Leisure Time Family Massage

The decor is nice and room was clean and private. The room I was in was right at the front, so lots of road noise from Brea Blvd.The staff was pleasant and polite. Im not a big talker, so no conversation was fine with mePrice list on the website is NOT accurate.Coupon offered on the website is NOT valid.Yes, they did ask for payment up front, but I was not asked to tip first. I was given the chance to tip after the service.Time was a little short, but the massage was very nice for my purposes...relaxation. Overall a good value for the price, which is still less than any other place in town.

The massage was ok, but the customer service is terrible. They demand tips, infact the lady at the front wouldnt hand me my card back until I gave a tip. This is not service I expect. Why should have to tip you, I decide if the service was good enough to tip, not you.

Went here for years but now it is under new ownership. I was told, not asked, to pay first. The massage therapist answered the phone and continued her conversation for at least 5 minutes while pinching my legs with one hand. She was unnecessarily rough and I was sore for a few days after. I would not recommend this place

The lady just grabbed my wallet without my permission so I can give her tip and not even finished the massage, that’s not good business and service 😏

Great massage. Relaxing and nice music. Only complaint, two staff not actually working were loudly talking the whole time I was there
