The Riverside

This spot is amazing!The creek side patio is large and has several levels with seating right next to a rushing white water section of the beautiful Boulder Creek.Inside there is a lounge area and another upstairs plus one of the most amazing dance floors in Boulder.They seem to do a lot of private events and may not be open on a regular basis, so check the website before you head down.

I can not say enough good things about this event space. We did our company holiday party here last week and it was perfect. The food, the drinks, the service, the space - it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a relatively small group this year (36) but there was more than enough space to accommodate more in the main room. Lauren was a god send in working with planning this event so that everything ran smoothly and everyone could enjoy. I would highly recommend checking out this space for any event needs.

The Riverside staff were so helpful and understanding in helping me create a beautiful wedding reception. My guests LOVED the food and it was so cool to make a custom menu with farm to table food. I booked them through the Weddy app. Great experience!

This is a very cool multipurpose event space. A historic building combined with mountain views, eclectic design and the creekside patio makes you really feel like youre in Boulder

We had a party here for my son and his bride, and we couldnt have been more pleased. Lauren and the staff were fabulous. They were helpful from beginning to end; easy to communicate with, open to making accommodations, attentive to clearing plates and replenishing food during our luncheon. We rented the upstairs space because we had a smaller sized party. That space, like the downstairs, has a downstairs component as well as a great view of the Flatirons. And did I say that the food was absolutely delicious? My guests are still talking about it! I highly recommend The Riverside if you are looking for a place to host an event in Boulder.

I attended a business event at The Riverside recently and the experience was amazing. The location itself is calm and comfortable, but was perfect for our event. The staff were professional and courteous throughout, and the service and food was fantastic! I was the only vegetarian in my group, and the accommodation was seamless. The deck overlooking the river was a wonderful place to hang out, and the rooftop had a spectacular view of the Flatirons! Would rate 6 stars if I could!

I recently was at the Riverside for a 2 day business event and all I can say is WOW! Their team was incredible and the event space was bright, clean and had great energy. They had all the fancy accommodations so that we could project our presentations on a large screen and the rooftop with a view of the flatirons was perfect for breaks. Start to finish, it was great! Thank you Riverside for making our conference memorable :)

We held a small memorial service there, and it was the ideal setting. The room was beautiful, filled with lots of natural light and sounds of Boulder Creek below. The rental process was seamless, with no hidden costs. Every person we dealt with at the venue was beyond accommodating, and felt like partners in making our event a success. They handled every detail to perfection. I have been a professional event planner, and this was by far one of the best venues I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our daughters wedding with a reception at The Riverside and we couldnt be happier with our choice of venue. Lauren was absolutely wonderful to work with from our early planning and taste testing to the night of the event. She was so accommodating and was so easy to work with. The chefs and staff were talented and polite. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for with its charm and ambience by the river, market lights and a dance floor/patio. We are so glad we fell upon The Riverside when we did and highly recommend it for any occasion.

The Riverside hosted our wedding on a September Saturday. It was a beautiful sunny day and our guests enjoyed the patio bar, an outdoor live band and appetizers before sitting down inside for a delicious buffet lunch prepared by The Riverside kitchen. Everything went off without any issues and it was a fantastic day. The event coordinator, Lauren, was helpful in organizing the event and the day of the wedding really pulled off a beautiful reception. All in all we were so happy we chose the Riverside!

I cannot say enough great things about The Riverside and all of its staff! I was part of a group that recently held a charity event there and it is an incredible venue in the middle of Boulder with a huge patio overhanging the creek. The layout was perfect as far as space for dancing, a bar, eating and tables. The staff was so attentive and nice. Truly made the night so much more enjoyable! Sound and lighting was great! Parking was easy. This venue is awesome and I would recommend it to groups of all sizes!!

Riverside hosted our ceremony and wedding reception and did an incredible job from start to finish. Lauren, the Riverside event coordinator, worked closely with us over the last several months making sure that every single detail was perfect. She was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and then delivered exactly what we asked for on the day of. The food was delicious, the staff was super attentive, the space was beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch! Our guests loved the outdoor patio right on the creek, and the indoor areas were perfect for dinner, dancing, and a photobooth.

I just had the opportunity to hold a 2-day Executive Team Retreat at the Riverside. The wonderful, light filled space with views on the creek and the park beyond was very conducive for our retreat. Exposed brick, lots of space to move around and some fun couches made for a relaxed atmosphere in which our best work could get accomplished with a sense of ease. We had our lunches and snacks catered by the Riverside and they were delicious. Lauren was on standby with a smile for anything we needed and made the event flow smoothly. It couldnt have been a better experience and I hope to be back again soon. Thank you!

The Riverside was an amazing place to have our wedding reception. Everything went beyond our expectations from the outstanding food, to the romantic setting by the creek, to the phenomenal service. Our guests commented on how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The setting down by the creek was beautiful with string lights and an outdoor bar and dance floor. I could not have dreamed up a better atmosphere. The team at the Riverside was also so attentive and accommodating. They were easy to work with in the planning phase and the night of the wedding they took care of us and our guests so well. I simply could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding reception.

A nice venue for my daughters wedding reception. The staff was friendly and attentive. They have a nice outdoor patio, but the seating needs to be improved - chairs around the tables are not movable, for instance. Also, be aware that one of Boulders big event parks is right across the creek, so if they have an event going on it can definitely interfere with yours. It is not a cheap place either.

Lauren at the riverside made our retreat perfect. They thought of everything, delivered an impeccable experience and were so lovely to work with. The venue is beautiful and the staff are even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. The chefs dinner was a huge highlight! Would return again and again

Leanne and all the staff at The Riverside are amazing! We hosted a dinner for 100 people and they made us feel right at home. We were caught in between decisions when dealing with rain/weather and they were so willing to make any changes we needed - and they did it fast! The food was delicious, atmosphere was amazing, and the pre-event communication was unlike any other! Top notch service and people :)

We had our wedding here last night, and it couldnt have been more perfect! Sara was incredible and she kept the whole event running smoothly. The building is beautiful, and the patio is stunning at night with the lights and candles. We loved having the option of being indoors or outdoors. The location and the view of Boulder Creek are great, and the staff are all awesome and friendly. We highly recommend this venue!

The Riverside crew was amazing during our national Sales Meeting. They were easy to communicate with, and adaptable with the weather changes we encountered. The food was delicious, fresh, and just what we needed for full days of meetings. The space itself is functional and versatile. We had a great meeting and appreciate all they did to help make it the best!

Not only was the Riverside the perfect venue for our corporate customer advisory board for 30 attendees, but the staff was amazing to work with, kind, and responsive. Plus, I loved that hosting our event at the Riverside allowed attendees to step outside to the beautiful patio for breaks and meals and we had natural light coming into the main room for our sessions to keep the energy up. I would definitely host an event at the Riverside again!

I recently held three days of faculty retreats at Riverside. The space, people and food were all fantastic. I love this place. They were super helpful, the food was great, and the management was incredibly professional. I cant wait to work with them again. Oh, did I say that the breakfast and lunch was AMAZING and fresh! I forgot to underscore that. Thanks ALL!

If you want to be ghosted and continuously struggle to get in touch with anyone (multiple times) while trying to set up a $10k event then definitely go here. I should have known from the first time being ghosted by the event coordinator who was supposed to give us a tour and just didnt show up. The owner gave us a tour then, who seemed very nice and promising. Then we were passed along to another sales person, who also seemed nice and promising, but in the end proved incredibly difficult to get ahold of (multiple calls, emails, texts with no response for weeks at a time) until finally hearing back via email and passed along (again) to the owner, who finally responded with a time scheduled for a call (that I was apparently responsible to initiate) but was not given a phone number after asking, so when the time came I called the regular number and lo and behold - ghosted again. Then had no decency to pick up the phone and give me a call after I had wasted an excessive amount of my time simply trying to set up a time for us to discuss the event spending what would have been upwards of ten THOUSAND dollars for one night. That is a lot of money - enough in my humble opinion to treated with the very basic level of respect and communication. Beyond disappointed by the unprofessionalism and continued lack of communication. Cant believe I wasted so much time even trying. What a shame.

I have been to Fuse at the Riverside several times for networking events, and I absolutely LOVE it! The space is just amazing! There is a big, open room with giant windows that allow plenty of natural light in and a great view of Boulder Creek. The room also has some exposed bricks and steel pipes - it just looks awesome. There is a riverside patio outside for fresh air and private conversations. And there is a room next door that makes terrific food! I cant believe how modestly priced the food next door is, especially for how fancy and obscure it is!I would recommend Fuse for any sort of networking event, any party you want to throw, a romantic date outside, or happy hour with friends. Also there is a room upstairs to get work done in. Its a perfect space for everything!

A hidden gem in Boulder. This is THE new dance spot for those who love house music. Although there have been problems with the sound system, the intimate atmosphere and fun crowd are great. Great cocktails at reasonable prices. The bartender and bar manager are both so nice.

Brandon and the entire staff at The Riverside are amazing. They go above and beyond expectations to make your event a success. The venue is an amazing space and very versatile. If you can imagine it, they can make it happen for you with professionalism. I highly recommend contacting The Riverside for your next event.

We have our wedding booked with Riverside for Summer 2021 & even with COVID stuff happening they have been nothing but kind and helpful. The owner is amazing & you can tell he really cares about his business, the clients, and his people.I’m so happy to have my wedding at a place with people who really care about the details & what we want and I don’t feel like just another booking!Each time I go there, everyone is so kind and joking around and it feels like a true work family. They also make us coffee and treats! (Which coffee always wins me over 😍)We’re so excited to love forward with Richard & the gang at Riverside and just wanted to say how awesome they’ve been even during this pandemic which for the wedding & event industry has been hit the hardest!Thanks again guys!

We held our wedding rehearsal dinner at Riverside back in June. The venue was great, the food was amazing and the staff were very accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend.

I hosted a panel event at the Riverside last week and couldnt have been happier with the overall experience. The events team was professional and responsive, and helped me work within my budget to put on exactly the type of event we were hoping for without any stress or micromanagement necessary. I too cannot say enough good things about the Riverside: I come here for meet ups especially with wonderful Daring Divas. The owner, Richard is a charming generous man—always ready to talk if he has time. This week he took time out of his busy day to help me setup a projector (which I brought) and provided the screen I did not have for a presentation I was giving at Daring Divas Spotlight event. I truly appreciated his calm open manner. I admire the design and light of this beautiful space, where Ive only had optimal experiences. Thank you so much!

It should be fully known that even though this place has a dedicated parking lot there are ZERO accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities. When I asked a man who I assume is the owner if there were any accessible spaces he directed me to park across the street in the accessible parking spaces there. Which completely defeats the purpose of accessible parking for this establishment. I don’t know the laws in boulder but with no disability parking it makes this place less accessible.The venue is mostly accessible with the exception of the patio which is all stairs. I could not locate a ramp.The people working there were amazing and helpful. They were very gracious to me and my walker.I’m mostly writing this to let other people with disabilities know of the accessibility issues.

This is an amazing venue for events and grate space to get some work done! It has a restaurant Per La Gente (for the people) with an AMAZING kitchen staff and waitstaff. This building has parking right across the street and is the only building on the Boulder Creek! Love Love Love it and everyone here!!!!

Nice moderate sized venue. Had my daughters wedding reception there. Good to have both an indoor and outdoor area. The party was on the patio tho. A little warm inside to dance.

The Riverside is a wonderful place to hold events. As an event producer, I love attending events here as well as considering my special evenings and events being held here. It is charming, right next to the river, well-accommodated, and absolutely delicious when they cater.

I held a media event at Agora at the Riverside last night for 65 people and it was amazing. The space has tons of natural light, is beautiful and clean. The food was delicious and plentiful - they use Spice of Life as their catering company - and there were plenty of drinks available. More than that, it was SO EASY. Theres an event manager on site (Sara Stillings), and the staff does everything, from set up to break down. All I had to do was select the menu, do a walk through and tell Sara where I wanted things. I considered holding the event, which was a work thing, at a variety of downtown restaurants and venues, but Agora was the most affordable and the least hassle and the most beautiful. I would definitely hold a future event there and highly recommend it. The best part was simply thanking the staff and saying goodbye at the end of the night knowing all the attendants had a great time and that I didnt have to deal with putting stuff away/cleaning up.

If you’re looking for a place that is unique, quaint and spicy, and where the food you indulge in is fresh and vibrant, then look no further than The Riverside in Boulder, CO. The Riverside is a great spot to relax and enjoy lunch in the creek room or on the patio! The Peoples Burger is hands down the best burger in town! The wait staff were very hospitable and accomadating! Definetely recommend and will be back!

Honestly have not tried the place, but my car had some issues and I had to leave it parked here. I am not from around town so it was a bit longer than expected. The owners of the place were very nice about keeping in contact and letting me keep the car there until I was able to take it, even though it’s not a correct parking spot. Honestly thank you! God bless you guys! I will definitely give it a try when I am back to Boulder.

I would rate the food as 5 star quality with a 1 star price. The ambiance of sitting outside by the river is great and relaxing. If you need a great place to relax and enjoy great food and a pleasant Boulder experience this is the place!

The Riverside just catered an important business lunch for us and the food was exceptional. They definitely exceed our expectations.

Fuse is a comfortable environment with several separate areas for either working or connecting with other nomad workers. The pricing is reasonable and pay as you go for coworking time - great for folks who need occasional workspace. Full time memberships and dedicated desks are also available and seem like reasonable options as well.

Wonderful venue, and Claire is the best bartender/server I’ve had in my 5+ years living in boulder. Love it!

I held a public event here in August. Its a great space that can work for fancy private events and for public meetings. Its a beautiful space that I would recommend for parties around 50 people.

Always friendly. An excellent venue. Every event I have attended here has been good and the service is always fast even with just one barista/tender. Ill keep attending events here.

Good special events venue, multiple bars, full kitchen and Creek side seating. Was a wonderful for spot for the charity event we attended and the staff was very accommodating.

Met with the owner for a potential wedding reception venue. Guy was super unknowledgeable about pricing and the way things worked. Also he wasn’t wearing a mask the entire time. He never gave us a follow-up email after our walk through as promised. Unprofessional and disappointing.
