WOW! Amazing experience going here. I highly recommend this shop. The glass & product selection is one of the best ive seen. The staff is very helpful, has amazing customer service, and is very knowledgeable about the things they sell and the industry as a whole. Such a cool place!

Love this place, love Smit he was super helpful as i was a newbie with a lot of the glass products they had to offer, dude was very knowledgable on his stuff. Dont like writing reviews often but this place definitely deserves some love

Not ONCE has this place been open at their listed time of 10AM. Due to its proximity to where I work, I often pass this spot by or try to get in to pick something up midway through the day. That being said, I know its a no-go until like 11AM. The staff are friendly and helpful, but I just cant overlook the fact that they are NEVER on time and open when they say they will be.

Hands down, THE best customer service. The staff here are so personable and enthusiastic about getting you the right product you are looking for. Spoke with Nick and Drew here and they were great! Helpful and not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable when asked.HUGE upgrade from whomever the scooter troll is at Summer St location. I refuse to go there...Would recommend Tremont street location now if downtown. Nick and Drew were tops!
