. Boy was I wrong. First thing wrong was car with busted out glass. Then get to our room and I sat down without looking, I had a bad back and needed to sit. My arm starts burning and turning red I stand up and notice used needles by the sink, a weed grinder on the dresser, used bloody napkins on the bed, old food on the dresser and tables, went to get refund the man gave me full refund wrote everything that was wrong as I stated. Leave and noticed that instead of just a refund they used some kind of reader and charged me from a different account. So now I have to dispute charges for angel 6 that I didnt go to. St a u Clea r of this place
This place deserves - 100 stars. The mattress was from like the 70s or something. You could feel the springs through the mattress top. It was like sheets on springs. There was paint all over the furniture which was probally purchased in the 70s as well. It was the worst hotel I have ever been in and I left and went to the Horseshoe casino. I did not even stay.
I stayed for two nights as this was the only hotel with vacancy. It was very much a get what you pay for experience. The room smelled heavily of smoke, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and the freezer was disgusting (had not been cleaned; there was also a tub of ice cream from a previous tenant). All that said, the front desk staff was very kind.
Terrible. Room was nasty. Beds donโt have blankets. Carpet is torn. Service is awful.Pool is greasy. Probably doesnโt get cleaned. First room I checked in my tv was broken and no fridge. Asked for another room. Curtains didnโt open and door didnโt lock. My toddler kept opening the door due to them removing locks. This hotel was way better when it was travelodge. Absolutely rude housekeeper. And front desk woman. Would not recommend at all for any purposes. DO NOT get a room here. $55 for a terrible place to relax.0/5 stars.

This was very misleading. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The owner/front desk clerk was very rude. Beware of adding ANY credit/debit card information over their website. I didnt even include a CVV number and it still went through! That should of been my first RED FLAG to contact someone. Preferably the BBB. Better Business Bureau!
Dont leave your room after dark! Had to ask for toilet paper and towels because there wasnt any of either in the room. Very tight parking area, truck drivers will not have a place to park. Looks like the only thing housekeeping does is make the beds. Carpet is in horrible need of vacuuming. Inch of dust all over everything. Toilet wont flush. Apple cores under the bed. They advertise breakfast in the mornings, but only offer coffee. Motel 6 corporate should yank the is places license to carry the brand name because it makes Motel 6 look bad!
The guy at the front desk was nice. However this place is trash. The tub had red mud in it. The curtains, sheets and comforters all had burn holes. This place is past due for an upgrade. However I didnt see any roaches. So thats why it got 1 star.
This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. There were roaches crawling out of the air conditioner and down the walls to start then there was dried blood on the sheets, half the faucet missing in the bathroom, and to make it even worse there were bedbugs. Do not waste your money!!
Wanted to rate with no stars. During a pandemic this place was very unsanitary I am going to report to the health department. Sewage is seeping out from underneath the bath tub every time someone in the next Room would flush the toilet sewage would flood the bathroom floor bathroom was nasty. Hotel staff refused to give me a refund to my expedient account. I would not recommend this Place to my worst enemy. Hotel front desk personnel very rude and unprofessional.
The room was not in great shape- tears in the sheets, stains on the curtains, and there are limited amenities. No coffee pot, hair dryer, or iron. Everything is pretty clean though and they are updating the rooms. For the price I would stay again, but dont expect anything too nice.

Location is hard to get to, behind a convenience store, another motel, and a bar. Parking lot is horrible, full of holes. We were there 3 nights, and the noise level was unreal. Some idiot hit the panic button next to us and woke us up at 5:30 in the morning. There were a few tree trucks parked sideways behind our car. The workers made a lot of noise as did the trucks. The kingsized mattress was the worst.....very uncomfortable where we could feel the springs. I slept in a chair!!!! We had maid service check on us 1 time, that Sunday morning, to see if we needed more towels. Nobody came to empty trash, clean the floor, or change the bedding. If there was a phone in thst room, it was hidden. The pool was closed, too, so my grandson couldnt swim. The only good thing was the Red River store being right there. We will stay elsewhere if we travel to Bossier again!!!!!! #sorrynotsorry
No blankets, 2 pillows for 4 guests, 2 towels, 1 wash cloth, and when I asked for more towels I was told he couldnt access where they were. I had spoiled towels bc my daughter spilt something, so for my stay we didnt have towels to dry with. I had to go buy some from the store.
For starters , I wasnโt even able to stay . I pre booked my room online through Expedia for around $55.00. I arrived about an hour later and was unable to check in due to not having a cash only deposit which was not stated on the website . I attempted to go to the store next door but there atm was down so I returned back and advised the clerk that I wasnt able to get cash and just needed to cancel the room and inquired about the refund . This larger white male wearing glasses was extremely rude and condescending advising why would he refund me when I didnโt pay him and that I needed to go through whoever I booked the room through. My room was then cancelled by clerk . I then called Expedia who then called the hotel and advised that I was unable to get a refund or even a partial refund and the hotel had already excepted the payment. So basically , this hotel did not disclose a cash deposit after I payed online , I didnโt get to stay there , did not get a refund or offered a later date , and had to deal with a clerk who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this hotel to anymore under any circumstance.

The manager Nick was very very nice... And the Front desk lady name Stevie was nice. They have an awesome housekeeping and rooms were clean.. I would recommend anyone to stay here if u want a nice room and great service.. I loved staying at OYO cuz ppl there were professional and nice.. clean rooms..
The worst . dishonest sneeky. Anybody comes in a locked room and the office doesnt offer any security. Stole tire off my car right in the day. Dont stay here! The rooms are not newly renovated. Lampshades dont even fit on lights fall off. Towel rack is barly on. Tv cabels are broken. Carpet isnt even stuck down .peeling paint on doors looks like burnt grits. Room smelly . heater didnt work. No hot water in tub. No wifi. No brakefast. Its no way a motel 6. No standards . they take the money and run! Awfull customer service and calling corporate is a joke! Seems like nobody cares here about respect.
Less than 1 star. Dirty, mold in bathroom. Also mold on bedroom curtain. There was an old bar of soap in soap dish and a dirty washcloth hanging from curtain rod. They obviously just came in and made the bed and that was it. They advertise clean, sanitized rooms but only got 1 right, they are rooms. Man at the desk was also very rude. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else for a couple more bucks.
I booked a room for three nights. My confirmation said it would be a non-smoking room on the first floor. The desk clerk assigned me a second floor room, when I exited the elevator I noticed the whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke. I went back to the desk to complain about the conditions, the clerk told me their motel was not corporate, it didnt matter what my confirmation said. When I tried to argue the point, he cancelled my reservation and told me he was calling the police and told me to get out. The police did come, I explained what happened and then I left the premises.
Checked in today just as an overnight stay on a trip across the country. Curtain ripped, drawers missing, and even the toilet paper holder is missing. The toilet randomly flushes and the non smoking room clearly has a cigarette burn on the sheets. Be wary of this place! Not worth the money I spent to stay, too sketchy.
Love this place. Owner went out of his way to accommodant me. I have many medical issues. Room was very clean, cable & WiFi worked great. Cleaning ladies were AWESOME. I lived here before. We are not in the hood. People use motels everywhere to do bad. I WILL BE BACK.
Dont know why it says it was closed becuase we just stayed there. We were traveling and were tired and decided to stop and stay for the night. Huge mistake! Nasty people, rooms werent even clean. We left after a few hours because we couldnt even shower or sleep there. IF youre a crackhead, Im sure its an ok place for you but for normal people, spend more money. You will be way better off!
WORST hotel experience ever. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. No hot water, bricks were missing on the walls, writing on the door, gunk and grime all over the floor and baseboards. It was just an all around disgusting stay.

The first room we booked didnt have working cable or TV so they made us go get our new key from the office instead of bringing it to us and both rooms were sorry and no coffee pot anywhere on the whole entire premises!! Although upon arrival they told us to get coffee and breakfast in morning as posted online but when morning arrived there was neither...very disappointed bin this stay and they didnt even offer a discount or anything not even say sorry!! Dont recommend this to ANYONE!!
Worst hotel Iโve ever stayed in in America. I was threatened and laughed at the second I got out of my vehicle. If you have any type of self care do not ever come to the hotel. Didnโt even stay for 15 minutes and had to immediately leave because people were touching and casing out my car.
Its not the service thats the issue. Its the rooms! They are so dirty, in complete disrepair, and basically unfit to stay in even for a few hours, let alone an entire night.My room had a hole in the wall stuffed with tissue paper,, dirty walls,, dirty q-tips left behind the bed, a television which did not work, and chipped, unkept furniture.Please avoid staying here at all costs!

We made a reservation online, but when we arrived, we were told they were overbooked and we could have a different room. The room we were offered was disgusting, and I dont see how they could offer that to guests. They did offer us a refund, thankfully. The confusing part was, there seemed to be no one there.
Drove over 7 hours to come to bossier city and now that I am here I am told there is no vacancy. Even though I booked A WEEK IN ADVANCED! no phone call after the first or second day that I booked saying that they are over booked and they cant accommodate me, instead I drive almost half a day away from home to find out cant help you, they overbook and i am tired of calling to cancel reservations. So his inconvenience cost us to have to sleep in our car. This is no where acceptable in any shape, form, or fashion. This staff needs to be retrained in how to run the basics of the hotel, and common courtesy.

Prepaid for my reservation, got to locked up hotel had to knock on the window to wake up the desk worker. After waking up long enough to so no rooms she refused to take reservation number and checking into my booking due to going back to sleep.
Oyo canceled the booking I made on the booking.com app through a text message sent by them due to not having any vacancies available. Two hours later they proceeded to charge my credit card for the full amount of the stay. This is a very dishonest practice, fraudulent, and probably illegal customer treatment. Good thing I get notifications for every transaction on my account or Iโd be in a horrible financial situation because of it

It was absolutely disgusting and run down. So many roaches we walked right out and went somewhere else. Trying to get a refund is an absolute pain. I wont use Oyo anywhere ever again.
If I could give -10 stars I would. Every trash can had mounds of trash around and in them. The room had no remote and the front desk guy was an was. This is a piece of sh!t place to stay . oh and when I asked for a refund to stay somewhere else I was told he would have to see what could be done. Im not satisfied with the property issue a refund.
Beds are mega small and the doors have no weather strip so cold air was coming in all night. It was freezing in the room. Doors dont shut correctly so so security is at a 50%.

I wouldnโt have done one star because at first the representative reserved two Roos when it was supposed to be one room for 2 nights the desk worker he was cool and he checked me in for one room but the reservation said it was for two because I would have had to pay for the room with cash so I can get my return well I couldnโt because I didnโt have much cash on me but he made notation of one room and the other room was a non operable room I have been trying to get my refund because we need our money we went one night without drinks and food because we had no income every time I call 24/48 hours is what they telling me and the next day after check in I was paying with my wifeโs card and cash so I donโt understand what they was still reserving it for when I didnโt ask them to the day we checked out I called and 24/48 hours so I go to my room and we couldnโt find my wifeโs keys so I look under the bed and I couldnโt believe it so Iโm going to stop this to see if I get my money and if not Iโm going to share this video I recorded so Iโm willing to talk to anyone to get this straight thank you

This place from the outside not very appealing but the owner manager was very nice are very accommodating unlike the Motel 6. When you walk in the room they were very well kept and they smelled very nice the housekeeper was very polite I was right on top of things then when I decided because I paid for two nights up front I decided that I was just going to stay one they didnt hesitate twice on giving me my money back for the next night I would recommend this place to anyone
I do not recommend booking your stay at this location the rooms are dirty, and the surrounding area is scary at night. Specially for being female travelers. Itโs says itโs been newly renovated has an above three stars rating but the conditions are very subpar.

Rating this a 1-star because of what happened to my moms car. A mowing company that this hotel hired smashed the back window and they refuse to reimburse us. Plus its poor service and the room we stayed in wasnt fully equipped with what was needed, like a phone are a place to hang clothes.
The location was not the best. Pool was dirty and overall not very clean. The rooms only had 2 sheets, no cover. There was no soap to wash hands with and no toilet paper at all.
Nice rooms, excellent staff. I sleep late in the mornings because I am up all night and everyone even the house keepers make sure not to wake me. Would definitely stay again and put my friends and family up here

Room had roaches, dirty towels, and the customer service at the front desk with the exception of one receptionist out of three that I dealt with was absolutely atrocious! This place put the R in Roach Motel.
Its clean and has ammenities to aid in comfort, like a microwave, fridge, and wifi. My only issue is at times it can be very roudy, it turns into the hood real quick. But other than that its pleasant.
This hotel is not renovated or remodeled from when it was motel 6. Beds have holes and stains so badly. Tubs are rusted...it is truly disappointing and they require a cash deposit
Towels and bedsheets not well clean. Pool absolutely a mess, not clean and NOT usable. A/C not loud and TV runs good.
This hotel completely trash. There was trash over parking lot. I saw drug activity. Trash and debris in walkway and the room looked horrible. I immediately left. I didnt stay there.
Itโs very outdated. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with minimum bugs. The room does not have a phone to contact front desk.
Its a good hotel to stay in thats reasonably priced and the people at the front counter were so nice to us its not the best hotel but Im definitely happy with mine and my fiancรฉs choice to stay here we would stay here again if we come back to bossier city.๐
I have been coming to this hotel for two years and never been treated this way, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and my one year old son, not a kid friendly hotel, and plus they are doing renovations, and gave me a room with half the carpet torn up. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Rooms have always been decent but they need to drain that pool if they not using it cause it looks like a swamp every time I go there
Disgusting and I have my child with me no pillows no towels no remote no fridge no microwave i paid 15 dollars early check in fee and 55 for the room a total of 70 dollars and a waste of money they wont refund me and the rooms are completely a let down the staff on the other hand was great and very helpful but this place should t even be running not even a working number to contact the figure no phone in the room either just sad and false advertisement

The worse hotel they wont give me my refund they lied , no phone in the room, no microwave, and no frig. it says on web site. pictures are false. roaches where coming out the shower head.
Theres was nothing in the room but a bed and a TV it was bad never again for me and my wife.
If I could rate half a star I would . Room was not very clean, not enough towels spiders in the corners. Also junkies hanging around the steps on the sides of the building
It was okay, as far as a one night room. I prefer to have a room with a door on the inside of the hotel. Rates were cheap, but room was clean and employees were friendly.
It was horrible never will visit it again. The bed bugs were bad never got fresh linen and never did get clean sheets, or towels.
We paid for 6 nights are money was stolen by the employees at the desk who refused called manager said that they were not allowed to we were in a room that construction was on both sides of us no one was in the room next to his other than employees and they were beating and banging and doing construction from daylight till after dark it was horrible. we wetold
Im just staying for a night it was more expensive than in other motel 6 ive stayed the a/c doesn work the staff is not in the office i been trying to reach them since 3:30 in the morning bc i want to check out since i couldnt sleep here and theres no one there and they do not answer the phoneIts 5 am there is still no one and there are more people trying to check in they do not answer the phone

Stayed here a couple years ago. Its what I imagine the projects to look like mixed with slightly refurbished stuff and your typical unsecured, and spotty motel but cheap and it is a place to sleep for a night or to
Unsafe at night. Fencing should be fixed and security guard needed. Bedding had large holes in it. Staff was good.
Great location, wonderful front desk staff, clean big room, lots of grassy areas for the dogs, nice pool(we did not use was in Feb) will defiantly stay again!

This is a conversion from Travel Lodge to Motel 6. They have a lot of remodeling to do. The property is pretty ran down at the moment. It will be nice when they get it all done.
Bed bugs were bad . Did not get enough towels. They housekeeper barely came and cleaned the room and I did not get any clean sheets
Was not impressed with this hotel. Was not clean, only one thin sheet (no blanket) as a cover on the bed, very poorly kept but it was a place to sleep
On my first stay, the room was okay. This second time around, the room is much better. Now I know which one I want to stay in if available.

Burn holes in the sheets, the room smells like its been flooded and has holes in the walls, however I didnt see any rodents.

This place is horrible, I sat in my room and kept getting bites by something I thought was a mosquito and told my husband then a bed bug comes out crawling on the sheet he captured it and took it to the front desk and she was rude and didnโt want to give us our money back ... I really want to sue because what if our kids would have been their with us also , .. and I have photos .. if I could of left ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE
It started off bad but, the morning staff made it better. The guy overnight had no customer service skills. In the morning everything was made better!!
Its a cheap motel with zero amenities. Maybe bugs, but no dirty carpet, new linoleum, good cheap prices

The place was very dirty , the bed sheets had cigarettes holes from people smoking in the room the beds also didnโt have the correct sheets on them room doors had paint missing the walls also needed to be painted room was very smelly tv didnโt work didnโt have enough towels in the restroom for guest also there was trash up under the bed this is a very nasty motel that needs a major upgrade ASAP
Clean place for what we pay to stay in, but poor customer service front desk people is very rude thereโs no refunds when early check outs, beds are uncomfortable.
