Wonderful aesthetic and the services offered are so appropriate for a high alpine summer or winter. Excellent hospitality in the quiet and nurturing environment. The oxygen/massage chair was a slice of nirvana. The infrared sauna was a first for me. I would highly recommend: clean, relaxing and the electrolytes helped me feel renewed. Grabbed a CBD sparkler on my way out the door and I was on Cloud 9 :)

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a cozy environment. I did a walk in and was able to get a 15 min. sauna and a 30min. massage session. It was exactly what my skin and body needed. Left feeling ready to continue on my adventures. Highly recommend.

We recently had the most extraordinary massage experience at Harmony Health Massage, and it was nothing short of exceptional. I had a two-hour session with Carrie, who has over 30 years of experience and expertise in more than 10 different modalities. Kind staff and really accommodating, the infrared sauna is dry sauna, private experience and temperature can be adjusted to your liking! i went with 115 and it was perfect, massage chairs can also be adjusted to your liking, intensity, back area and temperature ☺️, will return!

My husband and I had an incredible experience at Harmony Massage. We had a couples massage after a day of snowshoeing. Robert was incredible! He made me feel comfortable and the massage was perfection. And Lyndsey gave my husband the best massage of his life. We ended up chatting afterward trying to pick her brain so he could tell other masseur’s what works best for him. If we lived anywhere close we’d be regulars with these two! Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing!! I came here with my mom we took a mother daughter trip from texas and wanted to treat ourselves. I have never experienced a massage quite like this. I got the ashiatsu from Vanessa and she did wonders I wish I could pack her up and take her home with me. I am a stay at home mom and have not done anything for myself or been anywhere or any time to myself for 5 years she released so much. Robert is fabulous too. His big man hands are just comforting. Hes so soft spoken its just very calming. I got the cranial massage and my mom got a massage from him and helped her knots in her shoulders and neck to help her sleep. I highly recommend. I just wish I would have had actual cash to give as a tip instead of having to put it on my card. Im not sure how that works in Colorado but cash tips they get directly not on paycheck. We are definitely hoping to make it a yearly thing.

I recently booked the Chill Combo infrared sauna and O2 package and had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and helpful and the space was so relaxing, I didnt want to leave! Highly recommend after a long day of activities.

I came in for a deep tissue massage and the entire hour was just me being stepped on, which is not the service I had booked, I did not book ashiatsu. There was no hands or elbow massaging beginning to end. The hour passed and she had barely touched me. But she was a nice woman, she just did not provide a proper deep tissue massage. It happens. But what was horribly unprofessional was when I went to the two girls at the front desk who were asking for a tip verbally, asked me to leave 30 dollars even though I barely got the service I had requested. I asked to leave 15 dollars instead and they looked at each other in disbelief and audibly said “that’s crazy” and kept exchanging looks. Tips are optional, especially when I didn’t get the service I booked and it didn’t provide me with any relief whatsoever. I don’t know why these girls working at the front acted as if a 30 dollar tip is a right instead of a privilege. And to audibly shame me for tipping 15 dollars is the actual insane part. I still left a tip despite paying for a massage where I was only stepped on and slathered with oil that wasn’t wiped off of me so my clothes got all oily, and I left with the same tightness I came in with. I have gotten a lot of massages in my life and this was the most expensive one with the least results and a business with the most unprofessional, rude, entitled front desk receptionists I’ve ever experienced.

I did a sauna session and massage chair with oxygen, and it was amazing! The combination did wonders to release tension in my muscles and back. I came in completely worn out and left feeling so much better!

Book your deep tissue massage with Paige. shes got the hands and arms of steel to hit all the right places. getting massaged by Paige also reminded me how tense my muscles are 😅 and that i need to get massages done more often. i will visit Breckenridge again!

I had an incredible experience after snowboarding. My friend and I did infrared sauna and zero gravity massage chair with oxygen therapy and it felt so rejuvenating. We were so well taken care of, the staff were so sweet. truly a gem in this small little village! I highly recommend, it was a quiet serene pampering experience and I would 10000% go back here! I had a 90 minute massage with Robert and it was amazing. I was really in pain from a pulled back muscle and barely crawled in there. After his massage I was able to dance right out of there like a new man. Definitely a seasoned pro comparable to the best I have had before and great place. The massage table was warm and comfy. I didnt want to leave when I was done. I will see you guys again next time I am in town. Thank you

McKenzie was amazing. I had a rib out of place causing a lot of tension. She noticed and used pressure and movement to get it back in no problem. I left being able to breathe easier and no more back pain!

This is a great spa. My husband and I went for a couples massage after a few hard days of skiing. From the moment we walked in, we were transported to a place of zen. Their waiting room is very relaxingWe were impressed with how intuitive they were during booking and really set us up with a perfect therapist match based on our needs. Robert and Lyndsey were fantastic. Lyndsey was very skilled in the standing stepping massage and was able to release muscles that not even PT could release. Robert was very skilled and really helped release my hips and lower back. He did a great job of releasing my occipitals, traps and scapula which really helped my migraine.

Such a wonderful place! Everyone is so nice. It is super clean and a very relaxing space. I had a deep tissue massage with Vanessa and it was the best massage that I have ever had! And …I am very picky when it comes to massages! I live on the east coast, so my only complaint is that I won’t be able to get another massage from Vanessa until next winter when we visit Breck again.

Inanna and her team are special, their massage therapy is not only relaxing and energizing, but transforming as well. There is never a time when we come to Breckenridge that a massage at Harmony Health is not a top priority.

Ive never been into massages. My experience at Harmony changed that. Brian worked wonders on me, with super complex neck and shoulder issues, he worked out areas that released like I didnt know they could. He was extremely in tune with me and what was going on in my back, and he took the time to explain my tension and what he was working on as he went. I loved it. So much, that its really unfortunate that I dont live close by, Id come regularly. I dont have enough experience to say its the best massage ever, but it certainly was for me. Cannot recommend it enough.

Carrie Murphy gave me the BEST massage Ive EVER had today! My spine, shoulders and neck feel like new. Im a ticklish person and didnt have any issues under her talented hands. I live in Denver but will wait to treat myself to my next massage until Im back in Breck. Couldnt recommend Carrie more highly. All the stars.

Loved my massage! Ive had many massages in my life, and the massage I got from Brian was like no other Ive had. The tension he released in my midback where I was having trouble, and lower back was so focused and on the areas I didnt even know were the problems. My posture changed, my walk changed, and I feel fantastic! Definitely recommend him, and other family I was with also enjoyed theirs.

My husband and I wanted to book a couples massage for our vacation to Breckenridge, Co. We booked at another place in town but found out that we would be going back to back and would have to wait on the other to get done...so we canceled. The day before we wanted the massages we called Harmony and were greeted by friendly receptionists that were able to fit us in. The service was amazing! Very relaxed and they made both my husband and I feel very welcome and comfortable. Also ask about any specials or discounts because we ended up paying less than at our original appointment elsewhere. This was our first massage experience, but not our last!! I have been a customer for 17 years. Inanna, has an expertise that has supported me with a hurt shoulder after tennis, through torn MCL 10 years ago skiing, now torn ACL just weeks ago. Not only her staff, her products such as the latest she had me use THE BEMER was incredible. I travel from Arkansas to go to Harmony Health and I would truly travel from around the globe to get on that massage table.

100% recommend! If you are in Breck skiing or just relaxing with family- you need to book an appointment at Harmony. It was probably the best massage I have ever had (ashiatshu). I was nervous about having it done because Im used to traditional massages, but it was fantastic. The pressure was perfect. Ill be back for another one on our next trip!

After two days of golf it was time for an incredible massage. Vanessa was excellent and made me doze off a few times. The atmosphere of Harmony is very relaxing and centrally located in on Main Street. I highly recommend the 1.5 hour massage with sweet orange oil...pure heaven!

We all had a great time at Harmony on Saturday morning. It was my daughters tenth birthday and she just loves to feel pampered so I decided to book manicures for her and her best friend. Carmela is so great with kids and took excellent care of them. I just enjoyed relaxing in such a lovely environment and watching the girls get their French manicures! Now, I cant wait to go back and have my own treatment! I plan to book a massage with Inanna as soon as possible. A lovely spa - I have had my fair share of massages as a competitive athlete, yet this experience was one i’ll always remember. My therapist, Mackenzie, performed a technique called Ashiatsu. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this new form of deep tissue was just as good, if not better, than a regular deep tissue. Overall, the spa had a lovely and laid back vibe. I loved all of the lovely plants that were scattered about, and it was hands down the best massage i’ve ever had. Definitely look here if you want to relax - and don’t forget about the oxygen bar for those coming from a lower elevation. Game changer!

I was able to get a same-day appointment at Harmony and received an anti-aging facial from Allison. AMAZING. It was so much more than a facial...it was a full body experience. Ive never been more relaxed, and my skin looked amazing. I highly recommend Harmony and Allison and would be back as often as possible if I didnt live in CT! I was in Breckenridge back in January and visited Harmony Health Massage for an oxygen facial. My facials name was Chelsea and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she super friendly and made me feel really comfortable, but she explained everything she was putting on my skin and really wanted to make sure that the treatment was specialized for my skin type. My skin was seriously glowing for days. Best facial every, I wish this spa existed in Northern Virginia and that Chelsea could be teleported here to give me facials!

Ive used Robert twice for deep tissue massages. Ive had many massages in many different countries and I think Robert is the best I have ever had. I highly recommend him!

Ive had massages in numerous locations, both tourist, and normal walks of life, and I say with full confidence, that Harmony Massage is hands down the best massage parlor, I have ever been too. I was treated to an ashiatsu massage by the owner Inannat, and my wife received a normal massage from Hannah, and we both walked away feeling refreshed and like the recipients of the best massages ever. Both of our massage artist were incredibly polite, well versed in the surrounding area, and above all experts at their craft. If youre in town for a few days, then you must, must, must stop in for a massage!

It’s a great place to be infected with COVID...My daughter booked a couples massage for us for my birthday. When she confirmed the appt we were told that adding an O2 session before the massage would enhance the experience.(add on sale). When we arrived we immediately saw that just off the lobby/store was a small room with chairs less than even 3 feet apart full of people, NOT wearing masks over the nasal cannulas!!! Breathing, deeper, exhaling deeper during O2 therapy and UNMASKED! The owner told us that since they were getting oxygen they were exhaling clean air!!! We left immediately and will be notifying the Health Department.

Renee gave me an incredible one hour cranial sacral massage. I highly recommend this therapist. She listens to your requests and responds perfectly. She is kind, compassionate and gifted. She totally addressed a severe muscle spasm I had in my neck from sleeping funny my first night in town. Her expert hands went directly to my problem areas. She applied pressure to my trigger points in order to release the spasms. One of the best therapeutic massages I have ever had, and I travel all over the world.

I returned to Harmony Spa again because I was so happy with my last massage. Kaylyn was amazing and truly listened to what my concerns were. I left feeling relaxes and ready to take on the rest of my day. I always love lavender aromatherapy and I was not disappointed. This is my go to spa in Breckenridge.

I had an amazing massage from Renee! She was great at pin pointing my tight areas and working out my knots. I highly recommend adding the CBD oil. It allowed Renee to work deeper into my muscles and aides in reducing inflammation! I enjoyed the atmosphere as it provided a welcoming and calm environment for my massage!

I had a shoulder injury from working in the medical field. I lifted a patient and tore my rotator cuff. First, Harmony recommend the Inmode Tone treatment that was a low EMS on my bicep, trapezoid and cuff muscles. The low stimulation felt good with very minimally invasive contractions. Next, we did the BEMER for only 8 minutes. This amazing device stimulates micro vessels promoting blood circulation, oxygen and nutrients. It’s a low magnetic frequency that is painless. A day later, I had full range of motion and was able to do daily living activities without pain!!! I can’t believe how well and fast this treatment worked! Even better I was able to enjoy my weekend riding dirt bikes. Thank you Harmony Health and Massage!!

Wow! What a great place for a therapeutic massage. Ive been going to Harmony Health , whenever I travel to Breckenridge, ever since they opened years back and have always walked away feeling great. I think the staff is just getting better and better. With all the injuries Ive had the deep tissue work has always been spot on. Highly recommended.

I had the best two days at harmony healthy massage. I first had a massage with Inanna, who suggested the Ashiatsu massage and I am so glad she did. I never had a massage using that technique and my body felt like it was floating when I left. I did the add on CBD which I highly recommend for ultimate relaxation and soothing of sore muscles. I then came back and had a peak 10 mountain facial with Renee. It was the best facial I have ever had and I get them regularly back home. I’ve never been so relaxed and Renee had my face glowing when I left. Before leaving, I sat for some oxygen for 15 minutes and felt revitalized once done. I will 100% come back when I return to Breckenridge and looking forward to it.

I was fortunate to experience Harmony through Breck 101 and they have a new customer and word-of-mouther! I did oxygen therapy, Aqua roll, and the infrared sauna. My friends and I came to Harmony for massages as part of our weekend in Breckenridge for the marathon. I had the ashiatsu with Inanna and rank it as one of the best Ive ever had. It was great that the spa is large enough to accommodate my three friends and I at the same time slots so we didnt have to spend all day there (even though we might have liked to!). I will be back with my husband when we are out for our ski trips this winter!

I regularly use the far infrared sauna at Harmony. The 45 minute session is AMAZING at not only keeping my immune system primed but also at knocking out stubborn infections (viral or bacterial) that like to hang around! I did a 45 min session yesterday and I felt like a rock star after I cooled down and showered. Highly recommend if you feel a little something coming on or just want to keep all the nasties at bay! Bonus: its great for the skin and also helps to burn calories!

I just love the Harmony spa. I have had facials, manicures and pedicures as well as massages and they never disappoint! And when I have visitors that are unaccustomed to altitude I always schedule a Harmony spa day early in their visit so my guests can take advantage of their oxygen therapy in their massage chairs!

Flutura is amazing! During all 5 sessions of Reiki and Craniosacral I had with her, she was attentive, calming, intuitive, insightful, and incredibly empathic. She feels like a gift, as a person, and as a practitioner. I cant really describe how grateful I feel to have met her and to have experienced her healing work. If youre wanting to feel more relaxed, calmer, less stressed, or if youre wanting to do more healing, I cant recommend her highly enough!Ill also say that Harmony spa exceeded my expectations overall. Each of the 8+ staff members I met, were warm, welcoming, and helpful. If youre in Breckenridge, be sure to check them out! Very worthwhile!

MJ was an incredible therapist! I took a rough spill on the slopes and she took very good care of me. She listened to what happened, educated me on how she could help, and made suggestions for self care. And the oxygen therapy was great too! The next time I’m in Breckinridge I’ll go back to Harmony and I’m going to ask for MJ!

Ozone saunas have incredible restorative impact on the body and Harmony has the best Ozone sauna you can find anywhere. Ok, this might be a long review, but please read if you need more of a specialized massage. I am a physical therapist, had foot surgery in November but never babied it like I should have, so when I came to Breck, I still had swelling and pain in my foot, plus mild altitude sickness (headache x 4 days), face puffiness, and generally felt crummy. I asked Kimberly for more of a lymphatic flow/vascular type massage for 60 min (should have done 90!) and followed up with 30 min in IR sauna. What a difference! By evening I had ZERO swelling in my foot (I could see the veins in my foot and could walk barefoot on slate floor for the first time since November), no puffiness in my face or hands (I could take my ring off for the first time in 4 days), no more headache, slept great that night, felt wonderful for the rest of the trip which all made a huge difference in my skiing. It’s really hard to find a massage therapist with the specialized skills that I needed. Thank you Kimberly! You are WONDERFUL!!

After a few days skiing, my muscles needed some work. So glad that I happened to end up having Kalyn Lepre @ Harmony give me a massage!! I have had many massages in my life and I dont think I have ever had a better one. Kalyn is a student of her craft and has obviously studied many different massage styles/techniques. She was more knowledgeable than most massage therapists that I have experienced. She was so good, I ended up extending my massage to a 90 min instead of 60. They offer a great variety of healing modalities, The hands (and feet) on massage with the singing bowls by Innana Prana is a once in a lifetime experience, unless you keep coming back! I highly recommended this experience - They really are the best of the best!

Recently, I went to Harmony Health & Massage. I received a facial, and a 60 minute massage and was very pleased with both treatments. I felt totally cared for by the entire team. I highly recommend the oxygen treatment and will go back every time I am in Breckenridge.

The staff were wonderful, the whole environment was healing and calming, and my massage with Kalyn was the best I’ve honestly ever had. My boyfriend and I went for a last minute getaway to Breck... at the last minute we decided to get a massage in town. We searched and found Harmony. I am not a person that usually likes massages, because I am a whimp, but I thought it would be a nice couples thing to do. My boyfriend however is a soccer player so he has better use for massage than I do... or so I thought.We had a wonderful experience. They scheduled us within 24 hours, we got a great deal for 2 -50 minute massages, and Holly did great on my muscles with the exact amount of pressure to release the knots in my neck and shoulders. I could hear Innan helping my boyfriend with a lot more pressure than I was experiencing and just the exact amount for him.We both left relaxed, happy, and together. Not only that my boyfriend felt more comfortable with me in the room while he was getting a massage.It was a great experience and I wish you the opportunity to visit this cozy, and affordable massage salon.

We were visiting in the area and I had been experiencing altitude sickness for the first time for over a day. Shortness of breath, bad headache, and nausea. It was to the point that our family was going to leave the mountain because of it but I thought Id give this a try first. I was approached immediately upon entering, the woman was very helpful and suggested an O2 treatment and gave me some advice on my breathing. I did the 15 minute treatment and by the end of it my symptoms were completely gone! I only wish I had went sooner. Everyone was very helpful and courteous during my visit. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing altitude sickness.

I just enjoyed a 90 minute Synergy massage with Inanna. Her space is beautifully appointed with oxygen (to aid adjusting to altitude), soft music, healthy treats (nuts, oranges, chocolate kisses, teas and fresh water); comfy chairs in waiting room; lovely quiet spa rooms - hers has views of the mountains. The synergy massage is tailored to your body’s needs.. Inanna is very skilled and knowledgeable about anatomy & healing. My massage included heat wraps, stone therapy, singing bowls, essential oils and the absolute best deep massage for my achy body. I feel rejuvenated and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Some friends recommended this Oxygen bar because Breckenridge is so far above Sea level that folks like us are not used to the lower Oxygen rate in the air. The staff was very understanding of our new experience with this and did their best to educate us and help us not feel so dumb. They explained about how the device clamped on our fingers worked to test our oxygen levels. I thought it was kind of odd, but the tester did show that my levels went up after the 30 minute treatment. It was kind of fun. Would recommend it to anybody traveling to a place like Breckenridge, if you are not used to being at such high altitudes.

My massage was an amazing experience, from the oxygen infusion to the foot massage. The studio and staff are there to relax, support and welcome you to one of the most calming experiences I have ever had. Thanks so much and cant wait to do it again.

I spent a full week skiing in Breck and came here twice. I did the Pure Oxygen Chair Massage and came back the next day for a 50-minute massage. I believe both helped me to overcome the altitude sickness I was experiencing, and the massage was one of the best Ive had. The staff is great, very warm and welcoming. Inanna is a gem, and she has created a real sanctuary here in the heart of Breck. The space is comfortable, warm and earthy, close to everything, but set back off the street so its nice and quiet. If I make it back to Breck, Im coming back here!

Just stopped at Harmony Spa and used the Zero Gravity massage chair with oxygen. Wow just wow, so relaxing and boost of energy with the oxygen. This place is beautiful clean and the little lady at the desk is the sweetest. Go check this place out they have lots of services.

I have recieved massages in other places in the past and have often left with the feeling of “meh”. However, this experience was incredible and I left refreshed and renewed. I have always heard of healing massages but never experienced one until today. Oriah is amazing—she knows the human body structure and knows what each individual person needs. If you are looking for a true healing experience— this is the place for you! I am recovering from an ACL surgery and this is the first time in 9 months that I feel like my old self again!I did the pure wellness packagage that included oxygen, back massage, and facial and it was well worth it! The facial was amazing! Amanda listened to my skin concerns and used some great products that left my skin feeling refreshed, and hydrated. Overall, I highly recommend this spa!

I was not going take the time to post a review, but since i replied to the text asking for my thoughts, I figured I would copy and paste it here for others. The massage service was just nice. good pressure but the technique was lacking. nothing special or amazing that I would come back for. 7 out of 10 for the technician.However, my 90 min massage started 10 minutes late and ended 1 minute early. Unacceptable.I added the hand treatment add-on, which, obviously, just cut in to my massage time. Moreover, the add on was totally worthless. not only did it do nothing for my hands, it was the worst hand treatment add-on i have ever experienced. That type of hand treatment is what you receive complimentary at fine salons and spas. You dont pay $20 for it. A $20 hand treatment add-on, should actually add time to your service and should include warming mitts/towels and organic wax or paraffin treatment. this was a dry scrub smeared into my hands for 10 seconds and then wiped off. I was surprised and disappointed. 0 out of 10.The ladies at the front desk were not welcoming. it was business-as-usual. I could have been there paying for an oil change/tire rotation. One feigned a little interest, but it was uncomfortable, at best. Didnt help me with product inquiries. I wanted to buy something, but i wanted guidance as to what. They werent interested in coming out from behind the desk . 4 out of 10.All in all, I was very disappointed. You need to have amazing technicians to outweigh the lack of extras that true spas have (steam shower, foot soak, robes, cucumber water, atmosphere with fireplace or running water fountain, etc). additionally, the staff need to step it up. Finally, the value of the services needs to be improved.I admit I was looking for a spa experience, and this is not it. Even so, if the service is awesome, I will return and recommend! I see several LMTs across the country who do not operate out of a spa, including an excellent one a couple blocks away from Harmony. Unfortunately, nothing was of enough value for me to recommend Harmony.

Can’t say enough about my experience! After a week of skiing I felt these aching muscles could use some help! I didn’t expect to be treated so kindly. Renee immediately spoke to the heart and mind and I found myself losing more than aches and pains! The “whole person” was given relief! My back is feeling great and my stress was reduced! I’ll be back!

I called at 9AM, the owner answered and said she was not at the business so to please email her and send her a text. I did both. She sent me a text back, but it was not meant for me as it was about a heater not working, not about my appointment. When she finally called me a few hours later, she was not professional and was very abrasive, and bossy. She was kind enough to hold our appointments, but I decided to cancel based on all of the poor communication. Poor customer service. Maybe she just had a bad day.

If first met Inanna Hall and experienced Harmony Health & Massage about two years ago. I have regular sports/deep tissue work done in Denver but needed to find someone on Breckenridge as well. I had a couple chair massages and then opted for the full blown Ashiatsu massage. This really helped my back and gave me long term results. Recently Inanna helped my son Mason after his collar bone break. She really educates and I highly recommend her and the shop for all your Breckenridge massage needs.

Nice atmosphere however my boyfriend and I had a couples massage here, my massage with Liz was very mediocre and actually caused my neck pain that I warned her about to flare up a bit. My boyfriend was a bit more satisfied than I was with his massage. Nice shop but the massage was not worth the cost.

I’ve been a regular at HW for many years. I have brought friends here, family and even recommend HW to guests who stay in our rental property. I once loved the space and loved the regular employees I saw every time I visited. They are all gone now, sadly. Once upon a time, there was beautiful artwork on the walls, live plants and flowers in the windows and just a good vibe all around. That has all changed dramatically. So much so, that I was shocked to hear the ownership had remained consistent. Unfortunately, the last several times I’ve been in—-the minute I walk through the door I either say to myself, “Yep. This is it. They’re going out of business.” OR “Yep. Definitely a new owner now.” The inventory is sparse, the turnover is high and the vibe feels “unclean” and low. It’s not the same place… At All. Why? And HOW? How did it get this way? Especially when it was SO good at one time? My massage tonight was the nail in the coffin, sadly. I won’t go into detail because I feel sorry for the struggles she is experiencing, however, I will say this: I was in pain at one point, and instead of curbing the technique, she laughed and told me the pain was because we wear shoes (I thought for 2 seconds that my pinky toe was broken). I know that Breck is a tourist town. I know that when I go downtown I open myself up to “tourist trap” customer service, especially in Covid times when businesses are struggling to find a reliable workforce. I wish HW all the best and there’s a good chance, when you get a massage here, it will be fine. But, I think I will try to find an establishment that doesn’t feel like a “franchise/conveyer belt”.

Inanna introduced the Bemer to me after my brain injury. I was bucked off a horse while crossing a main roadway. Woke up a day later in the hospital with no memory of what happened to me. The Bemer has been life changing for my brain injury and existing rheumatoid arthritis. I have more energy, mental clarity, and physical mobility. I still battle flare ups that are triggered by stress or hidden ingredients in my food, when I eat out. Over all it has increased my level of daily living and has limited my chronic pain. Thank you for introducing this machine into my life! It’s changing our world, how we manage our aging bodies, head injuries and chronic inflammation.

I live in Fort Collins, but only get massages when I go the Breckenridge. Inanna is very well versed in massage techniques and also intuitive and sensitive. The studio is very well set up and its very calming just to be there.

I had a massage today with Oriah and it was absolutely phenomenal. This was the highlight of my trip to Breckenridge. She was so insightful, thoughtful, destressing and helped give me some hope with my back pain. Oriah has gift and I am so fortunate I was brought to her.

Orionna (spelling) was amazing- pinpointed pain in lower back that has been bothering me for years. I have seen therapists and back specialists for years and no one was able to give relief as quickly or as accurately as her. Would highly recommend. Some of the best bodywork Ive ever had. Im very athletic and like and need intense bodywork; I often use MFR. Innana provided an incredible physical treatment with an added spiritual dimension that left me feeling amazing the rest of the day, and left me ready for another intense workout the next morning. She will be my first stop every time I visit Breckenridge.

I hate leaving a bad review as I’ve never done one before ahh!! but this unfortunately warranted a review. The space itself is wonderful, however the woman working the front with partially green hair was unbelievably hostile. She seemed very uneducated on the services provided and couldn’t answer any questions we had when asking how long is best to try out the oxygen as it was our first time! She overcharged us by almost $40 and when we called back to ask if we could fix that she was immediately aggressive, raising her voice, speaking to us in a way I haven’t ever been spoken to. We understand she must be having a hard day/week/etc. but we both genuinely were astounded by her quickness to be hostile paired with her lack of education on products + services.

What a treat for my body and soul. I went to HH to experience something a bit different. I tend to like lots of pressure so I decided to try the Ashiatsu Barefoot massage, this did the trick after a long day on the slopes. This is an update to an earlier review which I made on this business. The spa Director did eventually reach out to me to resolve the unacceptable service which my daughter had at the spa. A refund was issued and an apology was given for the poor service. This was very much appreciated. It took longer than it should have taken to be resolved, however the spa deserves recognition for eventually making it right. I will give this spa my business in the future, as they have owned their mistakes and worked to resolve them.

Showed up and then was told that there was no one in to be able to do it. Then said there wasnt an availability for a week. They offered no solution to reconcile

The massage chairs were very uncomfortable and all 4 people in my group did not like it. The attendants did not stop to see if we were ok. Very disappointed.
