Sam has great customer service soon as I came in we started chatting, found out we both from NY. Hes got the best prices in the area if you know a place cheaper he will match it or beat it, and everything for sale, best selection Ive ever seen from a new store. A1, they carry pipe tobacco in a bag which is for RYO OR CMC roll your own cigarettes with machine tube injector. Glad to see a store like this actually put the fact that they sell loose tobacco and rolling tubes in their Google maps description! makes it so much easier to search and find places that sell these items!This tells me this store has Common Sense! unlike their competitors! Thank you for being open 24/7 !!! 👍

Not understanding the good reviews on here unless i got ripped off. literally paid $40 for a raz id get for 25 down the street or 17 in detroit. unless you’re out in the middle of the night and have no other choice that’s just absolutely insane….thx but no thx.

First of all, my boyfriend was told on the phone by the manager that he for sure had a certain vape in hand before he would drive 40 minutes to get his vape. He kept clarifying that he had the vape in hand and told him to come in. We waste 20 dollars worth of gas to drive there Just to find out the vape was not there. The manager or employers did not apologize for the mishap and just offered us a different kind of vape when he knew we were promised a certain type.

Idk how this shop has so many good reviews, every time I have gone here, I have left with the most burnt tasting, no flavor vape, I’ve ever tasted. Idk if they sell fakes or if they are just old, but every single vape has been bad from here, and they don’t do refunds or exchanges.Buyer beware, don’t waste your money here.

Great place to come for vapes, Manny was very helpfully, and patient with me when I was shopping, and the breezes I bought smoked very well no problems. Not only that but the prices are very good

I got a a vape from the yesterday I went home and it won’t keep a charge and is burnt I went back the next day and showed them the same person and they said all they could do was take a couple dollars off a new one so I will no longer be going to Sam’s smoke shop because they sell burnt and vapes that won’t keep a charge and think that that’s okay.

I been to this place a couple times and it’s great, I usually go after my shift and they always come in clutch. They let me try their stuff make sure I don’t leave with a dead one lol, Abdulelah always gives me great costumer service and recommendations.

Just love this place, they have great selection. Also really helpful staff and friendly, always helping me with my choices

Horrible customer service my mom bought a vape from here like a disposable one and they told her that it had 5,000 Puffs on it and she paid $13 for it it literally lasted her 3 days and now its completely out of juice and shes going to have to buy another one she was trying to find something that was like inexpensive that would still last as long as the other ones and this is what the girl told her is this one was cheaper and it lasted as long and now the things out within 3 days horrible horrible customer service horrible way to tell somebody to use this especially when its an older lady that doesnt know how to use them or has never used one to begin with so beware of the store

If I could give it a zero star i would Called in for a specific vape showed up after he said he had it wasted my time driving 40 mins each way for nothing.

DO NOT GO HERE👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾Horrible customer service And ridiculous prices do not go here. They are $5 to $10 more expensive than every other vape shop in town. And because of that Products are old Because they’ve been sitting on the shelf for a long time multiple times the juice has been flavorless, and when I went back to try to swap it out to let them know they would not swap it out for a different juice or give me my money back I wish I could give them less than a star because they don’t even deserve one.

Sam deserves 5 stars. Dealing with Sam himself is great. Great customer service. Decent prices on all things. ***however, there is another worker there who isnt much help. Almost over charged me. Then tried to redeem my rewards (which you have to down load an app and then redeem points, didnt know that when i signed up for them so i was in line at the store trying to DL app and get points.) the app crashed every time - and while I know it isnt his fault for the app - I think he could have handled it better. He was just kinda oh well guess you cant have money off. And isnt that the whole point why I signed up for their points in the first place.

This place was great. I had flown into town the other night and didnt get to where I was sup to go until 11 pm. When I got to where I was going I realized I lost my nicotine vape. So I went online and started searching for smoke shops. I was hesitant on doing that just because of the time of night it was. I figured everywhere would be closed. But to My surprise sams smoke shop was open still and it was the only smoke shop thar was open out of the huge list of smoke shops on the list. When I got there I told the guy who was working that night named Mo exactly what I wanted he was so helpful. I got what I wanted and was out of there in 10 min!!! Mo was awesome! Very friendly and great customer service!!! Next time I come to Sarasota I will definitely revisit

Definitely love this place I ran out my vape and was needing a new one and could not find anywhere open on a weekday. I managed to stumble upon this hidden gem in Bradenton and not only were they open but the owner (who was behind the register at the time) was friendly and very helpful. Not only was this place convenient but they also have the cheapest prices on vapes defiantly check this place out ! Five stars

They always have what you need and the prices are great! Theyre also open later than everyone else not to mention the employees really know the products so if you have questions definitely ask them, they know their stuff!

When I found out that this place was across the street from my job I started coming there and they have competitive pricing, clean store and very friendly and helpful staff. It is conveniently located next to 7-Eleven and across the street from family Dollar I work at the family Dollar so I can walk over there and get what I need but this is definitely a place you should go if youre looking for Vapes, kratom, smoking accessories... etc...
