Elements Massage

Completely Unprofessional! I’m writing this as I drive back home 45 mins from an appointment I’ve had scheduled for 2 months that I never received services for. I got to the studio to find a note on the door saying they are moving and all massages have been cancelled. This is totally understandable however I was not notified of this by email or phone. I even double checked I received nothing. I tried to call obviously phone line is now down, so I try to email.. it won’t work. I wouldn’t even have left a negative review had I been able to talk to someone to see what kind of resolve they could offer for the gas and time spent wasted. Please feel free to call me since I am unable to reach you!

Quickly took my money for a gift card, took over two months to get an appointment. Then they call the day before my appointment and cancel it and tell me they are closing down shop and have no idea when they will be back open. I politely asked for the lady to speak to the manager/owner and refund my card. Still haven’t heard back and this was months ago!

Most affordable massage around. I think my time was cut a little short but the massage itself was enjoyable and professional. Bought my daughter one as a gift too and she said it was so nice to have a therapist who respected quietness

Booked an appointment at 1pm for a 4:30 appointment. Place was a 35min drive away and I was in pain and didnt really want to drive sitting upright but ok. 5min later one of the other companys called me back and could fit me in at 2:00. It was only 2 min from my home. After booking new appointment I called back this company to cancel first appointment.The response I got from woman on phone was that there would be a $40 cancellation fee. I literally cancelled within 10 min of setting appointment. Obviously I hadnt given any payment info yet so my response was simply good luck with that and I hung up!Now I could of just no showed on this company. I was polite and courteous enough to make a call within 10min of booking appointment. The fact that someone even tried to charge me for this is the reason for a one star review. As far as their actual service I havent a clue!

I purchased three 90 minute gift cards and was also a member, paying for a 90 minute massage each month. They closed their doors with NO notice to their clients. NONE! The only way I found out about my appt being canceled was thru my therapist and by that time they had already closed their doors. I have called numerous times but the phone is disconnected. I called corporate and havent received return phone call from them either! Horrible customer service. I will never sign another member agreement with Elements, especially knowing that even their corporate office doesnt value clients. There isnt even a way to cancel my membership online. Fingers crossed I can use the gift cards because they were only valid for the UTC location. What a horrible way to treat people!! This place needs to continually be reported.Anyone new, use caution with this company.

Just went to Elements to get my 90 minute massage not only is it closed there’s no way to get in touch with anyone. I don’t know how to get my money back for the massages. I’ve already paid for. Also, it’s been impossible to even get an appointment this is absurd. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I have two 90 minute massage gift cards that I can’t use because they unexpectedly closed down with no notice! I have contacted corporate on MULTIPLE occasions trying to get the gift cards honored at an open location but have gotten no response.

So I am not sure what do you call a business place that is out of business shout down without giving its customers any details about how long it will take to do that!!! I have 2 gift cards that are total of 3 hrs!! Someone better get back to me soon before I’ll open a case of fraud with my bank soon!!!!

Everyone is so talented at their craft! I came to Elements Massage through a friend who gifted me a massage and it was one of the best I have ever had! (It was with Heather) I recently experienced a massage with Jenn 3, and it was amazing! I have another one coming up this week with Kaitlyn-my friend says she is great too and I’m very excited about it. It’s nice to know that with the membership you have several options of therapists who are all great! There are others and when I can I’ll try them too! It’s such a treat and the schedulers/front desk are also kind and courteous! Great place all around-super clean!

THE WORST!!!This location ran a promotion in July then shut their doors a week later. I purchased a 90 min massage as a gift how embarrassing my friend can’t use. I called corporate and no response 😞

Excellent massage. But they are so popular that I found it hard to get a booking less than 3 months out. I finally got an appointment for an hour massage, but had to sacrifice my 90 minute gift card. I hoped perhaps they would give me an add-on to compensate, but no.

From the booking to the massage everything was top notch. The staff are very professional and ready to answer questions and offer assistance. Amy did an excellent deep tissue massage focusing on problem areas to make the session very personalized. I was so impressed that I joined the monthly wellness program. I have had many spas try to enroll me but this is the first one I actually felt was worth it. They have a great program that is very flexible. I am looking forward to my next session.

An amazing experience! The facility is beautiful, and the staff is top notch. They listened to my symptoms and worked to make me feel 100% better. I was so impressed I joined the club. Now, I will enjoy this quality of life booster once a month!

Katlyn was just fabulous. She actually was able to release my tension in my neck/back area enough that I didnt have any tingling sensation in my hand when I slept that evening. This hasnt happened in over a year!!! She has magic hands. Highly recommend her.

Anybody knows what’s going on with this location and if they are going to open the one in Bradenton on Cortez?

Good. Couples massage was really nice. Wife seemed to experience a more full treatment with the glutes being massaged where as I seemed to have a no no square preventing a full bodied massage. As a wightlifter those areas tend to need more attention. Other than that very professional and would return.

My therapist Katelyn is AMAZING! She got out all my kinks without any pain, and was perfect on the amount of pressure she used the entire time. I will only schedule with her. I truly hope Elements Massage knows how great she is. Krystianna is also a Doll! So genuine and sweet every single time. Love you ladies! Thank you for always making this an enjoyable visit.

My husband and I went and they were great very professional. I had Heather and she really listened to what I needed. My husband had Amy and he thought she was great too. We will definitely book with them again can’t wait to go back

The office staff went above and beyond to meet my needs, knowing I was injured and hurting. I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much I appreciate their thinking of me. The massage therapist was also just right, helping me as best she could under my circumstances. Whoever is doing the hiring is spot on. Thank you.

Never have done a massage before, Elements Massage was the perfect place to begin! The scheduling process was very simple. I was surprised to obtain an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. The Wellness Advisors took the time to understand my personal reasons for wanting a massage. They walked me through the process and helped set expectations. Then it was on to the massage. I got lucky and scheduled with Brooke. She was excellent. I was preparing for a long bike and she focused on the areas that would take the most punishment during the trip. She took the time to explain what she was doing which, as a newbie, helped put me at ease. I left feeling like a new person. Thanks to everyone at Elements for a great first massage experience. I will be back!

Very helpful front desk. Were able to offer me an earlier date and kept in touch. Great communication. Emailed forms ahead. Therapist was good as well. Felt safe during COVID as she was vaccinated and facility was very clean. Only thing I missed was a dark pre/post massage waiting room to return to or wait in prior to massage. They have that at Massage Envy, which is my only other franchise massage facility Ive been to.

Im so glad I found this place. I had a couple of massages with John. He is awesome! If you like a deep tissue massage as I do, I would highly recommend him. He is actually the reason I signed up for a membership. Believe me Its hard to find a good specialist. And the place itself is very welcomed. Ladies at the reception are very nice and helpful.

Great massage therapists. Very clean and comfortable environment. But most importantly they have taken all the steps to make you feel safe in this time of Covid. It has been awhile since I felt this relaxed and at peace. Thank you Elements Massage!

Great, no frills massage spot with friendly service. I had an attentive masseuse, Christine, who was knowledgeable and worked out the kinks, literally. She was not chatty during my massage (my preference) and applied the correct (for me) and steady amount of pressure throughout the massage.They take their massage times VERY seriously, so 5 minutes late is 5 minutes off your massage time. Not unfair, just a warning to be prompt, especially since random rainstorms occur all the time!

Loved it here. Super friendly. Very clean. I had a certificate for a free massage and because I went during my birthday month, they gave me the 30 min birthday upgrade!! What an incredible treat. Will definitely return.

I had Amy for the first time and she was amazing! She has a long experience as a massage therapist and it shows. She is very professional and makes sure that she responds to your needs. From now on, she will be my therapist and I hope she stays with Elements Massage for a long time!

I have had a lot of pain in my back due to Endometriosis, and when I had my surgery to remove a tumor, half my pancreas, and my spleen - needless to say - I was not feeling great. I may come and go as a customer of Elements - but that mostly has to do with my work schedule. When I do find time to fit it into my schedule - I cant say enough good things. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing - and the staff are very attentive. I just learned tonight that my favorite masseuse Whitney left, she was outstanding. She knew exactly how to work around the more sensitive areas, but work out all the stress built up in my neck and shoulders. She always communicated with me before the session began. Im looking forward to meeting a new masseuse tomorrow. Ive also had appointments with a few others - and Ive never had a complaint. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend checking this place out if you need a break from stress.

Good massage therapists, good price, friendly stuff, time upgrades, massage doesnt expire and rolls over the next month, if not used....also great ambiance. All that makes my experience stress free, and that is what massage should be all about....isnt it?

This is a five star massage center. Customer service is 1st class. The massages were absolutely breathtaking. I want them to offer the opportunity to sleep afterwards on the same table. I would pay for it!

Tanika is great. I have received massages all my life. Ive received 2 from Tanika. My wife and I do couples massages once a month. The last massage from Tanika was refreshing.

The staff are very professional, friendly, and definitely gets the job done. My wife and I are new comers and are very satisfied with the services they provide.
