Ive been going here for at least 2 years before they moved a couple doors over. Absolutely love this place, always so nice and very helpful and informative when Ive asked questions. As a beginner smoker back then I thought it would be awkward to ask questions but was just the opposite.

Good selection of e-liquid and devices. Service was friendly and prices were fair. I would like to see a little more high end gear, but I know shops get burnt on those items if they dont sell. Also their selection of high nicotine juices for the low wattage vaper was very limited. On the plus side they had great pricing on some clearance liquids while I was there. Definitely worth stopping by to check them out.

I have stopped here several other times to purchase Vape Juice. People always seemed super nice and friendly. I stopped in today to buy some Vape Juice. He rings it up and it comes up to $32 for this bottle. I can buy same exact kind and brand for $21-$24 anywhere in Bradenton. I try to support small businesses as much as I can but if they are gonna mark them up that much higher then everyone I will have to take my business somewhere else.

I travel up and down the state and go to many different smoke shops, I believe i dealt with the owner. And it was an incredibly warm and inviting vibe gave great recommendation and asked important questions. Marked it on the map and will be back. Definitely worth a trip!

My wife and I purchase all our vape needs at Vapin Lizards. Barb, the owner is awesome. She cares about every one of her clients. There is also a young man, J.D., who works there. He is just as personable as Barb. So knowledgeable. The store is really nice...immaculate. Prices are awesome. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Barb is absolutely amazing. Every time we come in she does a fantastic job helping us pick flavors and also is just an amazing wealth of knowledge. We are now regulars here!

They have the most helpful and knowledgeable folks working there. Always pleasant, always new and favorite products. I highly recommend this store! It is clean and well organized.

I guess the customers always right doesnt apply at this place please save yourself the trip and do not buy any Delta extract products from this company they are overpriced and she has no idea what she is talking about she is insulting to customers when they are trying to give her information and is one completely disrespectful old bag. Secondly she overcharges for her delta extra products you can get half the stuff down the road for half the price if not go online and get it way cheaper shoot me a message and Ill give you a link. On top of that the lady has no idea where she gets her cannabinoids from and thinks she does and when you try to give her some useful information shes just ignorant to what youre saying and thinks she knows better. I will never go there again and I really hope no one else does. I even tried to tell her that I can help her with some lab analysis and she doesnt even acknowledge the words coming out of my mouth so she is either completely ignorant to what she is selling or does not care about your health. Either way the lady is a sham and the kid that works there during the day is just as dumb. Should have figured when I knew that they dont sell basic vape products that any other vape store does, as well as slander other reputable brands because it doesnt fit their messed up agenda. Just please do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Thank you by the way owner. Stopped me from spending unnecessary money that I would have otherwise impulsed bought when she basically called me a liar when trying to form her on a topic she clearly does not have any insight on and thinks she does.

Pricing-goodSelection- not huge, but only validated products.Customer Service- The BEST!I went in with issues on my vape. I am new to vaping, this place not only helped answer any questions or issues I was having, but they also took the time to explain to me how to use my system the right way!It’s nice going to a vape shop for once, and not feeling sketchy, or like I was buying lack market items.I felt educated and know that I bought valid reputable products and not some knock off.

Customer service is deeply lacking. I have never once had a pleasant experience coming to this store. It’s the closest place to my home to buy liquid for my e-cig, which is the only reason I ever go there. Their selection of brands for liquid is very limited.Today, I went into their new location that is in the same building, but on the other side. It is much larger, so I asked if they thought they might be expanding their selection in the future now that they have more space? The short-haired woman mentioned that it’s hard to carry any at the moment because of the FDA. I mentioned that city of vapors has tons of different brands and flavors, so I was confused. She just rolled her eyes and immediately asked me for an ID. I hadn’t even attempted to purchase anything yet. I told her I will give her my ID when I’m ready to purchase some thing. I then told her I would like to look at the different flavors that they had and she proceeded to rush me. I told her I felt like they really could work on their customer service, and she just asked me if I wanted the item that I selected.At the end, I asked her if she normally requires guests to provide their ID before they attempt to even purchase anything, and she said “sure”. I asked her how that was legal, to require ID from someone when they haven’t even tried to purchase anything that has an age requirement. There’s also no sign on the door anywhere mentioning that you must be 21 to enter the building. She did not have any answers to those questions.Between the lack of product and all of the bad experiences I’ve had here, I will not be returning. City of Vapors has NEVER treated me this way, and they have the largest selection around. Take your business to them instead of Vapin’ Lizards.

Friendly staff and great selection. Until you have a problem. The employees are not empowered to fix your issues. And the management is unwilling to look for Solutions and does not value loyal customers. $150+ and almost 6 months trying to correct a $65 mod, and the final solution was for me to contact the manufacturer. I will be shopping for a new vape store. A shame too, because I had a bunch of loyalty points saved up.

Ive been a customer since they opened the doors. With great personalized customer service and knowledge of all products. We love Barb and will always hold Cheryl in our hearts. Great business owners with the right state of mind to run a successful, booming business.

Updating this today - Oct 4th, 2021 - still 5 star. the new location (literally in the same strip plaza just on the other end) is so pretty and again....the staff...amazing.I just started to be serious about my vaping in the past few months. I have vaped on and off for over 10 years. By far, this is the best place I have ever been. Barb, the owner, is AMAZING. I went in today to get myself a new vape as the one I was using isnt holding its charge. She showed me what she had and not only that but when I told her what i wanted she went past the most expensive ones to a moderately priced one (I said nothing about price) because its what would best suit me. She also made sure I was going to get my points and was just absolutely wonderful. They stayed open during the pandemic (thank you) going as far as not letting customers in the store but doing business from the front door behind a giant piece of plastic. today both people working there were wearing masks. I stayed a bit after my purchase for some wonderful conversation. This has been my go to store lately just cause its close to my home....now its definitely my go to store because of the amazing service!!!

Just finished my transaction and my card was declined, I had forgotten to move money from one account to the other. The employee was very understanding and accommodating while I ran to my car and got my phone to transfer the money. Professionalism like this is hard to find nowadays and I’m so glad I shop at Vapin Lizard! They Rock!

First time I walked in, a little frustrated at the last two units I bought somewhere else being broken... and after my 2 minute rant to Hector.. he helped me get a replacement. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Im so glad I stopped in. Definitly just earned a new loyal customer 😊

Vapin Lizard 🦎 is my go to place for vapes! They have a huge selection. I only buy Fume brand disposable vapes, because refilling the juices is not for me. Vapin Lizard is the only place I know of that will exchange the vapes if there is an issue, plus they have an awesome rewards system that adds up quickly, and will save you money! The employees are always in a good mood and very helpful!!

Have selection of juices, everyone there is nice and welcoming! but sell generic/off brand coils, last a day 2 if your lucky compared them to ones Ive purchased online and they are without a doubt generic, the ones I purchased online lasted me almost 2 weeks, they charge $8 which is cheapest around but you can go online and pay $10 for authentic and get longer use per coil

Visited this shop earlier this morning and I really enjoyed it! Cameron was very friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who works in a shop back in Canada it was nice to compare with someone based in America. Selection was good with something for everybody in regards to both units and e-liquids. Everything seemed reasonably priced. When comparing our prices to the USD price it seems theyre selling for MSRP and not gouging. Ill definitely recommend this shop to anyone and Ill definitely be returning on my next visit to Bradenton! My new home away from home!

I came into this place to get a new coil for my uwell valaryian tank. They had them for the same price as I get them up north which was nice. But when I checked on the 18650 batteries they were three times the price as what I am used to 13 bucks a piece!But over all they have a nice selection, and the staff are friendly and helpful, good sales men.They also have a nice selection of pipes and water pipes, which is always nice. They featured a few high end glass pieces.I will be back for coils, but for the batteries. I will be buying online or at another shop.

I just went to this shop for first time, was looking for a friendly place that took time to talk & answer questions. Pretty shop, staff unbelievably friendly, willing to let you try a vape before you bought. Everything I was looking for in a shop, they have a regular customer. Recommend this shop highly.

A solid amount of hardware for every type of use, and misc. gear for various smoking activites.

Been here 4 times, I dont live in the area I live in Orlando, but this is my go to place when im around Bradenton. All employees I have dealt with have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Good prices and tons of selection especially on the juice. Easy 5 stars.

Excellent shop. Plenty of choices and variety with regard to e-juice and hardware. The staff is friendly and approachable. Prices are fair as well. I only wish they had a better lounge to hang out in.

I always drive from Fruitville to SR64 to this store. However, I purchased a bad bottle of E Liquid, and when I went back they let me have another bottle which was also bad. The guy helping me tasted them and smelled them and agreed with me. Unfortunately the other guy, who treated me like a moron, was a total jerk! I asked if I could switch flavors, since they obviously have a bad batch, but he told me no. Then as I left upset, the idiot asked me if I wanted to take the bottle with me... I told him it was rancid and Id never smoke it so why would I take it?! DUH! This store really has No customer service. They like to think theyre better than you while their 3-4 friends eat pizza and smoke up a storm, which takes all the staffs attention. I will not be going back to this store ever again! If you want an amazing Vape experience all around, City Of Vapor is the place to go!!

This place is a joke. I bought my vapor from here and within days it started acting funny. I took it in before the 7 days to get it replaced and they would not replace it. I tried explaining to them I wanted a new one and they would not give me a new one. After a week or so later it ended up breaking. I took it back and because it was pass the 7days they wouldnt do anything for me. I will never come here again and would never recommend anyone to go here. Doesnt even deserve one star.

When I first started going to this store I was really pleased with their brand of vape juice. I drove all the way from Sarasota to Bradenton because their Sarasota store didnt have all the liquids. The Bradenton store on state road 70 has been put of the liquid o buy for 3 months now! And I go there every other week expecting them to have ordered it. But NO. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS. so I went to their main store on state road 64bon Bradenton. Drove 20 min out of my way. Just to get this liquid that the other store didnt have. I asked for a manager and told them that the other store has been put of this liquid and Ive been asking them for 3 months to re order it. He just was like thats weird they order liquids every week acted like I was crazy. Didnt say sorry you had to come ALL THE WAY OUT HERE TO GET THIS JUICE AND SORRY WE DONT SEEM TO FIVE A F*** ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS. long story short. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive been asking you to restock this one liquid of your brand for 3 months. Unacceptable.

I went to vapin Lizards on 64 last night in search of a herakles tank or o-rings that fit. Upon my arrival there were 2 gentlemen sitting at a table and didnt even greet me until they noticed me looking at product in the cases. One young man asked if he could help, I told him what I was looking for and he just flat out told me NO. He didnt mention that there was something else I could until I find one or even offer any assistance to help me find another setup. I went there with the intention to spend money, and all I felt was unwelcomed and embarrassed. I am not ignorant to electronic cigarettes, so I know this could have been handled much better. Not only did you lose out on a sale, but also a customer. I will be sure to let fellow vapors in the community know how the customers get treated there. This place has went downhill.

They have great things about them and I spend a ton of $ there, but I am now sitting here with no heating coils cuz for the 3rd time this year someone sold me the wring coils. Im not a vape expert, thats why I go there. I show them my tank and ask for coils... Thats my job.... Theirs is sell me the right stuff. When they do that its a great place with great people, but Im stuck at 11pm with no vape thx to them... Again. Unacceptable... At least I cashed In my 1000 points first!

I was satisfied with their juices, but it was burning a hole in my pocket. I was spending around $50 on two bottles a week. The coils they gave me kept burning out very quickly and I even told them about it and they said it shouldnt be doing that. I called a friend that knows a lot about vapes and he they were giving me the wrong coil. Lol anyways long story short I found a new vape store, Blue Vaper Fusion and I spend less than $50 on a 120ml bottle that lasts like 2 weeks so now Im happy customer :)

Both times I have been in I have asked for a max vg liquid, both times I was given at the least 50/50. Now Im out 40 bucks and have a sore throat and liquid I wont use. I would also like to point out that I asked the staff both times and explained to them why I need max vg. Ill tell you one thing, I wont be back.

This is the best vape shop in SW Florida. Everytime I come in iam 100% pleased. Barb is very knowledgeable about the products. Also when I left I had a new friend in florida.

Used to vape and always went to either 64 location or sr70 and everyone I have ever talked to knows what they are talking about and know how to do everything. Stoped vaping but still go in to see everyone.

I went in here once and they have a wonderful selection but they made me feel really uncomfortable and they were very reluctant to help me or answer any questions.
