Nice spa, lots of options for services and the place felt professional. I’m not really a spa person but still enjoyed my experience here. Expensive but nice!

Really liked this place, definitely pricey but they have an attentive and friendly staff, wonderful space, and excellent services. The couples retreat was great. I definitely recommend checking out the salt room. We were greeted, taken to our respective changing suites (which have showers, mouth wash, deodorant, feminine products of needed), given a luxurious robe and spacious locker and led to the relaxation room to await our massage. They had mimosas waiting for us when we got to the waiting room which was excellent (I hear they may do bottomless mimosas on sundays?) The massages were great. Definitely the place to be to treat yourself and your s.o.

I booked an 80-minute Deep Tissue Transformation Massage that ended up only being 65 minutes of actual massage time. My massage therapist ended things by just holding my head (with no pressure) for several minutes - very strange. I paid for deep tissue and the massage was very light in pressure.After my service, I submitted my feedback on the form provided via email and have yet to hear back from Woodhouse Spa Boulder. I’m deeply disappointed to have paid over $200 for a subpar experience.Aside from the massage itself, everything was wonderful. Front desk staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, the relaxation area is the perfect start and end to the experience, and the facility is spotless. I just wish the service provided met the expectations set by Woodhouse.

Woodhouse Boulder has such a wonderful ambiance. My facial with esti Amanda was beyond relaxing and therapeutic. Her touch is wonderful, and my skin felt so amazing after my hour of pampering. Amanda was so helpful with her product knowledge and suggestions to support my dry aging skin. If you want to relax, destress and have glowing skin afterwards, Amanda will take such good care of you. I will be a regular. Following my service, I was able to enjoy a mimosa by the fireplace, wrapped in a cozy robe and blanket. Can’t wait for my return visit. This was the best spa experience Ive ever had in my entire life. I only had one service, but next time Im definitely booking a full spa day. Karen was a wonderful masseuse!

Wow five stars isn’t enough! If you’re looking for a real spa day experience with affordable prices this is your place. This was more than a massage and a pedicure. It was an experience, the spa is gorgeous and we felt like pampered princesses all day even between appointments. All staff members were kind and more than happy to help us, we didn’t have to lift a finger all day. Even the manager Gia was so sweet and quick to help our every need for helping keep us relaxed. We will definitely be sending everyone we know and we will be back!

Great facial but was told we could us the package multiple times and ended up having to pay a lot of money instead. Happens every time we have gone.

This is a great space, nice relaxation room, and most importantly, great services! My mom and I both loved our massages.

I’ve been to this spa for a pedicure, a collagen facial, and a swedish massage. All my services were amazing and i plan on coming back! The girls who were up front are very nice and helpful. The icing on top, was my complimentary beverage i received when i checked in. My aesthetician Shane was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

Very relaxing experience. I came in for the first time for a facial and it was amazing. The entire atmosphere is calming the moment you walk in. The changing area was clean and well stocked with anything you might need - I loved the little personal touch by putting your name on a little sign on your locker. The waiting area was also very calming and helped me unwind and get ready for my service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a signature facial and enjoyed every moment of it. The esthetician was able to address my concerns and walk me through the whole experience. I will definitely be back.

This was my first visit to Woodhouse Day Spa in Boulder, and it was fabulous in every way--the lovely ambience, staff, and my excellent facial with Alison. It was easy to make an appointment, and the reception desk staff were so kind and welcoming. I loved the relaxation room, the locker with my name on it, the luxurious robe, and all the amenities available. I also appreciated the kindness and expertise of Alison and the reception staff in explaining what facials and products might be best for me. All in all a beautifully restorative experience.

A visit to Woodhouse Day Spa feels like a true retreat from the real world. This is my 2nd visit to your establishment & both times for a Swedish massage. I highly recommend TRISTAN or SAM. Customer service at the front desk is great. Looking forward to my next massage here. Thank you!

This spa is absolutely stunning!! 😍😍 I went here for a massage and it was absolutely amazing! Landon was extremely professional, thorough, communicative, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, I was very happy with the massage and therapist!! It is such a beautiful place, the rose pedals on the ground are a nice touch for Valentine’s Day! Definitely check it out and I HIGHLY recommend for any and all spa needs/wants!

I had an absolutely amazing massage with Hannah today! She was so intuitive and my shoulder pain I have been having for months totally melted away. I left feeling energized and rejuvenated! My only critique is when I was asked what areas needed special attention, I replied with my shoulders and feet. Unfortunately my feet were left untouched besides a hot towel treatment, which felt great. I totally understand there may have been constraints with time with my 80 minute massage. Nonetheless, I would and will definitely be going back!

This place is amazing. My typical spa was booked and I needed a mental health day asap. I always drive past this place and I decided to check them out finally. Thank God that I did because they are amazing. Its so hard to find a place that has a locker room with a shower. I was greeted with a beverage of my choosing and was given a very comfy robe and slippers. I received a deep tissue massage from Regina. She got all the knots out of my body. She really put all her effort into it. Thank God she did, because my body has been stressed out for a while. She really helped it a lot. The Locker room was relaxing and the shower was private with your basic amenities including a rain fall shower head. I love the added touches with the teas and snacks. I think I found my favorite spa to go to. Thanks yall for everything. I will be back!

Amazing experience! Came here with my best friend and we did 30 minutes in the salt room. We wished we had done an hour. We would’ve stayed all day and done more services, if we had planned it enough in advance. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!!

Ive been here a couple of times since the spring. The space is lovely and my treatments--facials and a massage--were very good.The reason why Im only giving four stars is because both the facials were on the gentle side. I guess Im used to facials that really are deep cleaning, while these were facials putting a bunch of lotions on your face and massaging your face, neck, and arms. If thats what you like, then Woodhouse is the place for you. After a couple of times, I decided I really need more from facials. As nice as they were, I will have to look elsewhere for facials.

I was so excited to try a new spa in Boulder as the options have been limited! The Woodhouse did not disappoint. Every single Woodhouse team-member was pleasant and helpful. Krista gave me the most amazing and revitalizing facial and now I will be a regular of hers. I also received a deep tissue massage and pedicure that both exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and worth every penny and speaking of pennies, their prices are extremely fair! Thanks for an amazing day Woodhouse (Boulder), I cant tell you how much I needed it!

As far as I could find out, maybe the only place in the denver metro area with a Vichy shower! It was a lovely treatment and I had a great time.I will say I am a size 3x individual, so even the “More room” robe didn’t quite fit me and was a little too open. I didn’t want to take a star off for that because they might have a bigger size robe, but I was too embarrassed to ask

The new Woodhouse in Boulder is simply amazing!! It is so clean, fresh, and beautiful everywhere you look. The locker room is immaculate, and the relaxation rooms are so lovely and quiet. There are 3! So, guests are really spread out.The staff is wonderfully sweet from the moment you walk in the door. They are very attentive, making sure you have everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed.The pedicure chairs are so nice, with so many options for reclining and massage. My nail tech, Kim, was one of the best I have ever had. She was so sweet and really had good attention to detail when applying my polish. I highly recommend her if wanting a nice, relaxing pedicure!I previously received a hot stone massage as well. Woodhouse uses perfectly warmed Salt Stones which leave you feeling rejuvenated and wonderful! My massage therapist was very sweet and knowledgeable.If you are looking for an amazing place to relax, this is the place. You WILL NOT be disappointed! I cant wait to go back!

Took my wife here for a belated Valentines Day celebration. The staff was friendly, the facilities were very clean, and the massages were great. We did a couples massage. The spa is great on the inside and you do feel transported once you walk through the doors. Its also nice to be able to shop at REI before you go in. Truly a Boulder experience.

This is one of my favorite Woodhouse Spa locations. Its about a 45 minute drive from where I live, but totally worth it. The staff here is so kind and helpful. I always feel welcome and relaxed. Steven gives probably the best massages I have ever had. Ive always struggled with finding a good massage therapist because my back always gives me so much trouble. I dont want to get massages from anyone else now. I had a facial done by Krista. She also recommended some products for my face and I was hesitant since I had tried so many things for my skin in the recent past. I ended up going with her suggestion and my skin has never looked this good. If your face is in need of some tlc then seriously...book an appointment with Krista! I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

We have been to the one in downtown Denver. So when we pulled up in a shopping mall area we had some doubts. They were quickly squashed. This place is wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly. Tristan and Emerald were excellent. Both of us agreed one of our best spa/massage experiences. We are definitely going back.

Brand new day spa! Everything was gorgeous. Very nice and attentive staff but not always in your face, gave you time to relax before and after my facial. The estitician i had was very knowledgeable and the hydra facial was awesome. I could tell the difference in my skin tone after 1 facial! Will differently be back to The Woodhouse.

All of the staff was amazingly welcoming. All of the areas were clean. My fiancé and I both got massages to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We were able to use a couples room for the massage, which was awesome. The massages themselves were great and very relaxing.

Beautiful spa, lovely lighting, an overall clean and professional vibe, I felt like I was at a high- end hotel, only better.The message from Steven was stellar, I am sure the last five minutes of it were wonderful too, but I was so relaxed I feel asleep. He gave me some great tips on stretching for my problem muscles.Great pedicure, my little piggies are all soft and pretty.The message rooms are resplendent, the claw-foot tub was very enticing, maybe next time. The robes were soft and comfy, the changing rooms were immaculate, and the spa sandals provided were a fantastic surprise..

Wow! I just had my first massage at Woodhouse in Boulder. What a wonderful, indulgent experience! The lovely ladies who answer the phones and greet you are professional and gracious. The relaxation room is beautiful and sets the tone for the remainder of the time spent there. I had a deep tissue massage with Steve. His skillset and demeanor were wonderful. I cant return soon enough! Kudos to all who made my experience so memorable.

The Woodhouse in Boulder is outstanding! The ladies at the front desk immediately made me feel at home and I was given a super comfy robe, a complimentary drink and had time to unwind in front of the warm fireplace before my massage. Steven is not only extremely friendly but he is a top - notch therapist that helped me relieve a problem in my shoulder that Ive been dealing with for a long time. 100% will be back to try out the other massages therapists, who, I was told are also all amazing. Most wonderful facial with an amazing facial massage by Demi! Very knowledgeable and skilled at what my skin needs and attentive to my questions. The whole staff is welcoming and kind. This is the place to go when Im stressed! Jennifer is a superb deep tissue and hot stone massage therapist. Alyse knew exactly where to massage me based on our brief conversation. Cindys pedicures are perfect and her foot and leg massage out of this world, not to mention her lovely personality. All service providers here are experienced and top-notch. Facility is beautifully decorated and relaxing with several relaxation rooms that provide refreshments and privacy.

I had the privilege of receiving a massage from Steven who was very knowledgeable and supremely excellent at delivering one of the best massages of my life. His intuitive understanding of the issues that I need attending to in my body was superb. I highly highly highly recommend the experience at Woodland spa and especially if you choose a massage with Steven. You won’t be disappointed!!

I had a deep tissue massage and the shirodhara with Kimberly. The massage was a great mix of relaxing and therapeutic; my back and neck had much less tension after. The facilities are very nice and clean. I appreciated that they still had the relaxation room open and a complimentary beverage even during COVID. Kimberly was very kind and attentive. No complaints.

Good but not great. For this caliber spa, there were several flaws in service which negatively impacted my experience.The services offered, decor, and amenities were on par with other spas of this level except sadly, there is no sauna or steam room. The locker room is luxe, but contains just one shower stall.Bring your own reading material to enjoy in the relaxation room since there is only one boring skincare advertisement brochure available to read.My masseuse was very talented but had a few long fingernails which continuously scratched me during the service.There are wines available for $7-9/glass. However, I doubt that the spa goes through enough of each of the several wines available to keep the opened bottles fresh. I would have been more inclined to buy wine if it were sold in individual cans or mini bottles.

Ive had plenty of hydrafacials, and my hydrafacial at this spa was not worth $260. Theres remaining product on my face, my pores look enlarged, my under eyes were uncleansed, and my extractions were not thorough. My skin looks worse than when I came in. I am so disappointed. Respectfully, I would skip this service and go somewhere else.

If I could give Woodhouse 0 stars I would. Jennifer gave me THE worst massage of my life. Immediately after the massage I could no longer turn my head to the right and this pain continued for 2+ weeks. Finally I decided to see a Chiropractor and Orthopedic Spine Surgeon who both were concerned enough to request x-rays and MRI of my neck which costed me $$$$ out of my pocket after an awfully expensive massage for horrible results. To make matters worse the General Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and tried to argue that I was experiencing pain from a pre-exisiting condition which is completely false as I am in my early 20s. I had visited Woodhouse many times before but will NEVER be returning to this awful establishment who treat their customers poorly. If you are getting a massage choose anywhere else in Boulder but Woodhouse.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Lovely from beginning to end.

The place is beautiful, the multiple front staff are welcoming and the robes and slippers are a nice touch! I enjoyed my massage and the rooms are nice. The only reasons for the 4 stars is I booked 80 min massages for my mom and I, and we got the exact same massage and she mentioned she got a hot towel under her neck and hot stones added for no cost. I would have loved to have had those in my massage! Especially as I was torn between a swedish and hot stone. When we asked the staff out front about this they said that the massage therapist are supposed to follow a certain protocol but sometimes stray and do their own thing. This clearly worked in my moms favor but as the one paying for it and left out it just didnt leave a good taste in my mouth. Especially after this being my first massage since covid started I really would have enjoyed the add on! Not sure if it just due to me looking younger( I am 30) and they didnt take me as seriously but as someone who used to get massages regularly and frequently went to the Four Seasons I was very excited to hopefully have Woodhouse be my go to. I would love to come back and work with another therapist but also would have loved the front staff to have given me a coupon or something for next time as they just stared at me as I was waiting for one of the five of them to make it right. Again its a beautiful place, but if you have people coming together make sure they get the same quality especially for $400+Updated: never even got a call back or response. Lovely experience! Staff was attentive and kind. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The estheticians were very knowledgable and gave me some great advice on how to improve my skin. I look forward to my next visit!

It was great! Stephen gave me the deep sleep treatment and it was wonderful. The spa was beautiful, the robes were so nice, and the staff was friendly. You felt like you were away somewhere at a mountain retreat rather than a spa in the city. I would highly recommend.

A great place but they need to manage the pace of clients better. I tried to relax in their lounge before my massage and there were too many people in the room. Some of them were done with their services but were just hanging out while they waited for their friends. It put a damper on an otherwise excellent experience.

Not only is it 5 star luxurious, everyone working there treats you like you are family, and you wont want to leave. From beginning to end, it truly is the best Spa experience in Boulder!. The spa is beautiful and my facial was great. However, my “50-minute” massage was only about 40 minutes long as the therapist ended it at about 45 minutes past the hour and that included time to undress, etc. I do wish they had showers but it’s a lovely spa regardless.

I liked the location, the atmosphere. They make sure you are comfortable, you have time to relax before your treatment. The esthetician was very professional and skilled, letting you know about your options, and making sure you understand if something is an add on, without hard selling upgrades.

Kristie (sp?) did a fantastic job. The entire staff is so friendly despite my silent nature. I received the acne management facial and it was DIVINE. I feel like Im in a movie. Robes are A1, smells great, maximum privacy, worth every bit of time and money. Kristie was especially knowledgeable and went above and beyond for a stranger. Highly recommend.

Upgraded to the VIP suite and it was worth every penny. The staff was attentive and the champagne pours were heavy! I treated my wife and I to a mani/pedi. My services were top tier. I think I fell asleep during my pedicure. Kim was able to cut my cuticles short because I bite them when they are not! Overall, our experience was 5 stars and we will definitely be back.

Rachel Alba was one of the best massages I have ever had! It was relaxing and therapeutic! Im gonna book an 80 min one cuz 50 min was not long enough.. also the spa is so beautiful!

Our party of nine had a total of over a dozen wonderful Woodhouse services - a lovely pre-wedding experience, marred only by a jarring visit from the manager who abruptly informed us we should not have the “relaxation room” to ourselves without an extra fee – even though it had been approved by multiple staffers in advance. Left the bride and her sister upset and shaken - so much for “relaxation” ☹. Tone-deaf, to say the least …In response to the comment from the owner - multiple staff had also approved our bringing our own food, both when the reservation was made and later, when we confirmed it. Sounds like there is a disconnect at Woodhouse ...

Had the signature facial here with an added derma flash. Erin did an amazing job and was not only professional but fun. The facilities were beautiful, and felt very luxurious. Overall I was super impressed and would love to come again.

Very clean, amazing staff, the best facial I have received in years. There is a quiet room but no sauna. The shower room was closed due to covid restrictions.

Disappointed in the spa since they would not give me a refund. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to get a refund for a gift my club wanted to give our coach. Which turns out we can’t give. It seems ridiculous to me that this company would not allow for refunds. Thumbs down.
