I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage because I had just done a 50 mile bike ride, but it ended up not being relaxing at all, nor a good experience.I was gifted the 60 minute deep tissue massage, which I have never had before. Past massages at other locations were always soft tissue and very rejuvenating. My masseuse was Tina, who was a very pleasant, professional and friendly woman. But she was using her knuckles throughout my upper body and back and the pressure was too much for me. She spent more time in the upper body/back and less time in my calves and quads, which also were in need of attention, and I walked out feeling like they could have been worked on more.Currently my mid-back is bruised and can’t lean back on a chair unless I have a pillow or cushion, and my calves are still feeling really tight. My neck wasn’t tight at all before the massage, but after being worked on it feels much tighter.I did enjoy the scalp massage, hot towel and hot stones though, which were very relaxing, but I don’t think deep tissue massages are for me.

Saw review and thought this worth trying after a long walk.Got in led to a room and asked if to lay face down. A massage lady came in, few min sort kneeding over a cover. Then tons of oil!Was ok but the amount of oil was awful.Then when all done, I realized the sheets were actually filthy! Wont recommend if you look for a clean professional massage

My back tends to hold all my stress and most times I book an appt with Tina when my back is beyond bad.Today was one of those daysAbout 1 month ago I had my prior massage with Tina. She did a fabulous job that day.I think her deep tissue massage was even better today. I will assume she understands my back needs with each massage.The one hour deep tissue is exceptional for the price.I’m hesitant to leave a review since I want to be able to book future appts with Tina but must share…..highly recommend her!

The first time I went for a massage, it was wonderful. I had a women named Lisa (if I remember correctly) and she was excellent. I was excited to go back with a friend yesterday (Sunday) and this time it was not a good experience. The masseuse was very forceful, dropping and throwing my arms around. She spent a lot of time just rubbing oil on me instead of massaging. And then she demanded more money for the tip. The whole thing was awkward and unenjoyable.

I was experiencing a lot of shoulder/arm/neck pain while in town for a short medical visit. I stopped in here with no big expectations but hopeful ☺️ I left feeling no pain and feeling that it was the best massage Ive ever had! Thank you so much....I will be back when Im in town again!

Usually very good. However last time I went, had someone new who pushed too hard directly on my vertebrae in upper back and caused lasting back pain in the vertebrae for over a week. Be careful who you get for your masseuse.

I had the most incredible massage of my life here last night, I’m traveling and have been doing a ton of walking and sleeping on bad hotel beds. I was so excited to find someone open late (10pm) and I went in for an hour combo massage(Swedish and Foot Reflexology). It was perfection and I wish I lived here so I could go back weekly!

My wife & I have been coming here for years and years. Only have had good experiences. We have had Jerry, Wendy, Linda, & Ming. They are all excellent. The establishment is clean & they truly work hard to do a good job. They run on time & offer cash discount. $60Cash for 1 hour massage and $65 credit card. Have had many massages at elite hotels in Boston & this place truly does a better quality massage. Ask for Jerry or Wendy & you won’t be disappointed! For mother’s days I was gifted a 2 hr massage and it was fantastic. The place is simple in decor and straightforward with their service but it delivers big time. The whole staff was very kind and helpful. Will come again

My husband and I have been coming here for years, and they have never disappointed. We always leave feeling refreshed and even pain free. (I get bad migraines.) You just have to be vocal about what areas to focus on if you have certain areas of the body that needs more attention. Clean place, friendly staff.

I did the couples massage with my boyfriend and it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience for both of us! Also, the discount price was great: only $110 total. Other reviewers said that the masseuses pressure you to tip a lot but that was completely false! Well definitely be back :)))

The addition of essential oils to the massage was a nice touch, adding a wonderful aroma to the session and further relaxing my body.

It was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d been experiencing back pain and after visiting I woke up this morning sore (a good sore) and pain free. Also, the center is clean and the heated massage table was a great touch. Lastly, the staff was very kind and hard-working, and the value can’t be beat. 5/5 stars! I will definitely return.

Our experience with the couples massage was delightful. The facility was clean and accommodating. The staff was hospitable and friendly. We would have liked a bit more of the hot stone work, those were very soothing. Overall it was a enjoyable experience and look forward to returning the next time we are in town.

Showed up on a Saturday at 5:30pm without an appointment. They made a call to bring a masseuse in so that I could be seen. So thankful for their commitment and flexibility. Is this a fancy spa? No. That being said, the treatments are extremely effective and better than I have received at much more expensive spas. Their treatments genuinely help to relive the neck and back pain that many of us are feeling after 9 months of working from home. Go to rainbow with an open mind and you won’t be disappointed.

The massage is amazing! I wanted to cry after I came home after work yesterday because my body was hurting so much. I booked a 2 hour combo massage (reflexology abs body). Book two hours, so you get all the tension out. Jared was amazing! I feel like a new person! Thank you so much!

I would never come back to this place. Super unprofessional. First, my masseur was talking loudly to the front desk while massaging me. Then, she left in the middle of my session to take on a different client who was starting a 90 minutes session, and in came a different masseur who did the second half of my session. There was no communication, no explanation, no consenting on my end. Because of this, I was short about 5 minutes of my massage. That’s not it— at the end, I presented to her my Groupon— she had the audacity to reject the Groupon by saying I can’t use it as it’s “for 3pm or earlier only” (which is not true per T&C on the Groupon) and asked me to pay by cash or credit card (5 dollar surcharge for credit card transaction).The negative reviews on Groupon are all true. Extremely unprofessional— I’ve never had a session where a different masseur finished the session without any explanation or communication— and then to reject me using my Groupon. I’m a new customer and I’m never going back to this place.

The massage is a wonderful 60 minute journey. It includes deep tissue massage, hot stone, hot sand bags, and an exfoliating rub down to complete. You leave feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time. Lulu is great! It’s an amazing value for the price.

I was hesitant to go here because of reviews about being forced to tip but the company responded to those reviews saying they were under new mgt. I always tip anyhow. However, they have not changed practices. They were very forceful that I tip more. Super awkward.

80% from the massage was just adding oil, they are don’t professional. And they’ve fight for a tips in rude ways. Not recommended

I’ve been going here for years now and love it. It’s not super fancy but is well located, affordable, and provides great service. Jerry is my preferred masseur but I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone who works there!

Walking around Boston called for a good foot massage. Rainbow Health was reasonably priced and did a great job for all three of us here for a couple of days.

I felt very comfortable and at ease during my entire visit, feeling welcomed and respected by the staff and therapists.

The hot towels used during the massage were luxurious and added to the overall relaxation experience.

If I could give them minus star, i would. Whoever is the receptionist there is extremely rude, especially when they noticed you have groupon voucher. I simply asked for the female technicians and she yelled at me for “YOU CAN NOT REQUEST ABOUT THAT, IT’S GONNA BE ONE OR TWO FEMALE” ?!?!Fyi, I can request whoever I want even I have groupon or not. This business better stop treating customers like this. Let me teach you a simply trick, customers pay less for services, they will tip you even better. Note that

The place was shady. The rooms were not private, you can hear everything outside the rooms, and are unprofessional to say the least. The message, although good sometimes, hurt a lot and after about 6 hours after leaving I am in more pain than when I entered. It doesnt help that the women cant speak English so communicating with them is basically impossible, especially when it comes to tips and they force you to give them more. I gave them $20 to be nice and I was basically forced to give them $40 then they literally pushed us out the store. Both my partner and I will never go back. Highly do not reccomend to go there ever especially with a preexisting injury.

The therapist provided feedback on any areas of tightness or stress in my body, which helped me to understand better how to address these areas myself.

Bought a Groupon for $57 for 37 percent off of $90, the cost of a 1.5 hour massage. I was told that I bought a coupon for a one hour massage, implying that I paid the same price for an hour massage instead of a discounted 90 minute massage. I showed the staff the coupon and they said it was Groupons problem and I had to contact them. They also had me speak to the manager who blew me off as well and told me that I only bought an hour massage (which means that I didnt get any discount! Make any sense?). As I was speaking to customer service at Groupon, someone asked me to wait in another room for 20 minutes only to be told again by the manager who yelled at me that my coupon was only for a one hour massage. I will never go here again!!

The massage is good but the customer service is just so so.Not very professional and they ask for tips (I tipped, but they asked me for more even though my masseuse was 30 min late). If the service needs to be a higher price than so be it.

I love this place. Great and relaxing massages and very reasonable prices.One thing I will say is their English isn’t the best but that’s fine with me because I just lay there and let them do the work. It’s epic.

The session was timed perfectly, allowing me to completely unwind without feeling like I was taken advantage of in any way.

If you are having back pain, neck pain all those kind of issues and looking for a really good massage, this is NOT a place to go to. If you are looking for something special (if you know what I mean) this is NOT a place to go to either.

Walked in. It’s like an apartment converted into what they call a “health center”. Don’t sign a single thing or waver for any pre-existing injury’s or any allergies or anything. The towels are damp and not warm. They barely speak English. Clearly have NO idea what they are doing. Say it’s a hot stone massage and there are hot stones for maybe a total of 1 minute 30 seconds. At multiple times they are just basically punching us. Had pain the next day as they had no education on techniques and how someone should probably be giving a massage, and started aggressively rubbing an injury that was had. They are lucky we don’t sue them!Also used CVS brand baby lotion, not any essential oils or body oils. Literally CVS brand baby lotion. What???

This was an amazing life changing experience. The massage pinpointed every area in my body that needed work. I realize my body was in rough shape and plan to do more to take care of it. Thanks Rainbow!

Bought a hot stone massage through Groupon! The staff was very friendly and the massage was great!! Definitely planning to go back here!!

Strange place. Felt very seedy walking in. Massaged with towels in the beginning, then slathered oil everywhere. Rooms are not very private, half walls and can hear everything going on around you. Masseuses do not speak English. Hard to communicate.

They dont understand english. I specifically asked to focus the massage on my sore legs. They lady did the exact opposite, only focusing on my back. And at the end still requested a tip.

I went in for a couples massage. The message was good. After paying they basically forced me to tip before I could decide if I wanted to or not.

They barely speak English, now normally I don’t mind dealing with language barriers but when I attempted to try to understand her I was met with rudeness and was told “we don’t like customers like you”. These people aren’t professional, they’re rude and only care for your money. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time even thinking about going here.

Lulu is amazing! She is a truly skilled professional who can read the body and understand exactly what needs to be done to make a person feel much better. She is a magician.
