Elements Massage

Star rating is solely based on the scheduling and lack of responses I get from any front of house team member. I had scheduled my massage 3 weeks in advance. Day of massage canceled via text because of AC concerns, second reschedule was canceled because no one was able to open the store. The third time finally got my massage. The deep tissue was amazing, and my masseuse was diligent in working all the spots I needed. While the scheduling conflicts happened, the owner had promised to give me 2 free massages and a session with aromatherapy. Its been 1.5 months of no response. My telephone calls were never returned, and the dial tone rings to then only be dropped. Emails have yet to be responded to as well. Lack of service, let alone mannerism or pride in their word and service, is laughable. If you do end up getting scheduled, im sure youll have a pleasant massage. Its just not worth the headache trying to book with this location.

It was great during the pandemic but afterwards it got funky. The owner was really odd, they had a super high turn over rate on top of hard to book an appointment, had several instances of appointments canceled at the last minute and no surprise they recently closed down permanently. Yikes! Glad I canceled the membership and only had one massage credit left. Hoping I can use it at another location.

All massage therapists I have had have been wonderful. They are kind, attentive, and great about treating problem areas. I always enjoy my massage at Elements and enjoy my massage every time I visit. Additionally, the front desk staff is always very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I highly recommend receiving massage services at Elements Massage Brea.

No knowledge or notification they closed. I had to call one of their other offices to find this out. I had Joanna as my therapist, she was great, but this office for whatever reason after pandemic just stopped caring...

I just went to Elements for the first time (Oct 2022) and was extremely impressed. The customer service was excellent, including the manager who booked my appointment to Sage at the front desk. The facilities were very pretty and tranquil. My massage therapist gave me an incredible massage that was very unique and relaxing, and he took the time to ask questions before we started to tailor the massage for me. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back- Im even considering the membership because I liked it so much!

Missleading the hours of operation.Came today at 1:38pm sunday march 24th and it was closed even thought it says it is open .Also, they changed their number to an unknown one..I am assuming they closed the business(???)

This is a review strictly on the leadership of this location. My massage therapist was fantastic. On 8/8 (same day of my appointment) my session was canceled as my therapist was ill. They offered hot stones during my next session at no charge. No problem. Next appointment was scheduled for 9/3. On the morning of 9/3 I essentially get the same exact text that my appointment has been cancelled as my therapist is sick. The text said that the owner/Manager would call me to reschedule and offered a free hour massage. Ten days later I had not heard from anyone. When I contacted them they said they could make an appointment for October. Ive canceled my plan with this location. They appear to have a challenge keeping good people as this was my 3rd therapist.Very Disappointed

Fernando is an expert at working out the knots and sore muscles. The rooms are super clean and tables really comfortable. The front desk staff is really pleasant and customer oriented.

Amazing massages. I go back every two weeks because they are SO GOOD here! Mauricio is awesome!! Everyone obviously has an extensive education on the body past simply just massaging to relax / feel good, but really fix any issues you are having!

I have been going to Elements for almost 3 years now. I have chronic headaches and a monthly massage keeps the headaches from becoming migraines. There are times when I skip a month, and I can always tell, the pain is almost unbearable! Jackie is amazing… I usually ask for medium pressure and that she stick to my back, neck, and shoulders. I get 90 minute massages every month.. maybe one day I will graduate to 2 hours! I absolutely love this place and recommend it to everyone. The facility is clean and peaceful. The staff is friendly and quiet. To those that have any worries about the type of massages that happen here… it’s a very clean and professional place!

Please dont visit the location in Brea.The owner of that place doesnt pay theiremployees. The owner cries to her new hires in order for them to accept the job , and she doesnt pay them. She tells them shes struggling in the business and really needs people to help her pick up the business.Its very sad to know this happens inplaces that people go to get a message to release stress. But their therapist dont get paid for their work. Imagine the stress on them?Now that I know they dont pay theirtherapist, I dont ever want to visit thisplace that doesnt value their employeeswho work hard to make others better.Who can we trust now a days? Again, thelocation that Im commenting about is inBrea. The owner is very deceitful, hiresthe therapist but wont pay them after a while they been working there.I posted this because its NOT ok to do this tohard-working people who work to paytheir bills.

Tranquil atmosphere. Massages are professional and feel amazing. Everyone has a different little technique that it’s good to try different therapists. Good price point and no obligatory contracts. If you become a member it’s a good price and you can stop easily anytime. I’ve been a member for 3 years

Hands down the best massage Ive ever gotten! I had never heard of the place and bought the 90 min massage on groupon, so i was a little skeptical of what kind of service and massage it would be. To say i was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! From the front desk girls to my masseuse Carlos it was an awesome experience! i will definitely be back and have already recommended the place to several people!

After getting frustrated with Massage Envy, I came to Elements Massage. They seem to have less turn over than ME.I love that you can share your massages.I like a deep pressure massage with a smooth, fluid touch and must have a good scalp massage.JACKIE is my go to. And I also thoroughly enjoyed JESSIE.My mom likes a softer massage and says Massage Envy has been her best massages ever.

It was my first time coming here and I was very impressed! The girls at the front desk are very knowledgeable and very friendly. The overall atmosphere was very calming and the place was very clean. Jessy was the absolute best! I recommend her if you’re an athlete/ballerina she’s awesome! Found my new favorite place.

Anabelle was a terrific therapist with a medium pressure. It was very relaxing and Id highly recommend her. The lobby and massage room were very clean and the 2 ladies at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. Parking in front was easy too.

Unfortunately this place doesnt deserve ONE star...Ive had concerns regarding my account and pending active 1 hour massages that I havent utilized because of non-availability opening due to too many booking not enough therapist. Sadly, when booking a session youll have to work with what they have and not the other way around. For months I called the business and up until today I havent received a call/email and or a reply on there social media profile (they read the message but failed to respond to it).My suggestion...stay away from this business they have a lot of turnover and unable to meet time and date expectation for the members. The business automatically charges your account/card on file but fails to provide the services presented.I am disappointed at how this location is conducted...

Super friendly front reception who was very detailed and welcoming. Samantha, my massage therapist was wonderful, intuitive, and gave a great massage. I would highly recommend. Wonderful experience.

I had searched for a good deep tissue massage therapist for 6 months, before trying Elements Massage. They asked what type of massage I wanted and recommended one of their therapist. I am physically active and play golf a couple times a week, which creates tight muscles in the shoulder, neck and lower back areas. Rob listened to the areas that where sore and needed to be worked on, and gives an excellent deep tissue massage that always leaves me feeling much more relaxed. He also typically finds a couple other areas that are really sore and in need of attention. Their location is very convenient right next to the Brea Mall, and the massage room ambiance is very nice and soothing, providing an overall excellent experience. Highly recommended!

I didnt get no notice that they were closing. I had 4 credits for massages. Tried calling 2 phone numbers and no answer.

I have carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, and rotator cuff problems *frozen shoulder* ..to name a few. Elements Massage was referred to me via YELP! You didnt let me down. Attending a four day conference at the Embassy Suites Hotel, Elements Massage is conveniently located, just across the street in the Target shopping center. They were able to accommodate me for a 60 min massage with Mauricio. This man knows his stuff!! I believe he specializes in people with ISSUES, like me! I walked in with much pain, almost unbearable, and his technique in massage was what I needed. 2.5 hours later, the pain has NOT returned. I wish he was in LA! I highly recommend Elements Massage. If you have issues, you need Mauricio.

I love going to Elements Massage! They have such a good offer if you are a monthly member. Theres no commitment to being a monthly member, and you can decide to end your membership at any time. I struggle with anxiety, arthritis in my wrists, and neck pain. Ive been going to get massages from elements monthly for a year, and every time I feel so much better! I highly recommend Robb as a massage therapist.

I absolutely recommend Elements Massage Brea to all my friends and family. The staff is very professional, listens and understands every concern, and follow through on therapeutic treatment. They also have delicious freshly made chocolate chip cookies in the lobby, I love that!

Was able to get a special thru groupon and Im glad I did . Ive been having some pain and after my session it disappeared . Im glad my therapist was able to listen to my areas of concern and work on them. The location is nice and clean with plenty of free parking . I cant wait to come back for another session .

First, you need to know what you are going to achieve from the massage: carpal tunnel, or just want to get relaxed, or for caring for your pregnancy, etc. Learn about the masseuse and their specialty. Then think about the level of pressure that you can endure... Along the way, remember to communicate which part that needs more care at the visit and let them know if the pressure is too hard or too soft. Thats what I call successful visit!

New Therapist on Board Shan’. She also works for a Chiropractic Facility so she really is experienced on how to stretch along with massaging out your problem areas. My personal issue is my Neck. I am returning for more sessions of therapy. Very Grateful Shan’ is at Elements Brea now.

The Elements Massage in Brea is absolutely wonderful. The waiting area is calming and comfy, and in addition to such a tranquil waiting area, theres also cookies or cupcakes if you choose to partake!. And thats just the beginning because once you go behind the magic door, the real fun starts with an amazing massage. And at the end of your service you are offered a free bottle of water. I love everything about Elements Massage in Brea!

Same as Anna’s review down there - I’m literally in front of their location and it says “open” but the door is locked and no one in there and I want to end my membership!!!

Christian is an attentive, curious, exploring healer who wants to help. Checks in throughout to make sure pressure is ok. He gave me recommendations following the massage which I will take with me until next time.

Clean, pleasant facilities and a great staff, both the therapists and also the receptionists. As a member, Ive had a couple of glitches but theyve always gone above and beyond to make things right. Highly recommended!

Everyone is friendly. They do an awesome job of telling you what to expect. Fernando was really cool. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend Elements to friends, family, and colleagues.

Place was clean, front desk is so friendly I was late and they were okay with it. My masseuse Jesse knows her job very well. The place was so clean and I just enjoyed that I had to get a member ship ;)

Elements was by far the best experience Ive had at a massage spa. Joanna/Joanne was amazing and gave me one of the best massages Ive had in awhile. I was absolutely relaxed the entire time, it was amazing.

My bf got us an appointment using the groupon deal. my massage was very relaxing but i have so many knots in my shoulders that i wish she could have attended to that more. my bf said his masseuse was too weak for him.

Elements Massage in Brea is a great place to get a therapeutic massage. They have a great membership program offering great benefits for members. Try them out. You will not be disappointed .

The receptionist are welcoming and friendly! Autumn was really nice and the massage she gave was great, I felt so relaxed and great afterwards, I had to book with her again!

Elements in Brea is a beautiful facility. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a variety of styles and techniques. The rooms are clean and have heated tables.

They canceled my appointment without notifying me. I drove all the way for nothing. They wasted my time and gas. Poor service and no communication. Will definitely not come back and will not recommend this place.

Ive here twice and both times were not disappointed. The owner is also very nice and helpful.

I had deep tissue massage. My therapist knew exactly where and how my discomfort could be relieved after a simple explanation. I highly recommend Elements Brea.
