Giving 5 stars just for Jill. She is so kind and caring. I went to Spavia Boulder for a long time and had a membership just to go back to get facials and other services from her. If you are looking for a day spa for skin care, I 100% recommend it and 100% recommend going to her. I would never stop going if I wasnt moving.

I was happy to have a massage therapist who wears & required me to wear a mask.Spavia Boulder receptionist Olivia (I think) was pleasant, inviting, & helpful.Spavia was exceptionally clean & comfortable.Xander, my massage therapist, was calm & reassuring. He went over my health history & reviewed how he would modify my massage. He also recommended differences & asked me for any suggestions or requests - firmer/ lighter. He also acknowledged my massage requests. He verified my nut allergy, too, in order to choose which massage cream/oil to use.The room was dark & calming. The bed was heated just perfectly.Choices of music, background noise or nothing were offered. I chose ocean waves - & would have preferred just that alone, instead of the music that was auto-added. Next time! You can also choose no background music/noise & no conversation.The changing area was comfortable & private & sanitized.A warm clean robe & slide plastic sandals were provided, as well as a combination locker.Hot & cold tea choices were offered in the inner waiting room, as was a warm shoulder & neck pillow.A sanitized shower, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were provided.Very lovely & calming & rejuvenating experience.5/2/24Spavia is such a calming space & Xander is an amazing masseuse. He responds to all my issues & requests. He finds my trigger points & works on them. The massage room is warm & inviting with a salt lamp & calming music. The massage table is warm & comfortable- Xander always asks about the temperature. Xander still requires clients to wear a face mask & he does, too, the N95 kind! I forgot my mask this time but the receptionist had one for me. I’m glad to find a masseuse who does require a mask!I love relaxing in the warm darkened waiting room after, sipping herbal tea & listening to the waterfall fountain. Xander got me the tea & a neck warmer this time. So lovely to be waited on! The womens changing room is clean & perfect with a shower & supplies. Always sufficient towels. The bathrobes are luxurious. I never feel rushed. I decided to buy the membership because its such a good deal. I already made my next appointment!7/26/24I was recommended to Morgan by another masseuse there for more specific muscle work - & he was correct. Morgan worked on exactly what I requested plus found other areas that were contributing to my severe back, neck, shoulder, scapula pains. She really worked on my entire back & did a pec release. Im still feeling the great results from Morgans massage.I love Spavia - as soon as I walk in I feel the relaxation begin & calmness coming over me.The provision of thick fluffy robes & sandals & locked lockers is perfect to transition into the womens waiting area. Soft lighting & a waterfall help me to continue winding down & start meditative thoughts.The rooms are perfect temps & beds are heated - warmer or cooler, as you desire.Morgan offered me a warmed eye cover once I turned over & it was so comfy & perfect.After the massage, hot tea & neck/shoulder warmers are provided.A spa shower is available, along with clean fluffy towels & wash cloths, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion are provided. A hair dryer is also available.Ive had all excellent experiences at Spavia.

I love Spavia! The employees are always wonderful and welcoming. Services are top notch, I can’t say a bad thing about Spavia!Jill is the absolute best & the only esthetician Ill see. She takes the time to get to know you & your skin to help you build a plan to achieve your skin goals. Shes always warm & friendly. Shes the best!

Morgan and Jill were great and I liked the facilities. I was disappointed about how I was treated after a miscommunication from the receptionist. I was told I could buy a gift card at the time of my appointment and get money back, but when I got there they said the promo had passed. I was then told I would get a discount toward future treatments. But then the manager called and said there was nothing they could do. Just disappointed in that kind of customer service.

Great place to relax and get top-notch treatments. The membership is a really good deal because everything is discounted and you can roll over if you dont use it that month or share with a friend.

My massage with Morgan was of average quality. The small relaxation room is a nice touch but only has water and tea, no snacks or anything. The massage room was kept at a very chilly temperature so it was difficult to fully relax. I arrived exactly 25 minutes late for my massage which was entirely my fault and I had no issue paying for the fully scheduled 80 mins but my massage was cut short 35 minutes, which didn’t quite add up. I mentioned this to the front desk attendant and she ignored my comment. Additionally, in a full body massage I have never had my feet entirely skipped/not touched, but that was the case here. They also have a loud noise machine with white noise in the massage room, presumably to eliminate noise outside of the room but it clashes with the relaxing music they are playing during the treatment. I will not be returning.

Crystal is truly an amazing masseuse. I left knowing I just had the best therapeutic massage I have ever had. My body feels so great. Including my bad knees.

She is truly amazing at her job and I would recommended anyone who wants a massage to go see her!Chante who is in charge of the admin side is also very very helpful and always timely she is definitely on top of everything!

I was truly shocked at the whole spa retreat and facial, experience. Ive never done anything like that, Im just a regular guys guy. I came away deeply relaxed and transported. Jill was a pleasure, gentle and attentive, and Id recommend Spavia to anyone.

In addition to the massage, I really like the facilities before and after: robe, shower, slippers, tea room with mini waterfall. I like that I have a choice of lotion and sounds. I also love the neck warmer and warm eye mask. All the little things make it special.

I love the scent they use in the waiting area. Nice atmosphere. Nice warmed neck wraps. SO relaxing and pleasant. I like THEIR massage rooms too.Difficult to get an appt without booking way in advance. If I ever find someone I really like, they dont stay. 😞 Cant say there is consistency between the different masseuse.

No frills day spa with not a very comfortable lounge area… however - my facialist today, Jill, was amazing! So kind and thorough. It was equally cleansing and very relaxing. I’m used to medical facials that often take the relaxation out of the experience. Highly recommend Jill! Will be rebooking :)

Had my first massage ever with Hunter. He was very nice, but was definitely sick. He told me he was no longer sick, just getting over something, and was wearing a mask. But the massage was not very relaxing because he was sniffling very loudly the whole time, and I woke up with fever, chills, and bodyaches 2 days later. He is the only sick person Ive encountered in the last 2 weeks, so it was definitely him who infected me. Ive had to miss work because of this. When I called to let them know about it, they did absolutely nothing, and Im very upset.

These past couple of months have been stressful and I was long overdue for a massage this was my first time coming here and the atmosphere is astonishing and peaceful the service along with the front desk ladies were sweet. And Xander was the one who gave me the salt stone massage and let’s just say I had to stop myself from drooling a couple of times it was amazing. I will definitely stop by here again soon. And lastly the complimentary hot tea was good too!

I see Jess for my facial and brow waxing. She is simply the best! I have seen my skin improve over the last two years of meeting with her. I appreciate her suggestions for my at-home skin care routine as well as her recommendation on products that are best suited for my skin-type and skin concerns. Jess makes sure Im informed about the services she is providing and ingredients being used on my face. Shes kind, caring and always a pleasure to see every month for my facial appointments.Great front desk staff who are patient when answering membership account questions. Had a couples massage with Austin and Hunter, both of which were great. Upon check out, the receptionist couldnt figure out how to run our gift cards and we were in a hurry to catch dinner so we had to pay cash. So well have to schedule again to use them and hopefully they can figure it out this time. Due to the inconvenience, of paying out of pocket instead of using our gift cards, a compensation would be appreciated .

Robyn was so professional & also fun to talk to. She did the waxing in a way to be as comfortable as possible and I was so happy with the results. Would definitely recommend her!

I have been going to Spavia Boulder for several years. I have never been disappointed. I always leave there feeling amazing! Love it so much, I have a monthly membership, such a great deal.

I have been going to spa via for years and most times it is very pleasant. Alan was amazing, Emily is fantastic, Wesley is great!!!!However the past times I have called for an appointment or to reschedule Gary has answered the phone and he is extremely unpleasant, so much so that I refuse to book an appointment if he is the one that answers. He needs training or should not be the first point of contact. Hence the 4 stars. If my first point of contact was Gary I would never go back and I would rate 0 stars

Great place with INCREDIBLE staff! Gerald is an excellent massage therapist with good communication and professionalism. Katherine did my wrap and facial. I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped me trouble shoot a couple of problem areas, offered practical advice for ongoing maintenance and just made my day with her sweet, kind personality! I will be back and I am thankful for both Gerald and Katherine to making a girls day at the spa with my sister all the more special!

I get that my long legs take longer to wax, but I dont appreciate discovering under normal lighting that the esthetician neglected the top 8 inches of my legs. You might consider allotting 10 extra minutes per person (finishing early means nobody would be seen late) or asking a question at booking that asks if the client is tall/might need more time for the appointment. My provider was kind enough to push her next appointment out 10 minutes when she realized my legs would take over an hour, but the last part was rushed and she missed quite a bit in places that I cant reach to wax on my own.

This was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the massage and spa. Its a great looking place, the waiting room cozy, after the bathroom area very accommodating and fancy, with tasty robes.About a year after from a big surgery on my chest, a massage was incredibly wanted to work out my shoulders and neck. I was gifted an hour of massage that was one of the best I have ever had.Rachelle was able to focus in on spots I did not even know were needing work, a great deep tissue and pressured massage. She really knows what she is doing! Also, very kind and easy to talk to.Best experience, yet, highly recommend Rachelle!

Spavia Boulder is a great day spa with such a relaxing environment. It smells Spa when you enter the lobby. The girls up front are friendly and greet you with great big smiles. The locker room holds luxurious robes, sandals, a shower and toilet and individual changing rooms. The tranquility area is set with candles, magazines, warm neck wraps and water or tea and mints. I had an Escape package and it was awesome. Ricala did my facial and she is very talented, providing me with one of the best facials I have had. Rachelle performed my deep tissue massage and it was great. She released muscle tension in my neck and shoulders which were much needed. The prices are comparable to other spas but if you buy and commit to a membership you save $30 a treatment or $360 in a year! I signed up for the Premier package at $89 a month. And, they said I can share it with one family member. I love ❤️ Spavia! I can’t wait to go back!!!

Deanna gave me an amazing massage. My neck and upper back were really sore and she listened to me and gave me a massage catered to my needs. She put a warm neck wrap on while I waited for my next service. I had a fabulous facial with Carmen and my face felt great! The people at the front desk are always friendly. I recommend Spavia.

Honestly its because of Emily! She is an amazing massage therapist! She pays attention to your request and has really helped me with some stiffness I was experiencing in my lower back from my surgery. Truly thankful it has helped in my recovery.

Tanya is the best esthetician. Her facials are so relaxing and my skin looks amazing. Update, I went back for another anti-aging facial. Afterwards my skin tone is so even and the pigmentation is faded. I highly recommend this treatment.

I was a little nervous because I had never received a massage... EVER! As I walked in I was greeted by friendly smiling staff. My specialist did an amazing job checking in on me, and making sure I was comfortable. My favorite part of my service was the retreat room! It was filled with warm neck wraps, hot tea, and ice cold water! Low dimmed, and perfect for my much needed relaxation. I can’t waitto continue my self care journey with Spavia Boulder!!! 😄

A caring team of owners, a welcoming and friendly receptionist staff, and most importantly, exceptional massage therapists. I would recommend Rachelle for an incredible deep tissue experience, though have never been disappointed by any of the massage therapists. Wow! This spa is fabulous! Everything from the reception, to the changing rooms, the waiting area, the treatment rooms, the bedding, lighting, music and of course their staff - all top notch! I love how they have you pick your own scent for massages and even what kind of music you like to listen to. And to top it off their staff provides comments about your treatment - what a great idea! I want to personally point out that Rachelle gave the best massage Ive ever had and Ricala gave an incredible facial, very caring & gentle. Kathryn is the absolute best esthetician! I think she makes every time I go into Spavia magical!Update: Just got charged incorrectly on the wrong card. Also one of the last times I was there the front desk person checked me in as a no show… when I was waiting for 20mins. Customer service in the front desk has definitely gone downhill. Hopefully they don’t lose any of their amazing massage therapists or wonderful estheticians.

Ive only been here for the massages, which have been fantastic. I signed up for the monthly membership, and the regular massage has been a lifesaver, helping relieve pain through recovery from several injuries. The massage is more than just enjoyable in the moment, I see improvement in how I feel and function afterward. The spa itself is very relaxing and pampering. Its an investment that is well worth it!

This was the first time my mom and I had been into this spa. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the manager, Sara and a couple other employees. After we filled out our paperwork we were lead back to the dressing/locker room which by the way was so clean and tidy. The robes were soft and comfortable which made me really start to get into the experience of the spa. When my massage therapist Jay came and got me, he was very personable and was interested in any other experiences I may have had getting a massage before. He really listened and focused on the areas that were causing me pain. Tess was my moms massage therapist and she did an excellent job loosening up the muscles in my moms shoulders. I would like to mention this was the first time my mom had ever had a massage. With that said, we will definitely be back!

The staff are professional and courteous. My facial was extremely pleasant. The hot stone massages are magnificent for my body and soothing for my spirit. I couldnt ask for a better way to relax and rejuvenate. Thank you for amazing experiences each time I visit.

This place is excellent. Everything i could ask for to relax before a treatment (robes, sandals, neck warmer, etc.) The locker room is excellent and I appreciate the shower option. The massages and facials are fantastic quality with every little detail accounted for. I loved the warm oil scalp treatment- it was luxurious. It is only slightly more expensive than other spas but the quality makes it worth every dime.

I had an amazing experience at Spavia. Everybody was really friendly and they take care of your needs. The place is nice and clean. Deanna did a great job applying the right pressure as needed and making me feel relax and comfortable. The facial was the best experience yet, this was my first time and Ricala did an amazing job in explaining how the treatment would help my skin feel better.

I just had an amazing facial at Spavia! My face feels and looks great and the experience was wonderful. The facial massage, the products and Heidi were just perfect. I wanted to go slow with facial products and she totally understood. The whole experience went very smoothly and Im going to look into their membership options since Id love to get on a regular regiment.

This is my third time to Spavia, and I love this place. Front desk staff is very friendly. I like the relaxation room where you can have tea and where your neck warmers. :) I have had Ingrid and Steven for massages, and they are both fantastic therapists. I have always left feeling so relaxed and taken care of. I dont have a membership yet, but am highly thinking of getting one soon.

I set up a two hour facial and massage for my wife and her friend, when she got there, she was informed that the facial wasnt going to happen (car trouble), and that her friend will have to wait the hour for her to get a massage before she gets hers, and then my wife would have to wait also. No one let us know in the morning as we would have rescheduled. The overall experience setting up the appts was a nightmare and I had to call 3 times because the front desk kept putting in the wrong time. I will never be back here, and I will make sure no one else I know goes also.

Chrystal (Krystal) is incredible. She takes such pride in her work and goes above and beyond for her clients. Her attention to detail and positive attitude contribute to an incredibly rewarding experience that goes far beyond just a simple massage.

I have been here many times. The staff is caring and helpful. I get the absolute best facial from Ricala. I think I fell asleep today when she was doing the massage on my face and neck. It was so relaxing. My skin feels wonderful and soft when I leave and I feel 20 years younger.My only complaint and the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they recently replaced the robes that they you have your put on for your services. They are a bad color and not soft and luxurious. I wish they had not changed.

It was only my second time experiencing a massage and this time was even better than my first. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly. The spa was very clean. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and both of our therapists made it an awesome experience! I’d definitely go back to Spavia Boulder! My only complaint was that I had a hard time finding the spa. I was not familiar with the mall and did not realize it was on the 2nd story. My GPS just kept leading me in circles.

I dont even know how to describe the beautiful and heart touching experience I had getting a massage with Katrina at Spavia.Before starting the session, I disclosed that I was going through a breakup and so she shouldnt worry if I started crying as she moved things around. She was so incredibly loving and sensitive to my needs throughout our session. Afterwards she even shared some really heartfelt and loving words with me.Theres something to be said about a great massage- but when it goes beyond just the service and the heart gets involved, it is truly a very special and beautiful experience.I highly recommend this place, and I highly recommend Katrina.Especially if youre heart broken.

WOW, this place is awesome. OMG...Rachelle gives by far the best massage I have ever had. Love, love, love her. Everything about this place is amazing. From the minute you walk in the door till you walk out. The staff is beyond accommodating and very friendly. The environment is very calming after a busy week. I love the reception area, women’s changing room, waiting area (serenity) and the room is set up with your favorite scent and sounds. Special shout out to Sara who always makes you feel like you are their #1 customer.

When I called to make the appointment they told me it was at 11:50, so I didn’t think to check my confirmation email. Turns out it was at 11:40 and I was late when I arrived at 11:45. Luckily the therapist didn’t have someone after me so I got the full time. Then, however, the massage was terrible. It was the laziest massage I’ve ever had. I know I only paid for a Swedish massage, but still for $99 I expected a little more effort. And then, she exposed me during the session which was the final straw. The front was nice enough to give me 10% off my massage after hearing my complaints but then after I looked at my receipt after leaving they didn’t end up actually giving me the discount. I did enjoy the facial I got, however for $119 I laid on the table for 15 out of 50 minutes just with a face mask on and nothing happening, which is what I could have done at home. Overall it was a poor experience and I won’t be back.

Ive been a member at Spavia Day Spa Boulder for almost a year. First tried this place with a Groupon. I enjoyed my experience so much that I went ahead and signed on as the membership fees were ridiculously affordable. Since that time, they have raised their rates but it is still a reasonable monthly deal, especially with the amenities offered in this cozy spa.I usually go for a monthly 60 or 80 minute massage. You are able to flex between levels if you would like within reason. Ive switched between 60 min and 90 min on at least 2 occasions.The spa setting is very nice, locker room has a nice ambience as does the waiting area. There is a shower available, which is also convenient. After your massage, they offer you a warm neck wrap and hot tea or cold water.Staff is always very friendly and flexible and location is relatively convenient.Highly recommend trying this place if you havent yet!

Spavia in Boulder is a very relaxing experience from the very start. I find the staff at the front desk to be warm and inviting. The ladies room and the waiting area are clean and comfortable, and it is a treat to relax with a cup of tea before a massage.My experience with the therapists who have treated me has been highly professional and caring. My new years resolution was to take better care of myself. I have worked in the 29th Street mall for 12 years and always wanted to go to Spavia and have a massage or facial. Well I finally did it! I booked a massage and I was with Rachelle who was absolutely amazing. She somehow, in an hour, got to every achey part of my body. Her pressure was perfect and by the end of the hour I felt like a new woman!. The Spavia atmosphere is relaxing, clean and inviting.You feel very nurtured when you are there. Desiree is helpful at the front desk in helping you book what you need. Thank you Rachelle and Spavia for helping me take better care of myself.

I have been a member here for over a year and I have always been very impressed will all of Spavia Boulder’s services. I have done both messages, facials, and their hand and feet services and I am always satisfied. I also enjoy their complementary neck wraps, teas, and reading material for you to relax with before and after your treatment. The only sad thing is that they have had many of their messagists move on to other places. However, the new ones and the people who have stayed are all great, so I can’t complain!

Had a great prenatal massage with Alena! She focused on all the right spots (lower back, hips, mid back and shoulder) and made the best of the 60 minute massage. I had all sorts of discomfort that day and the week leading to it, and left feeling an immediate difference and much energized. The next day the soreness and pinching I was having in my back was gone and I was feeling much more myself :) huge relief. Im currently at 37 weeks and plan on having another one in a couple weeks to get me through these last few weeks as comfortable and mobile as possible.

Spavia is a very nice spa with very nice people who work there. The facility is clean and modern, the atmosphere is relaxing and rejuvenating, the services are very reasonably priced and the quality of the massages and other treatments is always superb. I highly recommend Spavia and I would also recommend considering a membership. I have a membership and every month when I have my massage I am so happy that I do. My family and friends are also happy that I do as I gift them with my bring a friend gift cards which are an excellent deal.

I switched to Spavia from another monthly massage service because of the additional spa services like facials, beautiful environment and showers they offer.It’s so nice to feel truly pampered here at Spavia. The last two services, my facial and massages, were top of the line!!

THIS IS THE BEST NATURAL SPA IN BOULDER! The people are very friendly and calm, not afraid to make conversation if you want some, and the amenities are clean, elegant, professional, and calming. :) I didnt feel nervous once and loved every second of my experience! Not only are the people awesome but the services are as well. The massage was the first one in my whole life that I liked and actually helped me relax and their facialists (is that a word?) made my skin glow from within! I cant wait to go back! Already re-scheduled an appt!This is my home away from home! I always come out feeling 1000% better, I hope to keep coming for a long time to this establishment!

Best massage I have received since I moved from NY to Colorado. Deep tissue/sports massage was a gift from my kids. Wonderful to be able to choose your massage cream and music for your session. Clean, relaxing, no rush atmosphere. What a find and Will definitely go again!

They have a wide range of massage therapists so if you tell them how you like your massages they will find the right person for you.

I love, love, love this Spavia. THEY are friendly and very professional. I have Deanna do my massage and she is a great therapist. I always get the 80 min and she never disappoints.The facials are great too. They now give points so Im anxious to try some of the other specialities.

Because very few massages are completely negative... perhaps this is a first world problem. At least it was somewhat relaxing. Its hard for me to get away from my stressful life for a self-indulgent window of time in Boulder. I had a gift certificate and scheduled this massage to get myself professionally worked on.The therapist was very nice in greeting me and asking about my areas of focus. In addition to booking (and paying for) deep tissue, I did mention Id prefer hard pressure, and asked for specific areas. I reiterated this during the session, when asked. But I found myself wondering when it would be over.Meh is the best I can offer. Maybe she was having a bad day. She didnt seem to listen when I answered the questions she asked. Im not a demanding person and I dont talk very much. But I did clearly answer the questions asked. Is this enough pressure? No.I requested and paid for a deep tissue massage. There is a price difference. This was a gift from well meaning friends. But as I told the front desk employees, it was not in the ballpark of deep tissue. Ive lived in Boulder for a long time. You cannot make the high rent with hosts who are soft spoken and ineffective, and massage therapists who are booked for deep tissue massages but dont specialize in those.They did offer enhanced service on the next massage, which was nice. But with so many options around, why would I return to this establishment?

Ive had 3 massages at Spavia, with 3 different therapists, and all of them were awesome! The locker room is pretty and clean, with a nice shower, fluffy towels, robes and sandals in each locker. The sitting area is lovely and relaxing, with yummy teas and warm neck towels. Schedule a treatment at Spavia, you will thank yourself!

I recently had one of the best massages I have ever had with Beth at the Boulder Spavia! Its always a great experience from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. But this massage was truly exceptional. If you need some deep tissue work, go see Beth!

I have recently been paying more attention to my skin and have seen Marjie and Ricala at Spavia for facials. Both are wonderful!! I have been using the products they recommended for about a month now. This past week at least three people have told me how wonderful my skin looks, that it is glowing. Will definitely keep up with my facials and be taking their advice.

The Boulder Spavia is a wonderful place to enjoy a massage or a facial.Everyone is very nice and professional. I would give Spavia a 5+ stars if I knew all the therapists were fully vaccinated.

Spavia is a great place to go when I want to indulge myself. I have been getting facials from Ricala for a year now. She does an amazing job, very professional and caring. Always listens, asks questions about my skin and preferences, gives recommendations. And massage from Gerald, he helps me gain flexibility and reducing pain symptoms from tight muscles. I only have one complain: frequently of of products I want to purchase. Otherwise, great experience.

I always have a positive experience at Spavia. It is a great value if you have a monthly membership, especially if you are using the bring-a-friend discount every month. My husband always goes with me and gets a massage or facial for the discounted $49 price. I usually alternate between massages and facials each month. I recommend Ingrid for massages and Ricala for facials. I have not tried any other services there, like waxing, scrubs, etc. I have been a member for about two years.

I joined as a Spavia member in October of last year. While it took me a while to use their scheduling interface properly, I have it down pat now. Ive also found a therapist there that is extraordinarily well trained and in-tune with her clients specific muscle needs. My favorite part: the spa is very clean, and offers a nice shower in the changing rooms, so you dont have to get dressed after a treatment still covered in oil.If you receive regular massage, and are willing to try several therapists to find the right one for you, the membership is a good value!TIP: bring your own ipod or iphone for music. Im not a traditionalist, and prefer something a little less new-age during treatments.

Wonderful day spa! I feel relaxed from the moment I walk in. The staff is great, starting at check in to check out. I always come early to enjoy the relaxation room. The scalp massage is the best add on to any massage. Voted best day spa in Boulder. They sure get my vote!

Specifically asked if the facial would include extractions, and the esthetician replied yes will include them. Did not include any extractions. Also did not bother to look at the skin under the light, ask any questions, and still tried to sell products at the end. In addition we were asked which music we would like played and during the facial no music was played.When brought up with the person at the front desk receptionist she replied she must have ran out of time because we were late, however we were told on the phone that there was a 20 min courtesy period, which we arrived within. We also notified them an hour prior we would be late. If they were honest, and said at the beginning that they would not have time for extractions, we would not have got the service. She was explaining the situation which contradicted what we were told on the phone prior. These spa treatments were expensive too, at $218/person.The massage portion however was pretty good. However by being misled about the facial and the receptionist defending policies that were not told to us prior, I cannot recommend this spa.

I loved every minute of my time at a spavia in Boulder. The accommodations are lovely and your every comfort is taken into consideration. Rachelle is an incredibly talented and professional massage therapist who did a wonderful job addressing my problem areas. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I had a wonderful age defense facial with Nancy. It was by far the best facial I have ever had. I actually fell asleep twice during the face massage which I take to be a good sign! I have received a number of compliments on my skin since so I look forward to going again.

I have had great experiences with the Boulder Spavia. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have had several services (massage, facial, body wrap, waxing) at this location and in all my visits I was only dissatisfied once. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and professional atmosphere to pamper yourself.

Me and my husband make appointment for our anniversary for a couple massage. They called us a day before and said “Hi.. I’m calling to reschedule your appointment for tomorrow”. And I was like “what? No...this is our day, this is our anniversary.” She was so Insensitive and careless for the situation and her service was so annoying!She said that they cannot except us because some emergency situation but they also didn’t even try to help us or to find any other solution! This is not our fault! Unfortunately we couldn’t find any other place that can except us and schedule in this short notice. You should take responsibility and find a solution for your customers!thank you for ruining our day!

Ive been a member at Spavia Boulder for almost 3 years and most of my experiences have been very pleasant (thanks to Gerald and Deanna, theyre both great), however, once I had a very unpleasant massage experience so I got myself another massagae 2 days later. The massage therapist thought this massage was complimentary due to my previous experience (I hadnt told her about it, my guess is it was noted on my account or something) but once I told her that I got it for myself, she said she will make sure that Ill get compensated for what happened. 6 months later I received a call from the manager Sara - after I had asked about it again - Sara said she had accidentally called a different Shirin before (right, very common name) and that I should call her back at this number. Called the number many times but no one ever picked up. Having been their customer for years I expected a better customer service!

Spavia is awesome. Great selection of services and the practitioners are high-level. I love how reasonable the packages are and a great value for what you receive. I even became a member and now I never miss a massage!Love it!

Save your energy and go somewhere worth your time. I called yesterday and booked a facial for my mom for mothers day, they messed up and booked her a swedish massage instead. My mother raised 4 kids by herself, a swedish massage is like blowing air on her. I wouldve never booked that for her. They insisted that I did.Instead of fixing the situation, their manager, Zach (after giving me the run around) told me I cant let you talk to the owner now because theyre mothers too celebrating their day what about MY mom and HER day. You run a business, you should expect to handle situations anytime of the day as an owner.I work every holiday and every weekend, I dont say to my patients sorry, I cant save your life its my holiday and Im celebrating take responsibility for what you signed up for.Becky was condescending, unhelpful and just wasted my time.I 1000% do not recommend this place.

Sherri at Spavia is wonderful! I have enjoyed several sports massages from her that--after the hurts so good phase--have certainly helped in my recovery after marathons and tough trail runs. Overall, I do feel relaxed and pampered after a visit to Spavia!

The Boulder Spa Via has an atmosphere of complete peaceful tranquility when you enter the waiting room. You can begin relaxing with a warm neck wrap and herbal tea while you wait for your massage or facial. Deanna is one of their most gifted massage therapists who has an amazing healing touch.

This spa does it right. I have gotten both massages and facials here by a different specialist every time. For my massage, Rachelle was extremely professional and receptive to my requests. Then she gave feedback and advice for stretching my chest muscles which I didnt even know needed work. Then theres the retreat room. I could stay in there all day if they would let me. My favorite part about the spa though is the Manager, Sara at the front desk. Her knowledge of the facial/skin products is unmatched. She stared me on a routine of cleanser, mask, serum and moisturizer, then slowly adjusted it based on the results. I get compliments from strangers and family about how good I look these days, but my skin looks so naturally healthy, that I dont even get asked about my routine which is nice as a man because we like to keep our primping to ourselves. Personally, I love how soft my skin is every morning before work. They have the best natual and local products, well worth the price tag. Go here get pretty, be confident and anihalate your goals. I can even see the results from the extra confidence professionally. Theres something about having the best skin in the room.

My face felt and looked oily after my vitamin c facial due to the oil applied at the end. Personally, I dont think coconut oil should be applied after opening and cleansing pores. 3 days later I have more breakouts than ever before. I had a detox wrap done. My hands were chalk dry and my skin felt dry as well. The workers were very professional.. no complaints there. I really enjoyed the experience.. but in the end I want results. The only result I had was an oily face, along with many bee sting like extractions on my forehead despite her knowing I had plans to go out that night, and dry skin. Not sure why I paid 100$ for each treatment. This spa is overpriced and must use poor quality products. I will never return.

Ive had hundreds of spa services and Ricalas touch and grace with her facial massage and application of products was magnificent. I highly recommend this spa for treatments whether just for you or with friends and family. Discounts apply to first visits Monday through Thursday. Wax Wednesdays and Tan Thursdays offer 10% off services too!

Ricala was the biggest sweetheart. She answered all my questions. Even when I felt they were odd. She made me feel so comfortable. Super friendly and knowledgeable to Everything. She’s super patient and is very attentive. She’s the reason why I’ll be coming back again and again!

I got a groupon for this place for i think $42 a massage so I got one for my boyfriend and I. My guy cut mine short by 20 minutes and I had to sit and wait while my boyfriend got done. When they realized the mistake they told me I could have $10 off my next massage. It wasnt even worth $42 to start with, not to mention its be $74 with the discount. Ill never go back. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

My massage by Tim was one of the best Ive ever had. I have much less pain in my shoulders, neck, and legs. I had wrist surgery and he was careful to work around the injury.

My daughters experience was amazing. She deals with pain on a daily basis and Deana was very caring, soothing and caring. My daughter came back with color in her checks and hasnt looked this relaxed since she became sick. I would highly recommend Deana and Spavia.

Fantastic maternity massage from Deanna! Highly recommend, especially in the aches and painsy weeks of the third trimester. She does a great job of focusing in any specific areas of pain (Ive got some foot pain related to pregnancy weight gain) and isnt afraid to apply pressure when asked.

I was a member for a 2 years before new corporate ownership raised rates, overcharged for services and promised credit/compensation for services not delivered that was never honored when I tried to use it.
